Happy New Decade! — Forecast for Dec. 30th – Jan. 5th
This week’s headline items: Uranus starts to slow down (station) on Monday, getting ready to end it’s 5-month Retrograde phase; the first Quarter Moon in Aries becomes exact on Thursday late evening, and Mars changes signs from Scorpio to Sagittarius on Friday early morning. We are still in Eclipse Season (and will be until Jan. 24th).
There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday early morning (for a little over 5 hours), Wednesday late evening (almost 2 hours) and Friday evening (15 hours).
Before we get to this week’s forecast, let me mention this one last time:
Last chance to take advantage of the biggest holiday sale ever! Take advantage of the 50% discount to all of my Soul-based Astrology courses online, click here for more info. Only lasts until Dec. 30th at midnight!
Now, this week’s Forecast…
Monday, Dec. 30th:
Monday, the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius. It will journey there, until 10:41am EST. The energy of the Aquarian Moon relates to our instinct for improvement. Reactions are more intellectual than emotional; interactions more impersonal than personal. We are likely to have an increased fascination with the new and unusual.
Social gatherings, anything connected with group ideals and goals for the future, brainstorming, new ideas and methods, progress: all these are promoted during the time the Moon moves through Aquarius. Again: we have our eyes on the future — or on outer space 🙂 Personal freedom becomes paramount.
Monday at 5:24am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 5 hours until 10:41am EST. We are experiencing two quite different needs, pulling us in different directions: On the one hand, we feel a strong need to break the rules and move towards our future visions.
On the other hand, we want to connect to what feels familiar and comfortable. Do your best to use this intuitive time to make adjustments, slow things down a little, and find creative solutions that honor both drives. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday morning ahead of time.
Monday at 10:41am EST, the Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until Wednesday late evening. This Moon placement often finds us more sensitive, intuitive, idealistic and imaginative than normal. We also have a greater capacity for compassion, sympathy and affection for all — but especially for those who suffer or can be regarded as the underdog.
But… that very idealism could also be our downfall at this time: We tend to see the best in everyone and everything, and when reality doesn’t match our idyllic vision, we might feel upset and even victimized by those harsh realities. A way out of this is to channel our idealism into spiritual or creative endeavors.
It’s also a great time for releasing fears — especially the ones based on a sense of separation — and experiencing “oneness”. Feelings tend to flow more freely; as best as you can, let them — in fact, “going with the flow” is the best way to go for the next couple of days.
Monday late afternoon, a harmonious Mercury/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 5:22pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Saturday evening (Dec. 28th) on; it will remain strong until this Wednesday evening (Jan. 1st). This aspect supports a connection between our higher mind and our day-to-day mind. We are able to receive inspiration from higher places and maybe even look into the future.
We are able to communicate our vision for a better future; insights arise from these communications. Original, creative insights and ideas can appear out of nowhere; as best as you can, stay open to these unique “downloads” — they might change how you see and proceed with life 😉
This is a good time to communicate online, engage in computer-related activities or scientific projects, and also for anything metaphysical. Group activities like Meetups are great things to be involved with right now — especially if they allow us to share our vision for a better financial future.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in…

[wcm_restrict]
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-6 degree of Capricorn, Taurus, or Virgo? If so, you will feel especially blessed by this connection. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aquarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius)
Tuesday, Dec. 31st:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day (see Monday late morning for details).
Monday night/Tuesday very early morning, Uranus starts to slow down (station). It will come to a halt in 2.5º of Taurus (on Jan. 10th — ending its 5-month Retrograde phase). Uranus will move more slowly for almost four weeks between now and Jan. 23rd, anything connected to its energy will come into our awareness quite strongly: We have to face what this planet is trying to communicate to us.
Uranus is all about breaking away from traditional values, moving towards a new future, a future that serves others as well as ourselves. Keyword: Freedom. We might have flashes of insight or new ideas about what needs to change in our lives. Definitely expect the unexpected.
Uranus also rules electronics, technology and the internet, so don’t be surprised if you experience some interruptions or short-term failures in these areas. Group activities are also ruled by Uranus, so these will also be more at the forefront of our awareness. As best as you can, stay open and flexible, go with the flow — and pay attention to those messages from the Universe 😉
As best as you can, take a closer look at whatever is “in your face” for the next 3.5 weeks. Our intuitions will be very strong during this time and we have access to sudden insights and ideas. This gives us the opportunity to take a look to see how free we actually feel.
What might this be for you? Where do you feel the desire to break free? If “Freedom” were an important value for you, how might it show up in your life? Where have you denied yourself permission to be free? Unique? Simply yourself?
With this much erratic energy moving through us, we are best off honoring this movement, and “shaking it out”. Rather than expecting everyone’s values to be the same, it will serve us now to focus on aligning our own unique visions and desires with certain partnerships, creating deeper, more trusting connections wherever we can.
This also provides an opportunity to look at how free we truly feel within our financial partnerships and intimate relationships. Are you expressing your individuality to the fullest in those partnerships? Are you connecting to a larger vision? Is anything holding you back? What did you discover about your unique visions, values, and financial freedoms these past 5 months?
Is your Sun-sign or Ascendant in Aquarius? Or do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-5 degrees of Taurus, Scorpio, Aquarius or Leo? If so, you are more affected by this station.
Tuesday late afternoon, we get an opportunity to be wholly present; also to bring a greater awareness to our current relationship to self-mastery. This is a great time to be looking for practical advice around our long-term goals. As best as you can, bring a sense of flow and faith to your business dealings, and allow yourself to take it one step at a time.
Tuesday evening, we feel more sensitive and need to slow down a little. This is a great time for spiritual or creative endeavors. Energy work, or anything that requires our intuitive side, will work best for the next several hours.
Since this is also the last day of 2019 (and also of the decade), I would like to invite you to prepare for the coming year! Get ready for 2020! Enjoy this 15.min. teaser from our “All of 2020!” Forum — Click here to watch the Teaser

Wednesday, Jan. 1st:
On Wednesday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces, until 11:00pm EST (see Monday late morning for details). We are entering 2020 with compassion in our hearts and a connection to the energy field all around us. As best as you can, visualize a future that you would like to step into — visualize a decade aligned with your dreams — and do your best to align those dreams for the highest and best interest of everyone involved.
Wednesday morning, we get an opportunity to be very present — and also to focus on practicalities and long-term plans. As best as you can, bring a sense of flow and faith to your business dealings.
Also, Wednesday morning, we have the opportunity to be guided by inspiration, and fully commit to a project or task that might serve us long-term. As best as you can, listen and trust to the subtle messages in your heart, that stir you towards success.
Wednesday late evening, at 9:14pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for almost 2 hours until 11pm EST. Use this intuitive time to connect with others (and yourself) with gentleness and compassion. Taking actions on deeply transformative and spiritual endeavors are favored right now.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Wednesday late evening ahead of time.
Wednesday at 11:00pm EST, the Moon movies into pioneering, fast-paced Aries, where it will journey until Saturday late morning. Life is an adventure, we’re more open to new ideas, and have great enthusiasm for new projects. Patience is certainly not our strong suit at this time, but we can decide quickly, and act immediately.
Our independence and dynamism are important to us right now, so we may find it hard to be disciplined or accept advice at this time; in general, our responses to others tend to be more assertive or even aggressive. If you find your foot tapping, try hitting the gym, or finding other ways to burn off the body’s excess energy. This Moon Placement starts the build up to the first Quarter Moon (exact Thursday late evening).
Thursday, Jan. 2nd:
Thursday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Wednesday late evening for details).
Thursday very early morning, has lots of potential for healing around family, the “mother archetype”, home, and our past in general. We may feel more sensitive and insecure about what we identity with, and around our ability to be assertive; this gives us the opportunity to give ourselves some compassion, acceptance and nurturing in the face of our sensitivities and limitations.
Thursday late morning, a Mercury/Jupiter alignment in almost 7 degrees of Capricorn becomes exact at 11:42am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Tuesday morning on, it will be strong until Saturday evening. This alignment brings optimism and a tendency to talk and think more; it favors planning and prioritizing business goals, submitting applications and forms, and test taking.
We can more readily exercise good judgment, take a more philosophical approach to thinking, and find it easier to bring wholeness and order into our business dealings. There is a sense of mental expansion; we see our long-term goals as a place of adventure and personal growth.
We are optimistic and enthusiastic — and things tend to go well as a result — it’s all about thinking big and planning it out. What if expanding our conception of authority, society in general, and government contribution helped us be more peaceful and calm? What if that helped us manifest our desires?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 4-10 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries or Libra? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo, or Sagittarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo, so those folks will always be affected more strongly by Mercury’s movements and aspects; Jupiter rules Sagittarius)
Thursday late evening, the first Quarter Moon in a little over 12 degrees of Aries becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect build from the moment the Moon entered Aries Wednesday late evening. The Moon in pioneering, enthusiastic, fast-paced Aries makes a challenging aspect to the Sun practical, cautious, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn.
Last week (Dec. 26th) saw a powerful New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Capricorn. If we set some intentions on Dec. 28th or 29th, we are now ready to make some adjustments. This is a time to stretch and grow — and create some forward momentum — in fact, we may feel compelled to act, stirring up anxiety or overwhelm, so just go one breath at a time.
Remember, we’re still in Eclipse Season until Jan. 24th, and thus don’t have all the information we need to move brand-new projects forward yet. Allow for changes, remain flexible and adaptable, and find creative solutions in day-to-day interactions with others. Allow also for new downloads and for the release of “old” codes and conditioning. Simply put: an open mind and heart will serve us best (that’s true in general, but especially true until Eclipse season ends 😉
Another thing to remember: if something is beginning or ending in a way that seems organic… allow it to be. As best as you can, observe your feelings and stay grounded in the “here and now”. Connect to your intuition and inner wisdom; they will help carry you through this period. We are receiving a consciousness upgrade — that’s a good thing!
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 10-14 degrees of Aries, Capricorn, Libra or Cancer? If so, you will feel the effects of this first Quarter Moon more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer)
Friday, Jan. 3rd:
Friday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Wednesday late evening for details).
Friday early morning, at 4:37am EST, Mars changes signs from passionate Scorpio to adventurous Sagittarius, where it will journey, until Feb. 16th. With this placement, we are going to feel a little restless, maybe even impatient at times — we want to explore. This is a great time to get into sports or some athletic activity. We have so many ideas and interests that we can’t just stick to one thing right now, so we may have several projects running at the same time.
It’s a time when we prefer to improvise and just wing it. That makes it more fun and brings a sense of adventure to our day. We also like to have some good debates with others, persuading them to share our beliefs. It’s not the best time to get too serious about life, as we prefer to feel free-flowing and excited about new things — especially when we can learn something new 😉
If you have an Aries Sun-sign or Rising-sign, you are going to feel more adventurous and probably more impatient. You may want to explore new sports or physical activities. If you are a Sagittarius Sun-sign or Rising sign, you will feel quite energized for the next 12 weeks. Channeling this energy into physical exercise or a project might be advisable.
Friday late morning, we have an opportunity to connect with like-minded people and move a project forward that is dear to us. It’s time for action: What small (or even large) action steps could you take? Or is it a question of “who” rather than “how”?
Friday early evening, we are invited to make some adjustments in our lives and find creative solutions to seemingly incompatible situations. On the one hand, we are invited to focus on building solid foundations under any long-term goals currently underway. Some helpful questions you could ask yourself: What benefits might I reap from taking it one step at a time?
On the other hand, we have this need to make time for personal desires and needs; here, you could ask yourself: What does my inner teenager require to be happy at this time?
Friday at 8:18pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for 15 hours until 11:15am EST (Saturday late morning). Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments and find creative ways to work with the energies at play: On the one hand, as best as you can, follow your inner compass and take care of your own needs; on the other hand, deepen your authentic connection to whatever you are building long-term.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday evening until Saturday late morning ahead of time.
Saturday, Jan. 4th:
Saturday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries and VoCuntil 11:15am EST; at that time, the Moon moves into steady, peaceful Taurus, where it will journey until next week, Monday late evening (Jan. 6th).
We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well. In other words: change is not our favorite thing and “rushing things” goes against our grain.
What is our favorite thing for the next two days? It’s probably, slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses 😉
Saturday early afternoon, we are invited to make some internal adjustments: We may want to have some peace and quiet, while at the same time, wanting to connect with others and have an outdoors adventure.
Saturday late afternoon, if possible, connect with people that can support your projects on a practical level, and share with them what you have going on.
Sunday, Jan. 5th:
Sunday, the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus all day (see Saturday late morning for details).
On Sunday very early morning, it is best to slow down a little and explore what’s sitting right in front of us that needs to be taken care of, so we can gain a new perspective around our goals and accomplishments; expanding too fast will backfire right now.
Sunday late morning, is a great time to share about earthly issues and support each other in practical ways.
Sunday late afternoon, a harmonious Mars/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 4:53pm EST. We started feeling this aspect build from Tuesday evening on; it will be strong until next week, Friday. This gives us a chance to learn to accept our desire and anger as valid — so that when we express them, we do so naturally and confidently, without harming ourselves or others — simply allowing ourselves to feel anger and talk about it, just as we would about joy.
Ask yourself: What if I brought understanding and compassion to anger or assertiveness? What if my desires were valid? We may also find that a humorous or courageous approach can carry us through feelings of insecurity or shame. We’d like to go beyond what we already know to gain new perspectives, learn about a greater vision of the masculine nature, or simply bring healing where we believe it’s needed.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 0-5 degrees of Sagittarius, Aries, Leo or 28-29 degrees of Scorpio, Pisces, or Cancer? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. Or perhaps your Ascendant or Sun-sign is in Aries? If so, you are especially blessed by this aspect.
Sunday evening, we have an opportunity to meet our need for material comfort with a gentler, more intuitive approach. Inner and outer beauty is key!
And…
A heads up for next Monday (Jan. 6th):the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus until 9:11pm EST (see Saturday late morning for details). At 7:08am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 14 hours until 9:11pm EST; at that time, the Moon moves into chatty, versatile Gemini, where it will journey until Thursday very early morning (Jan. 9th). Monday night/Tuesday very early morning, an opportune Sun/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 1:21am EST; we start to feel this aspect build from Jan. 4th on; it will be strong until Jan. 8th. Lastly, Uranus’ Station intensifiesuntil Jan. 14th. More about all the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

The Pursuit of Self-Mastery — Forecast for Dec. 23rd – 29th
This week’s headline items: The Chiron Station ends on Tuesday, a powerful New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Capricorn becomes exact on Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning, on Friday night/Saturday very early morning, it’s time to start setting our Solar Eclipse Intentions, and Mercury changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn late on Saturday evening.
There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday until 11:34am EST, Wednesday morning (for almost 10.5 hours) and Friday afternoon (for a little over 8 hours).
Before we get to this week’s forecast, let me give you this:

Now, this week’s Forecast…
Monday, Dec. 23rd:
Monday, the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio and VoCuntil 11:34am EST. We feel things deeply and have “X-Ray Vision” and “Bullshit-Smelling Abilities”.
Emotional authenticity is extremely important to us at this time; anything less than 100% emotional honesty could be perceived as flat-out dishonest. Once we feel safe trusting someone, we want to merge with them, preferably forever… as long as our trust is never betrayed.
The Moon in Scorpio urges us to uncover our own power. This occurs by a process of subtraction — it urges us to let go of whatever disempowers us. It’s therefore an excellent time to look at “old” fears, limiting habits or emotional attachments, especially those stemming from past traumas.
Monday late morning, a challenging Sun/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 10:17am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week, Friday evening on; it will remain strong until this Thursday evening. This asks us to stretch ourselves and expand from within. We might feel less confident about who we are, and have a hard time projecting a social “front”. Our conditioning and wounded sense of Self may be out of harmony with each other.
As best as you can, take this as an opportunity to make space for feeling vulnerable or emotional without seeing yourself as weak or “less than”. It is perfectly ok to be yourself and feel insecure once in a while; as best as you can, bring compassion and love to yourself and others. After all, we are all human…
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or personal planets in the following: 0-5 degree of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer, Libra, or 28-29 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Virgo, or Gemini? If so, you will feel the effects of this aspect more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo (the Sun rules Leo).
Monday at 11:34am EST, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, where it will journey until Wednesday afternoon. New experiences and adventures satisfy a deep emotional need. The Sagittarius Moon persuades us to come from intuition and think in a broader manner.
We seek meaning and ideas that expand upon the “here and now”; we pursue truth and a new vision — the big picture, rather than the details. Spontaneity is key, we’d rather improvise than plan; this may tip into just “winging it”. We could also overdo or overstate.
Monday afternoon, we might find ourselves wanting to explore a new healing modality for body, mind, and heart, aimed at a renewing our enthusiasm for life. We are capable of being compassionate and forgiving with ourselves at this time — and a gentle and holistic approach is best.
Monday late afternoon: we experience a need for inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the desire to mentally explore and go beyond what we already know — and on the other hand, the need for breakthroughs or change connected to the physical plane.
We need to ask ourselves here: What might become possible if…

We need to ask ourselves here: What might become possible if I got 5% more comfortable with being uncomfortable? Or 5% more comfortable embracing uncertainty?
Tuesday, Dec. 24th:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Monday late morning for details).
Tuesday very early morning, after 12:13am EST: we are now within 48 hours of the Eclipse. Allow for the new templates to download, stay centered, and do your best to ground from within — try using conscious breathing, flexibility — and best of all, see if you can move to the “observer position” when it comes to the emotional and mental body…
There is some potent energy coming our way — prepare yourself to be transformed by it, by allowing for the consciousness upgrade to be installed. Feel free to also watch my video on the subject.
This is a good time to slow things down and go within. For many of us, this will be a stretch, as we want to do just the opposite: we’d rather jump the gun on something new. This is quite common right before a Solar Eclipse. As best as you can, stay grounded, take a deep breath, exhale any tensions… and connect to your inner wisdom.
It all comes down to this: just for now and just as best as you can… could you simply allow what is… simply “to be”? Could you simply hang out as the “observer” until the upgrade is complete?
Rather than starting something brand-new, put all that energy into completing things. The last Solar Eclipse was in early July 2019. Think back to that time (if you can 🙂 — what did you start around then? How could you complete it or move to the next level?
As best as you can, take the days immediately before and after the Eclipse for meditation, walks in nature, creative or spiritual endeavors — anything that supports going within and tapping into your inner divinity. Of course if, like most of us, you have other obligations, find other ways (f you possibly can) to get quiet and be with your higher Self — even if that just means “taking a breather” here and there.
Tuesday afternoon, we may need to make some adjustments. As best you can, honor both your need for adventure and exploration of life and your need to go within. You may feel a pull between introvert and extrovert, or simply fast and slow. Tune in for a moment and see if you need to take a break or at least slow down a little. As best as you can, be compassionate and kind with yourself.
Tuesday late afternoon, a harmonious Sun/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 4:44pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from last week Saturday evening (Dec. 21st) on, it will remain strong until this Friday evening . This aspect connects us to a strong energy field — physical and metaphysical. We feel alive, we want to create a better future for ourselves and others, and we are excited to do it. Watch out for messages from the Universe 🙂
Originality and innovation come easy to us, as does connection with like-minded people. We can celebrate (and leverage) our idealism and unorthodox approaches to life’s challenges. What if you expressed what’s uniquely “you” without apologies? What if you did it with authenticity and enthusiasm? And, looking at things from a different angle: What might be possible with a bigger network of like-minded people?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-6 degrees of Capricorn, Taurus, or Virgo? If so, you will be more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aquarius or Leo (the Sun rules Leo; Uranus rules Aquarius).
Also, Tuesday, Chiron ends its Station (in 1.5º of Aries) and gets back to its normal pace through the sky. We have a chance to implement everything we learned during the retrograde phase and move forward with healing any physical, sexual, or “identity” wounds, or insecurities and sensitivities that came up around the masculine energies.

Wednesday, Dec. 25th:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittariusuntil 4:45pm EST (see Monday late morning for details).
Wednesday at 6:18am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for almost 10.5 hours until 4:45pm EST. Use this intuitive time to connect with others (and with yourself) through exploration of something exciting. Could you look at the bigger picture? Take a broader-minded approach? What if you also communicated your enthusiasm, new found perspective, or new approach?
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Wednesday morning until the late afternoon ahead of time.
Wednesday at 4:45pm EST, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Friday night/Saturday very early morning. We tend to be more realistic, serious, cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters.
Our ambition surges and brings with it a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals. Our reputation becomes very important to us.
As best as you can during this aspect, avoid “should-ing” on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying “I am doing the best I can and that’s all I can ever do” 😉
Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn; it is currently transiting through its own sign, making this a great time to take look at your long-term aspirations and anything that you would like to master over the next three years. It’s also a great time to take a more serious look at our strategies for self-mastery.
For starters: Do you truly see “what’s so” in your life (as opposed to what you merely wish it to be, or what you would like it to be, or where you see yourself going, etc)? What is actually so right now? Once you have a handle on where “A” is, it’s easier to “go from A to B” — whether “B” is self-mastery or standing on the mountaintop.
Wednesday evening, we are invited to make adjustments and find creative solutions to seemingly insoluble situations. As best as you can, make space for looking into some alternative exercise programs or holistic approaches to your personal projects and current long-term commitments. Compassion is key 😉
Wednesday late evening, we are invited to connect with like-minded people, and learn something new about our unique talents or value to the world. We are better able to connect to anything that involves a long-term commitment. We perhaps might also implement revolutionary business practices or government programs that support our values and make life tangibly more enjoyable.
Thursday, Dec. 26th:
Thursday, the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Wednesday late afternoon for details).
Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning,at 12:13am EST, the Moon aligns with the Sun in 4 degrees of Capricorn, launching both a new Moon and a new Eclipse cycle. Feel free to also watch my video on the subject
Eclipse season is started on Dec. 16th, 2019 and lasts until Jan. 24th, 2020: Eclipses usually come in pairs — Solar and Lunar Eclipse — so Eclipse season starts 10 days before the first Eclipse, continues through the time of the second Eclipse (exact on Jan. 10th) and ends with the Lunar Eclipse cycle, at the time of the New Moon in Aquarius on Jan. 24th.
Between Dec. 16th and Jan. 24th, allow for the new templates to download; stay centered and do your best to ground from within — try using conscious breathing and conscious flexibility — and best of all, see if you can move to the “observer position” when it comes to the emotional and mental body… And remember: this won’t last forever — on Jan. 24th, the downloads are complete 😉
Eclipses are a time for clarifying and affirming our highest path. We are bound to experience a release of some sort — and a recalibration — “old” codes will get deleted and new ones downloaded — especially in connection with the laws of matter, earthly ambitions, contributions to society, and living in pure accordance with our conscience, from a place of maturity and inner guidance.
The Sun and Moon are connected to one of the Moon Nodes during an Eclipse, emphasizing the evolutionary upgrades that are available to us during such times.
Eclipses switch between South Node and North Node Eclipses. The last Eclipse in July was a North Node Eclipse in Cancer. What have you discovered about Self-care since July? How have you been doing at taking care of your emotional well-being? What emotional “needs” are calling out to be met? What is coming to completion? Or moving to the next level?
This Eclipse is connected to the South Node — and South Node Eclipses can help us release energies or attachments that no longer serve our Soul’s evolution. We get to redefine how we are moving with this particular energy in our lives.
We started 2019 with a South Node Eclipse in 15.5 degrees of Capricorn (on Jan. 5th), and we are ending the year with another one in 4º of Capricorn; this indicates that we are continuing to release or redefine certain outdated structures in our lives, or take a more serious look at the commitments we are ready to make, some of which would definitely be long-term in nature.
The last South Node Solar Eclipse in 4º of Capricorn was on Dec. 25th, 2000. We are likely to experience a resonance between now and that time — “resonant”, rather than identical — so think back to the Winter of 2000/2001: Were there any major endings and beginnings? What was important back then? If you were to take those priorities to the next level, where would that next level find you?
If you’re looking for more guidance on those questions, I would suggest taking a look at your Natal Chart — the House placement of the Eclipse will indicate which areas of life are most ready to release outdated structures and go to a new level of consciousness.
Do you have your Ascendant or any personal planets in 0-9 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries, or Libra? If so, you are more affected by this powerful New Moon/Solar Eclipse; the same is true for those of us with our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo, the Moon rules Cancer).
Setting Intentions for a Solar Eclipse is a little different from the regular monthly New Moon process — after all, we are setting those intentions for the whole 6-month Eclipse cycle, rather than just for the next 28 days. It is best to set our Intentions 48 hours after the the Solar Eclipse becomes exact, and not during a Moon VoC.
The best and most potent times to set your Solar Eclipse Intentions is therefore any time between 12:21am Saturday very early morning on Dec. 28th until 12:13am Monday very early morning, Dec. 30th (that’s Eastern Time in the US — the New York time zone).
Make them powerful — after all, they cover the next six months — and if possible, align them with the Capricorn energy!
If you live in a timezone other than EST (US East Coast-time), and converting time zones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining my Facebook page and/or following me on Twitter. I will post reminders on Saturday and Sunday to let you know when it is time to set your intentions 😉
Thursday late evening, we have an opportunity to soften our need for accomplishment with a gentler, more intuitive approach.
Friday, Dec. 27th:
Friday, the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Wednesday late afternoon for details).
Friday early afternoon, a Sun/Jupiter alignment in 5.5 degrees of Capricorn becomes exact at 1:25pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Monday evening on; it will be strong until Tuesday morning. This is the start of a “new you” with more confidence and faith; we have a chance to create a world of adventure and personal growth within our long-term goals.
We feel optimistic — and that helps us attract positive circumstances. If you’ve been thinking about launching a new long-term project, this would be an excellent time to do so; this is especially true for projects connected to the Capricorn energy — things like career goals, business dealings, long-term projects, long-term aspirations — or the pursuit of self-mastery and repute as an expert out there in the world.
Government programs or affiliations can also flourish at this time, as can big business ventures with long-lasting impact; here too, we may well feel more vital, confident, and optimistic — but may also be prone to exaggeration.
Given that we strongly prefer to see the good in the world at this time, this is also a good time to resolve conflicts concerning our status in the world, or around our business relationships. Events may give our ego a boost, and we could be feeling quite perky and “alive”. Take advantage of this by promoting yourself or putting yourself “out there”.
If we don’t channel all this energy into something that elevates our mind and soul, we may become a little restless or stressed, so ask yourself: Where does all this energy coming through want to go? How might I use it to my advantage? Could I use it to go beyond what I’ve known myself to be?
This aspect also gives us an opportunity to be encouraging and optimistic with ourselves and others, as we deal with inner and outer limitations, challenges, or pressures. Our perspective on what we have endured or worked towards since early 2019 might change as we begin to see some possibilities around long-term goals and the structures we have been building (or rebuilding) over the last several years.
Ask yourself: What’s the bigger picture that I can now see? What no longer looks so useful in my approach to my long-term goals? What if I got real about that? Could I be courageous enough to acknowledge what’s not working and simply correct it? Could I see the humor in my fallibility and limitations?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 2-9 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer,Aries, or Libra? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Sagittarius (the Sun rules Leo; Jupiter rules Sagittarius).
Friday at 4:03pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 8 hours until 12:21am EST (Saturday very early morning). Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to investigate your deepest motivations and align them with your long-term goals and achievements. We are capable of great focus for this period.
As with all opportunities in life, this one is not simply handed to us, we have to make something of it. Might deeper perspectives into our psyche move us closer to long-term goals?
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday afternoon until Saturday very early morning ahead of time.
Saturday, Dec. 28th:
Saturday, the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Friday night/Saturday very early morning for details).
Friday night/Saturday very early morning, at 12:21am EST,the Moon moves into freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until next week, Monday late morning (Dec. 30th). With this Moon placement, we often feel emotionally detached; when we do connect to our feelings, it’s typically from a cerebral, intellectual place. We need a cause or project that resonates — preferably one where we can connect with like-minded people.
For the next couple of days, we’ll tend to be more eccentric or experimental; future-related issues like politics or education call to us now, as do unusual or even esoteric subjects like Astrology, UFOs… indeed anything from outer space. Our scientific approach to things leans on originality and ingenuity; we definitely love being unconventional.
The increased value we place on personal and emotional independence could make us come off as indifferent or cold in one-on-one interactions. That said, we can still be friendly and kind, provided we aren’t pushed into doing something conventional or unethical.
Saturday after 12:21am EST, is the best time to start setting our New Moon/Solar Eclipse Intentions. As mentioned on Thursday morning, with a Solar Eclipse it is best to wait until 48 hours after the Eclipse was exact before setting any intentions, as the energy of an Eclipse is quite intense, and it’s therefore wise to wait until the energy settles before setting our intentions.
As always, we also want to avoid any Moon void of course (VoC) phases; this time around that makes the best and most potent time for setting our intentions: today (Saturday) after 12:21am EST, and tomorrow (Sunday) all day — all the way through Monday very early morning at 12:13am EST.
Make your Intentions powerful — after all, they cover the next six months — and if possible, align them with the Solar Eclipse energies that I spoke about in my last video — you might want to watch it again if you are not sure anymore what they are — click here to watch my video on the Solar Eclipse 😉
If you live in a timezone other than EST (US East Coast-time), feel free to join my facebook Fan-pageorfollow me on twitter I will be posting reminders today and tomorrow throughout the day, to let you know that it is time to set your intentions 😉

Saturday early morning, we may feel pulled in two quite different directions: On the one hand, we experience a need for connecting with like-minded people and remaining objective; on the other hand, we want to make space for pursuing our financial vision — and we also want to break free from outdated value systems.
As such, we may have to address what we value in both in others, and in ourselves (which informs our self-worth); as best as you can, make adjustments and find creative solutions when it comes to these energies.
Saturday late evening, at 11:55pm EST, Mercury changes signs from optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius to practical, accomplishment-oriented, status-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Jan. 16th, 2020.
This is a time when our minds like to make concrete plans for the future. A systematic, practical approach to reaching our goals is now favored; we are good at focusing on practical matters and getting down to the essentials.
We do not waste any words at this time — what we say is truthful and to the point. We see reality very clearly now — and it might not look as rosy as we thought. As best as you can, use this time to get in touch with what’s real in your life — without going down the “rabbit hole” of pessimistic inadequacy 😉
Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will be more serious and possible more eager to accomplish concrete goals. Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Capricorn? If so, you will most likely feel more chatty for the next 3 weeks.
Sunday, Dec. 29th:
Sunday, the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Saturday very early morning for details).
Sunday all day until tomorrow, Monday very early morning, at 12:13am EST, is still time to set our New Moon/Solar Eclipse Intentions. As mentioned yesterday already, with a Solar Eclipse it is best to wait until 48 hours after the Eclipse was exact before setting any intentions, as the energy of an Eclipse is quite intense, and it’s therefore wise to wait until the energy settles before setting our intentions.
Make your Intentions powerful — after all, they cover the next six months — and if possible, align them with the Solar Eclipse energies that I spoke about in my last video — you might want to watch it again if you are not sure anymore what they are — click here to watch my video on the Solar Eclipse 😉

Sunday late evening, a challenging Mercury/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 11:58pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Friday evening on; it will remain strong until Tuesday evening. This combination might bring up some insecurities in our verbal, in-person or email interactions.
That said, this could also be an opportunity for healing; we are energized to move past harsh criticism of ourselves or others, towards more loving and compassionate structures for thinking and communicating. As best as you can, stretch yourself — and be open to bringing love and understanding to it all (and that includes you) 🙂

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point or any personal planets in the following: 0-5 degree of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer, or Libra, or 28-29 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Virgo, or Gemini? If so, you are more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo).
And…
A heads up for next Monday (Dec. 30th): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius until 10:41am EST (see Saturday very early morning for details). At 5:24am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 5 hours until 10:41am EST. At 10:41am EST, the Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until Wednesday late evening. In the late afternoon, a harmonious Mercury/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 5:22pm EST; we started to feel this aspect from Dec. 28th on; it will remain strong until Jan. 1st 2020. Last but not least, also on Monday, Uranus starts to slow down (station) getting ready to end it’s 5-month Retrograde phase. More about all the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

On Dec. 26th at 12:13am EST, the Moon aligns with the Sun in 4 degrees of Capricorn, launching both a new Moon and a new Eclipse cycle. Solar Eclipses are extra-powerful New Moons, and they take place approximately every 6 months. Feel free to also watch my video on the subject

Solar Eclipses are a good time to go within, to seed anything we would like to accomplish for the next 6 months; we’ll dig into this in more detail in the next section of this forecast…
Since Capricorn represents the quest for mastery on the physical plane, some useful questions you can ask yourself include:
What is my relationship to the physical world? Do I respect the laws of matter? Am I going about things in a realistic way? How committed am I really? Where does my inner compass point? What am I willing to undergo to overcome adversity? What if I simply released outdated, rigid structures in my life?
What are my favorite “shoulds”? What “shoulds” are putting unnecessary pressure and judgments on me? Where do I need to reclaim my power? What might be possible for me long term if I moved from “shoulding on myself” to “making an empowered choice for myself”?
The highest vibration of Capricorn is the development of responsibility, resourcefulness, reliability, self-mastery, and the ability to set realistic goals and healthy boundaries. The next 6 months are a perfect time to work on these areas.
As best as you can, prepare for the future, make commitments and recognize responsibilities — in other words, nurture your dreams in a realistic manner. Focus on setting and achieving practical and attainable long-term goals, one step at a time, one day at a time — this is not about immediate results — it’s about the quality of the foundation you are building.
Capricorn also invites us to set the kind of realistic limits and boundaries that allow everyone involved to learn from the consequences of their choices. Ask yourself: Where am I able to set realistic limits and boundaries? Where was I unable to do that before now? If those lapses were about fear, what might I be afraid of happening? If those fears came to pass, what would be the worst of that?
This New Moon/Solar Eclipse aligns with Jupiter in Capricorn, trines Uranus in Taurus, and squares Chiron in Aries. Let’s unpack that…
First, let’s focus on the alignment with Jupiter: this gives us an opportunity to be encouraging and optimistic with ourselves and others as we deal with limitations, challenges, or pressure. Our perspective of what we have endured or worked towards since early 2019 might change, and we are starting to see some possibilities in connection with our long-term goals, and the structures we have been building (or rebuilding) over the last several years.
Ask yourself: What’s the bigger picture that I can now see? What has changed in regards to my perspective since early 2019? What no longer feels useful in my approach to my long-term goals? What if I got real about that? Could I be courageous enough to acknowledge what’s not working and simply correct it? Could I see the humor in my fallibility and limitations?
Now let’s talk about the trine to Uranus (the energy of innovation, unconventionality and breakthroughs): This combo gives us an opportunity to bring an innovative approach (one that serves future progress) to the building of long-term goals already underway. We can use our unique talents and create possibilities in our business or long-term approaches that bring about expansion.
Ask yourself: What if I could bring both more excitement and more personal vision to what I am aiming for long-term? What might an unconventional approach make possible for me and others?
Before we talk about the square to Chiron, let me briefly mention that Uranus in Taurus is in a mutual reception with Venus in Aquarius at the time of this Eclipse…. This means that they are in each other’s signs and support each other’s agenda, providing an opportunity to bring a common vision and a more human approach to our interactions with others.
Last but not least, let’s talk about the square to Chiron: This aspect could cause us to feel impatient and/or triggered — so definitely bring as much compassion and kindness to yourself and others as you can muster. This is an opportunity to look at our insecurities and “sensitivities” with kind eyes and an open heart instead of harsh judgment — ultimately embracing our own humanity — keeping in mind that, as humans, we experience pain, shame, and separation, but can heal through the unconditional love and self-acceptance of the spirit-human alliance.
Ask yourself: What might be possible if I was willing to just “be with” my insecurities and past wounding, without trying to fix them? What if my attempts to fix them were the very thing keeping me from seeing the divine perfection of it all?
Where besides career and other long-term goals could I channel my impatient, masculine energies into something that satisfies me on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level?
Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn, will move through its own signuntil March 2020, and then will do so again between July and Dec. 2020… Saturn has been long associated with karma — and this is simply about understanding the laws of cause and effect: “What I put into something is what I get out of it. As I sow, so shall I reap”, and so on…
Given this, ask yourself (and be really honest with yourself here): Am I doing whatever it takes? Am I realistic about time, and the use of time? Am I realistic when it comes to my ambitions and long-term goals?
Saturn advises us to choose realistically. Ask yourself: Am I true to myself? Does the progress justify the effort? Am I in touch with my limitations and abilities when it comes to building something long-term?
With this many planets in Capricorn, it is important for us to take breaks, or at least slow down and allow ourselves to tune in and stay grounded. If possible, seek tools (and people) that help you conduct a truthful exploration of your abilities and limitations.
Saturn in Capricorn wants us to work hard and put our energies into practical, useful, and meaningful projects. It reminds us to live in the here and now — and this “here and now” is all about building a solid foundation — understanding that moderation and patience are necessary not only for our spiritual growth, but for our physical accomplishments as well.
Ask yourself: What daily practice might bring about a masterful result? What might be possible if I took 5% more responsibility for my inner limitations and restrictions?
Given that it rules Capricorn, Saturn’s placement in its own sign plays an important role with this Eclipse, and beyond, until it changes signs in March 2020, and then again, when it goes back into Capricornbetween July and December, 2020 — and if you’d like to know more about how Saturn’s journey in Capricorn will impact you personally, feel free to check out my webinar on the subject, available for purchase on my website (you can also check out this 30-minute excerpt for free 🙂
Saturn also conjuncts Pluto in Capricorn in this Solar Eclipse chart — exact at 22.5º on Jan. 12th, 2020. The last time we saw a Saturn-Pluto alignment was in November, 1982, and then again in May-June, 1983; back then it was in a late degree of Libra — so as you can see this is quite a long cycle — anywhere from 35-37 years, in fact. It’s time to think seriously about what no longer works for us, both individually, and collectively.
Ask yourself: What “old” structures in my life are not in alignment with my Soul Purpose? Where in my life do I feel an inner pressure to commit to something that feels emotionally authentic to me and requires me to grow up and stand in my power? Where am I asked to face my fears and some harder issues?
What needs to be transformed or discarded in order to find healthy ways to support myself and others — even considering everyone’s limitations? How can I take a nurturing approach to my current limitations? To the limitations of other people? How might I develop a practice around my understanding of what I am capable of and not capable of?
We also discussed what’s to come for the whole of 2020 — and how that all relates to our natal charts — in quite a bit of detail in the “Preview of 2020” webinar — you can get the mp4-video recording of this webinar (click here), or watch a 15-min. Teaser of this webinar here.
Both the live event and the video recording are included in all of the Star and SuperStar Memberships. So, feel free to join our online community and get lots of free stuff, and other goodies all year around: click here for more info.
To sum all of this up: We are invited to take a new perspective and bring a new approach to being a mature, responsible citizen of this world, whilst also honoring our unique talents — in other words, human beings who make a difference, one by one — even when it seems as though we are too little to create a big shift on our own.
No matter how small an action may seem, every pebble makes a ripple… and remember to focus on yourself! Whatever others do, or don’t do, this is your journey, and it’s your path that you want to be focused on… nothing great was ever achieved by focusing on other people’s mediocracy or limited perceptions.
We also want to keep in mind that no matter how “amazing” someone else’s life seems, we are all human, and everyone has stuff to work through. No-one comes to this planet without a desire for evolutionary growth. It is who we are and why we’re here.
Part of this journey — and much of our evolutionary growth — comes from adversity. Inner strength and self-reliance come almost entirely from overcoming challenging situations; obstacles are the mirror that life uses to show us where we might become more capable, and where we have drifted from contact with outer reality or inner truth. Ask yourself: Am I on the right track? Is it my track or someone else’s?
What obstacles can I see from here? What challenges can I sense looming up ahead? What if there was value in those challenges? Would I send them my gratitude if that were the case? What if I responded to all situations in a way that respects and serves all those involved?
As best as you can, allow yourself to be in a quiet, receptive state on the day of the Eclipse. If, like most of us, you have other obligations, simply take 5 minute breaks here and there, if you possibly can — get quiet and be with yourself — your Higher Self. What might become possible if you gave this to your body and mind on a regular basis?
[/wcm_restrict] Do you have your Ascendant or any personal planets in 0-9 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries, or Libra? If so, you are more affected by this powerful New Moon/Solar Eclipse; the same is true for those of us with our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo, the Moon rules Cancer). Again, feel free to also watch my video on the subject 🙂
A quick word about setting Intentions — you may recall that this process is a little different for a Solar Eclipse, compared to the regular monthly New Moon process — after all, we are setting those intentions for the whole 6-month Eclipse cycle, rather than just for the next 28 days.
As for timing, it’s best to set our Intentions 48 hours after the Solar Eclipse becomes exact, and not during a Moon VoC; the best and most potent times to set your S.E. Intentions is therefore any time between 12:21am on Dec. 28th and 12:13am on Dec 30th. (that’s Eastern Time in the US — the New York time zone).
If you live in a timezone other than EST (US East Coast-time), and converting time zones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining me on my Facebook Fan-page and/or following me on Twitter. I will post reminders to let you know when it is time to set your intentions 😉
Whenever you set them, make them powerful — after all, they cover the next six months — and if possible, align them with the Capricorn energy!
And a final word for this final Eclipse of 2019:
May you enter 2020 more grateful to be alive, and filled with faith in the evolutionary process that is ongoing within us all — may you participate consciously in the evolution of existence on this planet, coming not from fear, but from knowledge of your inner strength and personal power — the power of your heart and your humanity! Trust your inner truth and knowing!

Monday, Dec. 16th:
Monday, the Moon remains in attention-loving Leo all day. It will journey there until Tuesday very early morning. We have a chance to appreciate ourselves and our lives — and to connect to the heart.
Hand out as many compliments as possible, they will be deeply appreciated 🙂 Fun, games and romance are a big part of this energy. You might also enjoy spending time with little ones. What are you most grateful for today? What would be heaps of fun? What would be so much fun, you squeak just thinking about it?
Monday very early morning, we are still invited to make some internal adjustments. We may want to have some fun, but may also need to tune in to our intuitive inner voice. What do you hear when you get really quiet?
Monday morning, feels a little uneasy. We need to develop an inner awareness around our two seemingly opposite pulls: on the one hand, a strong desire to accomplish; on the other, our need for play and fun.
We are asked to bring awareness to whatever it is we feel most committed to: Are we after laughter and joy? Or building a solid foundation? As best as you can, make adjustments as needed, and drop any self-judgment.
Monday early afternoon, feels a little uneasy. We need to develop an inner awareness around our two seemingly opposite pulls: on the one hand, a strong desire to accomplish; on the other, our need for play and fun.
We are asked to bring awareness to whatever it is we feel most passionate about: Are we after laughter and joy? Or intense and authentic emotion? As best as you can, make adjustments as needed, and drop any self-judgment.
Monday at 5:10pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 9 hours until 2:16am EST (Tuesday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to feel excited about an adventure. Things flow nicely during this time; you have an opportunity to connect, explore, and become part of something exciting.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday late afternoon until Tuesday very early morning ahead of time.
Also, on Monday, we enter Eclipse seasonuntil Jan. 24th 2020; for 10 days before and after an Eclipse, we are usually in uncharted territory: anything is possible and it’s wise to expect the unexpected.
Anything brand-new (and I really mean brand, brand-new) started during this time will likely not pan out the way we thought it would, often because important information comes to light only after the New Moon that follows the last Eclipse. If possible, try to defer any major brand-new projects until after Jan. 24th, when this Eclipse season is over. If something is beginning or ending in a way that seems organic allow it to be.
Another Eclipse-related phenomenon: not only do Eclipses bring up uncertainty in us, they might also leave us nervous, anxious, unsettled and disoriented. As best as you can, observe your feelings and stay grounded in the “here and now”. Connect to your intuition and inner wisdom; they will help carry you through this period. Remember: it’s temporary and we are receiving an upgrade — that’s a good thing!
Just like upgrading a computer, you will get all the information you need, as soon as the upgrade is complete — so as best you can, be patient. This does not mean that we need to drop everything; it just means it’s wise to…

Tuesday, Dec. 17th:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in Leo and VoCuntil 2:16am EST; at that time, the Moon moves into detail-oriented, practical Virgo, where it will journey until Thursday early morning; turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome. We are generous with our time/services and we love to help others. We also have a fondness for science and anything that makes sense in our world — things and knowledge we can apply and use.
Health might come also into focus at this time. We notice the parts that make up the whole; this is a great time to see if our daily routines (eating, work, self-care, etc.) align with our long-term goals. This Moon placement starts the build up towards the last Quarter Moon (exact Wednesday late evening).
Tuesday early morning, calls for some inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the desire to heal our relationship with the inner masculine (assertiveness/anger, leadership, taking actions) — and on the other, the need to tend to our daily work or health routines.
Tuesday morning, we are invited to connect with like-minded people and learn something new about our unique talents or value in the world. We are able to better connect to anything that requires attention to detail. We might also perhaps implement revolutionary health routines or other systems in our day to day life that support our values and make life more enjoyable.
Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning, we are being asked to stretch and grow — to undertake a process of adjusting our thinking. You may feel a little scatter-brained or all over the map. As best as you can, stay flexible — and don’t be too hard on yourself.
Wednesday, Dec. 18th:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day (see Tuesday very early morning for details).
Wednesday early morning, we seek a balance between head and heart, facts and imagination, reason and intuition/compassion. That said, if you can achieve that balance, it’s a great day for being of service.
Wednesday late morning, we have an opportunity to connect to others and go deeper — and perhaps also to take a look at our daily routines to see how empowering they are for us and our intimate/financial partnerships.
Also, Wednesday late morning, we are more capable than normal of looking at the details, and focusing on what’s sitting right in front of us that demands to be taken care of, so we can get to the next phase of accomplishment. We are invited to look at all the practical implications; we need to slow down and take our time if we are to manifest something that can stand the test of time — rushing things will most likely backfire right now.
Wednesday afternoon, we can potentially accomplish quite a bit: The Moon in Virgo makes a harmonious aspect to Pluto in Capricorn. Virgo and Capricorn are Earth signs, so getting down to business and focusing on the task at hand takes less effort than normal. Our increased ability to discern “what’s what” can support us when digging deeper into our motivations around long-term goals. We are able to tackle anything that requires attention to detail and maybe even implement health routines or other systems that support us long-term.
Wednesday late evening, at 11:57pm EST,the last Quarter Moon in 27 degrees of Virgo becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect build from the moment the Moon entered Virgo Tuesday very early morning. The Moon in detail-oriented, helpful and practical Virgo makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius.
This may bring challenges; however, it also energizes us to face what demands completion or change. This Moon phase brings us closer to Dec. 26th, which will bring the Solar Eclipse in Capricorn.
With this particular last Quarter Moon, rather than starting major new projects, it serves us take a look at what was started around the time of the last Eclipse — in this case, around July 2nd. We now have about a week to wrap those projects up. What — if anything — needs last-minute adjustments? What did you discover since July 2nd? What did it mean for you?
As best as you can, find creative solutions for anything that comes up (whether internally, or with others).
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 25-29 degrees of Virgo, Pisces, Gemini, or Sagittarius? If so, you will feel this month’s last Quarter Moon quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer, since the Sun rules Leo and the Moon rules Cancer.
Thursday, Dec. 19th:
Thursday, the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo, until 5:04am EST (see Tuesday very early morning for details).
Thursday at 3:07am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for 2 hours until 5:04am EST. Use this intuitive time to gain clarity about what’s important to you. Ask yourself: What works for me in my daily routines? What doesn’t? What do I see now, that I can easily implement in my business relationships, that I couldn’t see before?
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Thursday early morning ahead of time.
Thursday early morning, an opportune Mars/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 5:00am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last Sunday evening on; it will remain strong until this Sunday evening. This aspect is an opportunity to have more self-discipline and self-motivation in our lives; we can bring a sharper focus to bear on our work and other activities, coupled with inner drive and a deep desire to succeed.
We have a chance to face life with depth and maturity. We tend to be more practical than usual, and our progress in most projects is perhaps slow but steady. This can be a very productive time for us but it is important that we source our energy from within. Remember: this is an “opportunity” — this isn’t necessarily handed to us, we have to make the most of it. It’s our choice.
Do you have your Ascendant or any personal planets in 18-22 degrees ofScorpio, Capricorn, Pisces or Virgo? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Capricorn (Mars rules Aries; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn).
Thursday at 5:04am EST, the Moon moves into harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Saturday morning. The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite at this time, as we seek the approval of others.
We very much want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time, and are therefore open to making compromises and negotiating. These next two days are a great time for mediation — but our need for peace and accompanying aversion to direct conflict could pull us to “yes” more easily than we might like.
We may also be able see both sides of the equation so well that we can’t make decisions. As best as you can, find an inner balance with this and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm — even if it’s “No” 😉 One last quick note: this is also a great time for anything to do with visual arts.
Thursday late evening, a challenging Mercury/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 11:19pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Tuesday night on, it will remain strong until Saturday night. This aspect asks us to stretch ourselves and grow.
We may experience a lack of clarity and objectivity. We might make embarrassing errors, neglect important details, or carry some delusions now. Our lack of clarity may make it difficult for others to understand us.
We are more imaginative now, and easily swayed by the opinions of others. We can be highly creative and inspired under this influence, but also overly sensitive, touchy, or impractical. What might a creative approach to life be?
It can be hard to follow routines. Concentrating on monotonous tasks and work (or study that involves attention to detail or rote learning) may also be challenging at this time. As best as you can, be compassionate with yourself and others during these 5 days.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-19 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini or Virgo? If so, you are more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Pisces (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Neptune rules Pisces).
Friday, Dec, 20th:
Friday, the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Thursday early morning for details).
Friday very early morning, at 1:42am EST, Venus changes signs from productive, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn to freedom-oriented, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Jan. 13th, 2020. This requires that we provide more freedom in our relationships.
Basically, we want to improve them, break away from what feels old or stale.
We want our intellectual qualities to be admired; we also want to connect to like-minded people that share our vision so friendships and networking will be favored for the next 3 weeks. We may consider unusual financial investments. This is a good time for financial undertakings involving the following areas: electronics, technology and the internet, metaphysics, the arts group activities.
Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aquarius? If so, this placement will bring extra love and beauty into your life. Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra? If so, you may feel the need for freedom or change in your relationships more strongly.
Friday morning, we are invited to make some internal adjustments. We may want to connect with others, but may also need to tune in to our intuitive inner voice. What do you hear when you get really quiet?
Friday afternoon, we are invited to make some adjustments in our lives and find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations. As best as you can, look for solid foundations under any long-term goals currently underway, and for ways to create win-win outcomes for one-on-one relationships.
Friday early evening, we may need to make some adjustments and find creative ways to work with the energies at play: On the one hand we need to collaborate with others and play nice, on the other hand, we feel a deep desire to be authentic and truthful about what we want to build long-term.
Saturday, Dec. 21st:
Saturday, the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra until 7:57am EST (see Thursday early morning for details).
Saturday morning, an opportune Venus/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 6:14am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Thursday evening on; it will be strong until Sunday evening. It’s an opportunity to bring healing to our wounds around relationships or our sense of self-worth.
We get a chance to love ourselves and heal deep fears of not being “good enough”. Healing happens much faster when we can open to forgiving ourselves and others. As best as you can, bring compassion and understanding to yourself, to others, and to those past experiences that wounded you.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-4 degrees of Aquarius, Aries, Gemini, Sagittarius or 28-29 degrees of Capricorn, Pisces, Taurus, or Scorpio? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra).
Saturday at 6:45am EST, we enter a brief Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 1 hour until 7:57am EST. Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to connect with others for collaboration and an exploration of life. How might a wider view support your connections with others?
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. Take a break, or sleep in, if you’re able to.
Saturday at 7:57am EST, the Moon moves into passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until next week, Monday late morning (Dec. 23rd).
Moon in Scorpio tends to run right over ambiguity — it’s “in or out”, “with us or against us”, “love me or leave me”. It can therefore be stormy — a cold winter storm, or a torrid tropical storm of passion, depending on how we “work” the energies 🙂
Manipulation and paranoia are the lower vibrations of this aspect, so as best you can, be straightforward — act in good faith and assume it in others. Best of all, be truly present to the fluctuations of your feelings — no matter if they’re “polite” or “timely”. Feelings aren’t facts, but they are information — and heeding them will help you embrace all of who you are.
Know thyself — and love thyself — you shall be set free. Remember: Love connects us to the Power within; Fear causes “Force” to show up — and that’s ultimately what disempowers us and others.
Saturday late evening, at 11:19pm EST, the Sun changes signs from adventurous, optimistic, truth-seeking Sagittarius to practical, accomplishment-oriented, status-oriented Capricorn. This also marks the shortest day of the year (in the northern hemisphere) and the beginning of Winter — aka the Winter Solstice.
The Solstices are important turning points that take place twice a year: They are energetic gateways for the summer or winter season to come through. Solstice Points are thus extra-potent times to set intentions and take part in ceremonies.
The Sun will journey through the sign of Capricornuntil Jan. 20th, 2020. Capricorn is a feet-on-the-ground, eyes-on-the-prize sign. As the Sun travels through it, we take a realistic, grounded approach to life; we know how to do things, and how to get things done.
We have a stronger sense of society and its structure, and feel most secure when doing our part within that structure; as such, worldly recognition may take on more importance for us. Making plans for the future can be very effective right now. We are more risk-averse at this time but we are ready to work hard and focus on what is essential.
All this is especially true if you are a Leo or Capricorn Sun-sign or Rising-sign. As a Capricorn, you will feel a good dose of confidence and playfulness in the next four weeks; as a Leo, you are more cautious and practical than usual…working towards a realistic long-term goal might be just the thing for you to do.
Sunday, Dec. 22nd:
Sunday, the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day (see Saturday morning for details).
Sunday morning, a challenging Venus/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 8:30am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Thursday evening on; it will remain strong until next week, Wednesday morning (Dec. 25th). This “stretch aspect” asks us to grow beyond what we know and have experienced in the past in regards to our relationships, especially our group affiliations and networks of like-minded people.
Priorities may shift. We may experience clashes of taste or values within our networks; as you can imagine, we may feel some instability or restlessness in connection to others. We may also struggle with freedom versus material safety — the latter manifesting as fears around financial goals.
As best as you can, take a deep breath and hold off on decision-making with regards to finances — in particular, it is best to avoid impulse buys at this time.
In general, expect the unexpected: Things may take a different turn when it comes to the truly important. Keep your mind and heart open: if something demands elimination or change, it was waiting for that shift to happen anyway. As best as you can, find creative solutions and stay flexible and adaptable. This is not the best time to take things too personally (but then again, is there ever a good time for that? 🙂
Let me also mention here that Uranus in Taurus is in a mutual reception with Venus in Aquarius…. which means that they are in each other signs and support each others agenda. This provides an opportunity to bring a common vision and a more human approach to our interactions with others.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 0-6 degrees of Aquarius, Taurus, Leo, or Scorpio ? If so, you may be more affected by this aspect. The same is true for those with their Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Aquarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Uranus rules Aquarius)
Also, Sunday morning, an opportune Mars/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 9:32am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Thursday evening on; it will remain strong until next week, Wednesday evening (Dec. 25th). This brings an opportunity to connect our personal passions to our Soul’s passions. We are resourceful and persistent when pursuing a goal, bringing tremendous effort and focus to bear.
This is an opportunity to be committed, determined and passionate, with no half-measures; it’s also an opportunity to feel more confident about our shared resources with others. Strategic thinking and execution is favored right now, as is eliminating waste around time and energy. Remember though: An “opportunity” is just an opening, it’s not automatically granted — we have to “step up” to the opening, then through it…
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 20-24 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces or Virgo? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Scorpio (Mars is the ruler of Aries, so those folks will always be affected more strongly by Mars’s movements and aspects; Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio)
Sunday around 4:30pm EST, the Balsamic Moon phase begins when the Moon reaches 19º of Scorpio. This phase lasts until next week Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning when the Solar Eclipse in Capricorn becomes exact (more on that next week… In the meantime, feel free to watch my video on the subject).
We are being asked to slow down and get quiet, so we can listen to our inner sensing/intuition.
For some of us, this might be a stretch, especially since we are in Eclipse season. As best as you can: stay grounded, take a deep breath and exhale any tensions. Rather than starting something brand-new, put all that energy into completing existing projects or processes.
This is also a great time for letting go of whatever no longer serves us. What if you could hear the voice of your inner wisdom? What might it be saying?
Sunday at 10:27pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 13 hour until 11:34am EST (Monday late morning – Dec. 23rd). Use this intuitive time to take actions on things you feel passionate about, or on projects connected to intimate/financial partnerships; digging deeper into your own psyche, and allowing yourself to surrender your fears, your need to be in control, or your need to be in power might also be a good use of this time.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Sunday late evening until the late morning ahead of time.
And…
A heads up for next Monday (Dec. 23rd):the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio and VoCuntil 11:34am EST. In the late morning, a challenging Sun/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 10:17am EST; we started to feel this aspect from Dec. 20th on; it will remain strong until Dec. 26th. At 11:34am EST, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, where it will journey until Wednesday late afternoon. More about all the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

Full Moons give us a chance to realize how far we’ve come since the time of the last New Moon — we gain a better insight as to whether we’re where we’d like to be, or if it’s time to correct our course. Full Moons also highlight relationships, and sometimes bring about a crisis to heighten our awareness of any imbalances, thereby pointing us towards the integration of certain polarities.
Ask yourself: How far have I come in regards to understanding the bigger picture and my beliefs within that frame? What are my current experiences directly teaching me about life? What might the next step be? What decisions could I make over the next two weeks to support me on my current adventures?
This month’s Full Moon has a mutable T-Square, a Stellium in Capricorn — and Chiron (the Wounded Healer) is exalted. I will go into all those in detail in a moment…
Soon after this Full Moon becomes exact, Eclipse season begins… Dec. 16th until Jan. 24th. Feel free to join us live on Dec. 16th at 4pm EST for the last Forecasting Forum of the year! We will take a Look ahead at 2020! And the upcoming Eclipses!

So, for the next two weeks, we will be dealing with the Sagittarius/Gemini polarity, and seeking balance and integration around those poles — something needs to be brought into alignment — so let’s look at those signs in more detail: Sagittarius highlights the importance of seeing our life as a journey, and trusting our intuition to show us the way: Why are we here? What is the human journey all about?
Sagittarius shows us a wider perspective, asking us to…

***[wcm_restrict]
Sagittarius shows us a wider perspective, asking us to look beyond facts and learned knowledge, to our life experiences and the wisdom we gain from them; it is interested in the bigger picture, the higher truth about life. Sagittarius looks to the future, our philosophies and our faith; it illustrates the importance of intention: when I aim high, I will gain more!
Ask yourself: What might I be able to explore if I stepped outside of my regular routine? What type of experiences might broaden my horizons? Is it at least possible that a new perspective might retroactively “change” what I have been through or experienced?
Gemini, on the other hand, wants to keep us connected to our immediate environment, and our communities in the here and now, engaging our day-to-day mind through the gathering of facts and logic — it wants us processing and sharing as much information as we can, as fast as possible. Gemini is interested in the spoken and written word.
Ask yourself: How do logic and language enrich my life? How could I better experience the power of my mind on a daily basis? How does my inner dialog contribute to that? What do I learn from my interactions with others? What am I willing to learn?
The Shadow side of both of those signs: feeling scattered and overextended, being cynical, self-righteous, or dogmatic. With Shadow issues, the more awareness we bring to them, the less impact they have on us.
As best as you can, integrate the Gemini mind energy/information/conditioning with Sagittarius‘s wisdom-energy generated from life’s experiences and the quest for a larger truth and broader understanding.
This Full Moon chart also has a T-square:Neptune in Pisces squares the Moon in Gemini and the Sun in Sagittarius. This asks us to stretch and grow by releasing anything that no longer supports our spiritual/mental growth. We may have a tendency to underestimate situations, or be in denial about their impact on us — and our expectations of ourselves and others might be unrealistic.
As best as you can, be gentle with yourself and others; seek to understand before seeking to be understood. Do your best to quiet your mind and open your heart. Be sensitive as well as honest — and beware of misinterpretations.
Ask yourself: What might be the best way to distinguish between what I think, what I believe, and what I simply know? Might my intuitive, divine energy help me be realistic about how much I can expect of myself right now?
How can I honor my introverted and my extroverted natures equally? What if I had no judgment about moving faster or slower? What if I tuned into my feeling body for a moment and took a break — or at least slowed down a little? What if I practiced being compassionate and kind with myself and others for the next 60 minutes?
The T-Square could also create a lack of clarity and objectivity. We may neglect important details; that said, we are also more imaginative at this time and can truly inspire others. What we say may not be what is heard, and vice versa, so verify facts and question assumptions. Don’t override your inner guidance — if something sounds good, but doesn’t feel right, it’s probably not “right” for you right now.
The empty leg of this T-square lands in Virgo, we are thus invited to bring our intuitive, loving heart to our daily routines — ask yourself: How might my open heart help both others and myself achieve more clarity? Could I combine the kindness of heart-energy with the clarity of mind-energy? Might making a list of my heart’s desires help me be more present and connected to the flow of life? Could I allow for the timing of things as they unfold, trusting that everything on that list will be created eventually?
Since Virgo is also associated with health routines, you might also ask yourself: “What health routines would support my emotional well-being?”
When investigating daily routines, it can be tempting to approach things from “good or bad”, “right or wrong”; instead, tryasking yourself: What works? What doesn’t? What do I see when I look at it all through kind eyes? Through a lens of practical neutrality?
The Moon in Gemini quincunxes the Saturn/Venus/Pluto Stellium in Capricorn… this feels a little uneasy. We may experience some internal discomfort and need to make some inner adjustments. As best as you can, develop an inner awareness around two seemingly opposite pulls: on the one hand, a strong desire for accomplishment — we feel nudged toward being responsible and building something that will last long-term — and on the other, our need to make connections and exchange information.
Ask yourself: Am I after superficial exchanges? Or intense and authentic emotion? Am I interested in gathering information? Or accomplishing something out there in the real world? What would it look like if I was able to take 100% responsibility for what I contribute to society? What does being self-reliant look like to me? What if I could do all of the above without self-judgement?
I should also mention here that self-care becomes paramount when there is a Stellium in Capricorn. For the next two weeks, if at all possible, prioritize a few minutes of quiet, meditative time at the start and end of each day.
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, has finally made its way into Sagittarius (after having spent over two months in Scorpio). Ask yourself: What shadow elements (i.e. those fearful, suppressed, or disowned sides of myself) have I learned to face, embrace, and integrate in the past two months? How might this process have created more empowerment within me and for the world around me?
With Mercury in Sagittarius, we seek out new ideas; there is a good chance that our thinking is more optimistic and our faith stronger. We are more equipped to believe and to persuade. Our beliefs about reality are usually based on our conditioning and our experiences. However, that said, what we tell ourselves about our experiences can be more important than what happened.
Reframing problems into opportunities can be so powerful. What if we reframed everything that happens to us as a chance to grow?
Ask yourself: Am I ready to let go of what I thought was true for me, right up until this very moment, just so I can find out what is actually true right now? Could I look at the bigger picture? Take a broader-minded approach? What might I hear if I listened to my current understanding of things rather than my conditioning? How would I live differently, if I knew that everything happens for me, rather than to me?
What might be possible if I opened up a dialog with others about a “larger” conversation? What conversations do I need to have if I’m to experience an expansion of my thinking/mind? And with whom?
In the Full Moon chart, Mercury quincunxes Uranus in Taurus; Uranus is the planet associated with unconventionality and innovation — and a Quincunx invites us to make inner adjustments… so this aspect indicates a certain degree of mental restlessness and discomfort in our interactions with others. We may be having a hard time accepting that others have different values or preferences.
We are also eager to improve our physical or financial lives; we need to ask ourselves here: What might a breakthrough connected to the physical plane look like for me at this time? What if rushing would not bring that breakthrough? What if uncertainty was a natural part of the human experience?
What might become possible if I got 5% more comfortable with being uncomfortable, just for now? Or 5% more comfortable embracing uncertainty? What internal shift would help me stay open and ready to update my values and preferences?
Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius, started its one-year journey through Capricorn earlier in the month… starting to align with the South Node in Capricorn, trining Uranus in Taurus, and squaring Chiron in Aries. As you may recall, I discussed the trine to Uranus and the square to Chiron in my last video: click here to watch….
Jupiter’s alignment to the South Node invites us to become aware of our high enthusiasm and possible need for grandeur around our standing in the world. It also points to any beliefs or attitudes that need to be revised or adjusted in connection with our careers or long-term goals.
Ask yourself: Where are outdated beliefs holding me back? Where do I need to be more focused and disciplined? Where have I been limiting myself? Wasting time? Energy? Resources? What might promote a realistic perspective on my long-term goals? On my achievements in the world?
How might I become more resourceful when approaching life’s challenges? What business or social aspirations am I now ready to explore? What might happen if I became self-responsible and took a positive attitude towards my career goals?

Chiron stations direct within 24 hours of the Full Moon becoming exact, ending its 5-month Retrograde phase that started on July 8th; it is therefore exalted (this term refers to the intensification of a planet’s archetypal energies whenever it turns retrograde or direct).
If we’ve done the required inner work, Chiron’s “station direct” signals the closing of an old wound — and if not, it offers a heightened awareness of what remains to be resolved.
Chiron in Aries brings a heightened sensitivity towards wounds connected to our personal goals, our physical or sexual identities, and our ability (or inability) to deal with anger/assertion, or leadership. We may get triggered over the next two weeks in those areas.
If you find that happening to you, ask yourself: What would it take to develop a greater understanding of my own “inner wounded child” energies and my “human limitations”? What if directing compassionate awareness toward the limitations of myself and my ancestors around the masculine energies were actually the first step towards healing those parts of myself that I’ve tried so desperately to fix and change in the past? What might “celebrating” those limitations make possible?
It might also be helpful to remember that as we heal ourselves, we help heal the world.
Last but not least, Mars in Scorpio trines Neptune in Pisces. This makes it easier for our animalistic, instinctual nature to connect to compassion and understanding; we can now bring light to all of our inner dark places; self-love has the power to transform that darkness into the gift of powerful self-connection.
Again, we need to bear in mind that everything and everyone is connected — our efforts ripple out — so whatever work we do on ourselves, whatever we manage to integrate, we are not just doing it for ourselves, we are doing it for everyone.
Following our inner guidance on a daily basis is going to be very important — as is releasing any victim-based thinking that can drown that inner guidance out. The best way to notice victim mentality is to catch ourselves when we blame others (or “life”) for our current experiences. If you catch yourself doing this, acknowledge it gently and be kind to yourself: we all do it from time to time… it’s human.
To sum it all up for this Full Moon: There are the facts, and then there is our interpretation: we attribute meanings, generate assumptions and conclusions, these in turn harden into beliefs — and those beliefs create our reality. When we change our interpretation of the facts, we can change our perspective and start creating a different reality. This requires an open mind, an open heart, and the ongoing realization that nothing is static and nothing is separate… The observer affects what is observed because everything is always interacting with everything else.
So, what is Universal Truth? Wouldn’t it have to be something that is true no matter what? No matter what country I come from? No matter the color of my skin? No matter my sexual orientation? My status in society? My age? My physical appearance? The weather?
For the next two weeks, you could ask yourself: What doesn’t change, no matter when (or how often) I look? Could I look beyond the mind and tap into the larger field of energy all around me? What nourishes my soul? Could I make time for silence, surrender, and self-reflection? Even if it’s seems impossible… just a few minutes every day?
I’ll end here with a quote from Michael Meade (author, mythologist, storyteller, and figure in the Men’s Movement of the 1980s and 1990s): “The real treasure of life, is buried in the recesses of our innermost being… yet, trusting in oneself remains one of the hardest things to do in life.”
Again, feel free to watch my Full Moon video for more details.

Now, this week’s Forecast…
Monday, Dec. 9th:
Monday, the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus all day. It will journey there until Tuesday late morning. We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well. In other words: change is not our favorite thing and “rushing things” goes against our grain.
What is our favorite thing for the next day? It’s probably, slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses 😉
Monday early morning, at 4:42am EST, Mercury changes signs from intense, passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio to optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius. It will journey through this fiery sign, until Dec. 28th. During this time, our thinking shifts from a need to plumb the depths of any given situation, to the desire to explore a wide range of topics — especially topics that widen our horizons.
We seek out new ideas; our thinking is more optimistic and our faith increased. We are more equipped to believe and to persuade and will have an easier time reframing problems into opportunities: What if we saw everything that happens to us as a chance to grow? What might change if everything was happening “for” us rather than “to” us?
Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will feel a greater need for expansion — let’s hope it’s not your waistline that expands 🙂 Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Sagittarius? If so, you will most likely feel more chatty for the next 3 weeks.
Monday late morning, we have an opportunity to meet our need for material comfort with a gentler, more intuitive approach.
Also, Monday late morning: we have the ability to comfortably accomplish things that are aligned with our values, coupled with a nice feeling of ease — rushing is not required or expected of us right now. We are also feeling quite grounded in our connections with others and can be quite “real” with them without causing offense.
Monday afternoon, Slow down a little and focus on what’s sitting right in front of you that needs to be taken care of, so you can get to the next phase of accomplishment. Rushing will backfire right now.
Monday 8:13pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 15.5 hours until 11:47am EST (Tuesday late morning). Use this intuitive time to empower each other in regards to earthly issues and mutually support each other in practical ways.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or…

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday evening until Tuesday late morning ahead of time.
Tuesday, Dec. 10th:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in Taurus and VoCuntil 11:47am EST (see Monday morning and Monday evening for details).
Tuesday early morning, a harmonious Mercury/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 4:32am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Sunday (Dec. 8th) on, it will remain strong until this Thursday (Dec.12th). This aspect is a wonderful possibility for active healing in regards to our conditioning and day to day thinking structures.
We can bring compassion, both for ourselves and for others, to communications that trigger us. We are able to allow more space for the “bigger picture” as we share our stories. Forgiveness and understanding towards ourselves and others comes more easily now in general.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in the following: 0-5 degrees of Sagittarius, Aries, Leo, or 28-29 degrees of Scorpio, Pisces, or Cancer? If so, you will be more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo).
Tuesday at 11:47am EST, the Moon moves into chatty, versatile Gemini, where it will journey until Thursday early evening. For the next two days, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible. “Busy” feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way…
The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead 🙂 This Moon placement also start the build up towards the Full Moon in Gemini (exact Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning).
Tuesday early afternoon, consider connecting with others, socializing, and taking a compassionate approach toward yourself and others, especially when it comes to personal goals and passions. Ask yourself: what if taking a compassionate approach towards myself and others actually made for more fulfilling connections?
Tuesday late afternoon, we are asked to balance our need for mentally stimulating interactions and learning, with our desire to venture beyond our day-to-day mind in order to explore things on a more philosophical level. What’s the larger picture? What are we here to do? What are we here to be? Why now?
Wednesday, Dec. 11th:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini all day (see Tuesday late morning for details).
Wednesday early morning, a Venus/Saturn alignment in 19 degrees of Capricorn becomes exact at 5:05am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Sunday (Dec. 8th) on; it will remain strong until this Friday (Dec. 13th) This alignment brings a sense of maturity and commitment to our relationships and the things we most value. Relationships feel stable and steady, although feelings are expressed reservedly, formally, or sparingly.
We experience a new sense of realism in existing partnerships. A sense of duty may lead us to sacrifice a personal pleasure to a “cause” or long-term goal.
We are ready to face any problems in personal relationships that have been swept under the carpet — and they will likely surface. Renewed ties to old friends, business partners or lovers are possible, as is a new sense of responsibility in existing relationships. This is not the best time to start a brand-new relationship.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or personal planets in 16-22 degrees of of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries, or Libra? If so, you will feel the effects of this aspect more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Capricorn (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn)
Wednesday morning, a somewhat challenging Mercury/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 6:55am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Tuesday on, it will remain strong until Thursday early morning. This aspect also operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choice. An inner awareness needs to be developed if we are to see what needs adjusting.
It could be hard to make decisions under this influence, as we tend to doubt our perceptions or problem-solving abilities; it may also be hard to read the intention behind people’s words, leading to misunderstandings — we tend to feel uncomfortable — a sort of “inner itchiness”.
As best you can, give yourself time to respond rather than react — allow your breath to ground you — and be as flexible as possible without compromising your values.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 2-4 degrees of Sagittarius or Taurus? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Jupiter of Sagittarius).
Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning, at 12:12am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 18 hours until 6:23pm EST (Thursday early evening). Use this intuitive time to balance your desire for sharing and gathering information with your desire to go beyond learned knowledge and tap into a greater wisdom that helps us grow and expand mentally, physically or spiritually.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Wednesday night until Thursday evening ahead of time.
Thursday, Dec. 12th:
Thursday, the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini and VoCuntil 6:23pm EST (see Tuesday late morning and Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning for details).
Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning, at 12:12am EST,the Full Moon in almost 20 degrees of Gemini becomes exact; as mentioned above, the entrance of the Moon into Gemini Tuesday late morning started the energetic build up towards the Full Moon. The Moon in chatty, versatile Gemini opposes the Sun in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius. if you’d like to learn more about this Lunation, check out my video on the subject 🙂
Full Moons give us a chance to realize how far we have come since the time of the last New Moon. We gain a better insight as to whether we are where we’d like to be, or need to make some major adjustments. Full Moons also highlight relationships, and may bring about a crisis to heighten our awareness of any imbalances, thereby pointing us towards integration of certain polarities.
Ask yourself: How far have I come in regards to understanding the bigger picture and my beliefs within that? How am I doing with looking at what I am learning about life — directly from my current experiences? What might the next step be for me? What decisions could I make over the next two weeks that might support me on my current adventures?
This month’s Full Moon, has a mutable T-Square with Neptune as the focus point, a Stellium in Capricorn, and Chiron, the Wounded Healer, currently in Aries is exalted. I will go into all those in detail in a moment…
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 18-22 degrees of Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you are more affected by this month’s Full Moon. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo, the Moon rules Cancer)
Thursday very early morning, feels a little uneasy. We need to develop an inner awareness around our two seemingly opposite pulls: on the one hand, a strong desire for accomplishment, on the other, our need to make connections and exchange information.
We are asked to bring awareness to whatever it is we feel most passionate about: Are we after superficial exchanges? Or intense and authentic emotion? As best as you can, make adjustments as needed, and drop any self-judgment
Thursday at 6:23pm EST, the Moon moves into protective, nurturing Cancer, where it will journey until Saturday late evening. With this Moon placement, we are more sensitive to what people say and therefore our feelings are more easily hurt — so be kind to yourself and others. Self-Care is key for the next two days 😉
Emotional safety is important to us as well; we like connecting to the familiar and we enjoy nurturing ourselves and others — home and family call to us, for instance. Make sure though, that your glass is filled before letting others drink from it, otherwise you might start to feel drained and resentful.
Thursday late evening, we are invited to make adjustments and (as best as we can) find creative solutions to seemingly insoluble situations. Make space both for healing around anger or self-identity and for taking care of emotional or family issues.
Also, Thursday late evening, at 10:48pm EST, after a 5-month retrograde, Chiron comes to a halt (in order to turn direct) in almost 1.5 degrees of Aries. Chiron is the wounded healer; in Aries, it brings our attention towards our physical and sexual wounds, as well as wounding around our self-identity and the masculine energies. As best as you can, watch out for any triggers that are connected to your past.
Chiron represents our inner insecurities, those self-conscious and wounded places. Chiron also represents the inner wound of abandonment and our need to “make it on our own”.
We are invited to approach these wounds on a holistic level, to heal them such that others are healed thereby. This is accomplished very simply and naturally when we work with the true beauty and strength of this energy: Compassion. Having compassion for our own wounds heals them and allows healing compassion for the wounds we now see in others.
What physical or sexual wounding could you now acknowledge? Where are your insecurities around personal goals or being a leader in your own unique way? What needs your compassion or even your love? What needs to heal?

Some of us will feel the effects of this station more than others: Do you have your Ascendant, your Career point or any of your personal planets in the following: 0-4 degrees of Aries, Libra, Cancer, Capricorn, or 28-29 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini, Sagittarius? If you do, you may need to take your emotional or spiritual wounds under the magnifying glass. Take a closer look at how you can bring compassion and understanding to those wounds/insecurities.
Last but not least, Thursday late evening, brings an opportunity to connect to family (or friends that feel like family) and create breakthroughs around things that we enjoy through our five senses (e.g. food). This may also be a good time to find a unique or global approach on financial matters that bring us a sense of emotional security.
Friday, Dec. 13th:
Friday, the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer all day (see Thursday early evening for details).
Friday early morning, requires some inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice, one that demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the desire to connect to something new and exciting for the mind — and on the other hand, the need to nurture ourselves and stay in touch with our feeling body.
Friday morning, a harmonious Mars/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 6:55am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week, Sunday evening (Dec. 8th) on; it will remain strong until next week Tuesday evening (Dec.17th). This aspect brings the ability to endow what we feel passionate about with our creativity — and connect it to a higher love. Our animalistic, instinctual/survival nature is able to connect to compassion and understanding.
We can now bring light to all of our inner dark places; through loving ourselves, we can transform that darkness into the gift of feeling powerfully connected to ourselves. As this aspect is taking place in Scorpio and Pisces, we are connecting to our goals and dreams from an emotional place that is deeply spiritual and transformational. We are able to let go of our fears and attachments and are able to have faith that everything will turn out just as it needs to.
Those of us who have their Ascendant (or personal planets) in 13-19 degrees of Scorpio, Pisces or Cancer will be touched in a particularly beautiful way by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Pisces (Mars is the ruler of Aries; Neptune rules Pisces)
Friday late morning, a Venus/Pluto alignment in almost 22 degrees of Capricorn becomes exact at 10:16am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday evening on; it will be strong until Sunday evening. This alignment brings out our passionate side. We uncompromisingly seek deep, totally authentic business connections with others.
Our instincts are very strong right now, our inner wolf is wide-awake, and we can sniff out any unclean intentions right away. As best as you can, be completely truthful about your motivations and needs – if you try to duck this, it could get ugly, since everyone knows what everyone else is up to anyway.
What if you took 100% responsibility for getting what you want and need? What is the highest path to achieve that? And as always when Pluto is involved, choose the power of love over the power of fear — whenever possible.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 19-25 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer,Aries, or Libra? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Scorpio (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Pluto rules Scorpio)
Friday late evening, we are in a state of “flow” and emotional connection to others; spiritual and creative endeavors are favored.
Saturday, Dec. 14th:
Saturday, the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer until 10:56pm EST (see Thursday early evening for details).
Saturday early morning, we may experience authoritarian or rigid attitudes, both toward and from others. This could create some tension or oppositional behaviors — so, as best you can, remain flexible and practice self-care, doing your best to take care of your emotional and physical body — that way, you’ll remain able to stay grounded in reality.
Saturday late morning, we may take an all-or-nothing attitude toward others; this could drive some tension or oppositional behaviors… As best you can, remain flexible and practice self-care — take good care of your emotional and physical body — that way, you’ll remain able to empower yourself and others.
Saturday at 10:57am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for 12 hours until 10:56pm EST. Use this intuitive time to balance your need for something familiar against your need for worldly success and status. Since our instincts and need for safety are strongly engaged, as best as you can, get in touch with what you truly want and need: Is it the world’s approval or an authentic emotional self-connection?
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday, late morning until the end of the day, ahead of time.
Saturday at 10:56pm EST, the Moon moves into fun and attention-loving Leo, where it will journey until next week, Tuesday very early morning (Dec. 17th).
Sunday, Dec. 15th:
Sunday, the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day (see Saturday late evening for details).
Sunday all day and Monday before 3pm EST, is your last chance to sign up for Monday’s live FORECASTING FORUM. Please note that we’ll take a Look at the Year Ahead: Preview of 2020!
If you want to know how 2020 is going to impact you personally, join me live or sign up for the mp4-video presentation.

Sunday very early morning, things flow nicely and we feel excited about new healing modalities. There’s an opportunity here to be compassionate toward ourselves and others and for connecting to our inner child. As best as you can, have fun when connecting with others, bring a healing quality to the table by tapping into your inner joy, explore things on a holistic level, and take a risk.
Sunday early morning, we may feel pulled in two quite different directions: On the one hand, we experience a need for connecting with our inner child-energy (creative self-expressions and joy), on the other hand, we want to make space for pursuing our financial vision — and we also want to break free from outdated value systems.
As such, we may have to address what we value in both in others, and in ourselves (which informs our self-worth); as best as you can, make adjustments and find creative solutions when it comes to these energies.
Sunday afternoon, a long-lasting, harmonious Jupiter/Uranus aspect (in almost 3 degrees of Capricorn/Taurus) becomes exact at 2:01pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Dec. 2nd on; it will be strong until Dec. 27th. This aspect invites us to connect with like-minded people, and explore something new out there in the world that aligns with our unique talents and values — we are ready to explore, have an offbeat attitude, and most people are more willing to experiment.
We are also better able to connect to anything that involves a long-term commitment. We perhaps might also implement revolutionary business practices or government programs that support our progress-oriented values and make life tangibly more enjoyable for as many people as possible.
This aspect also connects excitement to our vision, and to our willingness to try something new and break away from “old” outdated ways of doing things — you could ask yourself: What if I took 5% more responsibility for my own reality? How might this be the key to creating a better future?
How could I implement revolutionary business or social practices that support my current values and make life tangibly more enjoyable for everyone who interacts with me? What attitudes or perspectives could help me learn something new about my unique talents or see my unique value in the world?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 0-6 degrees of Capricorn, Taurus, or Virgo? Or, given that Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius while Jupiter rules Sagittarius, your Ascendant or Sun-sign is in Sagittarius or Aquarius? If either is true for you, you’ll likely feel this aspect more strongly than others.
Also, on Sunday, Neptune resumes its normal pace through the sky, after a 5-month retrograde phase — it is ending its station. What has come up in the last four weeks around resting, trusting and allowing? How closely are you in touch with your intuition?
And…
A heads up for next Monday (Dec. 16th):the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day (see Saturday late evening – Dec. 14th for details). At 4pm EST, I will go live on zoom for my last Forecasting Forum of the year! At 5:10pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 9 hours until 2:16am EST (Tuesday very early morning – Dec. 17th). Also, on Monday, Eclipse season begins until January 24th, 2020. More about all the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

Monday, the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day. It will journey there until Tuesday very early morning.
Monday at 7:27am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for almost 19 hours until 2:11am EST (Tuesday very early morning). We are pulled in two quite different directions: On the one hand, we experience a need for connecting with like-minded people and remaining objective; on the other hand, we want to go deeper, and communicate from a place of passion and empowerment.
We may thus have to address our fears and “issues”. Make space both for connecting, and interacting — and for going within, to reorganize your thought patterns and release any disempowering thought structures. As best as you can, use this intuitive time to make adjustments and find creative solutions when it comes to these energies.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday morning until Tuesday very early morning ahead of time.
Monday afternoon, at 1:20pm EST, Jupiter moves from adventurous, enthusiastic Sagittarius into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Dec. 19th, 2020.
Jupiter represents our desire to seek insight through knowledge; some of this planet’s keywords are gratitude, hope, honor, morality, and the law — it is also the planet of possibility, optimism, and growth (including mental and spiritual growth), and is associated with a sense of humor, goodwill, and mercy.
The lower expressions of Jupiter include “Oh, the heck with it”, “I deserve this and more”, “the rules do not apply to me” — generally speaking, too much of a good thing, blind optimism, excess, stretching the truth, overindulgence, and so forth.
In the natal chart, the position of Jupiter reveals how we express generosity and tolerance, it also shows how we go about trusting others and improving our lives. Where do you look for wisdom and understanding? Where do you need movement and spaciousness? Where do you feel optimistic and have faith that things will turn out ok?
Jupiter represents the principle of expansion; it’s been in Sagittarius over the last year (2019), where it sought the bigger picture, new perspectives, expansion, and higher learning of some kind — imagine a powerful lens, searching, magnifying.
Sagittarius values both freedom of movement and the truth, so we’ve been getting to see what we believe to be true about ourselves, life, and others in 2019 (and what stories we’ve been telling ourselves, too) — and we also wanted to go full steam ahead, no matter what the direction.
With Jupiter in Capricorn, that magnifying lens now swings over to long-term goals and worldly achievements; the opportunity now is to ground the enthusiastic energies of Jupiter and commit to a path that we have been visualizing or toying with over the last year (2019).
Jupiter in Capricorn also promotes a greater understanding of our potential for overcoming adversity in the real world; it also helps us develop our ability (or shows us our inability) to have faith in our higher Selves, our divinity, here on earth.
Star and Super Star Members: please check your emails — I sent out the mp4-video presentation on Nov. 13/14th.
Monday night/Tuesday very early morning, an opportune Mercury/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 12:23am EST. We started to feel this aspect build fromSunday morning (Dec. 1st) on, it will remain strong until Wednesday morning (Dec. 4th). This aspect provides an opportunity to restructure or rebuild areas of our lives that need it.
Due to the Mercury’s Retrograde phase we have experienced this particular aspect several times. The first time Mercury connected to Pluto in this way was on Oct.19th, the second time on Nov. 9th — so think back to those times:
What came up during those two periods? What opportunities did you see? What did you discover about your motivations to build something lasting and meaningful? Are your thoughts supporting you on this path or “keeping you small”? Has previous research pointed you in the right direction? Where might you point the investigation next?

This aspect is an opportunity to do more research toward building something meaningful, all while learning about our authentic motivations; as best as you can, dig deeper — and keep your heart open — a fearful approach is not recommended. Remember: opportunities aren’t on “automatic”… we have to go after them, realize them.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point or personal planets in degrees 19-24 of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces, or Virgo? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Scorpio (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Pluto rules Scorpio)
Tuesday, Dec. 3rd:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius and VoCuntil 2:11am EST; at that time, the Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until Thursday afternoon.
This Moon placement also starts the build up towards the first Quarter Moon (exact Wednesday very early morning).
Tuesday morning, we get an opportunity to be very present, to connect with others and share a new vision about the Earth, or to reinvent how we connect with “the good things in life”. As best as you can, bring a sense of flow and faith to who you are being; allow yourself to intuitively share some progressive, new ideas about what is important to you, and things that could make yours and other people’s life easier on a very practical level.
Tuesday late morning, an opportune Venus/Mars aspect becomes exact at 10:47am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week, Saturday (Nov. 30th) on; it will remain strong until this Friday evening (Dec 6th). This aspect helps intimate or business relationships along, bringing passion and/or sexiness to them — and if we’re not in a long-term committed relationship, we’ll get some help in forming one.
This could also be a good time for financial ventures, social life, artistic pursuits, and pleasure in general. Remember: this is an “opportunity” — those aren’t necessarily handed to us, we have to make them happen.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or any personal planets in 7-11 degrees of Capricorn, Scorpio, Pisces or Virgo? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Aries (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Mars is the ruler of Aries)
Tuesday late evening, if we are awake at this time, we get an opportunity to be very present; also to connect with others on a professional level. This is a great time to be receiving practical advice around our long-term goals. As best as you can, bring a sense of flow and faith to your interactions with others.
Wednesday, Dec. 4th:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day (see Tuesday very early morning for details).
Wednesday very early morning, at 1:58am EST, the first Quarter Moon in almost 12 degrees of Pisces becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect build from the moment the Moon entered Pisces Tuesday very early morning. The Moon in creative, sensitive, compassionate Pisces makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius.
We feel compelled to take action. Last week on Nov. 26th, the New Moon in Sagittarius became exact: “Seeds” planted then are probably “sprouting” by now — and making their first real contact with the outside world. This is therefore a time to stretch and grow — and create some forward momentum. We may feel anxious or unusually busy.
As best as you can, go one breath at a time. Allow for changes, remain flexible (as much as possible), and find creative solutions for your day-to-day interactions with others.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 10-14 degrees of Pisces, Sagittarius, Virgo or Gemini? If so, you will feel the effects of this first Quarter Moon more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).
Wednesday late morning, we’ll likely feel more sensitive, and need to slow down a little. This is a great time for spiritual or creative endeavors. Energy work (or anything that requires our intuitive side) will work best for the next several hours. You may also consider meditating when you get up (and if that’s not your thing right now, you could also consider sleeping in, or taking the first half of the day off 🙂
Wednesday afternoon, we get an opportunity to be wholly present — and also to focus on practicalities and long-term plans. As best as you can, bring a sense of flow and faith to your business dealings.
Wednesday late evening, we have the opportunity to be guided by inspiration, and fully commit to a project or task that might serve us long-term. As best as you can, listen and trust to the subtle messages in your heart, that stir you towards success.
Thursday, Dec. 5th:
Thursday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces until 2:44pm EST (see Tuesday very early morning for details).
Thursday at 3:15am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for 11.5 hours until 2:44pm EST. This is an intuitive time; use it to share about deep emotional issues stemming from the past, and support each other in a loving and compassionate way. As best as you can, allow for feelings to flow, and release anything that feels “old” or “toxic”.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Thursday very early morning until the afternoon ahead of time.
Thursday at 2:44pm EST, the Moon moves into pioneering, fast-paced Aries, where it will journey until Sunday very early morning.
Thursday early evening, has lots of potential for healing around family, the “mother archetype”, home, and our past in general. We may feel more sensitive and insecure about what we identity with, and around our ability to be assertive; this gives us the opportunity to give ourselves some compassion, acceptance and nurturing in the face of our sensitivities and limitations.
Also, Thursday, Chiron’s station intensifies in 1.5 degrees of Aries. Since Chiron comes to a halt next week, Thursday (Dec. 12th); we will feel effects of this intensified Station phase until Dec. 19th. As mentioned in last week’s forecast already, Chiron’s energies are more exalted during this period.
Chiron is the Wounded Healer; in Aries, our attention is turned towards our physical and sexual wounds, and our wounding around our self-identity.
Having compassion for our own wounds, and bringing healing compassion for similar wounds in others, ultimately helps us in our own healing process.
What physical or sexual wounding could you now acknowledge? Where are your insecurities around personal goals or being a leader in your own unique way? What needs your compassion or even your love? What needs to heal? What might a non-judgmental (and unique) approach in this area of your life bring to that healing journey?
For those of you who want to have a better understanding of your personal healing journey, feel free to check out my Chiron Workshop: “Healing with Astrology”. Everyone who joins my online community can get automatically access to the mp3-recording of this workshop. Click here for more info
Those of us with personal planets and points (ASC or MC) in 0-4 degrees of Aries, Libra, Cancer, Capricorn or 29 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius will feel this station more strongly.
Friday, Dec. 6th:
Friday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aires all day (see Thursday afternoon for details).
Friday afternoon, we experience a need for inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the desire to merge with another and feel deeply connected to them — and on the other hand, the need to be independently and passionately engaged with life.
Friday early evening, we are invited to make adjustments and find creative solutions around personal desires and needs, versus our professional connections and the long-term value we perceive in them. As best as you can, allow yourself to make space for both; flexibility and adaptability are key if we mean to move forward with our plans and projects…
Friday evening, we have plenty of energy left; we feel a harmonious connection and enthusiasm towards personal achievements and explorations.
Saturday, Dec. 7th:
Saturday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Thursday afternoon for details).
Saturday early morning, we are invited to make some adjustments in our lives and find creative solutions to seemingly incompatible situations.
Saturday at 10:01am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for 16.5 hours until 2:29am EST (Sunday very early morning).
You may also want to plan Saturday late morning until Saturday night/Sunday very early morning ahead of time.
Saturday afternoon, at 1:30pm EST, as Mercury reaches27.5 degrees of Scorpio, it exits its Shadow phase! Yay! Finally! We are ready to take in new information and move forward with anything that has been “on hold” since the Mercury Retrograde: Oct. 31st through Nov. 20th.
Ask yourself: What in my life is calling out to be resolved? Where am I now able to clearly decide? Where am I ready to make my next move?
Saturday late evening, we experience a need for inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, we want to connect on an intimate level and share our deepest desires and fears with others — and on the other hand, we feel a need to be independent and actively engaged with life.
Sunday, Dec. 8th:
Sunday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries and VoCuntil 2:29am EST; at that time, the Moon moves into steady, peaceful Taurus, where it will journey until next week, Tuesday (Dec. 10th). We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well. In other words: change is not our favorite thing and “rushing things” goes against our grain.
What is our favorite thing for the next two days? It’s probably, slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses 😉
Sunday early morning, a challenging Sun/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 4:00am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Thursday on; it will remain strong until next week Wednesday (Dec 11th). This aspect asks us to stretch and grow: On the one hand we want to use our mind to feel confident and centered, on the other hand, we are compelled to listen to our intuition and let our imagination go wild.
As you can probably guess, we’ll experience more “flow” in areas that favor intuition and imagination, such as creativity or spirituality. If possible, hold off on plans for more “practical” things — especially since Neptune is still stationing (and thus exalted) — and will be until Dec. 15th, when it will reach its normal speed once more.
We might feel confused; but we are being asked to have faith in the infinite support we receive every day from the universe — whether our mind understands it or not (what we understand with the mind is very different from what we comprehend with the heart).
Seeing through the illusion of separation from the divine is perhaps the greatest perspective shift of all. What might be possible if we allowed ourselves to shift from our conditioning to feeling into the truth of who we are?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following placements: 13-19 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini or Virgo? If so, you are more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Pisces (the Sun rules Leo, Neptune rules Pisces).
Sunday late afternoon, an opportune Venus/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 4:48pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Friday on; it will be strong until next week Tuesday (Dec. 10th). This is an opportunity for compassion and kindness in our social and work-related interactions. We are more attuned to the subtleties of human interaction, and are more inclined to naturally cooperate with others.
We tend to “feel” each other on an energetic level now, a sensitive approach is therefore recommended. This is also an opportunity for imaginative or romantic interactions. Remember: opportunities are openings; they aren’t necessarily handed to us — we have to “take” them and make something of them.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 14-18 degrees of Capricorn, Pisces, Scorpio or Taurus? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Pisces (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Neptune rules Pisces).
Late on Sunday evening, a lengthy (and challenging) Jupiter/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 11:27pm EST; we have been feeling the effects of this aspect since Nov. 25th, and it will remain strong until Dec. 22nd. This aspect invites us to stretch past injuries and insecurities around our social aspirations, belief structures, and the development of our public stature. If we can bring compassion and a different point of view to these issues, we will reach a new understanding of ourselves and our life journey.
On the one hand, we want to expand our social standing in the world, and on the other, we need to find time for compassionate and loving self-connection — for healing our physical, sexual, or personal wounds through an inner awareness of unconditional love and faith.
Something might happen that challenges our core beliefs. We might also feel alone in our opinions, visions, or plans for the future, as others don’t seem to understand our plans. It is important to look within and come to a greater understanding of what we truly want or believe, rather than blindly following something that doesn’t truly serve our purpose. Which new business endeavors or long-term commitments may require a closer look before pushing forward?
Whenever Chiron is involved, we are being asked to do some healing work; as best you can, use this time to learn about your limitations and expectations — nobody is perfect — we all have our flaws and idiosyncrasies. It’s ok.
The more we resist or suppress our flaws or insecurities, the more power they have over us; as best as you can, move from the head to the heart. What might change if you had 5% more compassion with yourself and your goals? What if you just decided to have faith in your own healing process?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 0-5 degrees of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer, Libra, or 28-29 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini, or Virgo? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Sagittarius (Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).
And…
A heads up for next Monday (Dec. 9th): the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus all day (see Sunday Dec 8th for details). In the early morning, at 4:42am EST,Mercury changes sign from Scorpio to Sagittarius, where it will journey until Dec. 28th.At 8:13pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 15.5 hours until11:47am EST (Tuesday early morning – Dec. 10th). More about all the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

On Dec. 2nd, 2019 at 1:20pm EST, Jupiter moves from adventurous, enthusiastic Sagittarius into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Dec.

For the next 12.5 months, we definitely attract the most good fortune when we are open-handed in mature ways, tolerant and courageous in our business dealings, and practice focused enthusiasm, realistic generosity, and cautious optimism.
With Jupiter in Capricorn, we are invited to slow down and focus on visualizing practical results, so we feel motivated to achieve them — we will be wise to adopt a step-by-step approach to the realization of our goals, conduct ourselves with integrity, and employ an ethical and mature approach. This is how we grow and expand — as the saying goes, “the harder we work, the luckier we get”. However, we might also overdo “needing to achieve something of stature in the world” (Jupiter does, after all, represent excess as well 😉
That said, Jupiter in Capricorn also helps to create more joy and pleasure in the pursuit of our goals; this process very well might operate on a mental/spiritual level, so any long-term goals that we keep investing in with a positive attitude and outlook will likely pay off, leaving feeling more accomplished while we pursue our bigger vision — and since Capricorn also connects to social status, we may feel more drawn towards accomplished and well-known people, too.
Ask yourself: What does practical realism look like for me? What journey might lead to greater maturity? What might happen if I became self-responsible and took a positive attitude towards my career goals?
Here are some more questions: Where have I been limiting myself? Wasting time? Energy? Resources? What might promote a realistic perspective on my long-term goals? Or my achievements in the world? How might I become more resourceful when approaching life’s challenges? What business or social aspirations am I now ready to explore?
Collectively, we will probably see the full spectrum of possibilities expressed, high and low — Capricorn at its best is hard-working, disciplined, committed, determined, ambitious, responsible, patient, reliable. It has self-control, common sense, and is self-reliant — and in its lower vibrations we could find materialistic, pessimistic, fearful, self-serving, status-hungry, overly ambitious attitudes showing up as well.
No matter what we experience on a collective level, if we are open to being committed and have a mature outlook on life, taking it one step at a time, and staying accountable on our journey towards success, we will be reap our rewards.
Jupiter moves through a 12-year cycle, so the last time it traveled through Capricorn was between mid Dec. 2007 and early Jan. 2009. And the times before that was between:
• early January 1996 – late Jan. 1997
• mid Jan. 1984 – early Feb. 1985
• early Feb. 1972 – late Feb. 1973
• early March 1960 – mid March 1961
Think back to those periods… what possibilities or opportunities arose for you career-wise? In society? In what ways did you grow? In what ways did you manifest something for the long-term? What felt like a practical new beginning, or a new building block in 2008? How could you take that to the next level?
If you were born during those dates, you will have a Jupiter Return in 2020; these happen every 12 years, and signify a new beginning on your journey towards greater evolution. As best as you can, plant some new seeds for the next 12 years of your evolutionary journey — and set some intentions in connection with the House placement of your natal Jupiter.
Saturn, Pluto and the South Node are currently in Capricorn as well; given that Jupiter now moves over the same territory in our charts as Saturn has since Dec. 2017, we get an opportunity to build on the structures and foundations that were laid since then. Think back to 2018/2019: Did you do the work? What structures did you build? What has changed for you since? How could you create a bigger win (or bigger opportunities) now?
[/wcm_restrict] Jupiter will connect with the South Node in 8º of Capricorn in January 2020, around the same time that Saturn aligns with Pluto in 22º of Capricorn. Jupiter then aligns with Pluto in 24º of Capricorn first in March/April, then in June/July, and then again in November 2020. Jupiter will also be within 5 degrees of Saturn towards the end of the year: Nov/Dec 2020. As Jupiter aligns with Pluto and Saturn in Capricorn during the course of its transit, we may become quite power-hungry or status-conscious.
Where does Jupiter-in-Capricorn fall in your own birth chart? What aspects does it make during the year-long transit? How does a wise response to one house support a more fruitful response to the next one? What outward opportunities arise as Jupiter interacts with any of your personal planets? Where will you experience a major expansion until Dec. 2020? Where are you ready to make a solid commitment?
If you’d like more insight into those questions, we also covered the Jupiter movement into Capricorn in more detail in our last Forecasting Forum — if you want to know how this planetary movement is impacting you personally, feel free to purchase the video-presentation of the last webinar — we applied the Jupiter movement to our own birth charts! This week’s headline items: on Monday, Mercury’s Station ends and Venus changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn; the following day, the New Moon in Sagittarius becomes exact, late Tuesday morning. Neptune comes to a halt on Wednesday morning — ending its 5-month Retrograde phase — and on Sunday, we can start taking actions on our New Moon Intentions, plus Chiron starts to slow down (station) in Aries, getting ready to conclude its Retrograde phase.
There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday afternoon (for a little over 14.5 hours), Thursday morning (just over 1.5 hours), and Friday late evening (a little over 16 hours).
Before we get to this week’s forecast, let me share this with you: My next MONTHLY FORECASTING FORUM — which is a 90+ minute webinar — will be on Monday, Dec. 16th at 1pm PST/4pm EST/9pm GMT (London-time). PLEASE NOTE that we will take a look at the whole year ahead: All of 2020 and the Eclipses!

Now, this week’s Forecast…
Monday, Nov. 25th:
Monday, the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day. It will journey there until Tuesday very early morning. We feel things deeply and have “X-Ray Vision” and “Bullshit-Smelling Abilities” 😉
It’s therefore an excellent time to look at “old” fears, limiting habits, or emotional attachments — especially those stemming from past traumas.
Monday at 12:30pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 14.5 hours until 3:11am EST (Tuesday very early morning). Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to focus on inner processes. As best as you can, release any fears or traumas that keep you stuck in the past, and deepen your connection to what you feel deeply passionate about out there in the world — you have an opportunity to become fully committed to a project or task now — something that might serve you long-term.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday early afternoon until Tuesday very early morning ahead of time.
Monday evening, at 7:28pm EST, Venus changes signs from optimistic, adventurous Sagittarius to realistic, prestige-and-accomplishment-oriented Capricorn. Venus will be traveling through Capricorn, until Dec. 20th. With this placement, our relationships tend to more practical in nature: We see people for who they are and are not afraid to lay the facts on the table; we take things more seriously.
We take our time warming up to others, appreciate maturity in relationships, and can make long-term commitments. There is a strong focus on business relationships. Venus is also connected to finances and the things we value; it’s therefore a perfect time to get serious and make long-term plans in these areas: As best as you can, get real about what comes in and what goes out 😉
Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra? If so, you will feel more serious and focused for the next 4 weeks; your heart will want to make practical, attainable long-term plans. If you are a Capricorn Sun-sign or Rising-sign, for as long as Venus is in your sign, you will attract more love, abundance and beauty into your life.
Monday late evening, a somewhat challenging Sun/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 9:00pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Monday early morning on; it will remain strong until Tuesday evening. This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choice… so we need to develop inner awareness.
An unexpected turn of events could leave us uneasy or unsettled. How flexible could you be, if you really tried? What needs to be shifted internally, so you can stay open and aligned with your unique, divine preferences?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 2-5 degree of Sagittarius or Taurus? If so, you may be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aquarius or Leo (the Sun rules Leo; Uranus rules Aquarius)
Also, on Monday, Mercury resumes its normal pace through the sky, ending its station. Communication and transportation is now back to “normal” as are any associated gadgets, vehicles, etc. New ideas and information received during the Mercury retrograde phase ( Oct. 31st – Nov. 20th) can now be reviewed. What did you discover about…

What did you discover about your inner dialogue — especially when it comes to “your instinctive/survival Self” — during that time?
Tuesday, Nov. 26th:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio and VoCuntil 3:11am EST; at that time, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, where it will journey until Thursday morning. We’re strongly motivated to explore and learn. We’re not likely to be big fans of routine — diversity and new adventures work best at this time — we’re also physically restless and need to burn that off with activity and physical exercise.
We tend to feel more open, optimistic and inspired — but we also have a high degree of independence — and taking these two influences together, this means we’d rather inspire others to do things our way, as opposed to issuing or obeying orders. Inspiring others could come easier than normal, as we can see the bigger picture, leaving us confident that others will agree with us, once they see what we see.
As best as you can, speak your truth without assuming that everyone is on the same page as you. Improvisation works well for us at this time, as we are spontaneous and love living on the edge — just watch out you aren’t overdoing or overstating things.
Tuesday late morning, at 10:06am EST, the New Moon in 4 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact. With the New Moon in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, we seek to expand our day-to-day knowledge and look for the larger truth. Also feel free to watch my New Moon video on the subject:
For the next four weeks, ask yourself: What philosophies most resonate with me? What universal truths feel immediately in alignment with my direct experience of life so far? What stories have I been telling myself about life? Where is my understanding on life? Do I see the glass as half-full or half-empty? Do I shy away from new adventures or thrive on exploring new territory?
Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius, is still on its own signuntil Dec. 2nd. This is our last chance to step into a new adventure and experience some personal growth, before Jupiter moves into sobering, practical, ambitious Capricorn.
If you want to know how this one-year Jupiter transit through Capricorn might impact you personally, I invite you to purchase my 105 minute webinar on the subject: click here, or for a quick preview click here to check out this 17-minute excerpt of the webinar.

Back to the New Moon chart:
Anything that expands our perspective is of interest to us, especially until Dec. 2nd; this could involve things like travel, higher education, foreign cultures, or the search for a higher “meaning of life” and our existence on this planet… ask yourself: Might stepping outside of my daily routines bring me to a place where I can see myself (or life) from a new perspective?
Spiritual or mental journeys can definitely flourish at this time, as can ventures into a greater truth; we may well feel more vital, confident, and optimistic when it comes to those journeys — but if we don’t channel this energy into something that elevates our mind and soul, we may become a little restless.
Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 2-6 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).
The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle. Intentions are best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact — and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase. So this month, the best time to set intentions would be any time between 10:06am Tuesday late morning (Nov. 26th) until 5:50am Thursday morning (Nov. 28th); and then again from 7:33am until 10:06am, also on Thursday, Nov. 28th. (EST- New York-time)
Note, however, that there is a Moon void of course on Thursday early morning — it runs from 5:50am EST until 7:33am EST. Don’t set your intentions during those 103 minutes — instead, allow intuition to surface possible intentions while you wait. For more info on setting New Moon Intentions, click here: https://staging.astrologercoach.com/tag/new-moon-intentions/
If you live outside the EST timezone (i.e. US East Coast time), I recommend you join my Facebook Fan-pageorfollow me on Twitter; I will be posting reminders on Nov. 26th, 27th and 28th to let you know when it is time to set your intentions 😉
Wednesday, Nov. 27th:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Tuesday very early morning for details).
Wednesday very early morning, a challenging Venus/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 1:28am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Monday on; it will be strong until Friday. This aspect asks us to stretch past injuries and insecurities in our relationships, self-worth and finances. If we can bring compassion and a different point of view to these issues, we will reach a new understanding of ourselves and our life journey.
We have the opportunity to learn from one another; ironically though, social insecurities can be magnified at this time. Whenever Chiron is involved, we are being asked to do some healing work. As best as you can, use this time to learn about your sore spots. Nobody is perfect: we all have our flaws and idiosyncrasies. It’s ok.
If you get triggered by someone, as best as you can, take it as an opportunity to see where this trigger originated — probably in your childhood. Bring love and compassion to yourself as you are, and as you were. Allow any feelings this may stir up in you. A feeling is just energy that wants to be experienced; it wants to move through us and out.
The more we resist or suppress our feelings, the more we keep them spinning in place. As best as you can, move from the head to the heart. What might change, if you had 5% more compassion with yourself and others? What if you just decided to have faith in the healing process?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following placements: 0-5 degrees of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer, Libra, or 28-29 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini, or Virgo? If so, you are more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra).
Wednesday early morning, we may need to make some adjustments. As best you can, honor both your need for adventure and exploration of life and your need to go within. You may feel a pull between introvert and extrovert, or simply fast and slow. Tune in for a moment and see if you need to take a break or at least slow down a little. As best as you can, be compassionate and kind with yourself.
Wednesday at 7:32am EST, after being retrograde for 5 month, Neptune comes to a halt in almost 16 degrees of Pisces and starts to move forward again. The emotional nature of Neptune feels confusing and overwhelming at times. As Neptune will be moving through Pisces until 2025, our understanding of interconnectedness is going to grow; our collective spiritual and emotional sides will slowly evolve.
We can see how connected we are to our Higher Self/The Universe/Source. What’s more, we have an opportunity to dissolve any barriers between us and our Soul’s guidance. Are we sensing our Soul’s desire for love and oneness to the fullest? Are we connecting to our intuition? Is anything keeping us from experiencing the flow of life?
As Neptune slowly starts to pick up speed again, it will bring our focus back to the outside world. We are now ready to implement the things we have been connecting to internally for the past 5 months. What did you discover about the universal flow and your intuition?
Do you have your Ascendant, your Career point or any of your personal planets in 14-18 degrees of Pisces, Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius? If you do, you may feel the effects of the Neptune station more than others. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Pisces (Neptune rules Pisces): This is a great time to use what you learned in the last 5 months about your connection to Source — and perhaps to allow yourself to connect more fully to the flow of life, and let yourself be inspired — even more than most other people.
If you haven’t set your New Moon Intentions yet,Wednesday all day and Thursday until 5:50am EST is still time to do so during the most potent time… If you’d like some input on how to do that, check out this article — to (re-)watch my New Moon video: click here
Thursday, Nov. 28th:
Thursday, the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius until 7:33am EST (see Tuesday very early morning for details). Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in the US! I am grateful to be included in this celebration every year — what could be more heart-opening than sharing our gratitude for life with each other? 🙂
Thursday early morning, a harmonious Mercury/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 4:51am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last Sunday on (Nov. 24th); it will remain strong until this Saturday evening. This aspect supports imaginative thinking and the ability to connect our day-to-day mind with our intuition.
Due to the Mercury’s Retrograde phase we have experienced this particular aspect several times. The first time Mercury connected to Neptune in this way was on Oct.15th, the second time on Nov. 13th — so think back to those times: What came up? What did you discover about your imaginative thinking or intuitive listening? Are you drawn towards instinctive imaginings based on fear stemming from past experiences? Or are you moving towards intuitive imagination based on an open-hearted future?
With this aspect, we pick up on what is going on with people more easily, and can flow with that, as we can sense how our words land. This heightened sensitivity to subtle signals also opens us to metaphysical or spiritual concepts, visual arts, poetry — and to commercial messaging from advertisers and marketers.
Do you have any of your personal planets or Ascendant in 13-19 degrees of Scorpio, Pisces or Cancer? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Pisces (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Neptune rules Pisces).
Thursday at 5:50am EST, we enter a brief Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 1.5 hours until 7:33am EST. Use this intuitive time to explore your beliefs (and greater truths) around your ability to see life from a larger vantage point.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. Do not set you New Moon Intentions during these 103 minutes — instead, allow intuition to surface possible intentions while you wait.
Thursday at 7:33am EST, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Saturday afternoon.
If you haven’t set your New Moon Intentions yet, today (Thursday), from 7:33am until 10:05am EST is still time to do so during the most potent time… If you’d like some input on how to do that, check out this article — to (re-)watch my New Moon video: click here
Thursday early afternoon, a harmonious Venus/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 1:27pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday on; it will remain strong until Saturday night. This aspect helps us to embrace all that is new and unusual. We are ready to experiment — but not to commit. We have an offbeat, pleasant attitude and people are more willing to socialize.
This is an especially good time for financial undertakings involving any of the following: technology and the internet; metaphysics; the arts; group activities. We lose our fear of taking risks at this time, this could be a good couple of days for the stock market indexes…or at the very least, an unpredictable one 🙂
Ask yourself: How could I implement revolutionary business or social practices that support my current values and make life tangibly more enjoyable for everyone who interacts with me socially or does business with me?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 0-7 degrees of Capricorn, Taurus, or Virgo? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Aquarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Uranus rules Aquarius)
Friday, Nov. 29th:
Friday, the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Thursday morning for details).
Friday early afternoon, we have an opportunity to soften our need for accomplishment with a gentler, more intuitive approach.
Friday afternoon, could prove to be a great opportunity to connect with others and talk about our long-term plans, so we can get some clarity about what we feel most passionate about. We may want to communicate our desire for deeper, more intimate connections with others — or, at the very least, conduct some research into how to have such connections.
Also, Friday afternoon, we experience a sense of maturity, and of commitment towards ourselves and our long-term goals; for long-term success, focus on long-term projects that require a realistic approach or a solid commitment.
Friday at 10:57pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 16 hours until 3:13pm EST Saturday afternoon (Nov. 30th). Use this intuitive time to focus on long-term successes. We might get a little obsessed with a project or task — as best as you can, take breaks and don’t forget to practice a little self-care 😉
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday late evening until Saturday afternoon ahead of time.
Saturday, Nov. 30th:
Saturday, the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn and VoCuntil 3:13pm EST (see Thursday morning and Friday late evening for details).
Saturday very early morning, an opportune Mercury/Saturn aspect becomes exact at at 1:13am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Wednesday evening on, it will remain strong until Sunday evening. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for our thinking structures and be really honest with ourselves.
How can we get the most from this opportunity? By allowing ourselves to go deeper as we investigate our fear-based thinking or self-defeating behaviors. Commit to understanding your conditioning and thinking processes.
If we take this chance to see things more clearly and connect to ourselves more deeply, we could get a good dose of reality, and an ability to focus on long-term issues. Remember: opportunities are openings; they aren’t necessarily handed to us — we have to “take” them and make something of them.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 16-20 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces or Virgo? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Capricorn (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Saturn rules Capricorn)
Saturday at 3:13pm EST,the Moon moves into freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until next week, Tuesday (Dec. 3rd).
Saturday early evening, presents an opportunity to connect with others and engage in a healing process that can bring us progress
Saturday late evening, we may feel pulled in two quite different directions: On the one hand, we experience a need for connecting with like-minded people and remaining objective; on the other hand, we want to make space for pursuing our financial vision — and we also want to break free from outdated value systems.
As such, we may have to address what we value in both in others, and in ourselves (which informs our self-worth); as best as you can, make adjustments and find creative solutions when it comes to these energies.
Sunday, Dec. 1st:
Sunday, the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Saturday afternoon for details).
Sunday morning, we may feel pulled in two quite different directions: On the one hand, we experience a need for connecting with like-minded people and remaining objective; on the other hand, we also want to go deeper on the emotional and intimate levels — and to connect to our desire for passion and empowerment.
We may thus have to address our fears and “issues”; as best as you can, make adjustments and find creative solutions when it comes to these energies.
From Sunday morning on, it’s time to take actions on our New Moon intentions: if you set Intentions early this week Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday morning — after the New Moon became exact — today (Sunday) will be the best time to take relevant actions. If you wrote your intentions down, go back and take another look at what came through intuitively. If you didn’t write anything down, get quiet for a moment and check in with yourself: What actions are calling to me?
Also, on Sunday, Chiron starts its station phase in 1.5 degrees of Aries. It is slowing down as it gets ready to end its 5-month Retrograde phase, on Dec. 12th. We will feel the effects of its station until Dec. 24th; its energies are more exalted during this period.
Chiron is the Wounded Healer; in Aries, our attention is turned towards our physical and sexual wounds, and our wounding around our self-identity.
For those of you who want to have a better understanding of your personal healing journey, feel free to check out my Chiron Workshop: “Healing with Astrology”. Everyone who joins my online community can get automatically access to the mp3-recording of this workshop. Click here for more info
Those of us with personal planets and points (ASC or MC) in 0-4 degrees of Aries, Libra, Cancer, Capricorn or 29 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius will feel this station more strongly.
And…
A heads up for next Monday (December 2nd): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Saturday afternoon, Nov. 30th for details). At 7:27am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for almost 19 hours until 2:11am EST (Tuesday very early morning). In the afternoon, at 1:20pm EST, Jupiter changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn, where it will journey until Dec. 19th, 2020. Monday night/Tuesday very early morning, an opportune Mercury/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 12:23am EST; we started to feel this aspect build from Dec. 1st on, it will remain strong until Dec. 4th. More about all the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

Ask yourself: Might stepping outside of my daily routines bring me to a place where I can see myself (or life) from a new perspective?
Spiritual or mental journeys can definitely flourish at this time, as can ventures into a greater truth; we may well feel more vital, confident, and optimistic when it comes to those journeys — but if we don’t channel this energy into something that elevates our mind and soul, we may become a little restless.
With the ruler of the New Moon also in Sagittarius, we may also be prone to exaggeration or impatience… as best as you can, channel all that fiery energy into something worthwhile. After all, we do feel quite optimistic — and that helps us attract positive circumstances.
Ask yourself: What can I do with all the energy coming through? How might I use it to my advantage? Could I go beyond what I’ve known myself to be? What might be one courageous act, one leap of faith, that might shift things for me for the long-term?
Be open to shifting your perceptions. You might ask: What are my attitudes towards life? Towards “that situation”? Where do I insist on “being right”? How do I usually feel afterwards?
Here it’s wise to distinguish between three truths: my truth, your truth, and “the truth” — what we need to watch out for is when “my truth” morphs into “the truth”.
Seeing through the illusion of separation from the divine is perhaps the greatest perspective shift of all. This brings me to the next important part of this New Moon chart:
Neptune is stationing, and therefore exalted, in Pisces (its own sign); and it ends its 5-month Retrograde phase less than 24 hours after the New Moon becomes exact.
Ask yourself: What has come up since early November around resting, trusting, and allowing? How closely am I in touch with my intuition? What might be possible if I allowed myself to shift from my conditioning to feeling into the truth of who I am? Where am I ready to move forward with a creative or spiritual endeavor? Or perhaps a long-term dream?
Neptune also makes a trine to Mercury in Scorpio, which is no longer Retrograde, but still in its Shadow phaseuntil Dec. 7th. This is therefore the third time these two planets are making a Trine to each other within the past 6 weeks (the first was back on Oct. 15th, Nov. 13th was the second one, and Nov. 28th will be the third one)… think back to those first two times, and ask yourself:
What came up around those dates? What did I discover about my imaginative thinking or intuitive listening? Do I get pulled towards instinctive imaginings based in fear stemming from past experiences? Or am I rather moving towards intuitive imagination based on an open-hearted future?
This Trine does invite us slow down and allow our feelings to come through. A gentle approach is best — we feel good when coming from the heart and making deeper connections with others. Being open to receiving, trusting the process, and going with the flow are key!
The New Moon in Sagittarius quincunxes Uranus in Taurus: this indicates a certain degree of restlessness and energetic discomfort in our interactions with others. On the one hand, we want to mentally explore and go beyond what we already know — and on the other hand, we have the need for breakthroughs or changes connected to the physical/material plane.
We need to ask ourselves here: What might become possible if I got 5% more comfortable with being uncomfortable? Or 5% more comfortable embracing uncertainty? Allowing it to be a natural part of the human experience?
What if rushing would not bring the breakthrough? How flexible could I be for the next four weeks, if I really tried? What needs to be shifted internally so I can stay open and ready to update my values and preferences?
The New Moon in Sagittarius also trines Chiron in Aries: There’s an opportunity here to be compassionate toward ourselves & others — and also for connecting to a new perspective that supports our healing journey around the masculine energies. As best as you can, bring a healing quality to the table, while exploring the bigger picture by tapping into things on a holistic level.
Ask yourself: What if a wider perspective on life and myself pointed toward acceptance and compassion around my anger and/or assertion? Even “triggered” anger? What attitude would support my healing around my “inner masculine”? Might a holistic approach — seeing myself as a spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical being — support my personal growth at this time?
Jupiter in Sagittarius aligns with Venus in Capricorn, and they both square Chiron in Aries, and trine Uranus in Taurus. Let’s unpack that, starting with the Jupiter/Venus alignment: as you can probably tell, they are not in the same sign yet, and won’t be until Dec. 2nd. That said, they are very close to each other (within 2 degrees), and so influence each other quite a bit.
This connection brings a certain optimism to social and business relationships, so ask yourself: What’s possible for me with long-term or business alliances?
Keep in mind: Humor plays a crucial role in our interactions with others at this time, as do tolerance, open-mindedness, and enthusiasm.
Now let’s look at the Square to Chiron in Aries. This aspect asks us to stretch and grow — on the one hand, we want to portray ourselves as self-reliant, mature, expert; on the other hand, we might feel insecure, small, flawed — or, at the very least, very different from what’s expected of us. Whenever Chiron is involved, we are being asked to do some healing work — so as best as you can, use this time to learn about your sore spots. Nobody is perfect; we all have our flaws and idiosyncrasies… It’s ok. Self-Acceptance and inclusivity is key!
Ask yourself: What might change if I showed 5% more compassion toward my insecurities? What if I just decided to take an active part in my own healing process? What would be possible if I shifted the story about those “so-called flaws”?
What if I celebrated my flaws, idiosyncrasies, and insecurities? What if my personal limitations were my main drivers for taking creative approaches? What if those approaches help me move beyond the traditional, socially “expectable” and acceptable? What if that meant moving into my unique Self?
And lastly also the Trine to Uranus in Taurus: This helps us to embrace all that is new and unusual when interacting with others. We are ready to experiment, have an offbeat attitude, and people are more willing to socialize.
Ask yourself: Who could help me learn something new about my unique talents or show me my value to the world? How could I implement revolutionary business or social practices that support my current values and make life tangibly more enjoyable for everyone who interacts with me socially or does business with me?
Mars in Scorpio opposes Uranus in Taurus. Mars wants to more deeply connect (perhaps even merge) with others. Uranus urges us to let go of traditional values and focus on a better future for everyone involved. We are invited to examine our relationship to money, power, and resources (personal and shared). This opposition therefore calls us to balance “merging” with “having a breakthrough”.
You might want to ask yourself: What actions are calling to me within my intimate or financial partnerships? Could I shake things up a little without being oppositional or offensive? Could I give myself some space when it comes to those partnerships? How can I balance my desire for a deeper, more empowered experience with others, against my wish to honor my new (and maybe different) values, and my personal freedom?
One last thing: disempowering tendencies must be left behind on our journey towards wholeness. Ask yourself: What does a healthy relationship with myself and others look like to me? What role does “attachment” play in all of this?
If this New Moon had a core message, it would be this:
While flexibility and open-mindedness are always helpful, they are especially important now, so notice when you are digging your heels in about something — it’s usually a sign that you have some underlying anxiety about something else. Take a deep breath, get centered in your body, close your eyes and focus on your third eye.
From this centered place, ask yourself: What am I afraid of happening? How might I channel this restless energy into projects that are asking for progress? How might I channel, or just burn off, all this erratic energy? What kind of exercise might be an energetic match? Where am I stagnating?
Here’s a passage from a Newsletter I receive every month that really fits:
“Appearances that reflect separation have no law to support or maintain them other than the energy they are fed through belief. It is time to stop feeding them with energies of fear, resistance, attachment, denial etc. You are now ready to do whatever needs to be done personally or globally from the higher levels of awareness you have attained… [Most of us] hold very narrow ideas of what constitutes love… Change the phrase “love whatever arises” to “allow whatever arises”. When you allow whatever arises from your highest level of spiritual awareness, you are loving whatever arises. To see, understand, and accept something from a level of knowing the truth that underlies the appearance is love because you are in alignment with reality — oneness” — Arcturian Group message November 17, 2019, channeled by Marilyn Raffaele
As best as you can, provide yourself with compassion and understanding — embrace your inner divinity in all its infinite wonder and capacity to simply know. Ask yourself: If there was a reason for me to be here, what might that reason be? Where am I headed? What do I believe — and what do I simply “know”? Where do I need to take a leap of faith… or simply trust?
Keep looking at what needs to heal, what needs to be communicated, and keep looking for the completion of “deeper” issues in your life. Again, feel free to watch my New Moon video on the subject
[/wcm_restrict] Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 2-6 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).
The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle. Intentions are best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact — and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase. So this month, the best and most potent times to set intentions would be any time between 10:06am Tuesday late morning (Nov. 26th) until 5:50am Thursday morning (Nov. 28th); and then again from 7:33am until 10:06am, also on Thursday morning (Nov. 28th). Embrace Your Animal Nature — Forecast for Nov. 18th – 24th
This week’s headline items: Mars changes signs from Libra to Scorpio early Tuesday and the last Quarter Moon in Leo becomes exact that afternoon. On Wednesday, Neptune’s Station in Pisces intensifies and Mercury comes to a halt, ending its 3.5-week Retrograde and beginning its “Post-Shadow” phase. The Sun changes signs from Scorpio to Sagittarius, late Friday morning.
There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday afternoon (for almost 5 hours), Thursday late evening (for almost 1 hour), and Saturday late evening (for a little over 3 hours).
Before we get to this week’s forecast, let me share this with you: If you missed my Forecasting Forum last week… and still would like to learn how the one-year Jupiter transit through Capricorn is impacting you personally… feel free to watch the mp4-video presentation about “Jupiter in Capricorn until Dec. 2020” — in relationship to your own Birth Chart…
Star and SuperStar Members: check your email for the link to the mp4-video recording and enjoy watching it! I sent it out on Nov. 13th late evening 😉
Now, this week’s Forecast…
Monday, November 18th:
Monday, the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day. It will journey there until Tuesday evening.
This Moon placement also started the build up towards the last Quarter Moon in Leo (exact Tuesday afternoon).
Monday afternoon, we feel a need for acknowledgment and adoration… and also for deep, authentic — even intimate — communication with others. As best as you can, get creative!
Monday late evening, we are invited to make some internal adjustments. We may want to have some fun, but may also need to tune in to our intuitive inner voice. What do you hear when you get really quiet?
Also, Monday late evening, feels a little uneasy. We need to develop an inner awareness around our two seemingly opposite pulls: on the one hand, a strong desire to accomplish; on the other, our need for play and fun. We are asked to bring awareness to whatever it is we feel most committed to: Are we after laughter and joy? Or building a solid foundation?
As best as you can, make adjustments as needed, and…

Tuesday, Nov. 19th:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo until 8:54pm EST (see Monday for details).
Tuesday very early morning, Mars leaves harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra and enters passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until Jan. 3rd, 2020. The last time we experienced this transit was early Dec. 2017 until late Jan. 2018. Think back to that time and ask yourself: What projects were underway? What got initiated? What actions did I take? How can I take things to the next level?
Mars in Libra is constantly striving to bring fairness to the world; Mars in Scorpio knows that life simply isn’t fair. Mars in Libra seeks the middle ground; Mars in Scorpio says “It’s black or white: Pick one!” It’s all about accepting challenges and making changes with concentrated energy and willpower.
For the next 6.5 weeks, we rely heavily on our gut feelings. We can see through others, could potentially exploit or (quietly but formidably) oppose them. We project cool equilibrium — but below the surface may be another story — in general, we don’t want to show our hand…
We may be attracted to sexual taboos or fantasies in which the “other” surrenders their body and will completely — and our sex appeal could perhaps be strong enough to bring that about.
Mars in Scorpio has a provocative quality to it: We might test ourselves and others. We make all kinds of rules and goals, just for the personal satisfaction that comes from achieving or mastering them. Our survival instincts are stronger; we more easily embrace our own animal nature, without guilt.
All this is especially true if you have an Aries or Scorpio Sun- or Rising-sign. Scorpios will feel unusually energized, passionate and direct — and physically stronger. Aries will feel more intensely connected to others (and to life) for the next 6.5 weeks 🙂
Tuesday afternoon, at 4:11pm EST, the last Quarter Moon in 27 degrees of Leo becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect build from the moment the Moon entered Leo, on Sunday afternoon (Nov. 17th). The Moon in fun and attention-loving Leo makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in private, all-or-nothing Scorpio. This may bring challenges; however, it also energizes us to face what demands completion or change.
This Moon phase brings us closer to Nov. 26th, which will bring the New Moon in Sagittarius. During the last Quarter Moon, we are better served by reviewing those projects we began around the last New Moon — in this case, that would be Oct. 27th — as opposed to launching new ones. Out of those projects, what needs last-minute adjustments? What did you discover since then? What did it mean for you?
As best as you can, find creative solutions for anything that comes up (whether internally, or with others).
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 25-29 degrees of Leo, Scorpio, Taurus, or Aquarius? If so, you will feel this month’s last Quarter Moon quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (since the Sun rules Leo and the Moon rules Cancer).
Also, Tuesday at 4:11pm EST, just as the last Quarter Moon becomes exact, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for almost 5 hours until 8:54pm EST. Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments in your life. As best as you can, find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations.
Make space for creative self-expression & fun, and for connections with others on a deeper level & for being emotionally authentic. As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Tuesday afternoon until the late evening ahead of time.
Tuesday at 8:54pm EST, the Moon moves into detail-oriented, practical Virgo, where it will journey until Thursday late evening; turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome.
Wednesday, Nov. 20th:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day (see Tuesday late evening for details).
Wednesday very early morning, we are invited to connect with like-minded people and learn something new about our unique talents or value in the world. We are able to better connect to anything that requires attention to detail. We might also perhaps implement revolutionary health routines or other systems in our day to day life that support our values and make life more enjoyable.
Wednesday afternoon, at 2:12pm EST, Mercury comes to a halt in 11.5 degrees of Scorpio, and slowly starts its direct motion, after its 3.5-week retrograde phase. As best as you can, go with the flow, keep an open mind and pay attention to anything that is in your face right now — you may need to address those issues again, when Mercury moves through its shadow phase…more on that in a moment…
We are slowly ready to shift our focus back towards the outer world again, taking in new information and sharing from a new perspective. What did you learn about your inner dialog over the past 3.5 weeks? How might you share your findings in a healthy way with others? What needs to be addressed with regards to intimate relationships or financial partnerships? Have you come to any new-found understanding of your instinctual, survival thought-forms? When Mercury gets back to its regular speed (by Nov. 25th), communication and transportation will get back to normal; the same is true of any associated gadgets, vehicles, etc.
Some of us will feel the effects of this station more than others: those of us with Gemini or Virgo as our Sun- or Rising-Sign (Ascendant) — and those of us with personal planets (or angles) in 9-14 degrees of Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, or Aquarius
As you may recall, I also mentioned Mercury shadow phases a few weeks back: If you want to buy, sell or ship big-ticket items, it’s best to avoid the periods shortly before Mercury goes retrograde and after Mercury has gone direct again. This is especially true if the items are connected to transportation (cars, plane tickets, etc.) or communication (phone, computer, iPad, etc.) This particularshadow phase ends on Dec. 7th.
Wednesday late evening, seek a balance between head and heart, facts and faith, reason and intuition. That said, if you can achieve that balance, it’s a great day for being of service.
Last but not least, on Wednesday, Neptune’s station intensifies — and will appear to move even more slowly through the sky until Dec. 3rd. It is getting ready to come to a halt, to end it’s 5-month Retrograde phase on Nov. 27th.
A planet’s energies are more exalted during it’s “station period”; this has even more weight for an outer planet, as they move more slowly and their stations last much longer. This Neptune station is particularly strong, since it occurs in Pisces, its own sign.
Neptune represents things like universal love, our inner divinity, spirituality, inspiration, compassion, faith — plus creative and imaginative realms such as music or film — while the shadow side is confusion, illusion and escapism of all kinds. We start to be aware of all those energies more fully in our lives.
This awareness helps us to connect more fully to those energies as they exist within us. We can then see where we need to either embrace them more fully, or connect to them in a healthy way, that doesn’t involve getting lost in the murky lower vibrations of their expression.
Some of us will feel the effects of this station more than others: those of us with a Pisces Sun- or Rising-Sign (Ascendant) — and those of us with personal planets and points in 14-18 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius.
Thursday, Nov. 21st:
Thursday, the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo until 11:20pm EST (see Tuesday late evening for details).
Thursday afternoon,a somewhat challenging Mars/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 2:31pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday evening on; it will remain strong until Friday evening. This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choice… so we need to develop inner awareness.
We might feel insecure about our intimate relationships: What if you could simply allow yourself to be human and know that you are doing the best you can?
We also experience an internal stress between our masculine energies (assertiveness/aggression) and our need to heal and be whole. Once we are able to approach things from a more holistic place, we will discover new ways to move forward and embrace our wounded inner child with love and compassion.
We can also learn how to improve our intimate partnerships from a place of deep, honest connection, rather than trying to dominate and defend. How might you get in touch with your inner wounded child and give it the understanding and compassion it deserves? What might “going deeper” with my healing and other people’s healing process look like?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-3 degrees of Scorpio or Aries? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries (Mars is the ruler of Aries)
Thursday at 10:31pm EST, we enter a brief Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for almost 1 hour until 11:20pm EST. This intuitive time is an opportunity to connect and go deeper — and perhaps also to take a look at your daily routines to see how empowering they are for you and your intimate relationships.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow.
Thursday at 11:20pm EST, the Moon moves into harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Saturday night/Sunday very early morning.
Friday, Nov. 22nd:
Friday, the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Thursday late evening for details).
Friday very early morning, we become more aware that we need to find a balance between two very different energies — on the one hand, taking a compassionate approach towards our personal goals, while being assertive in the world — and on the other hand, our need to connect and collaborate with others. Ask yourself: what if taking a compassionate approach towards myself actually made for more fulfilling connections with others?
Friday early morning, calls for some inner adjustments, as we feel uneasy or awkward, and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, we want to innovate in the area of our values (and maybe also have some financial breakthroughs); on the other hand, the feel the need to attend to our one-on-one relationships, supporting them (and perhaps collaborating).
Friday at 9:59am EST, the Sun changes signs from passionate, intense, all-or-nothing Scorpio to adventurous, optimistic, freedom-loving Sagittarius. The Sun will journey here until Dec. 21st.
For the next four weeks, we may feel a little more restless than usual. We are more aware of our sense of humor and our love for freedom. Our approach to life at this time tends to be direct and honest.
We may want to connect to people from all walks of life right now, just so we can learn about others. We tend to feel more optimistic during this time; this may get us into trouble if we go overboard and only take an idealistic point of view. Wanting to learn, explore and have fun gives us vitality and zest for life. What would open you up to a new adventure?
All this is especially true if you are a Leo or Sagittarius Sun-sign or Rising-sign. As a Sagittarius, you will feel a good dose of confidence and playfulness in the next four weeks; as a Leo, you are more adventurous and restless than usual…exploring something new might be just the thing for you to do.
Saturday, Nov. 23rd:
Saturday, the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Thursday late evening for details).
Saturday at 9:49pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 3 hours until 12:58am EST (Saturday night/Sunday very early morning). Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to connect with others for collaboration and an exploration of your beliefs about life. What does expansion of the mind look like? How might a wider view support your connections with others?
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday late evening until Sunday very early morning ahead of time.
Saturday late evening, a harmonious Sun/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 11:55pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from this Wednesday evening on; it will remain strong until next week, Tuesday evening (Nov. 26th). This creates a supportive environment for healing our insecurities.
We can bring greater awareness to our feelings of shame around our masculine energies, and any self-deprecating thoughts or behaviors. Paradoxically, we have the chance to shine, largely because we project openness and modesty. This is also a great time to recognize that our so-called flaws and insecurities have become some of our best assets and strengths. Where might this be true for you?
Something else that supports healing our insecurities is a sense that we are pursuing a worthy goal — this could be something as simple as a desire to explore and go beyond what we already know, or simply acceptance of our own/human complexities while we are on “our mission”.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career point (or one or more personal planets) in the following: 0-5 degrees Sagittarius, Aries, Leo, or 28-29 degrees of Scorpio, Pisces, or Cancer? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo (as the Sun rules Leo).
Saturday night/Sunday very early morning at 12:58am EST,the Moon moves into passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until next week, Tuesday very early morning (Nov. 26th).
Sunday, Nov. 24th:
Sunday, the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day (see Saturday night/Sunday very early morning for details).
Sunday very early morning, we are invited to make some inner adjustments: we feel uneasy or awkward, and need to make a choice — a choice that demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: On the one hand, we have the urge to go deeper and connect with others; on the other hand, we are more aware of triggers and limitations connected to old childhood wounds.
As best as you can, be compassionate and understanding with yourself when feelings of anger come up (and even if shame follows expressions of that anger). Ask yourself: How might 5% more compassion support my relationship with myself and others today?
Sunday morning: we are invited to examine our relationship to money, power, and resources (personal and shared). Ask yourself: How can I balance my need for a deeper, more empowered experience with others, against my wish to honor my personal values and desire for freedom?
Also, Sunday morning, a Venus/Jupiter alignment in almost 28 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact at 8:33am EST. We started to feel this aspect from this Thursday morning on; it will remain strong until next week Tuesday (Nov. 26th). This connection brings a certain optimism to social and personal relationships, together with a tremendous desire for mental or spiritual exploration and adventure.
Humor plays a big role in our interactions with others, as do tolerance, open-mindedness and enthusiasm.
Financially speaking, things are “trending up” — we may be able to plump up our pocketbooks. The best areas for investment include publications, continued education, spiritual or mental journeys, anything to with travel, and anything that requires the big-picture view or a new perspective.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 25-29 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Pisces, Virgo, or 0-1 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries, or Libra? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Sagittarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra, so those folks will always be affected more strongly by Venus’s movements and aspects, Jupiter rules Sagittarius)
Sunday late morning, a Mars/Uranus opposition becomes exact at 11:51am EST. We started to feel this aspect from this Wednesday morning on; it will remain strong until next week, Thursday evening (Nov. 28th). We may have a strong urge to step into our ‘passionate warrior”, and more deeply connect (perhaps even merge) with others and ourselves — but bear in mind that any “warrior” energy can provoke conflict, within and without — we need to strike a balance between honoring ourselves and what we value, versus a deep, healthy relationship with others and their resources.
One way to find this balance is to remember that we need other people, if we are to share our talents and become whole — and that disempowering tendencies must be left behind on our journey towards wholeness. What does a healthy relationship with yourself and others look like to you? What role does “attachment” play in all of this?
Uranus urges us to let go of traditional values and focus on a better future for everyone involved. We may feel restless and impatient; we can be very demanding and difficult to please. We tend to feel like progress is too slow and we are tired of waiting.
Do your best to channel the “choppy” energy in a productive way — physical exercise is great for this, as is consciously breaking away from relationships or situations that have limited you — and we may well experience sudden insights in connection to other people or a situation in our lives. As best as you can, stay grounded and keep breathing regularly 🙂
Flexibility and open-mindedness are always helpful but are especially important now. Notice when you are digging your heels in about something, this is usually a sign that you have some underlying anxiety about something else; again, take a deep breath, get centered in your body, close your eyes and focus on your third eye.
Ask yourself: What am I afraid of happening? How might I channel this restless energy into projects that are asking for progress? How might I channel, or just burn off, all this erratic energy? What kind of exercise might be an energetic match? Where am I stagnating?
Think back to mid February (2019), when Mars aligned with Uranus in 29º of Aries: What got started around then? With Mars opposing Uranus now, we can start to see the fruits of the seeds that were planted back then — or at least are more aware how far we have come. In other words: What has emerged since mid February of this year? Where do we go from here?
Do you have your Ascendant or personal planets in 0-6 degrees of Scorpio, Taurus, Aquarius, or Leo? If so, you will feel the effects of this opposition more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Aquarius (Mars is the ruler of Aries; Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius)
And…
A heads up for next Monday (Nov. 25th):the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day (see Nov. 23rd for details). At 12:30pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 14.5 hours until 3:11am EST (Tuesday very early morning – Nov. 26th). Monday in the evening, at 7:38pm EST, Venus changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn, where it will journey until Dec. 20th.In the late evening, a somewhat challenging Sun/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 9:00pm EST; we started to feel this aspect from Sunday night (Nov. 24th) on; it will remain strong until Tuesday evening (Nov. 26th). Also, on Monday, the Mercury Station ends. More about all the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

"Thank you for the awesome webinar, Sonja. I really enjoyed the full interactive experience. Having this real time exchange makes a huge difference to the learning and understanding of all these patterns and energies. I love the question and answer section, especially since we get some advance indication of what the topics will be. I have been an amateur astrologer for many years but I learned an awful lot very quickly in this setting. So much fun. See you next time!"
