Now, this week’s Forecast…
Monday, Feb. 4th:
Monday, the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day. It will journey there until Tuesday late evening. The energy of the Aquarian Moon relates to our instinct for improvement. Reactions are more intellectual than emotional; interactions more impersonal than personal. We are likely to have an increased fascination with the new and unusual.
Social gatherings, anything connected with group ideals and goals for the future, brainstorming, new ideas and methods, progress: all these are promoted during the time the Moon moves through Aquarius. Again: we have our eyes on the future — or on outer space 🙂 Personal freedom becomes paramount.
Monday at 4:04pm EST, a powerful New Moon in almost 16 degrees of Aquarius becomes exact. This is the beginning of a new Moon cycle. I also recommend you watch my video on the subject
With the New Moon in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, we have our eye on the future. The highest vibration of Aquarius gives us the opportunity to see a clear vision for our life — and we are ready to make huge improvements.
Aquarius also deals with the power of ideals, technology, and inventions. We are interested in the collective focus on changing group consciousness.
At its best, Aquarius stands for equality and diversity, innovation and reform, collaboration and community; we strive for progress. The challenge here is to unite and transcend differences of gender, race, and cultural or religious backgrounds.
To move even further into that higher Aquarian vibration, ask yourself the following questions: Where am I called to make a difference? What could I, as an individual, do for humanity? And how might “group consciousness” help humanity make progress? Where might I begin?
At a lower Aquarian vibration,…

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in one of the following placements: 13-18 degrees of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus, or Scorpio? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly.
The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle. This is best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact — and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase.
So this month, the best time to set intentions would be any time between 4:05pm on Feb. 4th until 6:59pm on Feb. 5th; and then again from 9:02pm on Feb. 5th until 4:05pm on Feb. 6th — New York Time/US Eastern Time
If you live in a timezone other than EST (US East Coast-time), and converting timezones isn’t your thing, I suggest joining my Facebook Fan-page and/or following me on Twitter. I will post reminders, several times, to let you know when it is time to set your New Moon intentions 😉 For more info about Setting Intentions, click here

…connect with others and explore actively the things that can bring us progress. Ask yourself: Am I open to explore something different? Am I open to seeing something that I haven’t looked at before? Am I open to new adventures?
Tuesday, Feb. 5th:
Tuesday, the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius until 9:02pm EST (see Monday for details).
Tuesday until 6:59pm EST: If you haven’t gotten around to it yet, set your Intentions for this Moon cycle… If possible, align them with the New Moon energies that I spoke about in my video — feel free to watch it again if you are not sure anymore 😉
For more details on how to set New Moon Intentions, click here
Tuesday very early morning, if you are already awake, connect with others, and share your vision for the future. Could you permit yourself to get in touch with your unique spark — and communicate your inner genius?
Tuesday morning, is an opportunity to connect with others and take actions on the things that can bring us progress.
Tuesday at 6:59pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for two hours, until 9:02pm EST. Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to connect with others, exchange information, and move personal projects forward.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Tuesday evening ahead of time.
Tuesday at 9:02pm EST, the Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until Friday late morning. This Moon placement often finds us more sensitive, intuitive, idealistic and imaginative than normal. We also have a greater capacity for compassion, sympathy, and affection for all — but especially for those who suffer or can be regarded as the underdog.
But… that very idealism could also be our downfall at this time: We tend to see the best in everyone and everything, and when reality doesn’t match our idyllic vision, we might feel upset and even victimized by those harsh realities. A way out of this is to channel our idealism into spiritual or creative endeavors.
It’s also a great time for releasing fears — especially the ones based on a sense of separation — and experiencing “oneness”. Feelings tend to flow more freely; as best as you can, let them — in fact, “going with the flow” is the best way to go for the next couple of days.
Wednesday, Feb. 6th:
Wednesday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day (see Tuesday late evening for details).
Wednesday until 4:05pm EST: If you haven’t gotten around to it yet, set your Intentions for this Moon cycle… If possible, align them with the New Moon energies that I spoke about in my video — feel free to watch it again if you are not sure anymore 😉

Wednesday very early morning, if we are awake at this time, we get an opportunity to be very present; also to connect with others on a professional level. This is a great time to be receiving practical advice around our long-term goals. As best as you can, bring a sense of flow and faith to your interactions with others.
Thursday, Feb. 7th:
Thursday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day (see Tuesday late evening for details).
Thursday at 5:14pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 16 hours, until 9:34am EST (Friday late morning). Use this intuitive time as an opportunity to be guided by inspiration, and fully commit to a project or task that might serve you long-term. As best as you can, listen and trust to the subtle messages in your heart, that stir you towards success.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Thursday late afternoon until Friday late morning ahead of time
Thursday evening, an opportune Sun/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 7:32pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Monday evening on; its influence will remain strong until Saturday evening. We might want to take advantage of the opportunities this aspect provides — it’s an excellent time for creating a longer-term vision for humanity (or a group of people we feel affiliated with) — and for simply having fun and boosting our self-confidence. In fact, we may well feel particularly vital and confident — and inner optimism can bring rewards.
Humor can be a big part of this aspect too: We are able to laugh whole-heartedly, and see nothing but possibility in our lives, especially when it comes to exploring our life philosophies, belief systems and any journeys we are undertaking. Whether these journeys are physical, mental, or spiritual, they could bring about a healthy shift of attitude toward life — this could be true on the personal or collective levels.
Imagine you have a special lens which showed you the “bigger picture”… What would your beliefs look like when you gazed through it?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 17-21 degrees of Aquarius, Sagittarius, Libra, or Aries? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Sagittarius (the Sun rules Leo; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).
Thursday late evening, an opportune Mercury/Mars aspect becomes exact at 8:24pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Tuesday evening on; it will remain strong until Saturday evening. This aspect provides an opportunity to connect thought to action. Body and mind can align; words and deeds connect with ease. As with any opportunity, we have to “take” this one: it will not happen by itself.
What actions are calling to you today? How might those actions be connected to other like-minded people… or a vision you have for humanity’s future?
Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 23-28 degrees of Aquarius, Aries, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aries (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Mars rules Aries)
Friday, Feb. 8th:
Friday, the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces and VoC until 9:34am EST (see Tuesday late evening and Thursday late afternoon for details).
Friday morning, has lots of potential for emotional healing around family, the “mother archetype”, home, and our past in general. We may feel more sensitive and insecure about our feelings; this gives us the opportunity to give ourselves some compassion, acceptance and nurturing in the face of our sensitivities and limitations.
Friday at 9:34am EST, the Moon moves into pioneering, fast-paced Aries, where it will journey until Sunday evening. Life is an adventure, we’re more open to new ideas, and have great enthusiasm for new projects. Patience is certainly not our strong suit at this time, but we can decide quickly, and act immediately.
Our independence and dynamism are important to us right now, so we may find it hard to be disciplined or accept advice at this time; in general, our responses to others tend to be more assertive or even aggressive. If you find your foot tapping, try hitting the gym, or finding other ways to burn off the body’s excess energy.
Friday late evening: we are invited to make adjustments and find creative solutions around personal desires and needs, versus our professional connections and the long-term value we perceive in them. As best as you can, allow yourself to make space for both; flexibility and adaptability are key if we mean to move forward with our plans and projects…
Saturday, Feb. 9th:
Saturday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Friday late morning for details).
Saturday late afternoon, we are invited to make some adjustments in our lives and find creative solutions to seemingly incompatible situations.
On the one hand, we are invited to focus on building solid foundations under any long-term goals currently underway. Some helpful questions you could ask yourself: What benefits might I reap from taking it one step at a time?
On the other hand, we have this need to make time for personal desires and needs; here, you could ask yourself: What does my inner teenager require to be happy at this time?
Saturday early evening, an opportune Mercury/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 5:53pm EST. We started to feel this aspect from Friday evening on, and it will be strong until Sunday evening. This is an opportunity to connect our thinking and communication to a brighter, more collaborative vision for the future. It also brings an opportunity for insight, novelty, and some really unusual conversations.
This aspect also brings an opportunity to view things from a different perspective or put a new spin on “old” thinking. We like to connect in unusual ways; any group activities or brainstorming with like-minded people could generate amazing insights — this might be a busy day. As best as you can, or want to… stay open to other dimensions 😉
Remember: an opportunity is not automatically given to us; we have to realize it.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 27-29 degrees of Aquarius, Aries, Gemini, Sagittarius, or 0-1 degree of Pisces, Taurus, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Virgo, Gemini, or Aquarius (Mercury is the ruler of Virgo and Gemini; Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius)
Saturday late evening/night, we feel an enthusiasm for personal achievement and exploration; in particular, we have an urge to explore something new that helps us develop an all-around understanding of the bigger picture. What might you be able to explore right now that you haven’t so far? What’s calling to you?
Sunday, Feb. 10th:
Sunday, the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries until 8:28pm EST (see Friday late morning for details).
If you set your New Moon Intentions this past Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, soon after the New Moon became exact, Sunday after 3:39am EST, will be a great time to start taking relevant actions. If you wrote your intentions down, go back and take another look at what came through intuitively. If you didn’t write anything down, get quiet for a moment and check in with yourself: What actions are calling to me?
Sunday at 5:51am EST, Mercury changes signs from freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius to creative, sensitive Pisces. It will journey through Pisces for an unusually long time — until April 17th (due to it’s Retrograde phase that begins on March 5th). We are moving from the mind into the heart. For these next nine weeks, we get a chance to communicate with compassion — we see the commonalities between us all, rather than what separates us.
We seem to be connected to Source more easily during this time — if we allow that energy to come through — and our thinking will be very creative, imaginative and intuitive.
The key with this energy is to remain in the “here and now” and open up to a higher vibration. If we can do that, we will be able to download information from an intuitive place, rather than thinking things through. This could also be the reason why our mind is slowing down a bit and why we speak more softly.
Mercury in Pisces also offers us an opportunity to let go of any mental structures, conditioning or fears that are no longer serving us. The more connected you are to your Higher Self, to your intuition, and to the energies inside and all around you, the less anxious, confused, and separate you are going to feel.
If you are not connected to your intuition, you may want to double check with other people, before signing any documents or buying any big-ticket items.
Are you ready to connect to your intuition more fully? Can you allow for the unfolding process, trusting your higher Self more fully?

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Pisces? If so, you may feel more talkative during this time. Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you may need to learn to surrender to a slower pace and connect more fully to your heart and intuition.
Sunday at 6:48pm EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 1.5 hours, until 8:28pm EST. Use this intuitive time to connect with people that can enthusiastically support your projects and share with them what you have going on.
As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Sunday evening ahead of time.
Sunday at 8:28pm EST, the Moon moves into steady, peaceful Taurus, where it will journey until next week, Wednesday early morning (Feb. 13th). We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well. In other words: change is not our favorite thing and “rushing things” goes against our grain. What is our favorite thing for the next two days? It’s probably, slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses 😉
And…
A heads up for next Monday (Feb. 11th): the Moon remains steady, peaceful Taurus all day (see Sunday evening for details). Monday afternoon, the Moon in Taurus trines Venus in Capricorn, exact at 1:39pm EST. More about the details in next week’s forecast. 🙂
