Now, this weekās Forecastā¦
Monday, Dec. 28th:
Monday, the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini all day. It will journey there until Tuesday early morning. Today, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible. “Busy” feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way…
The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead š
Monday at 10:01pm EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for almost 7.5 hours, until 5:28am EST (Tuesday early morning). If you are awake during this intuitive time, use it as an opportunity to move things forward for yourself, especially anything connected to personal goals or projects.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday late evening until Tuesday early morning ahead of time.
Also, Monday, Chiron ends its Station phase (at 5Āŗ of Aries) and gets back to its normal pace through the sky —Ā We have a chance to implement everything we learned during the Retrograde phase and move forward with healing any physical, sexual, or “identity” wounds, or insecurities and sensitivities that came up around the masculine energies.

Tuesday, Dec. 29th:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini and VoCuntil 5:28am EST; at that time, the Moon moves into protective, nurturing Cancer, where it will journey until Thursday early afternoon. With this Moon placement, we are more sensitive to what people say to (and about) us, so be kind to yourself and others. Emotional safety is important to us at this time: We like connecting to the familiar, home or family becomes our sanctuary.
Nurture yourself and others, but remember: Make sure your glass is filled before letting others drink from it ā otherwise we might start resenting others for draining our energies. This Moon placement starts the build up towards the Full Moon (exact late this evening).
Tuesday late evening, at 10:28pm EST,Ā the Moon opposes the Sun (in almost 9 degrees of Cancer). Relationships of all kinds are highlighted during this time ā but with this Full Moon, there is a particularly strong emphasis on family- and business-relationships. If you are already a Member of my online community, feel free to also watch my Members Full Moon video.
This Full Moon shows us how far we have come since the last Solar Eclipse in Cancer (which was exact on June 21st, 2020) when it comes to self-care and any issues connected to family or home ā and also how far we have come since November 2018, when the North Node moved into Cancer, and we started our journey towards greater emotional responsibility and self-alignment.
Ask yourself: What have I learned about self-care and where I feel most āat homeā over the past two years? What have I learned about my emotional needs? How has an emotional connection to myself and loved ones been of benefit to me? How has it shifted my priorities?
Lots of planets are involved in thisĀ Full Moon chartĀ ā Mercury, Uranus, Chiron, Saturn, Jupiter, Venus and Neptune ā and all play an important role, so buckle up! More about the specifics in regards to all of these planets in a momentā¦
But first, letās take a look at the polarities involved with this Full Moon:Ā The Moon in protective, feeling-orientedĀ CancerĀ opposes the Sun in practical, accomplishment-orientedĀ Capricorn.
We haveĀ a heightened sense that something must be brought into balance and reintegrated; the balance in question is between the experience of our feelings and emotional needs (symbolized byĀ Cancer), versus our outer obligations or material, practical goals (Capricorn).
Itās important to realize that we all have limitations and challenges in life ā and when we approach those in a nurturing way, taking care of our feeling body and inner baby, and allowing ourselves to receive support from family or āfamiliarā connectionsā, we are more likely to overcome those challenges and be realistic about limitations ā our own, and other peopleās.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 7-11 degrees of Cancer, Capricorn, Aries and Libra? If so, you are more affected by this month’s Full Moon. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).
Wednesday, Dec. 30th:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer all day (see Tuesday early morning for details).
Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning, Uranus starts to slow down (station). It will come to a halt in almost 7Āŗ of Taurus (on Jan. 14th — ending its 5-month Retrograde phase). Uranus will move more slowly for four weeks, betweennow and Jan. 27th, anything connected to its energy will come into our awareness quite strongly: We have to face what this planet is trying to communicate to us.
Uranus is all about breaking away from traditional values, moving towards a new future, a future that serves others as well as ourselves. Keyword: Freedom. We might have flashes of insight or new ideas about what needs to change in our lives. Definitely expect the unexpected.
Uranus also rules electronics, technology and the internet, so don’t be surprised if you experience some interruptions or short-term failures in these areas. Group activities are also ruled by Uranus, so these will also be more at the forefront of our awareness. As best as you can, stay open and flexible, go with the flow — and pay attention to those messages from the Universe š
As best as you can, take a closer look at whatever is “in your face” for the next 4 weeks. Our intuitions will be very strong during this time and we have access to sudden insights and ideas. This gives us the opportunity to take a look to see how free we actually feel.
What might this be for you? Where do you feel the desire to break free? If “Freedom” were an important value for you, how might it show up in your life? Where have you denied yourself permission to be free? Unique? Simply yourself?
With this much erratic energy moving through us, we are best off honoring this movement, and “shaking it out”. Rather than expecting everyone’s values to be the same, it will serve us now to focus on aligning our own unique visions and desires with certain partnerships, creating deeper, more trusting connections wherever we can.
This also provides an opportunity to look at how free we truly feel within our financial partnerships and intimate relationships. Are you expressing your individuality to the fullest in those partnerships? Are you connecting to a larger vision? Is anything holding you back? What did you discover about your unique visions, values, and financial freedoms these past 5 months?
Is your Sun-sign or Ascendant in Aquarius? Or do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 5-9 degrees of Taurus, Scorpio, Aquarius or Leo? If so, you are more affected by this station.
Wednesday early morning, a challenging Venus/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 5:19am EST. We started to feel this aspect fromĀ last week SundayĀ (Dec. 27th) on, it will be strongĀ until this Friday evening. We can be confused, unrealistic, or overly idealistic around love and money — so it’s best to wait until the transit is over, before making big moves in these areas — if you make long-term financial investments, buy or sell big-ticket items, or start brand-new relationships, it’s likely you will not see things as they truly are.
We are actually being asked to have faith; to let our intuition guide us in money and love — if we are able to do this, we will grow through it. As best as you can, be compassionate with yourself and others during these 5 days — it might also help to know that relationships and endeavors of a spiritual orĀ artistic nature canĀ move forward at this time.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-22 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini or Virgo? If so, you are more affected by this aspect.Ā This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign inĀ Taurus, LibraĀ orĀ PiscesĀ (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Neptune rules Pisces).
Wednesday late afternoon, we are in a state of āflowā and emotional connection to others; spiritual and creative endeavors are favored.
Wednesday early evening, requires some inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice, one that demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the desire to connect with others and have an adventure ā and on the other hand, the need to nurture ourselves and stay in touch with our feeling body.
Thursday, Dec. 30th:
Thursday, the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer until 1:58pm EST (see Tuesday early morning for details).
Thursday at 8:45am EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for a little over 5 hours, until 1:58pm EST. Use this intuitive time to make adjustments and find creative solutions to seemingly insoluble situations. Make space both for personal projects that you feel passionate about and for emotional or family issues…
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Thursday morning until the early afternoon ahead of time.
Thursday at 1:58pm EST, the Moon moves into fun-loving and attention-loving Leo, where it will journey until Saturday evening. We may lack objectivity and struggle with backing down or compromising. We all love to be admired — or at the very least acknowledged — for our greatness š
So hand out some compliments — let people know how proud you are of them, tell them how much you love them. Come from the heart in this and all other things… be honest and authentic, as best you can. Fun, games and romance are a big part of this energy as well. You might also enjoy spending time with little ones.
If there are no “outer children” around, how about getting in touch with your “inner child” — it’s definitely easier for the next two days. What are you most grateful for today? What would be heaps and heaps of fun? What would be so much fun, you let out a tiny squeak, just thinking of it?
Friday, January 1st:
Friday, the Moon remains in fun-loving and attention-loving Leo all day (see Thursday early afternoon for details).
Friday very early morning, we may feel pulled in two quite different directions: On the one hand, we experience a need for connecting with our inner child-energy (creative self-expressions and joy), on the other hand, we want to make space for pursuing our financial vision — and we also want to break free from outdated value systems.
As such, we may have to address what we value, both in others, and in ourselves (which informs our self-worth); as best as you can, make adjustments and find creative solutions when it comes to these energies.
Friday morning, an opportune Mercury/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 6:18am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Wednesday afternoon on; it will remain strong until Sunday morning. This aspect gives us the opportunity to bring compassion and an intuitive approach to our thinking process. Having faith and connecting to our Higher Selves will be of service to us at this time. Any artistic or spiritual endeavors are likely to do well at this time. Music might help us with our thinking process and ability to get things done.
Let yourself be inspired! A book, a song, a movie, someone else’s words allow the Universe to speak to you. Open your mind to a higher vibration — and remember, opportunities are openings… they aren’t necessarily handed to us… we have to “take” them and make something of them.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 16-21 degrees of Capricorn, Pisces, Scorpio or Taurus? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Pisces (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Neptune rules Pisces).
Friday early afternoon, we are still invited to make some internal adjustments. We may want to have some fun, but may also need to tune in to our intuitive inner voice. What do you hear when you get really quiet?
Saturday, Jan. 2nd:
Saturday, the Moon remains in fun-loving and attention-loving Leo until 8:13pm EST (see Thursday early afternoon for details).
Saturday at 5:00pm EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for a little over 3 hours, until 8:13pm EST. Use this intuitive time to get excited about an adventure — you have an opportunity to step into an exciting project from a creative, self-expressed place.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday late afternoon until the evening ahead of time.
Saturday 8:13pm EST, the Moon moves into detail-oriented, practical Virgo, where it will journey until next week Tuesday very early morning (Jan. 5th); turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome. We are generous with our time/services and we love to help others. We also have a fondness for science and anything that makes sense in our world — things and knowledge we can apply and use.
Health might come also into focus at this time. We notice the parts that make up the whole; this is a great time to see if our daily routines (eating, work, self-care, etc.) align with our long-term goals.
Saturday late evening, around 11:11pm EST,Venus reaches 23 degrees and 08 minutes of Sagittarius, she aligns with the degree of Dec. 14th’s Solar Eclipse.
This might trigger some relationship or self-worth issues connected to outdated belief systems, or attitudes and perspectives towards life; these will need to be addressed over the next 5.5 months.
The key here is to heighten awareness of two things: First, how can we be open to more heartfelt interactions around our Soul’s journey and whatever is next for us?
Second: how else might we tap more into our heart energy to feel more uplifted and free? What messages are we receiving today that might deliver a better understanding of this process? What needs to be released or redefined?
Sunday, Jan. 3rd:
Sunday, the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day (see Saturday evening for details).
Sunday early morning, calls for some inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the desire to heal our relationship with the inner masculine (assertiveness/anger, leadership, taking actions) ā and on the other, the need to tend to our daily work or health routines.
Sunday morning, we are invited to connect with like-minded people and learn something new about our unique talents or value in the world. We are able to better connect to anything that requires attention to detail. We might also perhaps implement revolutionary health routines or other systems in our day to day life that support our values and make life more enjoyable.
Sunday evening, this could be a great time to clarify what’s important to us. Ask yourself: What works for me in my daily routines? What doesn’t? What might show me how to easily implement my business goals?
Andā¦
A heads up for next Monday (Jan. 4th):the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day (see Saturday evening for detailsā Jan. 2nd). At 4:34pm EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for a little over 8 hours, until 12:42am EST (Tuesday very early morning- Jan. 5th). In the evening, a Mercury/Pluto alignment in 24 degrees of Capricorn becomes exact at 7:58pm EST; we started to feel this aspect from Jan. 2nd on; it will remain strong until Jan. 6th. Monday night/Tuesday very early morning, at 12:42am EST,the Moon moves into harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Thursday early morning (Jan. 7th). More about all the details in next weekās forecast š

Ask yourself: How am I balancing the demands of my outer and inner life? Home life vs. career? Where am I able to be mature and self-reliant — and also contribute? Where am I giving too much? Not enough?
CancerĀ andĀ CapricornĀ are both receptive āyinā energies, so clearlyĀ we areĀ asked to go within before doing anything.Ā CancerĀ says we must recognize our own needs in order to feel internally stable — if we donāt manage this, weāll give our power away to others, becoming victims, sacrificing ourselves for our family, job, etc.
CapricornĀ seeks to develop an internalized sense of authority and responsibility. This Full Moon is thus asking us to look closely at how we balance taking care of ourselves (Cancer), against how we want to contribute to the world at large (Capricorn) ā in other words, where we have reached our limit, and where we need to set some priorities.
Capricorn teaches us to honor all aspects of the physical world; it also urges us to create and build something of long-term use to everyone —Ā Cancer, on the other hand, represents the formation of the emotional body; this helps us navigate life by building an awareness of what is healthy or harmful to us.
Cancer also highlights the importance of a healthy relationship to the “mother” archetype. Being a healthy “mother” to ourselves is just as important as nurturing someone else. The healthy mother archetype represents a caring engagement with our feeling body, and a constant attempt to meet our needs, to the extent possible.
Our feeling body tells us whether our needs are being met. So check in with yourself: right now, in this moment, do you feel happy? Peaceful? Open? Stressed? Depressed? Frustrated?
If your answer was a lower-vibrational feeling, ask yourself: Are my needs being met? What do I need, to feel open and peaceful? Where could I take one small but practical baby-step to bring me one step closer to feeling happy? Or peaceful? How about open?
Sometimes it’s as simple as slowing down, or taking a break, perhaps allowing ourselves to enjoy a hot bath or cuddling up with a loved one, a pet, or a pillow š
In order to emerge as healthy beings, we need to be able to nurture ourselves and others, in part by taking care of our feelings and our “inner baby” (Cancer), while also evolving into responsible adults, able to provide for ourselves and others (Capricorn).
Any Full Moon also has us look more closely at theĀ denser vibrations or shadowĀ components of the energies involved. WithĀ Cancer, this is our ability to receive and feel safe from within, but what protected us in the past may no longer work — our needs may have changed over time.
Ask yourself: Where do I have the tendency to hold on to the past? Where am I holding on simply because it is familiar? Where am IĀ resisting change? What happens when I don’t allow myself to feel my feelings? Where do I react instead of respond?
The last question is so important, thatĀ I created a webinar around it: “React vs. Respond — Where in the chart can we learn about our emotional maturity?“.Ā If you haven’t seen it yet,Ā click here for more info! — currently on sale until Jan. 31st, 2021
WithĀ Capricorn, we need toĀ take a look atĀ those parts of ourselves that are domineering, rigid, unforgiving, self-servingly ambitious, status-seeking, and hierarchical.
As best as you can, be really honest with yourself, andĀ ask:Ā How important is status to me? What is my relationship to “control”? Where do I try to control life? Other people?
Where do I control myself by suppressing my needs or feelings? Is it at least possible that a slower step-by-step approach might help me get present to what’s needed in the moment?
In order to develop a healthy inner Capricorn, we must learn to listen to our feelings and honor our needs, rather than disregarding them — only then can we build something of value and move towards mastery.
Ask yourself these questions (and as best as you can, be really honest with yourself): Where might I be taking too little responsibility? Where might I be taking too much? When do I blame? When do I shameĀ myself (or others)? When do I feel guilty? Where do I tend to get defensive? If I had better boundaries, where would I have established them?
Where and when do I tend to look for permission outside of myself? Where have I abdicated my authority — or projected it onto others?
Again, finding a balance between theĀ Capricorn-CancerĀ polarity is essential in order to truly fulfill ourĀ Capricorn goals.
Letās take a look at some other aspects of this Full Moon chart, starting with the most exact ones: The Moon is the ruler of Cancer,Ā and is currently in its own sign, opposing not only the Sun in Capricorn, but also Mercury.
Since Mercury is the “depositor” of the currently transiting North Node in Gemini, its placement is particularly important for our evolution at this time: We are invited to focus single-mindedly on whatever will be most practical and sustainable in the long-term.
Th Moonās opposition to the Sun/Mercury alignment in Capricorn urges us to pay equal attention to our inner world, as well as our responsibilities in the outer. Ask yourself: What are my physical- and my feeling-body telling me? What is “Life” trying to tell me?
What do I need to change to be better aligned with my needs? Do I need to move? Pursue another vocation? Heal something from the past? Where do I need to take a leap of faith and work towards something that serves me long-term, something sustainable? What needs to be communicated? What if I needed to think my way through this step-by-step?
This opposition also asks us to balance a loving, caring connection with ourselves and others, against our desire to achieve our long-term goals out there in the world.
As best as you can, steer by your own inner compass and bring your authentic self to the world in a spirit of integrity and responsibility — and keep in mind that as we heal our personal history, we become a source of light and support for others.
Ask yourself:Ā What would self-responsible self-care look like? How does my inner life inform my outer? How might nurturing myself support true self-acceptance and self-kindness? Might it also help grant acceptance and kindness toward others? And even the world at large?
When we understand theĀ CancerĀ energy fully, we have learned about self-care and receiving — not just giving, or helping others — while withĀ Capricorn, we eventually learn about giving back, not just accomplishing for personal gain or reaching a higher status.
Ask yourself:Ā Where might the balance lie between nurturing and self-care, versus achieving my goals? Are those things really in conflict? Am I doing what I want to do, or what I think I “should” do?
Am I more connected to what nurtures me — or to my “shoulds”? Does my current environment/home support my inner & outer growth? Does it provide nourishing bonds with others? How does all this affect my contribution to the world? My standing in society?
And of course, as always whenĀ CancerĀ andĀ CapricornĀ are involved: take baby-steps (or if you prefer, “take it one day at a time” šĀ Ask yourself:Ā Why would I sprint ifĀ walking got me there at the perfect time?
Check to see where any urge toward rushing or “getting there” comes from — is that coming from a place of fear or love?
Another important aspect worth mentioning is a T-Square involving Chiron and the Full Moon. Chiron in Aries as the Focus point of this T-square experiences a tremendous amount of stress, especially around anything connected to our insecurities concerning the masculine energies or our passions, so ask yourself:
What if I simply accepted the validity of my own desires? Of any feelings of anger? Might this acceptance support a more natural expression of those desires and feelings?
What if I became 5% more conscious of anything connected to a childhood wound that feels triggering to me? What might be possible if I practiced being kind with myself around those triggers? What role does my thinking play in all of this?
The Solution with all T-squares is to focus on the empty leg; in this case theĀ empty legĀ lands inĀ Libra;Ā we are thus invited to focus our energies on collaborations and win-wins, and on achieving a healthy balance with ourselves and our environment.
Ask yourself:Ā Where is the balancing point? What if I channeled my energies into projects that benefit me and others? How might others contribute to my healing process around the “masculine” energies? What if I didn’t have to do it all by myself?
We also have some more harmonious connections to the Full Moon:Ā
Uranus in Taurus sextiles the Moon in Cancer and trines the Sun in Capricorn. With this combo, originality and innovation come easy to us, as does connection to like-minded people.
Ask yourself:Ā Am I connecting to a larger vision for my future? How do my individual passions and goals connect to a larger contribution for society? What might be possible with a bigger network of like-minded people?
This is also a great time to work with your own astrological chart, or seek other ways to elevate your consciousness, create your own reality, and experience freedom from within.
Ask yourself:Ā What does “my unique value” mean to me? Where might I locate this energy within me? If I found it, what might I do with it? What small (or large) steps could I take to bring my unique vision or preferences to the world?
Remember: what you do for you, you do for everyoneā¦ and what you do for everyone, you do for you!
Saturn, the ruler ofĀ Capricorn, has been in Aquarius since Dec. 17th, where it aligns with Jupiter (also in Aquarius). Both of these giants will stay within 5 degrees of each other until the end of January. The Great Conjunction was exact on Dec. 21st, and is a collective new beginning towards building long-term structures and foundations that will ultimately bring about an expansion for all of humanity.
We are slowly learning to choose from love rather than fear. And we are more powerful than we realize, especially when we come together. Since this is the beginning of a 20-year social-economic cycle, we need to plan for the collective long game.
Evolution happens when we each bring our individual, best Selves to a collective effort; an open heart and mind make this process not only more pleasant, but also faster.
Our inventions and unusual approaches need to focus on long-term sustainability and group consciousness — this is how we will grow and expand as people over the next 20 years.
Ask yourself: What will be my contribution to this 20-year cycle? How can I make a difference in my own communities? How could I get involved and be a part of this new future? What will it take to keep my heart and mind wide open? How can I bring my unique Self to the table?
Feel free to also watch my webinar on the subject: “The Great Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction in Aquarius“ Click here for more info!
Now, there is one little obstacle that will become more and more apparent over the next year:Ā Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius,Ā is currently in Taurus, and squares both of those Giants in Aquarius. A Square invites us to find creative solutions and to stretch ourselves and grow beyond our past capabilities.
It always relates back to the conjunctions between two planets — and in this case we need to look back to when Jupiter aligned with UranusĀ on June 8th, 2010, at 0Āŗ of Aries, and at whenĀ Saturn aligned with Uranus on Oct. 18th, 1988, at almost 28Āŗ of Sagittarius.
Think back to those times, and ask yourself: What was beginning in my life? What did I intend for humanity? How did I want to make a difference? What was my role? And what needs to change if I am to complete that journey?
Since these are Closing Squares, we are looking for practical solutions; change needs to proceed from a level of maturity that is informed by our experience of what didnāt work before.
It becomes very clear with this combo that humanity’s evolution and survival lies in equality, collaboration, and respect for the Earth and all its inhabitants. How quickly this shift happens depends on the choices each one of us makes. It is helpful to remember that as the “old” falls away, progress is taking place, always — even if not visible to the naked eye.
Ask yourself: If I wanted to put a solid foundation under my effort toĀ inspire collaboration in my various communities, where would I lay that first cornerstone? What might a co-creative process with our planet look like? How can I honor its resources and ability to support each one of us equally? What is my unique value in all of this?
As the Jupiter/Saturn alignment in Aquarius squares Uranus in Taurus at the time of this Full Moon, we may become quite eager over the next two weeks to make some essential changes in our lives, both collectively and individually speaking.
We are invited to stay detached in our social dealings with others and honor our own individuality without making anyone else wrong for being different.
Ask yourself:Ā How could I honor my own values and allow others to honor theirs? Are other people’s choices really about me? Could I give their “choosing” the space that it needs, so I can honor what’s important to me, without taking things personally?
Uranus also starts to station and become “louder” the day after the Full Moon becomes exact. It will be exalted until Jan. 27th,emphasizing the Square that will be exact on the 17th of both January and February (not to mention that Saturn will square Uranus for most of 2021).
In our next Monthly Forecasting Forum on Jan. 8th, we’ll be takingĀ a look ahead at the whole yearĀ to gain some perspective and get an overview of whatās to come: What can we expect in 2021? What are the energies to watch out for, and which are the ones to get excited about?
For example, what can we expect with a potent Saturn/Uranus Square in Aquarius/Taurus for most of 2021? What happens when Mars joins in, while transiting through Taurus, Leo and ScorpioĀ in January, July, and November?Ā
If you want to get ready for 2021, join us live, orĀ get the mp4-video presentation of the live event. Either way, if you areĀ not yet a Star Member,Ā register now! Early Bird Special is still available until Jan. 5th at midnight!
All my StarĀ Members are automatically registered and will receive an invite to join us a day prior and the day of the webinar š
Lastly I want to mention Venus, which aligns with the South Node in Sagittarius, and Squares Neptune in Pisces.Ā
When a planet aligns with the South Node, we are invited to release or redefine something that has been running on auto-pilot and draining our life force; in this case, it’s related to any belief systems or perspectives about our relationship to ourselves, others, or to this planet that is no longer serving us.
Ask yourself: What is really true when it comes to relationships (the one with myself included)? What is it that never changes, no matter what cultural filters I look at it through, no matter what angle I take? What is the one thing that connects us all and brings greater joy to my relations with “others”?
Venus’s Square to Neptune in Pisces invites us to have faith, go with the flow, and let our intuition guide us in money and love — and if we are able to do so, we will grow through it. As best as you can, be compassionate with yourself and others — and watch out for any tendency to make hasty decisions or to sacrifice yourself for others!
Ask yourself: Before moving forward with a relationship or making assumptions about someone else, could I tune in and get really clear about my energy body, and what is needed in this current moment? What if I granted 5% more trust to my inner guidance? What might I hear if I listened 5% more closely to the subtle messages of my divine nature?
To sum it all up:Ā Honor your feelings and needs, so you can build something of value, and share the fruits of your labor with the world. As best as you can, be kind, gentle, compassionate, and accepting of yourself — this will help balance theĀ Cancer/Capricorn polarity.Ā
Ask yourself: What if I trusted the timing of things just 5% more? What if I brought 5% more compassion and love to every moment while working towards my achievement? Could I do that just by checking in with my physical and emotional needs from time to time?
What might result from closing my eyes for a minute or two, now and then, to take a moment with myself, to tune in and center myself?
These are challenging times on planet Earth. As best as you can, be extra kind to yourself and others; be proactive rather than reactive. Envision the world in which you wish to live in and move steadily towards that. One step at a time!
During these next 2 weeks, self-care definitely deserves our attentionā¦ Make sure you get plenty of rest, affection, water, and healthy nutritious foods š

Our Humanitarian Goals — Forecast for Dec. 21st – 27th
This weekās headline items: the Sun changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn, marking the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere, early Monday morning; a rare Jupiter/Saturn alignment in Aquarius becomes exact on Monday afternoon; the first Quarter Moon in Aries becomes exact on Monday evening; Venus opposes the degree of Nov. 30th’s Lunar Eclipse on Tuesday morning; and Eclipse Season ends on Thursday.
There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday early morning (for a little over 12 hours), Wednesday early evening (for 12 hours), and Saturday morning (for 12 hours).
Now, this weekās Forecastā¦
Monday, Dec. 21st:
Monday is quite a big day (astrologically speaking); the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces. It will journey there until 5:32pm EST. This Moon placement often finds us more sensitive, intuitive, idealistic and imaginative than normal. We also have a greater capacity for compassion, sympathy and affection for all — but especially for those who suffer or can be regarded as the underdog.
But… that very idealism could also be our downfall at this time: We tend to see the best in everyone and everything, and when reality doesn’t match our idyllic vision, we might feel upset and even victimized by those harsh realities. A way out of this is to channel our idealism into spiritual or creative endeavors.
It’s also a great time for releasing fears — especially the ones based on a sense of separation — and experiencing “oneness”. Feelings tend to flow more freely; as best as you can, let them — in fact, “going with the flow” is the best way to go for the next couple of days.
Monday early morning, at 5:02am EST, the Sun changes signs from adventurous, optimistic,Ā truth-seeking Sagittarius to practical, accomplishment-oriented,Ā status-orientedĀ Capricorn.Ā This also marks the shortest day of the year (in the northern hemisphere) and the beginning of Winter — aka the Winter Solstice.
The Solstices are important turning points that take place twice a year: They are energetic gateways for the summer or winter season to come through. Solstice Points are thus extra-potent times to set intentions and take part in ceremonies.
The Sun will journey through the sign of Capricorn until Jan. 20th, 2020. Capricorn is a feet-on-the-ground, eyes-on-the-prize sign. As the Sun travels through it, we take a realistic, grounded approach to life; we know how to do things, and how to get things done.
We have a stronger sense of society and its structure, and feel most secure when doing our part within that structure; as such, worldly recognition may take on more importance for us.Ā Making plans for the future can be very effective right now. We are more risk-averse at this time but we are ready to work hard and focus on what is essential.
All this is especially true if you are aĀ LeoĀ orĀ Capricorn Sun-sign or Rising-sign. As a Capricorn, you will feel a good dose of confidence and playfulness in the next four weeks; as a Leo, you are more cautious and practical than usualā¦working towards a realistic long-term goal might be just the thing for you to do.
Monday at 5:25am EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for a little over 12 hours, until 5:32pm EST. Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to connect to your higher Self, and if possible, bring a sense of flow and faith to your long-term plans — especially those you feel really passionate about.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday early morning until the late afternoon ahead of time.
Monday early afternoon, a rare Jupiter/Saturn alignment in 0.5 degrees of Aquarius becomes exact at 1:21pm EST. The last time Jupiter aligned with Saturn in Aquarius was in the year 1405!!! As for this current alignment, we started to feel it building from Nov. 23rd on and it will remain strong until January 16th, 2021. It offers an opportunity to build long-term structures and foundations that bring about an expansion for all of humanity.
Jupiter and Saturn come together every 20 years. The last Jupiter-Saturn conjunction took place at 22Āŗ44′ of Taurus on May 28th, 2000 and the next one will be on Oct. 31st, 2040 at almost 18Āŗ of Libra.
Since this is the beginning of a 20-year social-economic cycle, we need to plan for the collective long game; it is important to look past our enthusiasm for a greater vision for the world we live in and focus instead on visualizing practical results within groups and communities, so we feel motivated to achieve them.
We will be wise to adoptĀ a step-by-step approach to the realization of our humanitarian goals, conduct ourselves with integrity, and employ an ethical, mature, and open-minded approach.
Our inventions and unusual approaches need to focus on long-term sustainability and group consciousness. This is how we grow and expand as people over the next 20 years.
We might also overdo our need to āachieve something great for humanityā (Jupiter does, after all, represent excess as well).
Here are some questions we could ask ourselves in connection with the Jupiter-Saturn alignment in Aquarius:
Where have we been limiting ourselves, socially speaking? Where have we been wasting time? Energy? Resources? What might promote a new perspective on our social-economic goals? Or our achievements in our various communities? How might we become more tolerant and inventive when approaching lifeās challenges? What humanitarian aspirations are we now ready to explore? What could we achieve in that regard over the next 20 years? How can each one of us get involved and be a part of this new future?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or personal planets in the following: 0-6 degrees of of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus,Scorpio, or 27-29 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries or Libra? If so, you will feel the effects of this aspect more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Sagittarius or CapricornĀ (Jupiter rules Sagittarius; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn)
Monday at 5:32pm EST, the Moon moves into pioneering, fast-paced Aries, where it will journey until Thursday morning. Life is an adventure, we’re more open to new ideas, and have great enthusiasm for new projects. Patience is certainly not our strong suit at this time, but we can decide quickly, and act immediately.
Our independence and dynamism are important to us right now, so we may find it hard to be disciplined or accept advice at this time; in general, our responses to others tend to be more assertive or even aggressive. If you find your foot tapping, try hitting the gym, or finding other ways to burn off the body’s excess energy. This Moon placement starts the build up towards the first Quarter Moon (exact later this evening).
Monday evening, the first Quarter Moon in almost 0.5 degree of pioneering, fast-paced Aries becomes exact at 6:41pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from the moment the Moon entered Aries earlier today. The Moon in pioneering, enthusiastic, fast-paced Aries makes a challenging aspect to the Sun practical, cautious, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn.
Last week (Dec. 14th) saw a powerful New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius. If we set some intentions on Dec. 16th or 17th we are now ready to make some adjustments. This is a time to stretch and grow — and create some forward momentum — in fact, we may feel compelled to act, stirring up anxiety or overwhelm, so just go one breath at a time.
Remember, we’re still in Eclipse Seasonuntil Dec. 24th, and thus don’t have all the information we need to move brand-new projects forward yet. Allow for changes, remain flexible and adaptable, and find creative solutions in day-to-day interactions with others. Allow also for new downloads and for the release of āoldā codes and conditioning. Simply put: an open mind and heart will serve us best (that’s true in general, but especially true until Eclipse season ends š
Another thing to remember: if something is beginning or ending in a way that seems organicā¦ allow it to be. As best as you can, observe your feelings and stay grounded in the “here and now”. Connect to your intuition and inner wisdom; they will help carry you through this period. We are receiving a consciousness upgrade — that’s a good thing!

āØDo you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) inthe following: 0-3 degrees of Aries, Capricorn, Libra, Cancer or 28-29 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will feel the effects of this first Quarter Moon more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).
Tuesday, Dec. 22nd:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Monday late afternoon for details).
Tuesday very early morning, has lots of potential for healing around family, the “mother archetype”, home, and our past in general. We may feel more sensitive and insecure about what we identify with, and around our ability to be assertive; this gives us the opportunity to give ourselves some compassion, acceptance and nurturing in the face of our sensitivities and limitations.
Tuesday around 9am EST, Venus in Sagittarius transits the degree of Nov. 30th’s Lunar Eclipse in Gemini-Sagittarius —Ā and we may experience something that provides an insight, most likely around relationships. We are invited to feel into how we perceive and receive things, and to share something that helps us connect to others, rather than leaving us feeling superior to them.
Observe how this plays out for you today: Where (or with whom) are you looking to connect? What are you most aware of? You are invited to process and share any outdated beliefs or cultural conditioning around relationships. What interactions might clear the way, so you can move forward powerfully, with an open mind and clear information?
Tuesday late morning, starts out harmoniously, yet with an urge to explore something new that helps us understand the bigger picture all around. You might want to enthusiastically connect with others for an adventure.
Wednesday, Dec. 23rd:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Monday late afternoon for details).
Wednesday late morning, a challenging Mars/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 9:53am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Monday (Dec. 14th) on; it will stay strong until next week, Tuesday (Dec. 30th).Ā Our ambition and drive to succeed are incredibly strong now; we feel prepared to go to any lengths, in order to achieve our goals — and we have the required energy. It’s a real need to achieve, a compulsion even — we often find it difficult to stop.
This aspect could also lead to power struggles, perhaps with an authority figure, perhaps within ourselves. Problem is, “push” could come to “shove” — and once in a shoving match, with Mars and Pluto involved, we may not know when enough is enough.
Do your best to tap into the power of the love within. Find creative ways to empower yourself and others. Flexibility is key — and walking away for 10 minutes might just save you from doing something you later regret — and also perhaps from burning-out š
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 21-27 degrees of Aries, Capricorn, Libra or Cancer? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect.Ā This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Aries or Scorpio (Mars is the ruler of Aries; Pluto rules Scorpio)
Wednesday at 5:51pm EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for 12 hours, until 5:55am EST (Thursday morning). Use this intuitive time to go after something you feel passionate about — and use all the energy and enthusiasm you have access to right now to get lots done. As best as you can, be yourself, without offending others.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Wednesday early evening until Thursday morning ahead of time.
Wednesday late evening, a challenging Mercury/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 9:11pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Monday night on; it will remain strong until Friday evening. This combination might bring up some insecurities in our verbal, in-person or email interactions.
That said, this could also be an opportunity for healing; we are energized to move past harsh criticism of ourselves or others, towards more loving and compassionate structures for thinking and communicating. As best as you can, stretch yourself — and be open to bringing love and understanding to it all (and that includes you) š
For those of you who want toĀ have a better understanding of your personal healing journey,Ā feel free to get the mp3-recording ofĀ myĀ Chiron workshop: “Healing with Astrology”Ā Click hereĀ for more info. Please keep in mind that as a Member of this online community you have FREE access to this workshopĀ via your Member’s accountĀ (click on the “My Courses”- tab)
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point or any personal planets in the following: 2-8 degree of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer, or Libra? If so, you are more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo).
Thursday, Dec. 24th:
Thursday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries and VoCuntil 5:55am EST (see Monday late afternoon for details).
Thursday at 5:55am EST, the Moon moves into steady, peaceful Taurus, where it will journey until Saturday early evening. We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well. In other words: change is not our favorite thing and “rushing things” goes against our grain.
What is our favorite thing for the next two days? It’s probably, slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses š
Thursday early afternoon, provides the perfect opportunity to get lots of practical issues handled without needing to stress or push. It’s easier for us to sustain what we have started now, and bring a heightened sense of commitment to it all. Make sure to also enjoy a good meal or a nice beverage during the next four hours š
Thursday evening, if possible, connect with people that can support your projects on a practical level, and share with them what you have going on.
Also, on Thursday, Eclipse Season finally ends. Yay! Our consciousness upgrades have been downloaded and installed and we are now able to process whatever came up in the past 4.5 weeks — and to move forward with any intentions we set around December 16th. Take a look at your Eclipse Intentions and see what calls to you, asking yourself: Which, if any, am I ready to act on?
Friday, Dec. 25th:
Friday, the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus all day (see Thursday morning for details).
Friday very early morning, a harmonious Mercury/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 2:05am EST. We started to feel this aspectĀ build from Wednesday on; it will remain strong until Sunday morning. This aspect supports a connection between our higher mind and our day-to-day mind. We are able to receive inspiration from higher places and maybe even look into the future.
We are able to communicate our vision for a better future; insights arise from these communications. Original, creative insights and ideas can appear out of nowhere; as best as you can, stay open to these unique “downloads” — they might change how you see and proceed with life š
This is a good time to communicate online, engage in computer-related activities or scientific projects, and also for anything metaphysical. Group activities like Meetups are great things to be involved with right now — especially if they allow us to share our vision for a better financial future.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 4-10 degree of Capricorn, Taurus, or Virgo? If so, you will feel especially blessed by this connection. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aquarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius)
Friday morning, we are invited to make some internal adjustments: We may want to have some peace and quiet, while at the same time, feeling the need to connect with others, and have an outdoors adventure.
Friday evening, we have an opportunity to meet our need for material comfort with a gentler, more intuitive approach.
Saturday, Dec. 26th:
Saturday, the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus until 6:33pm EST (see Thursday morning for details).
Saturday very early morning, a challenging Sun/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 2:37am EST. We started to feel this aspect from this Wednesday on; it will remain strong until next week, Monday late evening (Dec. 28th). This asks us to stretch ourselves and expand from within. We might feel less confident about who we are, and have a hard time projecting a social “front”. Our conditioning and wounded sense of Self may be out of harmony with each other.
As best as you can, take this as an opportunity to make space for feeling vulnerable or emotional without seeing yourself as weak or “less than”. It is perfectly ok to be yourself and feel insecure once in a while; as best as you can, bring compassion and love to yourself and others. After all, we are all humanā¦āØ
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or personal planets in 2-8 degree of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer, or Libra? If so, you will feel the effects of this aspect more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo (the Sun rules Leo).
Saturday at 6:32am EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for 12 hours, until 6:33pm EST. Use this intuitive time to empower each other in regards to earthly issues and mutually support each other in practical ways.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday morning until the early evening ahead of time.
Saturday at 6:33pm EST, the Moon moves into chatty, versatile Gemini, where it will journey until next week Tuesday early morning (Dec. 29th). For the next 2.5 days, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible. “Busy” feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way…
The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead š
Sunday, Dec. 27th:
Sunday, the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini all day (see Saturday early evening for details).
Sunday early morning, consider connecting with others, socializing, and taking a compassionate approach toward yourself and others, especially when it comes to personal goals and passions. Ask yourself: what if taking a compassionate approach towards myself and others actually made for more fulfilling connections?
Sunday afternoon, we experience a need for inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, we want to connect on a realistic level and share about long-term goals with others, or how we can overcome obstacles in our lives ā and on the other hand, we feel a need to be curious, in constant movement, and gathering or exchanging information / data as much as possible.
Sunday late evening, a harmonious Sun/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 10:25pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from this Thursday night on, it will remain strong until next week Wednesday evening (Dec. 30th) . This aspect connects us to a strong energy field — physical and metaphysical. We feel alive, we want to create a better future for ourselves and others, and we are excited to do it. Watch out for messages from the Universe š
Originality and innovation come easy to us, as does connection with like-minded people. We can celebrate (and leverage) our idealism and unorthodox approaches to life’s challenges. What if you expressed what’s uniquely “you” without apologies? What if you did it with authenticity and enthusiasm? And, looking at things from a different angle: What might be possible with a bigger network of like-minded people?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 4-10 degrees ofĀ Ā Capricorn, Taurus, or Virgo? If so, you will be more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Aquarius (the Sun rules Leo; Uranus rules Aquarius).
Andā¦
A heads up for next Monday (Dec. 28th):the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini all day (see Saturday early evening, Dec. 26th for details). At 10:01pm EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for almost 7.5 hours, until 5:28am EST (Tuesday early morning – Dec. 29th. And Chiron’s Station ends, resuming its normal pace in the sky. More about all the details in next weekās forecast š

An Experimental Attitude — Forecast for Dec. 14th – 20th
This weekās headline items: a New Moon/Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius becomes exact Monday late morning; Venus changes signs from Scorpio to Sagittarius on Tuesday late morning; Chiron comes to a halt, ending its 5-month Retrograde phase, on Tuesday late afternoon; its time to start setting our New Moon/Solar Eclipse intentions from Wednesday late morning on; Saturn changes signs from Capricorn to Aquarius on Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning; Neptune ends its Station phase on Friday; Jupiter changes signs from Capricorn to Aquarius on Saturday morning; and Mercury changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn on Sunday morning.
There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday late morning (for a little over 11 hours), Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning (for almost an hour), and Saturday very early morning (for almost 4 hours).
Before we get to this weekās forecast, Iād like to mention:
Since Saturn and Jupiter will move into Aquarius this week, we will start to feel the Great Conjunction that will be exact next week Monday (Dec. 21st), on the day of the Winter Solstice, no less. If you didn’t watch this powerful webinar yet, and still would like to learn how this new 20-year social-economic cycle will impact you personally, watch my webinar “Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction in Aquarius, Dec. 2020″ — all about how it relates to your own Birth Chart.

Now, this weekās Forecastā¦
Monday, Dec. 14th:
Monday is quite a big day!The Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius. Where it will journey until 10:35pm EST. We’re strongly motivated to explore and learn. We’reĀ not likely to be big fans of routine — diversity and new adventures work best at this time — we’re also physically restless and need to burn that off with activity and physical exercise.
We tend to feel more open, optimistic and inspired — but we also have a high degree of independence, which means we’d rather inspire others to do things our way, than take orders.Ā Inspiring others could come easier than normal, as we can see the bigger picture, leaving us confident that others will agree with us, once they see what we see.
As best as you can, speak your truth without assuming that everyone is on the same page as you.Ā Improvisation works well for us at this time, as we are spontaneous and love living on the edge — just watch out you aren’t overdoing or overstating things.
Monday late morning, at 11:17am EST, the New Moon (Solar Eclipse) in 23 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact.Ā Solar Eclipses are extra-powerful New Moons that take place approximately every 6 months.Ā During a Solar Eclipse, the Moon momentarily interrupts the normal flow of solar radiation, destabilizing existing configurations of energy and reorganizing consciousness to a higher level. Solar Eclipses indicate the beginning of a new experience, project, or cycle.
This is the last of six Eclipses in 2020. While there is a New Moon each month, Eclipses occur only 4-7 times a year, when the Sun, Moon, and Earth are precisely enough aligned. You may also want to watch my Solar Eclipse video.
Eclipses usually come in pairs (Solar and Lunar), and Eclipse season starts 10 days before the first Eclipse (in this case, the Lunar Eclipse in Gemini), and continues through the time of the second Eclipse (for this eclipse season, that would be the Solar Eclipse in SagittariusĀ ).Ā This Eclipse Season thus started back on Nov. 20th and willĀ last until Dec. 24th, 2020.
While eclipse season is underway,Ā allow for new templates to download; stay centered and do your best to ground from within — try using conscious breathing and conscious flexibility — and best of all, see if you can move to the āobserver positionā when it comes to the emotional and mental body. And remember, this won’t last forever: on Dec. 24th, the downloads are complete š
Eclipses are a time for clarifying and affirming our highest path. We are bound to experience a release of some sort, and a recalibration — “oldā codes will get deleted and new ones downloaded, especially in connection with belief systems, social and cultural conditioning, and assumptions we carry around with us. ThisĀ helps us see from a wider perspective.
The Sun and Moon are connected to one of the Moon Nodes during an Eclipse, switching between the North and South Node Eclipses, emphasizing the evolutionary upgrades that are available to us during such times. This is the first South Node Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius since the Moon Nodes moved into the Gemini-Sagittarius polarity in early May 2020.
South Node Eclipses ask us to release or redefine energies or attachments that no longer serve our Soulās evolution. They highlight past issues that need our attention, so we can grow beyond our conditioning, individually and collectively.
Eclipses are crossroads or turning points along our Soulās Journey. They are often marked by events or situations that signify a critical shift in our lives, nudging us to either change and grow, or face greater difficulties at the next turning point.
Solar Eclipses, in particular, often correspond with major endings and beginnings. They occur close to the same degree every 19 years and the last time we had a South Node Solar Eclipse in that same degree was in Dec. 2001.
We are likely to experience a resonance between now and that time ā “resonant”, rather than identical ā so think back to the Winter of 2001/2002, and ask yourself: Were there any major endings and beginnings? What was important to me back then? If I were to take those priorities to the next level, where would that next level find me?
If you’re looking for more guidance on those questions, I would suggest taking a look at your Natal Chart — the House placement of the Eclipse will indicate which area of life is most ready to release outdated beliefs and social conditioning and go to a new level of consciousness.
Solar Eclipses are a good time to go within, to seed anything we would like to redefine or release over the next 6 months — we’ll dig into this in more detail towards the end of this article, when we talk about setting Solar Eclipse Intentions.
With the Solar Eclipse in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, we seek to expand our day-to-day knowledge and look for a larger perspective.
For the next six months, ask yourself: What philosophies most resonate with me? What life perspectives are no longer serving me? What stories have I been telling myself about life? What universal truths feel immediately in alignment with my direct experience of life right now? Where is my understanding of life different from where it was 3 years ago? Do I see the glass as half-full or half-empty? Do I shy away from life’s challenges or thrive on exploring new ways to deal with adversity?
Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 18-28 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).
Setting Intentions for a Solar EclipseĀ is a little different from the regular monthly New Moon process — after all, we are setting them for the whole 6-month Eclipse cycle, rather than just the next 28 days.
Solar Eclipse Intentions are best doneĀ 48 hoursĀ afterĀ the Eclipse becomes exact.Ā We are downloading new templates at the time of an Eclipse, andĀ the energies are quite intense, so we want to wait until it all settles down a little before setting our intentions… We also definitely doĀ notĀ want to do this duringĀ aĀ Moon void of course.
There are therefore two best and most potent times to set your Intentions for this Solar Eclipse: the first one lasts a little over 13 hours, betweenĀ 11:17am (on Dec. 16th)Ā andĀ 12:34am (on Dec. 17th) — and the second one lasts for almost 34 hours, between 1:27am (Dec. 17th) and 11:17am Friday (Dec. 18th) —Ā (in US Eastern Time — i.e. the New York time zone).
Set powerful intentions — again, they cover the next six months — and if possible, align them with theĀ Sagittarian energy! If you live in a timezone other than EST (US East Coast-time), and converting time zones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining my Facebook Fan-page and/or following me on Twitter, as I post reminders when it’s time to set your intentions š
Monday at 11:17am EST, right after the New Moon/Solar Eclipse becomes exact, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 11 hours until 10:35pm EST. Use this intuitive time to tune in, get still, and get in touch with your “Higher Mind”, to see what it has to say to you.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday late morning until the late evening ahead of time.
Monday afternoon, an opportune Venus/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 3:58pm EST. We started to feel this aspect fromĀ last week, Saturday evening (Dec. 12th) on; it will be strongĀ untilĀ this Wednesday evening. We have an opportunity to grow in our social and personal relationships at this time. Humor and being of service play a big role in our interactions with others.
We can call upon extra tolerance, optimism, and cooperation when dealing with authority figures or business dealings. Financially speaking, things are “on the up” — we may have opportunities now to expand our pocketbooks — if we make sound decisions that are aligned with the interests of our long-term goals.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 27-29 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Virgo, Pisces, or 0-1 degree of Sagittarius, Aquarius, Libra, or Aries? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity.Ā This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Sagittarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).
Monday at 10:35pm EST, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Wednesday night/Thursday early morning. We tend to be more realistic, serious, cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters.
Our ambition surges and brings with it a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals.Ā Our reputation becomes very important to us.
As best as you can during this aspect, avoid “should-ing” on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying “I am doing the best I can and that’s all I can ever do” š
Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn; it is still transiting through its own sign until Thursday, making this a great time to take a last look at your long-term aspirations and anything that you would like to master now. It’s also a great time to take a more serious look at our strategies for self-mastery.
For starters: Do you truly see “what’s so” in your life (as opposed to what you merely wish it to be, or what you would like it to be, or where you see yourself going, etc)? What is actually so right now? Once you have a handle on where “A” is, it’s easier to “go from A to B” — whether “B” is self-mastery or standing on the mountaintop.
Monday late evening, a harmonious Mercury/Mars aspect becomes exact at 11:24pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Saturday afternoon (Dec. 12th) on; it will be strong until this Thursday morning (Dec. 17th). This aspect helps us clarify our personal goals. We act from our excited thinking, with courage and passion; we tend to be enthusiastic and funny, and an experimental attitude is also supported.
We are quick, perceptive, and brave — interestingly, one of the things we easily perceive is the weaknesses of others. Our minds are more optimistic, so itās important that we stay realistic. We have expansive thoughts; we have lively conversations in which we speak our truth without compromise and yet without coming across as too blunt or offensive ā on the other hand, our passion might mean we come across as rather impatient.
We seem to ādownloadā great insights (and make superb decisions) at the very last minute ā and the good news is, we can easily turn those insights into workable projects. Use this energy to your advantage — there is plenty of it!
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 18-24 degrees of Sagittarius, Aries, or Leo? If so, you may feel…

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 18-24 degrees of Sagittarius, Aries, or Leo? If so, you may feel more blessed by this aspect.Ā This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aries (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Mars rules Aries).
Tuesday, Dec. 15th:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Monday late evening for details).
Tuesday morning, an opportune Venus/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 8:00am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Sunday evening on (Dec. 13th); it will be strong until this Thursday (Dec. 17th). This aspect gives us the opportunity to bring a sense of realism to our relationships, values and financial affairs: We are more able to get to the bottom of what needs to be dealt with in those areas and take responsibility for how we are handling things.
On a financial level, we have an opportunity to see more clearly when and how we might make long-term investments in other people’s resources. There’s no need to rush anything; think it through carefully and responsibly — do the “due diligence”. Remember: an opportunity is not automatically given to us, we have to “take” it.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following 27-29 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces, Virgo, or 0-2 degrees of Sagittarius, Aquarius, Libra, orĀ Aries? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or CapricornĀ (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn).
Tuesday late morning, at 11:21am EST, Venus changes signs from intense, all-or-nothing Scorpio to adventurous, freedom-loving Sagittarius. It will journey there until Jan. 8th, 2021; until then, we feel more social, and inclined especially to connect to people from different backgrounds and countries. We like to explore new things, whether food or social gatherings: if it’s exotic, it’s great!
We are more likely to take some risks now with others, and to say what’s on our mind. Our relationships need to be connected to adventure — a trip might be just the thing. Getting away from our routines and exploring life… hey, why not? š
Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign inĀ TaurusĀ orĀ Libra? If so, you will feel more adventurous and spontaneous for the next 3.5 weeks; your heart will want to explore new things and get a new perspective on life. If you are a SagittariusĀ Sun-sign or Rising-sign, for as long as Venus is in your sign, you will attract more love, abundance and beauty into your life.
Also, Tuesday late afternoon, at 5:17pm EST, after a 5-month retrograde, Chiron comes to a halt (in order to turn direct) in almost 5 degrees of Aries. Chiron is the wounded healer; in Aries, it brings our attention towards our physical and sexual wounds, as well as wounding around our self-identity and the masculine energies. As best as you can, watch out for any triggers that are connected to your past.
Chiron represents our inner insecurities, those self-conscious and wounded places. Chiron also represents the inner wound of abandonment and our need to “make it on our own”.
We are invited to approach these wounds on a holistic level, to heal them such that others are healed thereby. This is accomplished very simply and naturally when we work with the true beauty and strength of this energy: Compassion. Having compassion for our own wounds heals them and allows healing compassion for the wounds we now see in others.
What physical or sexual wounding could you now acknowledge? Where are your insecurities around personal goals or being a leader in your own unique way?Ā What needs your compassion or even your love? What needs to heal?
For those of you who want toĀ have a better understanding of your personal healing journey,Ā feel free to get the mp3-recording ofĀ myĀ Chiron workshop: “Healing with Astrology“Ā Click hereĀ for more info. Please keep in mind that as a Member of my online community you have FREE access to this workshop via your Member’s account (click on the “My Courses”- tab)
Some of us will feel the effects of this station more than others: Do you have your Ascendant, your Career point or any of your personal planets in 3-7 degrees of Aries, Libra, Cancer, or Capricorn? If you do, you may need to take any physical or personal wounds under the magnifying glass. Take a closer look at how you can bring compassion and understanding to those wounds/insecurities.
Wednesday, Dec. 16th:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Monday late evening for details).
Wednesday after 11:17am EST, it’s finally time to set our Solar Eclipse Intentions…. since we just had an Eclipse, we get to set some powerful intentions for the entire length of an Eclipse cycle — in other words, for the next 6 months!Between 11:17amtoday and 12:34am EST tomorrow (Thursday, Dec. 17th) is the best and most potent time to do so.
Make them powerful: They cover the next six months. If possible, align them with the Sagittarian energy that I spoke about in my Solar Eclipse video ā feel free to watch it again if you are not sure anymore ā click here to watch my video.
While writing your intentions,Ā ask yourself: Where am I responding or “reacting” to my circumstances? Could I bring an open & compassionate awareness to this? Might a holistic approach — seeing myself as a spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical being — support my personal growth at this time? Do I shy away from life’s challenges or thrive on exploring new ways to deal with adversity? Where is my understanding of life different from where it was 3 years ago?
Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning, at 12:04am EST, Saturn changes signs from practical, cautious, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn to freedom-loving, forward-thinking and objective Aquarius, for the second time this year. The first time was from March 21st until July 1st, 2020. This time, it will journey there until March 2023.
Saturn feels pretty comfortable in Aquarius, as it “co-rules” this air sign; it is inviting us to look for practical applications of group consciousness, our inventions, ideas, future visions, etc. This transit could also teach us that there is freedom and liberation in abiding by particular rules — but it’s best to avoid rigid thinking.
So, between now and March 2023, we are invited to look for practical applications for our future visions. We may well be firming up our ideas for the future — this transit is a time to focus on building a secure foundation in our affiliations with like-minded people — so we could likewise be firming up our networks. Saturn in Aquarius also reminds us that… To read the whole article, click here
All this is especially true if you are a Capricorn or Aquarius Sun- or Rising-sign. As a Capricorn, you will feel a greater need for a “cause” — let’s hope it’s a good one that benefits most of humanity š As an Aquarius, you will most likely feel a greater sense of responsibility, a need to be more realistic, serious, and mature, in the next 2 years (until March 2023).
Saturn’s entry into Aquarius also brings us closer to the Great Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction (exact on Dec. 21st, on the day of the Winter Solstice, no less). If you didn’t watch this powerful webinar yet, and still would like to learn how this new 20-year social-economic cycle is going to impact you personallyā¦ feel free to watch my webinar “Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction in Aquarius, Dec. 2020″ — as it relates to your own Birth Chart… To purchase this webinar, click here.

Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning, at 12:34am EST, we enter a brief Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for almost an hour until 1:27am EST (Thursday very early morning). If you are awake during this intuitive time, use it to grow in your maturity and self-commitment. For long-term success, expand your perspective around your goals — you have the courage now to make a solid commitment — take advantage of the opportunity to work towards something worthwhile.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning ahead of time.
Thursday, Dec. 17th:
Thursday, the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn and VoCuntil 1:27am EST (see Monday late evening and Wednesday night/Thursday very early morning for details); at that time, the Moon moves into freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Saturday morning. The energy of the Aquarian Moon relates to our instinct for improvement. Reactions are more intellectual than emotional; interactions more impersonal than personal. We are likely to have an increased fascination with the new and unusual.
Social gatherings, anything connected with group ideals and goals for the future, brainstorming, new ideas and methods, progress: all these are promoted during the time the Moon moves through Aquarius. Again: we have our eyes on the future — or on outer space š Personal freedom becomes paramount.
Thursday after 1:27am EST, is still time to set our Solar Eclipse Intentions (if you haven’t done so yet)…. again, since we just had an Eclipse, we get to set some powerful intentions for the entire length of an Eclipse cycle — in other words, for the next 6 months!Between 1:27amtoday and 11:17am EST tomorrow (Friday, Dec. 18th) is the best and most potent time to do so.
Thursday early morning, we have an opportunity to connect to innovative ideas and unique world-views — so if you can, connect with like-minded people and explore something new.
Thursday late morning, presents an opportunity to connect with others and engage in a healing process that can bring us progress.
Thursday afternoon, we may feel pulled in two quite different directions:Ā On the one hand, we experience a need for connecting with like-minded people and remaining objective; on the other hand, we want toĀ make space for pursuing our financial vision — and we also want to break free from outdated value systems.
As such, we may have to address what we value in both in others, and in ourselves (which informs our self-worth); as best as you can, make adjustments and find creative solutions when it comes to these energies.
Friday, Dec. 18th:
Friday, the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Thursday very early morning for details).
Friday: Neptune resumes its normal pace through the sky, after a 5-month retrograde phase — it is ending its Station phase in Pisces. What has come up in the last four weeks around resting, trusting and allowing? How closely are you in touch with your intuition?
Friday until 11:17am EST, is your last chance to set your Solar Eclipse Intentions (if you haven’t done so yet) during the best and most potent time… again, since we just had an Eclipse, we get to set some powerful intentions for the entire length of an Eclipse cycle — in other words, for the next 6 months!
Do I shy away from life’s challenges or thrive on exploring new ways to deal with adversity? Where is my understanding of life different from where it was 3 years ago?
Friday late afternoon, is an opportunity to connect with others and take actions on the things that can bring us progress.
Friday night/Saturday very early morning, around 2:49am EST: If you set your New Moon/Solar Eclipse Intentions in the past couple of days, a great time to revisit them would be from Saturday very early morning on — look to see what you might want to add to them — and if you wrote them down, go back and take another look at what came through intuitively.
If you didnāt write anything down, get quiet for a moment and check in with yourself: What do I intend for the next 6 months around redefining my belief structures? My attitudes? My life perspectives? My “favorite stories”? How can I shift my relationship with my higher learning? My social conditioning? My cultural conditioning?āØ What no longer serves me?
Saturday, Dec. 19th:
Saturday is another big day, this week! The Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius until 7:39am EST (see Thursday very early morning for details).
Saturday at 3:45am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for almost 4 hours until 7:39am EST. This intuitive time provides an opportunity to look at our various communities or group affiliations and find ways to bring a wider perspective to our common vision for the future.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday morning ahead of time.
Saturday at 7:39am EST, the Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until next week, Monday late afternoon/early evening (Dec. 21st).
Saturday at 8:07am EST, Jupiter changes signs from practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn to freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius where it will journey until May 2021. It will then revisit Aquarius between July 28th and Dec. 28th, 2021.
In the natal chart, the position of Jupiter reveals how we express generosity and tolerance, it also shows how we go about trusting others and improving our lives. Where do you look for wisdom and understanding? Where do you need movement and spaciousness? Where do you feel optimistic and have faith that things will turn out ok?
JupiterĀ represents the principle of expansion (it operates like a magnifying glass); it’s been inĀ Capricorn over the last year (2020), where it created more opportunity for (and through) government. It sought an expansion of sustainable, long-term goals, and a greater understanding of our potential for overcoming adversity in the real world — for example, it helped us develop faith in our physical and cultural structures (or highlighted a lack of faith in those things). It alsoĀ showed us more clearly where our limitations lie as a collective.
CapricornĀ values both expertise and healthy boundaries, so we’ve been getting to see what we believe to be true about government, authority figures, and collective rules and regulations in 2020 (and what stories we’ve been telling ourselves) — we also gained new perspectives on our collective experience and what we want to leave behind for other generations.
Jupiter inĀ Aquarius brings theĀ magnifying lens to bear on group consciousness, group visions, and networks of like-minded people; the opportunity now is to bring the enthusiastic energies of Jupiter to our communities, creating equality and open-minded exchanges with others.
Jupiter in AquariusĀ also promotes a greater understanding of our potential for everyone to express their individuality, celebrating each other’s differences. It helps us to have faith in our ability to turn challenges into change when we come together as one mind, one heart, one consciousness.
While Jupiter is in Aquarius (until Dec. 2021), we definitely attract the most good fortune when we are tolerant and fair, inventive, impartial, and cooperative. We value people and personal freedom. Unique perspectives, skills, and talents will serve us most. We are more open to new methods and want to see progress in the world. Possibilities for great tolerance and major humanitarianism are very strong; in particular,Ā we are invited to offer freedom of choice to others.
We are also more able to think outside the box, are more mentally adventurous, ready, willing, and able to learn. We are into āmind expansionā, and are less attached to our values because we are generally more impartial and open-minded now — in fact, an original mind is what we seek. Intellectual stimulation is likewise welcome now, and the pursuit of technological inventions to make the future better and easier for everyone a worthy goal.
All this is especially true if you are a Sagittarius or Aquarius Sun- or Rising-sign. As a Sagittarius, you will feel a greater need for a “cause” — let’s hope it’s a good one that benefits most of humanity š As an Aquarius, you will most likely feel a greater sense of possibility, together with a need to grow and expand your communities or networks, over the next 6 months (until May 2021).
Jupiter’s entry into Aquarius brings us even closer to the Great Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction (exact on Monday, Dec. 2020″ — as it relates to your own Birth Chart…To purchase this webinar, click here.

Saturday late morning, a harmonious Venus/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 10:22am EST. We started to feel this aspect from this Thursday afternoon on; it will remain strong until next week, Monday evening (Dec. 21st). This brings the ability for compassion and understanding towards others. We also get a chance to engage in a humorous way about our own flaws and insecurities.
We are more willing to be vulnerable, as we trust that the other person has our best interest at heart. This could create an opening to heal some wounds from the past. We also more easily allow for our own humanity and limitations as we relate to others and are more forgiving towards them and ourselves.Ā How does this show up for you?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 2-8 degree of Sagittarius, Aries, or Leo? If so, you are more blessed by this aspect.Ā This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign inĀ TaurusĀ orĀ LibraĀ (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra).
Saturday late evening, a Sun/Mercury alignment in 28.5 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact at 10:26pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from this Monday evening on, it will remain strong until next week, Thursday afternoon (Dec. 24th). This aspect indicates a confident mind and an analytical approach to life. Intelligence and communication abilities are strong at this time; however, we may not listen as well as the other speaks — we might be too busy thinking about what to say next.
With this alignment taking place in Sagittarius, we may feel particularly rushed or impatient, but it may not always serve us to get stuck on being “right” or insisting on things going faster.
We want an active role in communications — it’s very hard for us to passively listen and absorb information right now. What we say or write now has impact; so, as best as you can, choose your words wisely. If people hung on your every word, what would you say then? What would you hold back from saying?
Our opinions are strong and our thinking independent — and we’re proud of both — our egos may therefore get bruised if we don’t feel “heard”. As best as you can, express yourself fully, knowing that others may have a different opinion and that’s ok.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 22-29 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, Pisces, or 0-3 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries or Libra? If so, you will be more affected by this alignment. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo, GeminiĀ orĀ VirgoĀ (the Sun rules Leo; Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo).
Sunday, Dec. 20th:
Sunday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day (see Saturday morning for details).
Sunday early evening, at 6:07pm EST, Mercury changes signs from optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius to practical, accomplishment-oriented, status-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Jan. 8th, 2021.
This is a time when our minds like to make concrete plans for the future. A systematic, practical approach to reaching our goals is now favored; we are good at focusing on practical matters and getting down to the essentials.
We do not waste any words at this time — what we say is truthful and to the point. We see reality very clearly now — and it might not look as rosy as we thought. As best as you can, use this time to get in touch with what’s real in your life — without going down the “rabbit hole” of pessimistic inadequacy š
Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign inĀ GeminiĀ orĀ Virgo? If so, you will be more serious and possibly more eager to accomplish concrete goals. Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Capricorn? If so, you will most likely feel more chatty for the next 3 weeks.
Sunday evening, we feel more sensitive and need to slow down a little. This is a great time for spiritual or creative endeavors. Energy work, or anything that requires our intuitive side, will work best for the next several hours.
Sunday night/ Monday very early morning, a somewhat challenging Venus/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 1:12am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from earlier this morning on, it will remain strong until Monday night/Tuesday every early morning (Dec. 21st/22nd).Ā This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choiceā¦ so we need to develop inner awareness.
Learning to let go of the past means being willing to release relationships we have outgrown. Learning ways to abruptly alter our circumstances without emotional turmoil: This is the way Uranusās energy urges us to grow. We need freedom “within” our relationships, not “from” them.
It’s also time to reevaluate the ways we’ve imprisoned ourselves in protective behaviors and then rebel against them. While “Different” is not always “improved”, change is essential to our evolutionary process.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 6-8 degrees of Sagittarius or Taurus? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, LibraĀ orĀ AquariusĀ (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Uranus rules Aquarius).
Andā¦
A heads up for next Monday (Dec. 21st): Another big day! The Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces until 5:32pm EST. In the early morning, at 5:02am EST, Winter Solstice begins when the Sun enters Capricorn. The Sun will journey through Capricornuntil January 2021.At 5:25am EST, we enter a Moon VoC that will last for a little over 12 hours, until 5:32pm EST. In the early afternoon, a rare Jupiter/Saturn alignment in 0.5 degrees of Aquarius becomes exact at 1:21pm EST; we started to feel this aspect build from Nov. 23rd on, it will remain strong until January 16th, 2021. At 5:32pm EST, the Moon moves into Aries, where it will journey until next week Thursday (Dec. 24th). More about all the details in next weekās forecast š

On Dec. 14th at 11:17am EST,a powerful New Moon and Solar Eclipse in 23 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact.
Solar Eclipses are extra-powerful New Moons that take place approximately every 6 months.Ā During a Solar Eclipse, the Moon momentarily interrupts the normal flow of solar radiation, destabilizing existing configurations of energy and reorganizing consciousness to a higher level.
If that idea appeals, check out my free 30-minute class, “How to Read My Birth Chart”.
For the next six months, ask yourself…

Within the first six days of the Solar Eclipse, there are some major planetary shifts:
Venus changes signs only 24 hours after the Eclipse becomes exact. Chiron in Aries comes to a halt the following day, ending its 5-months Retrograde phase, making this energy immensely exalted at the time of the Eclipse. Saturn changes signs 2.5 days after the Eclipse becomes exact (on Dec. 17th) — starting it’s 2.5 year journey through Aquarius; Jupiter follows suit on Dec. 19th. More on some of these shifts in a moment….
Jupiter, the ruler of Sagittarius, is still in Capricorn until Dec. 19th. This is our last chance to make use of this sobering, practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn-energy for our own gain, before Jupiter moves into freedom-loving, forward-thinking, and objective Aquarius.
If you want to know how this one-year Jupiter transit through Aquarius, and its alignment with Saturn in Aquarius might impact you personally, I invite you to get my 100 minute webinar on the Jupiter-Saturn Conjunction in Aquarius, here.
To stay in alignment with the universal energies in 2021, I recommend you take a look at the Star Membership on my website — this will give you access to my monthly Forecasting Forums for free, in addition to many other amazing Membership benefits.
Back to the Solar Eclipse chart:
Anything that expands our perspective around our collective feeling of safety is of interest to us, especially until Dec. 19th; this could involve things likeĀ our potential for overcoming adversity in the real world,Ā or our faith (or lack thereof) in our physical and cultural structures.
Ask yourself: Might stepping outside of my social and cultural conditioning bring me to a place where I can see myself (and perhaps even life itself) from a new perspective?
With the ruler of this Eclipse in Capricorn and so closely aligned with Saturn and Pluto, we may also be prone to a heavy heart, depression, or negativity. As best as you can, channel all that sobering Capricorn energy into something worthwhile — after all, we do feel quite persistent and diligent — and that helps us manifest something sustainable, something lasting.
Ask yourself: What can I do with all this sobering energy coming through? How might I use it to my advantage? Could I go beyond what I’ve known myself to be? What might be one courageous act, one leap of faith, that might shift things for me for the long-term?
Mercury aligns with the Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius, allowing our mind to think bigger and go beyond our emotional experience, towards a larger perspective on what the meaning of it all might be.
This also invites us to be open to shifting your perceptions. You might therefore want to ask: What are my attitudes towards life? Towards “that situation”? (You know the one š Where do I insist on “being right”? How do I usually feel afterwards?
Here it’s wise to distinguish between three truths: my truth, your truth, and “the truth” — what we need to watch out for is when “my truth” morphs into “the truth”.
Seeing through the illusion of separation from the divine is perhaps the greatest perspective shift of all — and not always an easy one to make, especially with this many planets still in Capricorn.
As I mentioned before, Chiron is stationing, and therefore exalted, in Aries, and it ends its 5-month Retrograde phase only 30 hours after the Solar Eclipse becomes exact.
Chiron is considered the bridge between the limitation-bound physical world and the unlimited non-physical (or spiritual); often referred to as the “Wounded Healer”, it reminds us of our humanity — and guides us to see it as a gift.
When we take responsibility for our human limitations and move past seeing them as “wrong” or “bad”, our inner gifts and uniqueness can emerge more completely and powerfully.
Ask yourself: What has come up since early December concerning my ancestor’s wounding around “the masculine”? How about my own wounding there? How clearly do I see the next step on my healing path? What might be possible if I allowed myself to shift from resisting my limitations around anger to acknowledging and embracing them?
Where am I responding or “reacting” to my circumstances? Could I bring an open and compassionate awareness to this? Might a holistic approach — seeing myself as a spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical being — support my personal growth at this time?
Neptune is still stationing, and therefore exalted, in Pisces (its own sign) until Dec. 18th.
Not only does Neptune square the Moon Nodes in Gemini-Sagittarius, it also makes a Square to Mercury and the Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius. This invites us to make adjustments and find creative solutions. We are pulled in two quite different directions:
On the one hand, we experience a desire for inner silence, emotional oneness, and the flow of creativity through us.Ā On the other hand, we also want to explore our belief structures and share our discoveries. TheĀ “tension” between these two desires may leave us feeling anxious or restless; as best as you can, slow down, acknowledge what is, and know that all is well in each “now moment”.
Ask yourself: What challenges am I facing at this time around resting, trusting, and allowing? How closely am I in touch with my intuition? What might be possible if I allowed myself to shift from my social-cultural conditioning to feeling into the truth of who I am?
Mars in Aries trines the Solar Eclipse and Mercury in Sagittarius but also squares Pluto in Capricorn.Ā Let’s unpack that:
Mars’s Trine to the Eclipse/Mercury alignment shows us that when we bring conscious awareness to our actions, and create enthusiasm and passion for a project, we might create something unique and brand-new.
Ask yourself: If I were to start something I feel passionate or enthusiastic about, what might that be — what pops into awareness? What would be a fantastic use for any and all physical energy that I have currently access to?
The Square to Pluto in Capricorn indicates that we are at a turning point: We really want to follow our inner compass toward our own passions or at least a new project, but we also have a deep urge for a sense of authentic connection to what we have been building long-term. We may have to make some changes or adjustments to some long-term goals — and perhaps also to some personal projects.
This Square will last for a while; it will becomeĀ exact on Dec. 23rd, and we will feel itĀ until Jan. 6th, 2021. A Square always relates back to the conjunctions between two planets — in this case we need to look at when Mars aligned with Pluto earlier this year — which was on March 23rd, 2020 at 24.5Āŗ of Capricorn.
Ask yourself: What was happening then in connection with my personal goals? How about the desire to feel empowered out there in the world? What is calling for change now?Ā What were my motivations then? What are they now?
If you feel pressured into doing something, or feel a power-struggle building, get as centered and grounded as you’re able, then use your creativity to move forward.
Ask yourself:Ā What if this were a major growth opportunity in a clever disguise? Could I then let go of wanting to control another person’s experience so I can feel better myself? What if “FEAR” was simply absent — just mysteriously left in the night and didn’t come back in the morning? How would I proceed then?
Venus in a late degree of Scorpio sextiles Jupiter & Saturn in a late degree of Capricorn. This is an opportunity to see more clearly when and how we might want to make long-term investments in other people’s resources. There’s no need to rush anything.
Ask yourself: What if I excelled at thinking opportunities through carefully, responsibly, and performed a thorough “due diligence”? How would I proceed? What might be a good long-term investment at this time? Who (or what) feels empowering to me?
We also need to mention here that Saturn lies in an exalted degree (29Āŗ) and therefore can be felt quite strongly. Something is coming to completion that we started in Dec. 2017 or in 2018. This is Saturn’s last hurrah before switching into Aquarius for the next 2.5 years!
Here is a quote from Michael Meade (an American author, mythologist, & storyteller) you might find helpful:
“We are in the midst of a collective rite of passage that requires not simply that we change, but that we truly transform our way of being in the world. The process of unfolding a greater world view is already underway, and in mythic terms, the seeds of renewal wait to be found precisely within the conditions of chaos and disorder that trouble the world… Finding and living our soulās purpose is the way we best can serve the world at this time…”
To Sum it all up for this powerful New Moon:
While flexibility and open-mindedness are always helpful, they are especially important now, so notice when you are digging your heels in about something — it’s usually a sign that you have some underlying anxiety about something else. Take a deep breath, get centered in your body, close your eyes and focus on your third eye.
From this centered place, ask yourself: What am I afraid of happening? How might I channel this restless energy into projects that are asking for progress? How might I channel, or just burn off, all this erratic energy? What kind of exercise might be an energetic match? Where am I stagnating?
As best as you can, provide yourself with compassion and understanding — embrace your inner divinity in all its infinite wonder and capacity to simply know. Ask yourself: If there was a reason for me to be here, what might that reason be? Where am I headed? Where do I need to take a leap of faith… or simply trust?
Keep looking at what needs to heal, what needs to be communicated, and for the completion of “larger” issues in your life. Again, feel free to watch my Solar Eclipse video on the subject
[/wcm_restrict] Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in 18-28 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you may feel the effects of this extra powerful New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).
There are therefore two best and most potent times to set your Intentions for this Solar Eclipse: the first lasts a little over 13 hours, betweenĀ 11:17am (on Dec. 16th)Ā andĀ 12:34amĀ (on Dec. 17th) — and the second for almost 34 hours,Ā between 1:27am (Dec.

This weekās headline items: Mercury opposes the Lunar Eclipse degree of 8.5Āŗ of Gemini very early Monday morning; the last Quarter Moon in Virgo becomes exact on Monday evening; Chironās Station intensifies on Wednesday; the Balsamic Moon phase begins on Friday early morning; Sunday is the last day before the Solar Eclipse becomes exact.
There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday late afternoon (for 1.5 hours), Thursday evening (for an hour) and Saturday late evening (for a brief 41 minutes).
Before we get to this weekās forecast, Iād like to mention:

Now, this weekās Forecastā¦
Monday, Dec. 7th:
Monday, Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day. It will journey there until Tuesday evening; turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome. We are generous with our time/services and we love to help others. We also have a fondness for science and anything that makes sense in our world — things and knowledge we can apply and use.
Health might come also into focus at this time. We notice the parts that make up the whole; this is a great time to see if our daily routines (eating, work, self-care, etc.) align with our long-term goals.Ā This Moon placement started the build up towards the last Quarter Moon (exact later today).
Monday, very early morning, around 3am EST,Mercury in Sagittarius transits the degree of Nov. 30th’s Lunar Eclipse in Gemini-Sagittarius—Ā Ā and we may experience something that provides insight, most likely around our relationship to communication. We are invited to listen to how we perceive and say things, and to communicate or share something that helps us connect to others, rather than leaving us feeling superior to them.
Observe how this plays out for you today: Where (or with whom) are you looking to connect? What are you most aware of? You are invited to process and share any outdated beliefs or cultural conditioning. What conversations might clear the way, so you can move forward powerfully, with an open mind and clear information?
Monday very early morning, we are invited to connect with like-minded people and learn something new about our unique talents or value in the world. We are able to better connect to anything that requires attention to detail. We might also perhaps implement revolutionary health routines or other systems in our day to day life that support our values and make life more enjoyable.
Monday morning, we are being asked to stretch and grow — to undertake a process of adjusting our thinking. You may feel a little scatter-brained or all over the map. As best as you can, stay flexible — and don’t be too hard on yourself.
Monday evening, at 7:37pm EST, the last Quarter Moon in 16.5 degrees of Virgo becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect build from the moment the Moon entered Virgo, last week, Sunday afternoon (Dec. 6th). The Moon in detail-oriented, helpful and practical Virgo makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius.
This may bring challenges; however, it also energizes us to face what demands completion or change. āØāØThis Moon phase brings us closer to Dec. 14th, which will bring a powerful New Moon (Solar Eclipse) in Sagittarius.
With this particular last Quarter Moon, rather than starting major new projects, it serves us take a look at what was started around the time of the last Eclipse — in this case, around June 21st. We now have about a week to wrap those projects up. What — if anything — needs last-minute adjustments? What did you discover since June 21st? What did it mean for you?
As best as you can, find creative solutions for anything that comes up (whether internally, or with others).
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 14-19 degrees of Virgo, Sagittarius, Gemini, orĀ Pisces? If so, you will feel…

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 14-19 degrees of Virgo, Sagittarius, Gemini, orĀ Pisces? If so, you will feel this month’s last Quarter Moon quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer, since the Sun rules Leo and the Moon rules Cancer.
Tuesday, Dec. 8th:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo until 7:01pm EST (see Monday morning for details).
Tuesday at 5:35pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for 1.5 hours until 7:01pm EST. Use this intuitive time to look at the details, and focus on what’s sitting right in front of you that demands to be taken care of, so you can get to the next phase of accomplishment.
As best as you can, look at all the practical implications; slow down and take your time if you want to manifest something that can stand the test of time. As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Tuesday late afternoon until the evening ahead of time.
Tuesday at 7:01pm EST, the Moon moves into harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Thursday late evening. The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite at this time, as we seek the approval of others.
We very much want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time, and are therefore open to making compromises and negotiating. These next two days are a great time for mediation — but our need for peace and accompanying aversion to direct conflict could pull us to “yes” more easily than we might like.
We may also be able see both sides of the equation so well that we can’t make decisions. As best as you can, find an inner balance with this and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm — even if it’s “No” š One last quick note: this is also a great time for anything to do with visual arts.
Wednesday, Dec. 9th:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Tuesday evening for details).
Wednesday morning, calls for some inner adjustments, as we feel uneasy or awkward, and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, we want to innovate in the area of our values (and maybe also have some financial breakthroughs); on the other hand, the feel the need to attend to our one-on-one relationships, supporting them (and perhaps collaborating).
Wednesday afternoon, a challenging Sun/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 2:41pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Sunday (Dec. 6th) on; it will remain strong until Saturday evening (Dec. 12th). This aspect asks us to stretch and grow: On the one hand we want to use our mind to feel confident and centered, on the other hand, we are compelled to listen to our intuition and let our imagination go wild.
As you can probably guess, we’ll experience more “flow” in areas that favor intuition and imagination, such as creativity or spirituality. If possible, hold off on plans for more “practical” things — especially since Neptune is still stationing (and thus exalted) — and will be until Dec. 18th, when it will reach its normal speed once more.
We might feel confused; but we are being asked to have faith in the infinite support we receive every day from the universe ā whether our mind understands it or not (what we understand with the mind is very different from what we comprehend with the heart).
Seeing through the illusion of separation from the divine is perhaps the greatest perspective shift of all. What might be possible if we allowed ourselves to shift from our cultural conditioning to feeling into the truth of who we are?
āØāØDo you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following placements: 15-21 degrees ofĀ Sagittarius, Pisces,Ā GeminiĀ or Virgo? If so, you are more affected by this aspect.Ā This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign inĀ Leo or PiscesĀ (the Sun rules Leo, Neptune rules Pisces).
Also, Wednesday, Chiron station intensifies in almost 5 degrees of Aries. Since Chiron comes to a halt next week, Tuesday (Dec. 15th); we will feel the effects of this intensified Station phase until Dec. 22nd. As mentioned in last week’s forecast already, Chiron’s energies are more exalted during this period.
Chiron is the Wounded Healer; inĀ Aries, our attention isĀ turned towards our physical and sexual wounds, and our wounding around our self-identity.Ā Chiron represents our inner insecurities, those self-conscious and wounded places. Chiron also represents the inner wound of abandonment and our need to “make it on our own”.
We are invited to approach these wounds on a holistic level, to heal them such that others are healed thereby. This is accomplished very simply and naturally when we work with the true beauty and strength of this energy: compassion. Having compassion for our own wounds, and bringing healing compassion for similar wounds in others, ultimately helps us in our own healing process.
What physical or sexual wounding could you now acknowledge? Where are your insecurities around personal goals or being a leader in your own unique way? What needs your compassion or even your love? What needs to heal? What might a non-judgmental (and unique) approach in this area of your life bring to that healing journey?
For those of you who want to have a better understanding of your personal healing journey, feel free to check out my Chiron Workshop: “Healing with Astrology”. Everyone who joins my online community can get automatically access to the mp3-recording of this workshop. Click here for more info.Ā If you already have access to this workshop, go to My Courses.
Those of us with personal planets and points (ASC or MC) in 3-7 degrees of Aries, Libra, Cancer, or Capricorn you will feel this station more strongly.
Thursday, Dec. 10th:
Thursday, the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra until 8:59pm EST (see Tuesday evening for details).
Thursday morning, an opportune Venus/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 6:52am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday evening on; it will be strong untilĀ Friday evening. This aspect brings an opportunity for new insights into relationships and love. There is a chance for strong physical attractions.
This could be a powerful and uplifting time for our romantic relationships — and for our pocketbook.Ā Remember: this is an “opportunity” — opportunities aren’t necessarily handed to us, we have to make them happen.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or any personal planets in 21-26 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces or Virgo? If so,Ā you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Scorpio (Venus rules Taurus and Libra; Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio).
Thursday at 7:56pm EST, we enter a brief Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for an hour until 8:59pm EST. Do your best to use this intuitive time to make some adjustments in your life and find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations.
Make space both for looking for solid foundations under any long-term goals currently underway, and for ways to create win-win outcomes for one-on-one relationships.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Thursday evening ahead of time.
Thursday at 8:59am EST, the Moon moves into passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until Saturday late evening. We feel things deeply and have “X-Ray Vision” and “Bullshit-Smelling Abilities”.
Emotional authenticity is extremely important to us at this time; anything less than 100% emotional honesty could be perceived as flat-out dishonest. Once we feel safe trusting someone, we want to merge with them, preferably forever… as long as our trust is never betrayed.
The Moon in Scorpio urges us to uncover our own power. This occurs by a process of subtraction — it urges us to let go of whatever disempowers us. It’s therefore an excellent time to look at “old” fears, limiting habits or emotional attachments, especially those stemming from past traumas.
Moon in Scorpio tends to run right over ambiguity — it’s “in or out”, “with us or against us”, “love me or leave me”. It can therefore be stormy — a cold winter storm, or a torrid tropical storm of passion, depending on how we “work” the energies š
Friday, Dec. 11th:
Friday, the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day (see Thursday late evening for details).
Friday very early morning, itās full speed ahead, as a harmonious Sun/Mars aspect becomes exact at 1:01am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week, Sunday evening (Dec.6th) on; it will be strong until next week, Tuesday (Dec. 15th). This aspect lets us know that if we bring conscious awareness to our actions and create enthusiasm and passion for a project, we can potentially create something brand-new that has never been seen before.
It also brings a flow of physical stimulation that we can easily turn into a new exercise regime. We have powerful stores of energy right now that we can draw upon when needed. We respond to problems or challenges with a spirited and enthusiastic confidence that is admirable. We truly believe in expanding ourselves and seem to be in love with life.
When we express or experience competitiveness or courage, it’s easy to smile and accept these traits as positive, rather than being rubbed the wrong way. We generally have good physical vitality during this transit.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 16-23 degrees of Sagittarius, Aries, or Leo? If so, you may feel more blessed by this aspect.Ā This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Leo or Aries (the Sun rules Leo; Mars rules Aries)
Friday early morning, we are invited to make some inner adjustments: we feel uneasy or awkward, and need to make a choice — a choice that demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: On the one hand, we have the urge to go deeper and connect with others; on the other hand,Ā we are more aware of triggers and limitations connected to old childhood wounds.
As best as you can, be compassionate and understanding with yourself when feelings of anger come up (and even if shame follows expressions of that anger). Ask yourself: How might 5% more compassion support my relationship with myself and others today?
Friday morning, we are invited to examine our relationship to money, power, and resources (personal and shared). Ask yourself: How can I balance my need for a deeper, more empowered experience with others, against my wish to honor my personal values and desire for freedom?
Saturday, Dec. 12th:
Saturday, the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio until 9:39pm EST (see Thursday late evening for details).
Saturday at 8:58pm EST, we enter a brief Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for 41 minutes until 9:39pm EST. Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to dig deeper — and also to focus on practicalities and long-term plans. As best as you can, bring a sense of empowerment and focus to your business dealings, release any fears or traumas that keep you stuck in the past, and deepen your connection to what you feel deeply passionate about.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday late evening ahead of time.
Saturday at 9:39pm EST, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, where it will journey until next week, Monday late evening (Dec. 14th).
Sunday, Dec. 13th:
Sunday, the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Saturday late evening for details).
Sunday is the last day before the Solar Eclipse in Sagittarius becomes exact. There is some potent energy coming our way; it would be wise to prepare ourselves to be transformed by it, allowing for our consciousness upgrade to be installed. Feel free to watch my video about this powerful New Moon/Solar Eclipse, if you haven’t seen it yet š
This is a good time to slow things down and go within. For many of us, this will be a stretch, as we want to do just the opposite: jump the gun, get started with something new, act impulsively, etc. This is quite common right before a Solar Eclipse. As best as you can, stay grounded, take a deep breath and exhale any tensions and connect to your inner wisdom.
It comes down to this: just for now and just as best as you can… could you simply allow what is… to be? Could you simply be the āobserverā until the upgrade is complete?
Rather than starting something brand-new, put all that energy into completing things. Think back to June 21st ā the time of the last Solar Eclipse. What did you start around then? How could you complete it, or move it to the next level?
As best as you can, take the days immediately before and after the Eclipse for meditation, contemplation, journaling ā anything that supports an objective understanding of your own thoughts and visions.
Of course if, like most of us, you have other obligations: take 5-minute breaks here and there, if you possibly can, get quiet and be with yourself (i.e. your inspirational Self, your higher mind). Ask yourself: What might become possible if I gave this to myself on a regular basis?
Sunday early morning, we might find ourselves wanting to explore a new healing modality for body, mind, and heart, aimed at renewing our enthusiasm for life. We are capable of being compassionate and forgiving with ourselves at this time — and a gentle and holistic approach is best.
Sunday morning, a challenging Mercury/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 6:38am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Friday on; it will be strong until next week, Tuesday (Dec. 15th). This aspect asks us to stretch ourselves and grow.
We may experience a lack of clarity and objectivity. We might make embarrassing errors, neglect important details, or carry some delusions now.Ā Our lack of clarity may make it difficult for others to understand us.
We are more imaginative now, and easily swayed by the opinions of others. We can be highly creative and inspired under this influence, but also overly sensitive, touchy, or impractical.Ā What might a creative approach to life be?
It can be hard to follow routines. Concentrating on monotonous tasks and work (or study that involves attention to detail or rote learning) may also be challenging at this time. As best as you can, be compassionate with yourself and others during these 5 days.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-21 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini, or Virgo? If so, you are more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Pisces (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Neptune rules Pisces).
Sunday late morning, we experience a need for inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the desire to mentally explore and go beyond what we already know ā and on the other hand, the need for breakthroughs or change connected to the physical plane.
We need to ask ourselves here: What might become possible if I got 5% more comfortable with being uncomfortable? Or 5% more comfortable embracing uncertainty?
Andā¦
A heads up for next Monday (Dec. 14th): the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius until 10:35pm EST (see Saturday late evening- Dec. 12th for details). In the late morning, at 11:17am EST, the New Moon (Solar Eclipse) in 23 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact. Also, at 11:17am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 18 hours until 10:35pm EST. In the afternoon, an opportune Venus/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 3:58pm EST; we started to feel this aspect fromĀ Dec. 12th on; it will be strongĀ untilĀ Dec. 16th. At 10:35pm EST, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Dec. 17th (Wednesday early morning). In the late morning, itās full speed ahead (again), as a harmonious Mercury/Mars aspect becomes exact at 11:24pm EST, we started to feel this aspect from Dec. 12th on; it will be strong until Dec. 17th . More about all the details in next weekās forecast š

Now, this weekās Forecastā¦
Monday, Nov. 30th:
Monday, the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini all day. It will journey there until Tuesday late evening. Until then, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible. “Busy” feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way… The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead š
Monday early morning, at 4:30am EST, the Full Moon becomes exact, in 8.5 degrees of Gemini;Ā as mentioned above, the entrance of the Moon into Gemini Sunday late morning (Nov. 29th) started the energetic build up towards this Full Moon. This powerful Full Moon is also a Lunar Eclipse, the first of two Eclipseswithin a two week-period, offering an opportunity for expanding our thinking and expressing ourselves with confidence and optimism.
Eclipses are always powerfully connected to the Moon Nodes and thus to our Soulās Journey (on a collective and individual level). All Eclipses transmit new energetic codes and transformative downloads, symbolized by the signs involved: The Moon and the North Node are in chatty, versatileĀ Gemini, while the Sun and the South Node are in adventurous, truth-seekingĀ Sagittarius.Ā Feel free to also check out my webinar in connection with those Moon Nodes: our collective Soul Journey until Jan. 2022Ā (if you haven’t seen it yet).
The more receptive we are to these transformative downloads, the easier and more quickly we can integrate them: time in nature, meditation, art, and spiritual endeavors support this integration process and help us be attuned to these evolutionary upgrades.
Lunar EclipsesĀ give us a chance to realize how far we’ve come since the time of the last set of Eclipses — we gain a better insight as to whether we are where we’d like to be, or if it’s time to correct our course.
The last Lunar Eclipse in the same polarity was on June 5th, 2020. This current Eclipse cycle will continue a conversation that started back then around our beliefs and attitudes towards government and how we meet challenges that are coming up as a collective: Could we each take responsibility for our part in that conversation and the stories we are attached to? Are we willing to participate in that conversation in a mature way? Are we hiding behind “old” beliefs and social conditioning?
Are we able to acknowledge our limitations and shortcomings without making others “wrong”? Are we willing to approach this unique collective situation with a curious mind and an open heart?
This current Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse has two Quincunxes, a highly exalted Neptune in Pisces — that also squares the Moon Nodes — and a supportive connection to Chiron (the Wounded Healer). I will go into all those in detail in a moment…
As our collective consciousness continues to awaken, whatās been in the shadows comes to the forefront more and more, so we can see it more clearly and deal with it on a conscious level. Lunar Eclipses allow us to see the Shadow aspects of each sign as well.
The consequences of our choices and motivations also become more obvious. It is therefore more important than ever to ask yourself: Am I choosing from love or fear? Love expands, fear contracts. Love unifies, fear divides. What am I experiencing more of? And how could I experience 5% more expansion of the heart? 5% greater unification of mind and soul?
Until Jan. 2022, we will be dealing with theĀ Sagittarius/GeminiĀ polarity,Ā as the Moon Nodes will be moving through those two mutable signs until then — and given this, we will be seeking balance and integration around those two poles — collectively and individually speaking… So let’s look atĀ those signs in more detail:
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 3-14 degrees ofĀ Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you are more affected by this month’s Full Moon. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign inĀ LeoĀ orĀ CancerĀ (the Sun rules Leo, the Moon rules Cancer)
Monday afternoon, an opportune Mercury/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 2:01pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Sunday afternoon (Nov. 29th) on; it will remain strong until Tuesday night. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for our thinking structures and be really honest with ourselves.
How can we get the most from this opportunity? By allowing ourselves to go deeper as we investigate our fear-based thinking or self-defeating behaviors. Commit to understanding your conditioning and thinking processes.
If we take this chance to see things more clearly and connect to ourselves more deeply, we could get a good dose of reality, and an ability to focus on long-term issues. Remember: opportunities are openings; they aren’t necessarily handed to us — we have to “take” them and make something of them.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in the following 26-29 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces,Ā Virgo or 0-1 degrees of Sagittarius, Aquarius, Aries or Libra? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Capricorn (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Saturn rules Capricorn)
Monday at 11:22pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 23 hours until 10:33pm EST (Tuesday late evening, Dec. 1st). Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments — and to do a little stretching and growing, when it comes to your inner or emotional experiences. As best as you can, be gentle with yourself and others, seek to understand before seeking to be understood.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t…

As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday late morning until Tuesday late evening ahead of time.
Tuesday, Dec. 1st:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini and VoCuntil 10:33pm EST (See Monday morning and Monday late evening for details).
Tuesday at 2:51pm EST, Mercury changes signs from intense, passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio to optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius. It will journey through this fiery sign, until Dec. 20th. During this time, our thinking shifts from a need to plumb the depths of any given situation, to the desire to explore a wide range of topics — especially topics that widen our horizons.
We seek out new ideas; our thinking is more optimistic and our faith increases. We are more equipped to believe and to persuade and will have an easier time re-framing problems into opportunities: What if we saw everything that happens to us as a chance to grow? What might change if everything was happening “for” us rather than “to” us?
Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign inĀ GeminiĀ orĀ Virgo? If so, you will feel a greater need for expansion — let’s hope it’s not your waistline that expands š Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Sagittarius? If so, you will most likely feel more chatty for the next 3 weeks.
Tuesday at 10:33pm EST, the Moon moves into protective, nurturing Cancer, where it will journey until Friday morning. With this Moon placement, we are more sensitive to what people say and therefore our feelings are more easily hurt — so be kind to yourself and others. Self-Care is key for the next two and a half days š
Emotional safety is important to us as well; we like connecting to the familiar and we enjoy nurturing ourselves and others — home and family call to us, for instance. Make sure though, that your glass is filled before letting others drink from it, otherwise you might start to feel drained and resentful.
Also on Tuesday, Mars resumes its normal pace through the sky, even though it continues to move retrograde, ending its station today. What hasĀ come up over the last four weeks around “doing” and pursuing”? What needs a revision when it comes to the “masculine”?Ā What needs a healing approach, or a more holistic one? Now is a good time to do some internal work in this area…
Wednesday, Dec. 2nd:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer all day (see Tuesday late evening for details).
Wednesday morning, we are invited to make adjustments and (as best as we can) find creative solutions to seemingly insoluble situations. Make space both for healing around anger or self-identity and for taking care of emotional or family issues.
Wednesday afternoon, brings an opportunity to connect to family (or friends that feel like family) and create breakthroughs around things that we enjoy through our five senses (e.g. food). This may also be a good time to find a unique or global approach on financial matters that bring us a sense of emotional security.
Also, on Wednesday, Chiron starts its station phase in 5 degrees of Aries. It is slowing down as it gets ready to end its 5-month Retrograde phase, on Dec. 15th. We will feel the effects of its station until Dec. 28th; its energies are more exalted during this period.
Chiron is the Wounded Healer; in Aries, our attention isĀ turned towards our physical and sexual wounds, and our wounding around our self-identity.Ā Chiron represents our inner insecurities, those self-conscious and wounded places.
For those of you who want to have a better understanding of your personal healing journey, feel free to check out my Chiron Workshop: “Healing with Astrology”. Everyone who joins my online community can get automatically access to the mp3-recording of this workshop. Click here for more info.
Those of us with personal planets and points (ASC or MC) in 3-7 degrees of Aries, Libra, Cancer,Ā Capricorn will feel this station more strongly.
Thursday, Dec. 3rd:
Thursday, the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer all day (see Tuesday late evening for details).
Thursday until midnight, is your last change to take advantage of the EARLY BIRD SPECIAL for the upcoming Forecasting Forum. Weāll take a look at the upcoming Jupiter/Saturn alignment in Aquarius, as well as Eclipse seasonĀ ā in relationship to our own Birth charts!
To register for this month only, click here (Please keep in mind: Star Members are automatically registered and will receive an email with the link to join live on Dec. 5th in the afternoon).
Thursday very early morning, we have a nice feeling of ease and an ability to trust and connect deeply with others. As best as you can, trust your intuitive sensing right now, allow whatever comes up to be beneficial for you, and your loved ones.
Thursday morning, we are invited to make adjustments and find creative solutions to seemingly insoluble situations. Make space both for personal projects that you feel passionate about and for emotional or family issues.
Thursday late morning, we are in a state of āflowā and emotional connection to others; spiritual and creative endeavors are favored.
Thursday evening, we may take an all-or-nothing attitude toward others; this could drive some tension or oppositional behaviors… As best you can, remain flexible and practice self-care ā take good care of your emotional and physical body — that way, you’ll remain able to empower yourself and others.
Friday, Dec. 4th:
Friday, the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer until 7:53am EST (see Tuesday late evening for details).
Friday at 5:29am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for almost 2.5 hours until 7:53am EST. Use this intuitive time to find a balance between your emotional needs (i.e. self-care), versus your focus on long-term goals — or your reputation out there in the world.
You may experience authoritarian or rigid attitudes, both toward and from others.Ā This could create some tension or oppositional behaviors — so, as best you can, remain flexible and practice self-care, doing your best to take care of your emotional and physical body — that way, you’ll remain able toĀ stay grounded in reality.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday morning ahead of time.
Friday at 7:53am EST, the Moon moves into fun and attention-loving Leo, where it will journey until Sunday afternoon.
Friday evening, a harmonious Mercury/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 7:40pm EST. We started feeling this aspect build from Wednesday night on; it will be strong until Sunday evening. This aspect is a wonderful possibility for active healing in regards to our conditioning and day to day thinking structures.
We can bring compassion, both for ourselves and for others, to communications that trigger us. We are able to allow more space for the “bigger picture” as we share our stories. Forgiveness and understanding towards ourselves and others comes more easily now in general.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 2-8 degrees of Sagittarius, Aries, or Leo? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo).
Saturday, Dec. 5th:
Saturday, the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day (see Friday morning for details).
Saturday all day and Sunday until 10:30am EST, is your last chance to register for the Forecasting Forum, live tomorrow, Sunday at 11:30am EST. We will talk about the upcoming Jupiter/Saturn alignment in Aquarius, as well as Eclipse season — in relationship to our own birth charts!
Other thanĀ booking a reading with me, this is the highest level of support you can get — and it’s only $37 for the 90+ minute webinar. To register now, click here (Star Members will receive an email today – Dec. 5th – in the afternoon, with the link to join live).
Saturday at 5:28pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 21 hours until 2:46pm EST (Sunday afternoon). Use this intuitive time to get excited about an adventure — you have an opportunity to step into an exciting project from a creative, self-expressed place.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday late afternoon until Sunday afternoon ahead of time.
Saturday late evening, a harmonious Venus/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 11:53pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Thursday afternoon on; it will be strong until next week Tuesday morning (Dec. 8th). This supports us with the flow of feelings, especially in connection to our relationships and whatever we most value. Bringing compassion to our deepest feelings (including fears) and how we relate to others is going to feel easier at this time.
Our intuition and instincts are strongly supported here too. It becomes easier to trust others and open up to them; we give ourselves permission to receive love and emotional support. As best as you can, let all feelings flow.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-21 degrees of Scorpio, Pisces or Cancer? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect.Ā This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Taurus, LibraĀ or Pisces (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Neptune rules Pisces).
Sunday, Dec. 6th:
Sunday, the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo and VoCuntil 2:46pm EST (see Friday morning and Saturday late afternoon for details).
Sunday until 10:30am EST, is your last chance to register for the Forecasting Forum, live today at 11:30am EST/4:30pm GMT. We will talk about theĀ upcoming Jupiter/Saturn alignment in Aquarius, as well as Eclipse season — in relationship to our own birth charts!
Other thanĀ booking a reading with me, this is the highest level of support you can get — and it’s only $37 for the 90+ minute webinar. To register now, click here. (Star Members have received an email with the link to join live on Dec. 5th in the afternoon).
If you would like to join live, please keep in mind thatĀ registration will close an hour before the live event begins, if you register after 10:30am EST on Sunday you will receive the mp4-video recording of the webinar.
Sunday very early morning, a somewhat challenging Venus/Mars aspect becomes exact at 1:41am EST. We start to feel this aspect build from Saturday very early morning on, it will remain strong until Monday very early morning (Dec. 7th). We feel uneasy about something, sort of awkward; we need to make a choice. We need to develop inner awareness, so we can make adjustments.
This might concern compromising with others, while our enthusiasm might make us impatient or hasty with them, and our values may not align with theirs. As best as you can, keep choosing the “better” alternative, adjusting as needed.
When life slows down or becomes uncomfortable, simplify, and be patient. We are changing and growing in ways that we can’t comprehend right now. Stay as open and observant as you can. Ask yourself: How much trust could I allow myself to bring to the table?
This combo could also be related to an emotional crisis, so as best as you can, take extra care of your emotional well-being and connect with others on a deeper level that supports your physical energy.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 16-19 degrees ofĀ ScorpioĀ orĀ Aries? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect.Ā This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign inĀ Taurus, LibraĀ orĀ AriesĀ (Venus rules Taurus and Libra; Mars rules Aries)
Sunday morning, a somewhat challenging Mercury/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 7:43am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Saturday morning on, it will remain strong until Monday morning (Dec. 7th). This aspect also operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choice. An inner awareness needs to be developed if we are to see what needs adjusting.
It could be hard to make decisions under this influence, as we tend to doubt our perceptions or problem-solving abilities; it may also be hard to read the intention behind people’s words, leading to misunderstandings — we tend to feel uncomfortable — a sort of “inner itchiness”.
As best you can, give yourself time to respond rather than react — allow your breath to ground you — and be as flexible as possible without compromising your values.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 6-8 degrees of Sagittarius or Taurus? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Jupiter of Sagittarius).
Sunday at 2:46pm EST, the Moon moves into detail-oriented, practical Virgo, where it will journey until next week, Tuesday evening (Dec. 8th). turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome.
This Moon placement starts the build up to the last Quarter Moon (exact next week Monday evening, Dec. 7th).
Andā¦
A heads up for next Monday (Dec. 7th):the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day (see Sunday afternoon, Dec. 6th for details). In the evening, at 7:37pm EST, the last Quarter Moon in almost 16.5 degrees of Virgo becomes exact. More about all the details in next weekās forecast š

On Nov. 30thĀ at 4:30am EST, a Full Moon becomes exact in 8.5 degrees of Gemini.
Now, write down those same coaching questions, and this time substitute “we” with “I”, “our” with “my”, etc. Notice how different the questions sound and feel…
Lunar Eclipses direct our attention to whatever needs to be integrated and balanced on a collective and individual level over a longer period of time. We are invited to get ready for some big shifts in our lives, especially around our relationship with our belief structures, and our ability to learn, stay adaptable, and use our day-to-day mind intelligently.
Our physical and emotional bodies strongly feel the intensity of it all. Just remember: Eclipses ultimately support a shift in consciousness and thus bring us closer to our Soul’s path.
We will take a look at the Jupiter-Saturn alignment in Aquarius, which starts a new 20-year social-economic cycle, and a larger 200-year cycle between these two social planets in the Air element! And I will also answer questions about the upcoming Eclipses!
To register for this moth only, click here. Registration also gives you access to the mp4-video recording of the live event. Star Members are automatically registered and will receive a link to join a day before and another on the day of the webinar.
The Moon and North Node in Gemini, invite us to…

The Moon and North Node in Gemini invite us to make an effort to learn more about our communication skills ā how we share or process information ā and to look for ways to learn what we need if we are to connect all the dots and communicate intelligently.
Personal growth will now come easier if we are working on our communication skills and our day-to-day interactions with our immediate communities. Staying curious and open-minded (rather than coming from āalready always knowingā or assumptions) will bring greater happiness, balance, and fulfillment in all areas of life.
Ask yourself: Are my communication skills helping me grow? If I were a teacher, would I say I was teaching others as much as learning from others? What else might I need to learn or understand in order to go beyond my cultural/religious conditioning? What has changed in the past 6months in that regard?
How could I make my experience of āprocessing/sharing informationā and interacting with others more beneficial for everyone involved?
The Sun and South Node in Sagittarius insist that we rein in any tendency to be dogmatic with our belief systems and let go of ābeing rightā. The message is to avoid living up solely to the standards of our cultural or religious conditioning and overvaluing our belief systems.
In the same spirit, we are invited to be more conscious of any tendency for us to become unquestioningly attached to the stories we tell ourselves about life, to be self-righteous, and to persecute those who differ in their point of view from ours.
It comes down to this: What might become possible if we spiced up our search for a higher truth (and meaning for lifeās challenges) with a big pinch of curiosity and open-mindedness?
If there was a way to combine day-to-day thinking and mind-engagement with the wisdom we have gained from our direct life experiencesā¦ what might that way be?
As always when Gemini and Sagittarius are involved, we may feel restless and impatient; moving fast is what we prefer at this time ā but the mind tends to forget that some parts of us may need more time to arrive where it has already leaped.
Remember that impatience is a form of fear: the fear of things moving too slowly, or of the timing of things not matching up with our conditioned thoughts or expectations.
Ask yourself:Ā What is the difference between information and interpretation?Ā What might change for me if I questioned my assumptions and what I think I know? Who I think I am? Why things are the way they are?
What new information might I spot if I stepped back and took a wider view?
Right now, itās not about being right, and knowing it all, itās more about connecting with others on a day-to-day basis in the spirit of mutual learning and sharing of information. You could ask yourself: Would I rather be right or happy? Would I rather be right or connected with others?
What is “truth”? How is it different from having a life perspective (or an opinion)? Could I be open to discussing my life perspectives or philosophies with others, without needing to be attached to everyone believing in the same story?
What if I was more conscious about my expectations of others and myself? Might that enable me to soften my grip a little?
The Shadow side of both of those signs: feeling scattered and overextended, being cynical, self-righteous, or dogmatic.
With Shadow issues, the more awareness we bring to them, the less impact they have on us. What we believe dictates what we are able to see. How we filter and interpret the millions of bits of sensory data processed by our nervous system each second determines our perception of reality.
As best as you can, integrate theĀ GeminiĀ mind energy/information/conditioning withĀ Sagittarius’sĀ wisdom-energy generated from life’s experiences and the quest for a larger truth and broader understanding.
Letās take a look at some of the aspects of this Lunar Eclipse chart, starting with the most exact ones:
We have two Quincunxes in connection with the Sun and the Moon: The Moon in Gemini quincunxes Venus in Scorpio, turning our attention towards the mismatch between our need for mental stimulation, and our desire to connect on a deep emotional level.
Ask yourself: Am I after superficial exchanges? Or intense and authentic emotion?
Am I seeking out new information and keeping an open mind? Am I wanting to keep my mind busy with mental distractions — such as listening to the news or reading about other peoples’ opinions?
Do I feel nudged toward emotionally deep transformative connections? What are my motivations when connecting and relating to others? No matter what I engage in, could I drop any self-judgment? Could I even allow myself to dance with those mismatched energies?
Uranus, the planet most associated with individuation and innovation, is currently in Taurus and quincunxes the Sun in Sagittarius. This invites us to trust our body’s guidance, which could prove helpful, given an unexpected turn of events could leave us uneasy or unsettled.
Ask yourself: What messages does my body have for me? How flexible could I be if I really tried? What if I could ground my restlessness and energetic discomfort into the Earth? What needs to be shifted internally, so I can stay open and aligned with my unique, divine preferences? Could I be open to having a breakthrough in connection with the physical/material plane?
Remember: The best way to deal with Quincunxes is not to keep looking for the exact solution, but for ways to feel ok when things are not an exact match — in other words, when something is uncomfortable…
The Moon in Gemini makes a sextile to Chiron in Aries, and the Sun in Sagittarius trines Chiron. So let’s unpack that:
The Moonās Sextile to Chiron is an opportunity to connect with others, to talk about our insecurities and sensitivities, and to take a fiercely compassionate approach toward ourselves and others, especially when it comes to personal goals and passions. We all have flaws, wounds, insecurities (especially right now); the more we can open up to that being ok, the less judgmental we will be with others.
Ask yourself: What will I do with this particular opportunity? What if taking a compassionate approach towards myself and others actually made for more fulfilling connections? How might a compassionate approach bring me into better alignment with my physical, mental, and emotional body?
For the next 6 months, as best as you can, practice gentleness and be kind to yourself and others, in words and deeds.
The Sunās Trine to Chiron creates a supportive environment for healing our insecurities. We can bring greater awareness to our feelings of shame around our wounded masculine energies (not doing enough, not courageous enough, not producing enough, being over-assertive or too aggressive), and any self-deprecating thoughts or behaviors.
Something else that supports healing our insecurities is a sense that we are pursuing a worthy personal goal — this could be something as simple as a desire to explore and go beyond what we already know, or simply accepting our own human complexities while we are on “our mission”.
Ask yourself: How open can I be to being courageously myself, with all my sensitivities and insecurities? What if my so-called flaws and insecurities have become some of my best assets and strengths? Where might this be true for me?
How complex could I allow myself to be? How about everyone else out there in the world? Could I give others permission to be just as complex?
Mercury, the ruler of Gemini, is currently in Scorpio and sextiles Jupiter (the ruler of Sagittarius). Furthermore, since Jupiter is closely aligned with Pluto & Saturn in Capricorn, Mercury also sextiles those two.
This connection creates a possibility of expansion, empowerment, and self-mastery, via a deeper exploration of our motivations. We also have an opportunity to share what’s important to us from a place of open-mindedness, commitment, depth, emotional authenticity, and excitement.
It also spotlights the need to pay attention to the big picture on a collective level and to the inner processes connected to our fears and traumas from the past. Humor could be a way to tap into this energetic combo.
Ask yourself: What could I explore out there in the world that would relax my “survival mind”? Is a deeper mental process asking to be explored? If my life had a purpose, what might that be? What steps might better align me with my desire to feel empowered and whole? What will time do to support me in this?
The more planets concentrated in one sign, the more important those archetypes and lessons become; in this case we are dealing with multiple planets in Capricorn, and this intensifies the call for integrity, discipline, tenacity, the overcoming of challenges, and a responsible or mature use of power.
It also emphasizes the importance of consciously choosing what deserves our attention, rather than being at the mercy of whatever crosses our mind or path — or giving our power away to people or events that give us incomplete or incorrect or fear-inspiring information. Ask yourself: What is the best use of my time, energy, and resources? Where do I want to focus my attention? For example, might there be an empowering perspective on the current global health situation, one that could transform my thinking? Perhaps even bring greater inner peace and stability?
Neptune comes to halt in 18Āŗ of Pisces on Nov. 28th — to end its 5-month Retrograde phase, making its energy extra-potent at the time of the Lunar Eclipse. Neptune increases our access to spiritual insights and creativity at this time. We may want to practice going beyond our favorite stories and perceptions, to look for the spaciousness that we gain when we don’t give meaning to anything, and acknowledge the meaning we have already given to everything around us.
Ask yourself: What do I feel and perceive when I go beyond all stories, all assumptions, and all meaning? Just for a moment, could I release my attachments to the meanings I have given to everything — just for a moment, and just as best as I can, no better? How does it feel, and what do I perceive, when I do that? Might observing or simply being present with my thoughts and feelings on a daily basis — without judgment or needing to act — show me how much of my reality is shaped by my beliefs and biases?
Neptune in Pisces still squaring the Moon Nodes in Gemini-Sagittarius until Feb. 2021, encouraging us to use our sixth sense, and to double-check everything we hear and see against our inner intuitive knowing. Our intuition has access to divine intelligence, which is able to perceive paradoxes and the underlying interconnectedness, rather than parts and polarities.
Ask yourself: What doesn’t change, no matter when (or how often) I look? Could I look beyond the mind and tap into the larger field of energy all around me? What nourishes my soul?Ā Could I make time for silence, surrender, and self-reflection? Even if it’s seems impossible… just a few minutes every day?
The empty leg (for Neptune’s Square to the Moon Nodes) lies in Virgo; this symbolizes that discernment is key! Virgo advises us to let go of judgement and concentrate on what is helpful.
Virgo also teaches us that small things matter. This could be: simple ways to make a difference for ourselves and others, health-wise and in our work routine — for example, a daily routine that incorporates spiritual practices and gentle exercise — it could also be about being of service.
Ask yourself: What might this look like for me? What little steps could I take to experience more peace in my daily life? What is truly helpful to me? Where could I be of service to others — perhaps by spreading more peace and love?
To sum it all up for this powerful Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse:Ā
There are the facts, and then there is our interpretation — we attribute meanings, generate assumptions and conclusions, and these in turn harden into beliefs… and those beliefs create our reality. When we change our interpretation of the facts, we can change our perspective, and start creating a different reality.
This requires an open mind, an open heart, and the ongoing realization thatĀ nothing is static and nothing is separate… The observer affects what is observed because everything isĀ alwaysĀ interacting with everything else.
So,Ā what is Universal Truth? Wouldn’t it have to be something that is true no matter what? No matter what country I come from? No matter the color of my skin? No matter my sexual orientation? My status in society? My age? My physical appearance? My physical or mental health? The weather? What is always there if I look beyond memory or concepts, if I just look here and now?
Itās more important than ever to think with our heart, respond rather than react, and remember that we are all spiritual beings learning how to be human in a very different world than we lived in just 8 months ago. As best as you can, stay grounded, avoid distractions, and be very discerning about what deserves your attention and energy!
For the next six months, you couldĀ ask yourself:Ā What do I learn from my interactions with others? What am I willing to learn? What could I read or watch that would give me new information that feels empowering to me and worth my time?
Remember: Eclipses bring a strong focus to endings and beginnings, pushing us forward in our evolution, and connecting us more fully to our Soulās Journey. As best as you can, trust that whatever is leaving or falling apart is making way for something better — the more open we are to change, the easier it will be to go to the next level.
I’ll end here with a quote from Ann Albers: “Honor your earth and your fellow human beings. Keep your hearts open by being kind to yourself first. Then, no matter what anyone else does, be kindā¦ Everyone is learning. Go forth with an open heart, for in each open heart the Divine finds an open window through which it can pour Love into your life and into the entire human race.”

Now, this weekās Forecastā¦
Monday, Nov. 23rd:
Monday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day. It will journey there until Tuesday late morning.
Feelings tend to flow more freely; as best as you can, let them — in fact, “going with the flow” is the best way to go for today and tomorrow morning.
Monday morning: we are invited to share about deep emotional issues and support each other in a loving and compassionate way. As best as you can, allow for feelings to flow, and release anything that feels “old” or “toxic”.
Monday late morning, we feel more sensitive and need to slow down a little. This is a great time for spiritual or creative endeavors. Energy work, or anything that requires our intuitive side, will work best for the next several hours.
Monday evening, we have the opportunity to be guided by inspiration, and fully commit to a project or task that might serve us long-term. As best as you can, listen and trust the subtle messages in your heart that stir you towards success.
Monday late evening, a harmonious Mercury/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 11:40pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Saturday night (Nov. 21st) on, it will remain strong until this Wednesday night. This aspect supports imaginative thinking and the ability to connect our day-to-day mind with our intuition.
We pick up on what is going on with people, and can flow with that, as we can sense how our words land. This heightened sensitivity to subtle signals also opens us to metaphysical or spiritual concepts, visual arts, poetry — and to commercial messaging from advertisers and marketers.
Do you have any of your personal planets or Ascendant in 15-21 degrees of Scorpio, PiscesĀ orĀ Cancer? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign inĀ Gemini, Virgo, orĀ PiscesĀ (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Neptune rules Pisces).
Also, Monday late evening, we get an opportunity to be wholly present; also to bring an expansive perspective to our current relationship to self-mastery. This is a great time to be looking for…

This is a great time to be looking for practical advice around our long-term goals. As best as you can, bring a sense of flow and faith to your business dealings, and allow yourself to take it one step at a time.
Tuesday, Nov. 24th:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces until 10:05am EST (see Monday morning for details).
Tuesday at 5:44am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for almost 4.5 hours until 10:05am EST. Use this intuitive time to be very present — and also to focus on practicalities and long-term plans. As best as you can, focus on what’s essential and let go of the rest.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Tuesday morning ahead of time.
Tuesday at 10:05am EST, the Moon moves into pioneering, fast-paced Aries, where it will journey until Thursday late evening.
Wednesday, Nov. 25th:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Tuesday late morning for details).
Wednesday late morning/early afternoon, a somewhat challenging Venus/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 11:47am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Tuesday morning on, it will remain strong until Thursday morning. This aspect operates more on an internal level. We may feel uneasy or insecure in our relationships — and be faced with a choice — we must develop an inner awareness if we are to see what needs adjusting.
As you can imagine, this could make social interactions somewhat awkward; as best as you can, connect with kindness towards all (including yourself š
We may also have a hard time making financial decisions that feel satisfactory. As best as you can, bring a good dose of compassion and understanding to yourself and embrace your own humanity as much as possible… and remember: like everything else, this is only temporary š
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 4-6 degrees ofĀ Scorpio orĀ Aries? Or perhaps your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra)? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect.
Wednesday evening, we feel energized (and impulsive) and have even greater enthusiasm for something we feel passionate about. As best as you can, be yourself without offending others.
Thursday, Nov. 26th:
Thursday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Ariesuntil 10:43pm EST (see Tuesday late morning for details).
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone in the USA! I am so grateful that I am able to share some of my passion for astrology with you. Thanks so much for being someone who is on a path towards greater understanding of themselves and for contributing to our collective experience in this way. It takes courage to explore oneself and be willing to go beyond our social conditioning and childhood experiences — not to mention that it is not always easy, and despite all that, we do it anyways — that’s commitment! As best as you can, allow yourself to focus on gratitude, no matter what your situation may be this year, and know that I am sending you love and blessings wherever you are!
Thursday afternoon, a harmonious Sun/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 4:52pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from this Monday evening on; Ā it will remain strong until Sunday evening. This creates a supportive environment for healing our insecurities.
We can bring greater awareness to our feelings of shame around our wounded masculine energies, and any self-deprecating thoughts or behaviors. Paradoxically, we have the chance to shine, largely because we project openness and modesty. This is also a great time to recognize that our so-called flaws and insecurities have become some of our best assets and strengths. Where might this be true for you?
Something else that supports healing our insecurities is a sense that we are pursuing a worthy goal — this could be something as simple as a desire to explore and go beyond what we already know, or simply accepting our own human complexities while we are on “our mission”.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career point (or one or more personal planets) in 2-8 degrees Sagittarius, Aries, or Leo? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo (as the Sun rules Leo).
Thursday at 6:46pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for 4 hours until 10:43pm EST. Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments and find creative ways to work with the energies at play: On the one hand, as best as you can, follow your inner compass and take care of your own needs; on the other hand, we are invited to focus on building solid foundations under any long-term goals currently underway.
Some helpful questions you could ask yourself: What benefits might I reap from slowing down and taking it one step at a time?
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Thursday evening until the late evening ahead of time.
Thursday at 10:43pm EST, the Moon moves into steady, peaceful Taurus, where it will journey until Sunday late morning. We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well.
In other words: change is not our favorite thing and “rushing things” goes against our grain. What is our favorite thing for the next two days? It’s probably, slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses š
Friday, Nov. 27th:
Friday, the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus all day (see Thursday late morning for details).
Friday morning, an opportune Mercury/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 5:38am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Wednesday evening on; it will remain strong until Saturday evening. This aspect provides an opportunity to restructure or rebuildĀ areas of our lives that need it.
It’s also an opportunity to do more research toward building something meaningful, all while learning about our authentic motivations; as best as you can, dig deeper — and keep your heart open — a fearful approach is not recommended. Remember: opportunities aren’t on “automatic”… we have to go after them, realize them.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point or personal planets in 21-25 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces, or Virgo? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Scorpio (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Pluto rules Scorpio)
Friday early afternoon, a Venus/Uranus opposition becomes exact at 12:11pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Tuesday night on, it will remain strong until Sunday evening. This opposition calls us to balance “togetherness” with “having our space”.
We may find that we disagree with others. We may be restless, even anxious, and therefore feel pressure to act (and react) impulsively towards others — or towards our finances. Try your best not to put all your money on one horse, just because it has a funny name, or elope with a random hottie š
We could also be caught off-guard somehow, so stay open-minded and flexible. Do not get a facelift or any kind of beauty treatment that has the potential to go horribly wrong. I’m not kidding.
If there were a way to fully express our individuality in our relationships, without needing to pull or push away… what might that way be? Could you shake things up a little, without being oppositional or offensive? Where might the balance between “togetherness” and “having my space” lie? Where is the point of difference between my own values and those of other people? If “objectivity’ had a role to play in all of this, what might that role be?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 4-11 degrees ofĀ Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, or Aquarius? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect.Ā This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign inĀ Taurus, LibraĀ orĀ AquariusĀ (Venus being the ruler of Taurus and Libra, while Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius).
Saturday, Nov. 28th:
Saturday, the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus all day (see Thursday late morning for details).
Saturday evening, at 7:36pm EST, Neptune comes to a halt at 18 degrees of Pisces, ending its 5-month Retrograde phase that started on June 23rd, and starts to move forward again. The emotional nature of Neptune feels confusing and overwhelming at times. As Neptune will be moving through Pisces until 2025, our understanding of interconnectedness is going to grow; our collective spiritual and emotional sides will slowly evolve.
We can see how connected we are to our Higher Self/The Universe/Source. What’s more, we have an opportunity to dissolve any barriers between us and our Soul’s guidance. Are we sensing our Soul’s desire for love and oneness to the fullest? Are we connecting to our intuition? Is anything keeping us from experiencing the flow of life?
As Neptune slowly starts to pick up speed again, it will bring our focus back to the outside world. We are now ready to implement the things we have been connecting to internally for the past 5 months. What did you discover about the universal flow and your intuition?
Do you have your Ascendant, your Career point or any of your personal planets in 16-20 degrees of Pisces, Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius? If you do, you may feel the effects of the Neptune station more than others.Ā This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign inĀ PiscesĀ (Neptune rules Pisces): This is a great time to use what you learned in the last 5 months about your connection to Source — and perhaps to allow yourself to connect more fully to the flow of life, and let yourself be inspired ā even more than most other people.
Saturday late evening, an opportune Mercury/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 9:51pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from this Friday afternoon on; it will remain strong until next week Monday afternoon (Nov. 30th). This aspect is an opportunity for us to expand our thinking and express ourselves with confidence and optimism — we share what’s important to us from a place of open-mindedness and excitement.
This connection also creates a possibility of expansion via a deeper exploration of our motivations. Humor can be a great way to tap into this energetic combo. This planetary connection also favors short trips, writing, teaching, studying, and investigating things. We more readily exercise good judgment and are more “philosophical” and open to learning.
It also spotlights the need to pay attention to the big picture on a collective level and to the inner processes connected to our fears and traumas from the past.
As with any opportunity, we have to “take” it — it requires we take action.Ā What could I explore out there in the world that would relax my “survival mind”? Is a deeper mental process asking to be explored?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 23-28 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces or Virgo? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius (Mercury rules Gemini and Virgo; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).
Sunday, Nov. 29th:
Sunday, the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus until 11:16am EST (see Thursday late evening for details).
Sunday very early morning, a somewhat challenging Sun/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 3:20am EST. We started to feel this aspect from Saturday very early morning on; it will remain strong until next week Monday very early morning (Nov. 30th). This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choiceā¦ so we need to develop inner awareness.
An unexpected turn of events could leave us uneasy or unsettled. How flexible could you be, if you really tried? What needs to be shifted internally, so you can stay open and aligned with your unique, divine preferences?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 6-9 degree of Sagittarius or Taurus? If so, you may be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign in Aquarius or Leo (the Sun rules Leo; Uranus rules Aquarius)
Sunday at 7:48am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for 3.5 hours until 11:16am EST. Use this intuitive time to slow down a little and focus on what’s sitting right in front of you that needs to be taken care of, so you can get to the next phase of accomplishment. Rushing will backfire right now.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Sunday morning until the late morning ahead of time.
Sunday at 11:16am EST, the Moon moves into chatty, versatile Gemini, where it will journey until next week Tuesday late evening (Dec. 1st). For the next 2.5 days, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible. “Busy” feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way…
The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead š This Moon placement also starts the build up toward the next Full Moon, which will also be a Lunar Eclipse (exact on Monday early morning – Nov. 30th – more about that next week, but feel free to read my Lunar Eclipse article, here).
Andā¦
A heads up for next Monday (Nov. 30th): the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini all day (see Sunday Nov. 29th for details). In the early morning, at 4:30am EST, a powerful Full Moon, which is also a Lunar Eclipse becomes exact in 8.5 degrees of Gemini. In the afternoon,an opportune Mercury/Saturn aspect becomes exact, we started to feel this aspect from Nov. 29th on; it will remain strong until Dec. 2nd. At 11:22pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 23 hours until 10:33pm EST (Tuesday late evening, Dec. 1st). More about all the details in next weekās forecast š

Our Desire to be Whole & Empowered — Forecast for Nov. 16th – 22nd
This week’s headline items: Mars’s Station phase continues all week; Neptune’s Station intensifies on Wednesday; on Thursday afternoon, Mercury ends its post-Shadow phase, and it’s also time to start taking actions on our New Moon intentions. On Friday, Eclipse season begins; Venus changes signs from Libra to Scorpio on Saturday morning; the Sun changes signs from Scorpio to Sagittarius on Saturday afternoon, and the first Quarter Moon in Pisces becomes exact Saturday late evening.
There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday very early morning (for almost 9 hours), Thursday late morning (4 hours), Friday evening (a little over 27 hours).
Now, this weekās Forecast…
Monday, Nov. 16th:
Monday, the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seekingĀ Sagittarius all day. It will journey there until Tuesday late morning. We’re strongly motivated to explore and learn. We’re not likely to be big fans of routine — diversity and new adventures work best at this time — we’re also physically restless and need to burn that off with activity and physical exercise.
We tend to feel more open, optimistic and inspired — but we also have a high degree of independence — and taking these two influences together, this means we’d rather inspire others to do things our way, as opposed to issuing or obeying orders.
Inspiring others could come easier than normal, as we can see the bigger picture, leaving us confident that others will agree with us, once they see what we see.
As best as you can, speak your truth without assuming that everyone is on the same page as you. Improvisation works well for us at this time, as we are spontaneous and love living on the edge — just watch out you aren’t overdoing or overstating things.
Monday very early morning, a challenging Venus/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 12:33am EST. We started to feel this aspect from last week Friday afternoon (Nov. 13th) on; it will remain strong until Wednesday evening (Nov. 18th). This aspect asks that we question our most fundamental beliefs and conditioning around our values and relationships.
We have the opportunity here to grow beyond our understanding of what our values get us.Ā Issues connected to love, relationships, and whatever is most valuable to us, can seem overwhelming at this time. This is because we have a tendency to overindulge or over-promise.
We mean well, because we are feeling quite optimistic at this time — but we may underestimate how much time we actually have, or how good a fit something actually is. Overspending, overindulging and over-promising could be connected to this aspect as well (as could making assumptions in our relationships); as best as you can, bring a non-judgmental awareness to any such tendencies.
As best as you can, weigh the benefits and limitations of any given situation or relationship (including those that lie within yourself or the other people involved), then base your decisions on what works best in the moment. Ask yourself: If I were less concerned with morality and “rightness”, what might I perceive about this from a neutral rather than a personal perspective?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 20-26 degrees of Libra, Capricorn, Aries or CancerĀ ? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Sagittarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).
Monday late morning: we have lots of energy and a positive attitude towards life. If you are awake, start something you feel passionate or enthusiastic about — what projects come to mind? What would be a fantastic use for all the physical energy that you have currently access to?
Monday afternoon, we may need to make some adjustments. As best you can, honor both your need for adventure and exploration of life and your need to go within.
You may also feel a pull between introvert and extrovert, or simply fast and slow. Tune in for a moment and see if you need to take a break or at least slow down a little. As best as you can,…

As best you can, be compassionate and kind with yourself.
Tuesday, Nov. 17th:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seekingĀ Sagittarius until 11:35am EST (see Monday morning for details).
Tuesday at 2:55am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for almost 9 hours until 11:35am EST. Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to explore one-on-one relationships, perhaps have an adventure with someone, or do something exciting.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Tuesday very early morning until the late morning ahead of time.
Tuesday very early morning, a Mercury/Uranus opposition becomes exact at 3:07am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from last week Saturday evening (Nov. 14th) on, it will remain strong until this Thursday afternoon. This is the second time within the last four weeks that this aspect has become exact, due to Mercury’s recent Retrograde phase; the first time was from Oct. 3rd-22nd. Think back to that time: what conversation did you have around that time, that changed how you connect to others?
We are better off thinking outside the box for those five days. We want to change a life situation (or intimate relationship) that is out of alignment with who we now want to be.
Our minds may feel overwhelmed by what all this means, especially as it relates to our intimate relationships or financial partnerships.Ā Stay calm, as best as you can: Sudden or rash decisions might backfire.Ā Do your best to ground all your thinking, connect to your body, and allow yourself to fully receive any new insights.
We are very likely to feel quite nervous or anxious at this time, as we become aware of what’s not working for us anymore — and the itch to move forward and realize a new vision feels very strong. It may well be true that something needs to change — but we must take care not to rush into anything.
Think back to late April, early May of this year, when Mercury aligned with Uranus in Taurus: What was your thinking then? What seeds did you plant, related to your own individuation process, or the reinvention of your earning power? Have those seeds sprouted? Did you have an “Aha moment” since then? What still needs to change? We are also now more aware of what we have (and haven’t) communicated since then… Is there room for more integration?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 5-11 degrees ofĀ Scorpio, Taurus, Aquarius, or Leo? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign inĀ Gemini, VirgoĀ orĀ AquariusĀ (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius).
Tuesday at 11:35am EST, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Thursday afternoon. We tend to be more realistic, serious, cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters.
Our ambition surges and brings with it a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals. Our reputation becomes very important to us.
As best as you can during this aspect, avoid “should-ing” on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying “I am doing the best I can and that’s all I can ever do” š
Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn; it is currently transiting through its own sign, making this a great time to take look at your long-term aspirations and anything that you would like to master over the next three years.
Wednesday, Nov. 18th:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Tuesday late morning for details).
Wednesday very early morning, could prove to be a great opportunity to connect with others and talk about our long-term plans, so we can get some clarity about what we feel most passionate about. We may want to communicate our desire for deeper, more intimate connections with others — or, at the very least, conduct some research into how to have such connections.
Wednesday afternoon, has lots of energy, and brings a strong desire for accomplishment, but we need to adjust and innovate when it comes to our personal desires and passions — flexibility is key š
Wednesday early evening, we have an opportunity to soften our need for accomplishment with a gentler, more intuitive approach.
Also, Wednesday, Neptune’s station intensifies — and will appear to move even more slowly through the sky until Dec. 8th. It is getting ready to come to a halt, to end it’s 5-month Retrograde phase on Nov. 28th.
A planet’s energies are more exalted during it’s “station period”; this has even more weight for an outer planet, as they move more slowly and their stations last much longer. This Neptune station is particularly strong, since it occurs in Pisces, its own sign.
Neptune represents things like universal love, our inner divinity, spirituality, inspiration, compassion, faith — plus creative and imaginative realms such as music or film — while the shadow side is confusion, illusion, overwhelm, feeling victimized, mental fog, and escapism of all kinds. We start to be aware of all those energies more fully in our lives.
This awareness helps us to connect more fully to those energies as they exist within us. We can then see where we need to either embrace them more fully, or connect to them in a healthy way, that doesn’t involve getting lost in the murky, lower vibrations of their expression.
Some of us will feel the effects of this station more than others: those of us with a Pisces Sun- or Rising-Sign (Ascendant) — and those of us with personal planets and points in 15-18 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius.
Thursday, Nov. 19th:
Thursday, the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn until 3:25pm EST (see Tuesday late morning for details).
Thursday very early morning, an opportune Sun/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 2:18am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Monday evening on, it will remain strong until Saturday afternoon.Ā This aspect provides an opportunity to become aware of what needs to happen if we are to accomplish something concrete.
We have common sense at our disposal; we are willing to look reality in the eye and take responsibility for our life and how we live it. This is an opportunity to become more aware of our desire to be whole and empowered from within — and also, of how this might benefit us, both in terms of long-term goals and our here-and-now focus. Again, remember: opportunities are openings, they aren’t necessarily handed to us — we have to “take” them and make something of them.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 25-29 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn,Ā Virgo, orĀ Pisces?Ā If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign inĀ LeoĀ orĀ CapricornĀ (the Sun rules Leo; Saturn rules Capricorn)
Thursday morning, a challenging Venus/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 6:29am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from Monday evening on, it will remain strong until Saturday evening. This aspect asks us to stretch and grow beyond how we’ve known ourselves in our relationships up to this point — a process of maturing that requires we adjust and stay flexible.
On the one hand, we want to make harmonious, balanced connections while collaborating; on the other hand, we feel a sharp need to focus on what we want to manifest long-term — what works, what doesn’t, what are our resources to make it happen, how can we move from A to B without missing anything essential — in short, to determine what’s real and can provide us with the best foundation for the next step. Do your best to make space for both of these urges.
We tend to be more cautious when it comes to relationships and finances now — and in fact, this is not the best time to start a brand-new romantic relationship. Financially though, this aspect can be eye-opening; if we can find creative ways to deal with money, we will grow from it.
The key is to approach things in both realms with balance and maturity. Pushing will most likely not get us what we want: better to go one step at a time, slow and steady; that way, we can come back later with a stronger approach and more mature expectations.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 24-29 degrees ofĀ Libra, Capricorn, Cancer, Aries or 0 degrees of Scorpio, Aquarius, Taurus, or Leo?Ā If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign inĀ Taurus, LibraĀ orĀ Capricorn(Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn).
Thursday at 11:30am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 3.5 hours until 3:25pm EST. Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to look at our ability to go within, get in touch with our fears and traumas from the past, andĀ to our long-term commitments.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Thursday late morning until the afternoon ahead of time.
Thursday at 3:25pm EST, the Moon moves in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Saturday late evening.
Thursday, after 3:25pm EST, if you set intentions last Sunday or Monday, after the New Moon became exact, today will be the best time to start taking relevant actions. If you wrote your intentions down, go back and take another look at what came through intuitively. If you didnāt write anything down, get quiet for a moment and check in with yourself: What actions are calling to you?
Thursday around 4pm EST, Mercury exits its post-Shadow phase as it reaches 11Āŗ 40ā of Scorpio! We are ready to process (and share) brand-new information and move forward with anything that has been “on hold” since the Mercury Retrograde (Oct. 13th – Nov. 3rd).
Ask yourself: What in my life is calling out to be resolved? Where am I now able to clearly decide? Where do I still need some more information?
As you may recall from earlier blog entries, if you want to buy, sell or ship big-ticket items, it’s best to avoid the shadow periods before and after Mercury goes retrograde.
This is especially true if the items you are thinking about getting are connected to transportation (cars, flight tickets, etc.) or communication (phone, computer, i-pad, etc.) The shadow phase having ended, feel free to buy, sell and book whatever your heart desires. Feel free to also read my blog on the subject š
This is especially good news for anyone who has a Gemini or Virgo Sun-sign or Rising sign š
Friday, Nov. 20th:
Friday, the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Thursday afternoon for details).
Friday at 7:49pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 27 hours until 11:06pm EST. (Saturday late evening). Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to connect with others and take actions on the things that can bring you progress.
As always with aĀ Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday evening until Saturday late morning ahead of time.
Also on Friday, we enter Eclipse seasonuntil Dec. 24th; for 10 days before and after an Eclipse, we are usually in uncharted territory: anything is possible and it’s wise to expect the unexpected.
Anything brand-new (and I really mean brand, brand-new) started during this time will likely not pan out the way we thought it would, often because important information comes to light only after the New Moon that follows the last Eclipse. If possible, try to defer any major brand-new projects until after Dec. 24th, when this Eclipse season is over. If something is beginning or ending in a way that seems organic, allow it to be.
Another Eclipse-related phenomenon: not only do Eclipses bring up uncertainty in us, they might also leave us nervous, anxious, unsettled and disoriented. As best as you can, observe your feelings and stay grounded in the “here and now”. Connect to your intuition and inner wisdom; they will help carry you through this period. Remember: it’s temporary and we are receiving an upgrade — that’s a good thing!
Just like upgrading a computer, you will get all the information you need, as soon as the upgrade is complete — so as best you can, be patient. This does not mean that we need to drop everything; it just means it’s wise to check in with your higher Self — do this whichever way feels right to you š
Saturday, Nov. 21st:
Saturday, the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius and VoCuntil 11:06pm EST (see Thursday afternoon and Friday evening for details).
Saturday morning, at 8:22am EST, Venus moves from relationship-oriented, harmony-seeking Libra intoĀ passionate, intense, all-or-nothing Scorpio. She will journey there until Dec. 15th.Ā Until then, our relationships will get a lot of attention. We have a unique intensity, coupled with a willingness to commit; our actions in love tend to promise deep commitment and sexual pleasure, even if we are not talking about this directly.
Venus in Scorpio seems fearless when it comes to intimacy. We are intensely loyal at this time, and will expect the same from our partner; mistrust is the biggest obstacle to forming a relationship. We feel a need to cut through the fluff and can see others exactly for who they are — it’s like having X-ray vision of the heart. As best as you can, honor this by being straight with others — especially if it’s someone you have (or want to have) a romantic relationship with.
With regards to finances, we are more likely to put our money into things we feel really passionate about. Investments in transformational programs are recommended, as are partnerships in general.
Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign inĀ TaurusĀ orĀ Libra? If so, you will feel more passionate and deeply loyal for the next 3.5 weeks;Ā your heart will want to go deeper and connect intimately with others. If you are aĀ ScorpioĀ Sun-sign or Rising-sign, for as long as Venus is in your sign, you will attract more love, abundance and beauty into your life.
Saturday afternoon, at 3:40pm EST, the Sun changes signs from passionate, intense, all-or-nothing Scorpio to adventurous, optimistic, freedom-loving Sagittarius.Ā The Sun will journey hereĀ until Dec. 21st.
For the next four weeks, we may feel a little more restless than usual. We are more aware of our sense of humor and our love for freedom. Our approach to life at this time tends to be direct and honest.
We may want to connect to people from all walks of life right now, just so we can learn about others. We tend to feel more optimistic during this time; this may get us into trouble if we go overboard and only take an idealistic point of view. Wanting to learn, explore and have fun gives us vitality and zest for life. What would open you up to a new adventure?
All this is especially true if you are aĀ LeoĀ orĀ Sagittarius Sun-sign or Rising-sign. As a Sagittarius, you will feel a good dose of confidence and playfulness in the next four weeks; as a Leo, you are more adventurous and restless than usualā¦exploring something new might be just the thing for you to do.
Saturday at 11:06pm EST, the Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until next week, Tuesday late morning.
This Moon placement starts the build up towards the first Quarter Moon (exact later tonight).
Saturday late evening, at 11:45pm EST, the first Quarter Moon in 0 degrees of Pisces becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect build from the moment the Moon entered Pisces earlier this evening (Saturday). The Moon in creative, sensitive, compassionate Pisces makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius.
We feel compelled to take action. Last week on Nov. 15th, the Super New Moon in Scorpio became exact: “Seeds” planted then are probably “sprouting” by now — and making their first real contact with the outside world. This is therefore a time to stretch and grow — and create some forward momentum. We may feel anxious or unusually busy.
As best as you can, go one breath at a time. Allow for changes, remain flexible (as much as possible), and find creative solutions for your day-to-day interactions with others.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-2 degrees of Pisces, Sagittarius, Virgo,Gemini, or 28-29 degrees of Aquarius, Scorpio, Taurus, or Leo? If so, you will feel the effects of this first Quarter Moon more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).
Sunday, Nov. 22nd:
Sunday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day (see Saturday late evening for details).
Sunday very early morning, has a nice feeling of ease and an ability to trust and connect deeply with others. As best as you can, trust your intuitive sensing right now, allow whatever comes up to be beneficial for you.
Sunday morning, a somewhat challenging Mercury/Mars aspect becomes exact at 9:00am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from this Saturday morning on, it will remain strong until Monday morning (Nov. 23rd). This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choice. An inner awareness needs to be developed if weāre to see what needs adjusting.
We may feel overly courageous under this influence — and what’s more, we want to move forward, and we want to now — so avoid jumping in too fast or being too impatient. Check your motivations and let go of fears and suspicions, because what we think, say, and do are not necessarily in harmony.
What’s more, instead of listening to what empowers us, we might listen to other, less affirming voices, and this could lead to our acting too quickly and possibly with anger. As you may have guessed by now, this is probably not a good day to make important decisions š
Awareness is key with this aspect: What demands to be done? How? How fast? What if you simply chose to process new information slowly, with great awareness of past traumas, allowed love to guide you, and only then took action?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 14-17 degrees of ScorpioĀ or Aries? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect.Ā This is also true for those of us who have ourĀ AscendantĀ or Sun-sign inĀ Gemini, Virgo, orĀ AriesĀ (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Mars of Aries).
Sunday afternoon, we get an opportunity to be very present, to connect with others and share a new vision about the Earth, or to reinvent how we connect with “the good things in life”.
As best as you can, bring a sense of flow and faith to who you are being; allow yourself to intuitively share some progressive, new ideas about what is important to you, and things that could make yours and other people’s life easier on a very practical level.
Andā¦
A heads up for next Monday (Nov. 23rd):the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day. The Moon in Pisces trines Mercury in Scorpio, exact at 8:37am EST, it conjuncts Neptune in Pisces exact at 10:31am EST, it sextiles Pluto in Capricorn exact at 8:18pm EST, and It sextiles Jupiter in Capricorn at 11:47pm EST. In the evening, a harmonious Mercury/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 11:40pm EST; we started to feel this aspect build from Nov. 21st on, it will remain strong until Nov. 25th. More about all the details in next weekās forecast š
