Accepting Our Human Complexities

 

This week’s headline items: Mars and Neptune are still stationing; Eclipse season is in full swing all week as well; Neptune comes to a halt on Saturday evening, ending its 5-month Retrograde phase — and there will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday early morning (for almost 4.5 hours), Thursday evening (4 hours), and Sunday morning (3.5 hours).

Now, this week’s Forecast…

 

Monday, Nov. 23rd:

Monday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day. It will journey there until Tuesday late morning. This Moon placement often finds us more sensitive, intuitive, idealistic and imaginative than normal. We also have a greater capacity for compassion, sympathy and affection for all — but especially for those who suffer or can be regarded as the underdog.

But… that very idealism could also be our downfall at this time: We tend to see the best in everyone and everything, and when reality doesn’t match our idyllic vision, we might feel upset and even victimized by those harsh realities. A way out of this is to channel our idealism into spiritual or creative endeavors.

It’s also a great time for releasing fears — especially the ones based on a sense of separation — and experiencing “oneness”. Feelings tend to flow more freely; as best as you can, let them — in fact, “going with the flow” is the best way to go for today and tomorrow morning.

Monday morning: we are invited to share about deep emotional issues and support each other in a loving and compassionate way. As best as you can, allow for feelings to flow, and release anything that feels “old” or “toxic”.

Monday late morning, we feel more sensitive and need to slow down a little. This is a great time for spiritual or creative endeavors. Energy work, or anything that requires our intuitive side, will work best for the next several hours.

Monday evening, we have the opportunity to be guided by inspiration, and fully commit to a project or task that might serve us long-term. As best as you can, listen and trust the subtle messages in your heart that stir you towards success.

Monday late evening, a harmonious Mercury/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 11:40pm EST. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Saturday night (Nov. 21st) on, it will remain strong until this Wednesday night. This aspect supports imaginative thinking and the ability to connect our day-to-day mind with our intuition.

We pick up on what is going on with people, and can flow with that, as we can sense how our words land. This heightened sensitivity to subtle signals also opens us to metaphysical or spiritual concepts, visual arts, poetry — and to commercial messaging from advertisers and marketers.

Do you have any of your personal planets or Ascendant in 15-21 degrees of Scorpio, Pisces or Cancer? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Neptune rules Pisces).

Also, Monday late evening, we get an opportunity to be wholly present; also to bring an expansive perspective to our current relationship to self-mastery. This is a great time to be looking for…
