Privacy
Sonja takes your privacy very seriously. Any information you enter into this website is treated as confidential and handled according to relevant State, Federal, and Local laws. In the case of paying clients, this confidentiality extends to any information shared with Sonja, whether verbally or in writing. Sonja will not disclose anything a paying clients tells her to anyone, except where required by law.
Online Course Purchases & Live Group Webinars
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of an online course or live webinar, please contact us. We will do our very best to make the experience wonderful for you; in the event that you remain unsatisfied, you will receive a full refund (we’re proud to say that so far, this has never happened).
One-on-One Sessions (Readings, Coaching & Tutoring Services)
How it Works: Sonja conducts all of her one-on-one sessions via video chat or phone, allowing you to work with her wherever you are on the planet. Video chat platforms she uses include currently Skype, FaceTime and zoom.
Rescheduling: Sonja needs at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule — after that, a new purchase is required.
Cancellations: Once you have made an appointment, you may reschedule it within the terms of service (see above), but no refund is offered for outright cancellation.
Membership Terms of Use
By purchasing membership products, you agree not to share your log in details (such as passwords, usernames , etc.) with anyone else. You also agree not to reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute , or transmit content or images presented on this site. If you choose to do any of the mentioned above, your membership will be revoked immediately (please also note that in doing so, you may fall afoul of copyright laws and place yourself in legal jeopardy).
Membership Changes (Monthly Plans): You can change your membership level on any monthly plan at any time. To upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel, simply visit your account profile and change your membership status.
Cancelling your membership will result in the immediate loss of all products and privileges — if you think you might come back at some point, we recommend you “Pause” your membership instead. This is especially true for membership levels that provide content delivered at specific intervals. Pausing such an account will allow you to pick up where you left off when you “un-pause”; at that time, you will also receive any content that would have been made available to you in the interim.
Membership Changes (Yearly Plans): Annual Subscribers are granted widespread and immediate access to content, in some cases including download privileges. As such, purchases of such plans are only refundable within 24 hours of purchase.
Changes to Terms of Service
As most online communities do, we reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms of Service, including the date of “Last Updated.” Your continued access and use of our website after any changes indicates your agreement to be bound by the revised terms. Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with these Terms of Service is to stop visiting and using our website.
