Forecast for March 12th – 18th, 2018

Last week for me was all about learning more about myself, my feeling-body, my mental body, certain scripts I have running in the background, my capacity for dealing with adversity and how to move with it in a peaceful way. I sense deep shifts within…

Before we get to this week’s forecast, I have a quick announcement:

Please note: from this week on, my full Weekly Forecasts and my Full Moon videos are only available for my online community. Right now, you can continue receiving all of the wonderful forecasts uninterrupted, for the price of a Cappuccino! So, join now!

This week’s headline items: the Balsamic Moon phase begins on Tuesday evening; the New Moon in Pisces becomes exact on Saturday morning; Mars changes signs from Sagittarius to Capricorn on Saturday early afternoon; finally, Mercury starts to slow down (station) on Saturday night/Sunday very early morning.

There will also be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday late morning (for a little over 7 hours), Thursday very early morning (for a little over 2.5 hours), and Saturday morning (for a little over 5.5 hours).

Monday (March 12th): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn until 6:44pm EDT. We tend to be more realistic, serious, cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters…

Our ambition surges and brings with it a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals. Our reputation becomes very important to us.

As best as you can during this aspect, avoid “should-ing” on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying “I am doing the best I can and that’s all I can ever do” 😉

Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn; it is currently transiting through its own sign, making this a great time to take look at your long-term aspirations and anything that you would like to master over the next three years. It’s also a great time to take a more serious look at our strategies for self-mastery.

For starters: Do you truly see “what’s so” in your life (as opposed to what you merely wish it to be, or what you would like it to be, or where you see yourself going, etc)? What is actually so right now? Once you have a handle on where “A” is, it’s easier to “go from A to B” — whether “B” is self-mastery or standing on the mountaintop.

Monday at 11:36am EDT, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC) that lasts for a little over 7 hours, until 6:44pm EDT. Use this intuitive time to reexamine your various one-on-one relationships. Ask yourself: Do any of my relationships stifle my unique spark? How can I balance my need for connection with my desire for freedom?

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan all of Monday afternoon and early evening ahead of time

Monday at 6:44pm EDTthe Moon moves into freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Thursday morning. The energy of the Aquarian Moon relates to our instinct for improvement. Reactions are more intellectual than emotional; interactions more impersonal than personal. We are likely to have an increased fascination with the new and unusual.

Social gatherings, anything connected with group ideals and goals for the future, brainstorming, new ideas and methods, progress: all these are promoted during the time the Moon moves through Aquarius. Again: we have our eyes on the future — or on outer space 🙂 Personal freedom becomes paramount.

Tuesday (March 13th)the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Monday evening for details).

Tuesday morning, a challenging Venus/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 8:39am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last Saturday evening on (March 10th); it will remain strong until this Thursday evening. This aspect asks us to stretch and grow beyond how we’ve known ourselves in our relationships up to this point — a process of maturing that requires we adjust and stay flexible.

On the one hand, we want to make new and passionate connections while enthusiastically engaging with life; on the other hand, we feel a sharp need to focus on what we want to manifest long-term — what works, what doesn’t, what are our resources to make it happen, how can we move from A to B without missing anything essential — in short, to determine what’s real and can provide us with the best foundation for the next step. Do your best to make space for both of these urges.

We tend to be more cautious when it comes to relationships and finances now — and in fact, this is not the best time to start a brand-new romantic relationship. Financially though, this aspect can be eye-opening; if we can find creative ways to deal with money, we will grow from it.

The key is to approach things in both realms with enthusiasm and maturity. Pushing will most likely not get us what we want: better to go one step at a time, slow and steady; that way, we can come back later with a stronger approach and more mature expectations.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 5-11 degrees of Aries, Capricorn, Libra or Cancer? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Capricorn (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn).

Tuesday late afternoon, a harmonious Sun/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 4:06pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last Saturday on (March 10th); it will remain strong until this Friday. It’s an opportunity to see things from a different perspective. What will lead us to this new vantage point?

Optimism, an open mind, an open heart: Follow your enthusiasm as if it were a wilderness guide — and let yourself be creative and free, especially with or around other people.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 20-26 degrees of Pisces, Scorpio or Cancer? If so, you will be more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Sagittarius (the Sun rules Leo; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).

Tuesday evening: the Balsamic Moon phase begins when the Moon reaches 12º of Aquarius. This lasts until Saturday morning, when the New Moon in Pisces becomes exact (more on that later…however, feel free to watch my video on the subject — will be posted by Monday, March 11th).

We are being asked to slow down and get quiet, so we can listen to our inner sensing/intuition. For some of us, this might be a stretch. As best as you can: stay grounded, take a deep breath and exhale any tensions. Rather than starting something brand-new, put all that energy into completing existing projects or processes.

This is also a great time for letting go of whatever no longer serves us. What if you could hear the voice of your inner wisdom? What might it be saying?

Wednesday (March 14th): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Monday evening for details).

Wednesday very early morning, a challenging Mars/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 2:10am EST. We started to feel this aspect build from last Thursday night (March 8th) on; it will remain strong until next week Monday (March 19th). This aspect challenges us to see our own attachments and aversions as a normal, perhaps even valid, part of being human. That way, should we choose to express desire or anger (or even contempt or disgust), such expressions will feel natural and organic, rather than something that provokes shame.

We may experience situations that call forth our initiative and independence — but may not feel confident that we can rise to the challenge, let alone follow through. As best as you can, when the challenge comes: Get into action, feel the excitement that comes with stepping out of the familiar. Ask yourself: What would my hero do?

Those of us who have any of our personal planets (or our Ascendent) in 25-29 degrees of Sagittarius, Pisces, Gemini, Virgo or 0-1 degree of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer, or Libra will feel most affected by this aspect.

Thursday (March 15th): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius until 6:12am EDT (see Monday evening for details).

Thursday at 3:32am EDT, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC) that lasts for a little over 2.5 hours, until 6:12am EDT. If you are awake during this intuitive time, use it as an opportunity to explore larger truths and your own life further.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Thursday early morning ahead of time

Thursday at 6:12am EDTthe Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until Saturday afternoon. This Moon placement often finds us more sensitive, intuitive, idealistic and imaginative than normal. We also have a greater capacity for compassion, sympathy, and affection for all — but especially for those who suffer or can be regarded as the underdog.

But… that very idealism could also be our downfall at this time: We tend to see the best in everyone and everything, and when reality doesn’t match our idyllic vision, we might feel upset and even victimized by those harsh realities. A way out of this is to channel our idealism into spiritual or creative endeavors.

It’s also a great time for releasing fears — especially the ones based on a sense of separation — and experiencing “oneness”. Feelings tend to flow more freely; as best as you can, let them — in fact, “going with the flow” is the best way to go for the next couple of days.

Friday: the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day (see Thursday morning for details).

Friday late morning, we feel more sensitive and need to slow down a little. This is a great time for spiritual or creative endeavors. Energy work, or anything that requires our intuitive side, will work best for the next several hours.

Friday, late in the evening, we have the opportunity to be guided by inspiration, and fully commit to a project or task that might serve us long-term. As best as you can, listen and trust to the subtle messages in your heart, that stir you towards success.

Saturday (March 17th): the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces until 2:57pm EDT (see Thursday morning for details).

Saturday at 9:11am EDT, the Moon will align with the Sun in almost 27 degrees of Pisces; this marks the beginning of a new Moon cycle. Feel free to watch my New Moon video on the subject

Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac. It connects us to our spiritual journey, as it represents a reunion with Source/God/the Universe. When at its highest vibration, Pisces unifies all dualities — it is completely aware of the oneness of all. It tells us there is a union within, that exists always, and we can tap into it.

Pisces is accepting and aware of its eternal nature. It lovingly allows all, because it knows that there is no real separation between things, that separation only exists in the mind.

At it’s lowest vibration however, Pisces feels separate, fearful, and victimized. It wants to escape the harsh physical realities of this world. We get trapped in this lower vibration when we do not go within to connect with our inner divinity, when we do not trust ourselves, our inner processes and intuitive Selves.

Ask yourself: What stops me from connecting to my inner divinity? What if I opened to the perfection of life? What if I trusted to universal timing? Might plenty of down-time and rest actually support my reconnection with Source-energy or my intuitive Self?

This New Moon aligns with Chiron in Pisces: this amplifies the message to be conscious of our intuitive/spiritual healing journey — individually and collectively 😉 We are being invited to forgive our own “humanness” and open our hearts. Suppressing or denying our feelings and intuitive gifts is even less recommended now.

There is no shame in feeling things, in being sensitive, in being imaginative and kind — not just with the people we love but publicly as well. We are invited to shift our perspective about “feelings” and “being sensitive”, from perceiving it as weakness, to allowing it to be our strength, our gift.

We are invited to embrace all of who we are (including our emotional body), if we are to fully function in this world — and if we are to create a world that supports all living things equally.

Chiron will be moving into Aries in April, so as best as you can, think back over the last 7 years (while Chiron has been in Pisces); ask yourself: In what ways have I been able to heal my relationship to the divine? Am I more in touch with my own intuition now vs, then (2011)? What sensitivities or limitations have come up around the feeling-body? What still needs my love, understanding and compassion in those areas of my life?

If we can shift our perspective from “failure and blame” to “growth and learning”, we have an opportunity here to take a quantum leap forward in our individual and collective evolution. If a mere 5% of us went through a transformation, imagine what that would trigger for all.

Ask yourself: Am I going to be one of the 5%? What might shift if I allowed myself to flow with the energetic stream rather than struggle against it? What might be possible if I gave my body and mind the opportunity to slow down, perhaps even get completely quiet at least 5 minutes every day?

Venus, Mercury and Uranus are all in Aries at the time of this New Moon. This brings another dimension to the New Moon chart: an action-oriented and direct approach that supports our inner courage.

Mercury is stationing, preparing to go retrograde on March 22nd (at 17 degrees of Aries), and is thus exalted.

This brings awareness to our day to day thinking, and how we process and share information; we are more impulsive and quick-minded, and may communicate from a place of passion and courage, or anger. We are also more aware of our own inner dialog and how assertive or aggressive it is.

Pay attention to what’s “in your face” right now. Ask yourself: What’s important to me? Where do I over-think? Where do I act (or react) without thinking? What are my physical and mental impulses telling me? What role does “passion” or “courage” play in all of this?

We also covered this in our last Forecasting Forum — if you want to know how the Mercury Station and Retrograde is going to impact you personally, feel free to watch the mp4 video-presentation of our last Forum — we applied what’s coming up to our own birth charts. Here is an excerpt from the webinar. For the full 90+ min. webinars click here (available for purchase until March 30th)

The Mercury Station and Retrograde invite us to go beyond the conditioning of our mind, our stories, and our script, and to release what is no longer in alignment with our personal goals, our passions, our “true” Selves.

Ask yourself: What if I tapped into my inner courage? What if I communicated honestly, was fearless, was without apologies? What if I gave myself permission to start fresh? Every day, every moment?

Mars in Sagittarius squares the New Moon and Chiron in Pisces. This might create some restlessness and uneasiness in regards to our healing journey this month. We may feel we are falling behind, become impatient — easily annoyed, or simply angry at not being where we’d like to be. We may want to move faster than our emotional/intuitive body is asking us to go at this time — individually and collectively speaking.

Ask yourself here: Am I using my warrior energy to defend my belief systems and view about life, or to explore larger truths? Am I asserting myself so I can walk my own talk, or using my anger to dominate and separate myself further from others?

Is “knowingness” a way to make myself feel better about who I am (i.e. to feel superior), or a compass I can use to explore my life further? Are there any beliefs I hold dear that have limited my connection to Source/intuition? What might be possible if I applied a new approach and brought open-heartedness to those scripts?

We may feel triggered by others and may well trigger them. Some of that may feel connected to the past — something in our history with someone else might be the trigger in question.

When this happens, ask yourself: Is this somehow familiar? Is it possible it’s historical? What does it remind me of? Am I attached to being “right” here? Could I welcome wanting approval, safety or control? What if opening my heart created space for all truths to co-exist side by side? No need for conflict, or right, or wrong… simply a space for all of it to be part of the larger sea of life. What might be possible if compassion were the warrior-energy of our heart?

Mars moves into Capricorn only 3.5 hours after the New Moon becomes exact; it will play a major role for the rest of March and April. If you want to know how all of this is going to impact you personally, feel free to join the next Forecasting Forum — we will go into Mars’s involvement with Saturn, and with Pluto’s Station and Retrograde phases in more detail — and apply that insight to our own birth charts.

The next Forum will be on Monday, April 2nd, 2018 at 10am PST/ 1pm EDT/6pm BST (London-time). For more info or to register at the regular fee, click here. To join for FREE, become a Star or SuperStar Member on my site

Neptune, the ruler of Pisces, is currently in its own sign and brings a very clear message to this New Moon: for the next 28 days, as best as you can, unplug and listen deeply to your heart and soul. Allow for all feelings to flow; allow for yourself to be with what is.

Tap into the divinity within through any, some, or all of the following: meditation; being in nature; music; dance; energy healing; dream work; creative writing; art; being with your intuition. In the silence we feel the oneness with all there is, we feel the unconditional love the Universe provides.

Since 2011, when Neptune and Chiron moved into Pisces, we have been becoming more and more aware that we are One. Everything is energy, everything is connected and everything is in a continuous flow/movement. Each of us is like a drop of water, appearing to be individual, yet also a part of the big ocean of life. We are the sum of all parts: physical, spiritual, emotional, mental… and all that exists is part of the whole.

Take 5-minute breaks here and there, if you possibly can, to get quiet and be with yourself (your intuitive/feeling Self). What might become possible if you gave this to your body and mind on a regular basis?

Ask yourself: What might a healthy connection with the energetic world feel like? What if I were 5% more interested in my inner world? What if I simply embraced whatever I discovered there? Could I simply allow what “is” to “just be”, just for this very moment?

We are invited to take actions that are aligned with intuition, and communicate our boundaries… perhaps even remove ourselves from situations, when that is the loving thing to do.

In other words: we move with “all is well”, no matter what the appearance or view looks like, out there in the world. We trust our inner senses. This is something we need to relearn; we are so conditioned to focus on the outside world for answers, to look to our mind-chatter for answers, or to close off and protect ourselves. Ask yourself: What results might I get if I tapped into inner courage, inner sensing/intuition, and the power of compassion… all at the same time?

Again, feel free to watch my video on the subject .

Do you have your Ascendant or any personal planets in one of the following placements: 25-29 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you may feel the effects of this extra-powerful New Moon more strongly for the next 6 months. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle. Intentions are best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact — and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase. So this month, the best time to set intentions would be between 2:47pm EDT today (March 17th) and 9:11am EDT Monday morning (March 19th).

If you live in a timezone other than EDT (US East Coast-time), feel free to join my Facebook Fanpage or follow me on twitter. I will be posting reminders on Saturday afternoon, Sunday throughout the day, and Monday morning to let you know when it is time to set your intentions 😉

Part of the reason for this is that on Saturday at 9:12am EDT, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC) that lasts for a little over 5.5 hours, until 2:57pm EDT. Use this intuitive time to go within and meditate or pray/give thanks/converse with your higher Self.

This will support us in feeling connected to our inner Universe — and of course, it will be a tremendous help in healing our emotional wounds. Finally, as always during VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday morning and afternoon ahead of time.

Saturday at 12:40pm EDT, Mars changes signs from optimistic, adventurous Sagittarius to realistic, prestige-and-accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until May 16th. For those 8.5 weeks, we tend to feel more determined, goal-oriented and focused. We are not afraid to work hard on attainable goals so that we can see tangible results.

Our drive to succeed is quite strong, especially when we feel a need for physical and material security — that is, in the realm of all that can be seen and held. Our self-control tends to be quite strong around the expression of “drives” — things like anger, energy, ambition, and sexuality — in fact, with Mars in Capricorn we are at our least impulsive, with a powerful need to stay in control.

Because we have such a strong sense of responsibility, we need to be careful not to start using work to hide from others. Anger can easily get channeled into our work as well. As best as you can, be kind to yourself, remember we all do the best we can; there is no need for extra pressure.

If you have an Aries Sun-sign or Rising-sign, you are going to feel more focused and determent. You may want to get down to business. If you are a Capricorn Sun-sign or Rising sign, you will feel quite energized for the next 8.5 weeks. Channeling this energy into physical exercise or a project might be advisable.

Saturday at 2:57pm EDTthe Moon moves into pioneering, fast-paced Aries, where it will journey until Monday evening. Life is an adventure, we’re more open to new ideas, and have great enthusiasm for new projects. Patience is certainly not our strong suit at this time, but we can decide quickly, and act immediately.

Our independence and dynamism are important to us right now, so we may find it hard to be disciplined or accept advice at this time; in general, our responses to others tend to be more assertive or even aggressive. If you find your foot tapping, try hitting the gym, or finding other ways to burn off the body’s excess energy.

Saturday after 2:57pm EDT, it’s time to start setting your Intentions of this Moon cycle. For more details on how to set New Moon Intentions, click here

Sunday (March 18th): the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Saturday afternoon for details).

Saturday night/Sunday very early morning Mercury starts its station-phase. From today on, right through March 29th. Mercury slows down tremendously, as it prepares to come to a halt before turning retrograde on March 22nd. During the station, we feel Mercury’s energies more strongly.

Pay attention to anything “in your face” in any of the following areas: communications, short travels, transportation of any kind, communication devices. You will get a chance to make adjustments during the retrograde — or the shadow phase that follows.

For the next 12 days, we might experience delays or misunderstandings; things could feel “off” or stagnant. It might be a good idea to give yourself some extra time when getting ready to go somewhere — and that goes for the journey itself, too — especially if you intend to drive or use public transportation. Going with the flow is definitely recommended at this time.

Be extra-patient if you intend to buy, sell or ship big-ticket items, especially if they are transportation or communication devices like anything connected with planes, trains, cars, phones, computers, iPads, etc. Best of all (if possible): wait until after May 3rd, when the shadow phase is over.

Some of us will feel the effects of the Mercury station more than others: those of us who have Gemini or Virgo as our Sun- or Rising-Sign (Ascendant); and those of us with personal planets in 14-19 degrees of Aries, Libra, Cancer or Capricorn.

Sunday evening, a Sun/Chiron alignment in 28 degrees of Pisces becomes exact at 7:15pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Thursday evening on; it will remain strong until next week Wednesday evening (March 21st). This gives us an opportunity to heal insecurities or shame through conscious awareness.

Becoming aware of old wounds or limitations is the first step toward healing them. Bringing compassion, self-acceptance, and love to it is the second. Together, steps one and two make for a beautiful healing experience.

It will help to stay grounded — connected to the Earth and your body. If waves of feeling come up, let them, simply observe the waves. Ask yourself: Am I the “wave” or am I more than that? As best as you can, allow all “waves” to wash ashore, and allow yourself to rest as the vastness that you are (just like the ocean is to the waves).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 25-29 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini, Sagittarius or 0-1 degrees of Aries, Libra, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, you will be more aware of this alignment. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo (the Sun rules Leo)

Also, Sunday all day: If you haven’t gotten around to it yet, set your Intentions for this Moon cycle… If possible, align them with the New Moon energies that I spoke about in my last video — feel free to watch it again if you are not sure anymore — click here to watch my video on the New Moon: https://youtu.be/  😉

For more details on how to set New Moon Intentions, click here

A heads-up for next Monday (March 19th)the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries until 9:07pm EDT (see Saturday afternoon for details). Monday at 3:29pm EDT, we enter a Moon void of course (VoC) that lasts for a little over 5.5 hours, until 9:07pm EDTAt that time, the Moon moves into Taurus, where it will journey until Thursday very early morning. Also on Monday, the Mercury station intensifies in almost 17 degrees of Aries until March 25th. More about all the details in next week’s forecast 😉
