Now, this week’s Forecast:

Monday (Oct. 29th): the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer all day; it will journey there until Tuesday late evening. With this Moon placement, we are more sensitive to what people say and therefore our feelings are more easily hurt — so be kind to yourself and others. Self-Care is key for the next two and a half days 😉

Emotional safety is important to us as well; we like connecting to the familiar and we enjoy nurturing ourselves and others — home and family call to us, for instance. Make sure though, that your own glass is full before letting others drink from it; if you don’t, you might start to feel drained and resentful.

Monday morning, a Mercury/Jupiter alignment in almost 27.5 degrees of Scorpio becomes exact at 7:05am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Oct. 26th on, it will remain strong until Oct. 31st. This alignment brings optimism and a tendency to talk and think more. It favors writing, research, sharing resources, submitting applications and forms, and test-taking.

We can more readily exercise good judgment, take a more philosophical approach, and find it easier to bring a new perspective to our intimate relationships. There is a sense of mental expansion; we see our world as a setting for constant adventure and have a passion for personal growth. We might also get a little obsessed with learning something or exploring something new.

We are optimistic and enthusiastic — and things tend to go well as a result. It’s all about thinking big, while simultaneously going into deeper, more authentic emotional connections with ourselves and others… What if an expanding of our conception or perspective of intimacy, inner power and emotional safety with others could help us create those deeper, authentic, emotional connections? And what if that helped us manifest our desires?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 24-29 degrees of Scorpio, Taurus, Leo or Aquarius or0-1 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo or Pisces? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo, so those folks will always be affected more strongly by Mercury’s movements and aspects; Jupiter rules Sagittarius)

Monday late evening, a harmonious Mercury/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 9:57pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Oct. 27th on, it will remain strong until Nov. 1st. This aspect is a wonderful possibility for deep emotional healing in regards to our conditioning and day-to-day thinking structures.

We can bring compassion, for ourselves and others, to emotionally “difficult” communications. We are able to allow more for a flow of feelings as we share ourselves; forgiveness and understanding towards ourselves and others comes more easily now in general.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in…

…25-29 degrees of Scorpio, Pisces, Cancer or 0-1 degree of SagittariusAries, or Leo? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo).

Tuesday (Oct. 30th): the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer until 10:42pm EDT (see Monday for details).

Tuesday at 10:31pm EDT, we enter a brief Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for 11 minutes, until 10:42pm EDT. This is an intuitive time; use it to share about deep emotional issues stemming from the past, and support each other in a loving and nurturing way.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow.

Tuesday at 10:42pm EDT, the Moon moves into fun- and attention-loving Leo, where it will journey until Thursday night/Friday very early morning. We may lack objectivity and struggle with backing down or compromising. This Moon placement starts the build-up towards the last Quarter Moon (exact Wednesday early afternoon).

We all love to be admired — or at the very least acknowledged — for our greatness 🙂 So hand out some compliments — let people know how proud you are of them, tell them how much you love them. Come from the heart in this and all other things… be honest and authentic, as best you can.

Fun, games, and romance are a big part of this energy as well. You might also enjoy spending time with little ones. If there are no “outer children” around, how about getting in touch with your “inner child” — it’s definitely easier for the next two days. What are you most grateful for today? What would be heaps and heaps of fun? What would be so much fun, you let out a tiny squeak, just thinking of it?

Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning, at 12:38am EDT, Mercury changes signs from intense, passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio to optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius. It will journey through this fiery sign until Dec. 1st. Due to its retrograde phase in November/December, it will enter Sagittarius again on Dec. 12th and will stay there until Jan. 4th, 2019. When Mercury is in Sagittarius, our thinking shifts from plumbing the depths of situations, to learning more broadly.

During this time, our thinking shifts from a need to plumb the depths of any given situation, to the desire to learn about a wide range of topics. We seek out new ideas; our thinking is more optimistic and our faith increased. We are more equipped to believe and to persuade.

With Jupiter (the ruler of Sagittarius) still in Scorpio for another week, we are still seeking to connect on a deep, authentic emotional level with others; there will likely be a lot of idealistic talk, and a desire for intimacy when sharing and connecting. As best as you can, listen to your thoughts, tossing the ones that are not in alignment with an empowering approach for everyone involved. Expand your thinking by tapping into your inner wisdom and connecting to a broader philosophy.

From Nov. 8th on, Jupiter will join Mercury in Sagittarius and will bring lots of expansion to our thinking, as well as to our interactions. Feel free to watch my 20-min. excerpt from our most recent Forecasting Forum on this subject, or get the whole 110 min. webinar here.

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will feel a greater need for expansion — let’s hope it’s not your waistline that expands 🙂 Do you have your Ascendent or Sun-sign in Sagittarius? If so, you will most likely feel more chatty for the next 4.5 weeks.

Wednesday (Oct 31st): the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day (see Tuesday late evening for details).

Wednesday early morning, a Venus/Uranus opposition becomes exact at 4:45am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Thursday evening (Oct. 25th) on, it will remain strong until this Tuesday evening (Nov. 6th). Due to Venus’s retrograde phase, this is the second Uranus opposition it has made within the last 6 weeks — there will be three altogether — the first one was exact on Sept.12th and the next one will be exact on Nov. 30th.

Think back to September (in particular Sept. 8th – 16th) and ask yourself: What did I notice in my relationships? How was the balance between “togetherness” and “having my space”? Where did mine and other people’s values differ? What role did objectivity play?

We may find that we disagree with others. We may be restless, even anxious, and therefore feel pressure to act (and react) impulsively towards others — or towards our finances. Try your best not to put all your money on a horse, just because it has a funny name, or elope with a random hottie 😉

We could also be caught off-guard somehow, so stay open-minded and flexible. Do not get a facelift or any kind of beauty treatment that has the potential to go horribly wrong. I’m not kidding.

If there were a way to fully express our individuality in our relationships, without needing to pull or push away… what might that way be? Could you shake things up a little, without being oppositional or offensive?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-3 degrees of Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, or Aquarius or 27-29 of Libra, Aries, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Aquarius (Venus being the ruler of Taurus and Libra, while Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius).

Wednesday early morning, a somewhat challenging Mercury/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 5:36am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Tuesday evening on, it will remain strong until Thursday morning. This aspect also operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choice. An inner awareness needs to be developed if we are to see what needs adjusting.

It could be hard to make decisions under this influence, as we tend to doubt our perceptions or problem-solving abilities; it may also be hard to read the intention behind people’s words, leading to misunderstandings — we tend to feel uncomfortable — a sort of “inner itchiness”.

As best you can, give yourself time to respond rather than react — allow your breath to ground you — and be as flexible as possible without compromising your values.

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 0-1 degrees of Sagittarius or Taurus or 29 degrees of Scorpio or Aries? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aquarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Uranus of Aquarius).

Wednesday early afternoon, at 12:40pm EDT, the last Quarter Moon in 8 degrees of Leo becomes exact. We started to feel this aspect build from the moment the Moon entered Leo, on Tuesday late evening. The Moon in fun and attention-loving Leo makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in private, all-or-nothing Scorpio. This may bring challenges; however, it also energizes us to face what demands completion or change.

This Moon phase brings us closer to Nov. 7th, which will bring the New Moon in Scorpio. During the last Quarter Moon, we are better served by reviewing those projects we began around the last New Moon — in this case, that would be Oct. 8th — as opposed to launching new ones. Out of those projects, what needs last-minute adjustments? What did you discover since then? What did it mean for you?

As best as you can, find creative solutions for anything that comes up (whether internally, or with others).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 6-10 degrees of Leo, Scorpio, Taurus, or Aquarius? If so, you will feel this month’s last Quarter Moon quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer since the Sun rules Leo and the Moon rules Cancer.

Wednesday afternoon, at 3:42pm EDT, Venus re-enters relationship-oriented, harmony-seeking Libra, where it will remain until Dec. 2nd. Due to Venus’s retrograde phase, Venus journeyed through Libra already once before: between Aug 6th and Sept. 9th. Think back to that time: How did you connect with others? What came up in your one-on-one relationships? How about your relationship with yourself? Did you experience balance and harmony within yourself? With your environment? If not, what was lacking?

For the next 4.5 weeks, Venus will focus once again on our various one-on-one relationships/collaborations. We prefer to show kindness, evenhandedness, and a willingness to make our relationships work.

We value our relationships at this time and we prefer entering into equal partnerships. During this time, we can develop an idealized view of what a relationship “should” look like. We do our best to treat others fairly for the next four and a half weeks, seeking the middle ground. We are more likely to appreciate the arts, dance, beauty, entertainment, and romance.

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in TaurusIf so, you will feel more connected to your inner harmony for the next 4 weeks. Your heart will want to connect to others in an equal setting. If you are a Libra Sun-sign or Rising-sign, for as long as Venus is in your sign, you will attract more love, abundance, and beauty into your life.

Thursday (Nov. 1st): the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day (see Tuesday late evening for details).

Thursday morning, we might feel a little uneasy. We need to develop an inner awareness around our two seemingly opposite pulls: on the one hand, a strong desire to accomplish; on the other, our need for play and fun.

We are asked to bring awareness to whatever it is we feel most passionate about: Are we after laughter and joy? Or intense and authentic emotion? As best as you can, make adjustments as needed, and drop any self-judgment.

Thursday afternoon, a long-term, harmonious Jupiter/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 1:35pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Oct. 20th on; it will remain strong until Nov. 12th; it has the potential to provide intuitive inspiration on our healing journey.

This is a great time for exploring all sorts of healing modalities — and for enthusiastic heart-centered healing, especially within our intimate relationships.

It is easier to bring compassion to ourselves and others and to emotionally “difficult” experiences (past, present, and future). We are able to allow more for the flow of feelings as we explore our deepest, darkest shadow parts; forgiveness and understanding towards ourselves and others comes more easily now in general.

You could ask yourself: What does emotional healing look like for me? How can I let others support me in finding new perspectives and trusting the healing process?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 25-29 degrees of Scorpio, Pisces, or Cancer or 0-2 degree of Sagittarius, Aries, or Leo? If so, you will be more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Sagittarius (Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius)

Thursday night/Friday very early morning, at 12:32am EDT, we enter a brief Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for a little over 1 hour, until 1:48am EDT (Friday very early morning). If you are awake during this intuitive time, it could be a good time to connect with others from the heart. What if you let yourself enjoy others in the mutual pursuit of peaceful collaborations?

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Thursday night/Friday very early morning ahead of time.

Friday (Nov. 2nd): the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo and VoC until 1:48am EDT (see Tuesday late evening and Thursday night/Friday very early morning for details). At that time, the Moon moves into detail-oriented, practical Virgo, where it will journey until Sunday early morning.

This turns our focus toward the practical and wholesome. We are generous with our time/services and we love to help others. We also have a fondness for science and anything that makes sense in our world — things and knowledge we can apply and use.

Health might come also into focus at this time. We notice the parts that make up the whole; this is a great time to see if our daily routines (eating, work, self-care, etc.) align with our long-term goals.

Friday early morning: we are being asked to stretch and grow — to undertake a process of adjusting our thinking. You may feel a little scatter-brained or all over the map. As best as you can, stay flexible — and don’t be too hard on yourself.

Friday late morning: we are more capable than normal of looking at the details, and focusing on what’s sitting right in front of us that demands to be taken care of, so we can get to the next phase of accomplishment. We are invited to look at all the practical implications; we need to slow down and take our time if we are to manifest something that can stand the test of time — rushing things will most likely backfire right now.

Friday evening is an opportunity to connect and go deeper — and perhaps also to take a look at our daily routines to see how empowering they are for us and our intimate relationships.

Saturday (Nov. 3rd): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day (see Friday very early morning for details).

Saturday late morning, we can potentially accomplish quite a bit: The Moon in Virgo makes a harmonious aspect to Pluto in Capricorn. Virgo and Capricorn are Earth signs, so getting down to business and focusing on the task at hand takes less effort than normal. We are able to tackle anything that requires attention to detail and maybe even implement health routines or other systems that support our long-term goals.

Saturday afternoon, a somewhat challenging Venus/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 2:17pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Thursday night on, it will remain strong until Monday evening. This aspect operates more on an internal level. We may feel uneasy or insecure in our relationships — and be faced with a choice — we must develop an inner awareness if we are to see what needs adjusting.

As you can imagine, this could make social interactions somewhat awkward; as best as you can, connect with kindness towards all (including yourself 🙂

We may also have a hard time making financial decisions that feel satisfactory. As best as you can, bring a good dose of compassion and understanding to yourself and embrace your own humanity as much as possible… and remember: like everything else, this is only temporary 😉

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 27-29 degrees of Libra, Pisces or 0 degrees of  Scorpio or Aries,? Or perhaps your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra)? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect.

Saturday late afternoon calls for some inner adjustments, as we feel uneasy or awkward, and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the desire to engage in humanitarian causes — and on the other hand, the need to attend to our daily routines.

Sunday, Nov. 4th (Daylight Savings Time ends today at 2:00am in the United States): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo until 4:01am EDT (see Friday very early morning for details).

Sunday at 2:26am EST, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for a little over 1.5 hours, until 4:01am EST.  Use this intuitive time to get organized, improve daily routines, and to develop more awareness of how that all fits in with expanding intimate connections with others.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Sunday early morning ahead of time.

Sunday at 4:01am EST, the Moon moves into harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Tuesday morning (Nov. 6th). The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite at this time, as we seek the approval of others.

We very much want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time and are therefore open to making compromises and negotiating. These next two days are a great time for mediation — but our need for peace and accompanying aversion to direct conflict could pull us to “yes” more easily than we might like.

We may also be able to see both sides of the equation so well that we can’t make decisions. As best as you can, find an inner balance with this and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm — even if it’s “No” 😉 One last quick note: this is also a great time for anything to do with visual arts.

Sunday early morning, the Balsamic Moon phase begins when the Moon reaches almost 0º and 11 minutes of Libra. This lasts until Wednesday late morning when the New Moon becomes exact (more on that next week… in the meantime, feel free to watch my video on the subject – will be posted by Nov. 1st)

We are being asked to slow down and get quiet, so we can listen to our inner sensing/intuition. For some of us, this might be a stretch. As best as you can: stay grounded, take a deep breath and exhale any tensions. Rather than starting something brand-new, put all that energy into completing existing projects or processes.

This is also a great time for letting go of whatever no longer serves us. What if you could hear the voice of your inner wisdom? What might it be saying?

Also, on Sunday, Venus starts to slow down again (station) — the planet’s movement through the sky appears from Earth to be slowing down; it’s actually getting ready to come to a halt (and moving direct) on Nov. 16th. The station brings all relationship, self-worth and financial issues to the forefront.

This stationing period lasts until Nov. 25th, bringing into focus what we do and don’t have; until then, we are more aware of our relationships or the lack thereof. This forces us to look at who we value (including ourselves) and at what is truly important to us on a Soul-level. It’s important to pay attention now — when Venus goes direct again, we’ll get a chance to address and resolve all these issues.

Is your Sun sign or Ascendant in Taurus or Libra? Or do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 24-29 degrees of Libra, Aries, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, you will feel a stronger connection to this Venus station.

A heads-up for next Monday (Nov. 5th): the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Sunday early morning for details). The Moon in Libra quincunxes Neptune in Pisces, exact at 3:47am EST, it also squares Pluto in Capricorn exact at 12:56pm EST and it trines Mars in Aquarius exact at 9:43pm EST. More about the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

One More Announcement:

Now, this week’s Forecast:

Monday (Oct. 22nd): the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces and VoC, until 2:58am EDT. At that time, the Moon moves into pioneering, fast-paced Aries, where it will journey until Wednesday late morning. Life is an adventure, we’re more open to new ideas, and have great enthusiasm for new projects. Patience is certainly not our strong suit at this time, but we can decide quickly, and act immediately.

Our independence and dynamism are important to us right now, so we may find it hard to be disciplined or accept advice at this time; in general, our responses to others tend to be more assertive or even aggressive. If you find your foot tapping, try hitting the gym, or finding other ways to burn off the body’s excess energy.

Monday early morning, a somewhat challenging Sun/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 4:22am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Sunday Oct. 21st on, it will remain strong until this Tuesday. This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choice. An inner awareness needs to be developed if we’re to see what needs adjusting.

We may feel an internal dilemma around our ability to get things done — a drop in our self-confidence and self-esteem. This could lead to us “hiding out”… which leaves us feeling strangely guilty… which leads to us saying weird things… and we end up thinking “did I really just say that?”

As best as you can, be kind and compassionate with yourself — forgive yourself for having a human moment — this will support your healing process.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following placements: 28-29 degrees of Libra or Pisces or 0 degrees of Scorpio or Aries? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo (the Sun rules of Leo)

Monday afternoon, an opportune Mercury/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 3:14pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Saturday evening (Oct. 20th) on, it will remain strong until this Tuesday evening (Oct. 23rd). This aspect is an opportunity to deepen or transform areas of our lives that need it. It’s also an opportunity to do more research, so we can build something meaningful, all while learning about our authentic motivations. Remember: opportunities aren’t on “automatic”… we have to go after them, realize them.

…17-21 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Virgo or Pisces? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Scorpio (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Pluto rules Scorpio)

Tuesday (Oct. 23rd): the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Monday very early morning for details).

Tuesday all day, and Wednesday before 4pm EDT is your last chance to sign up for Wednesday’s FORECASTING FORUM. Please note we will address two big shifts — in relationship to our own birth charts: Jupiter moves into Sagittarius (its own sign), Nov. 8th – Dec. 2019, and the Moon Nodes move into Cancer/Capricorn, Nov. 6th – May 2020! If you want to know how this is going to impact you personally, join me live or sign up for the mp4-video presentation.

Other than booking a reading with me, this is the highest level of support you can get — and it’s only $37 for the 90+ minute webinar (plus, it also includes this month’s powerful Full Moon video, for anyone who is not yet a Member of my online community). To register now, click here

Tuesday at 7:22am EDT, the Sun changes signs from harmony-seeking Libra to passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until November 22nd. The guiding principle of Scorpio is “I desire”. With the Sun in Scorpio our consciousness is drawn towards depth, intimacy, and extremes of feeling.

Superficiality simply will not do for the next 30 days. We have the desire to get to the bottom of what matters. We are more interested in that which is hidden, taboo, secret or suppressed. Scorpio’s energy is passionate, strong-willed, and intense. Used in its highest vibration, it can be an immensely healing and transformative energy.

On a lower vibration, Scorpio can express jealousy, vindictiveness, and use manipulative tactics. Bring your awareness towards your feelings, fears and behaviors. As best as you can, embrace all your feelings, let go of your fears and strip yourself from behaviors that no longer serve you.

All this is especially true if you are a Leo or Scorpio Sun-sign or Rising-sign. As a Scorpio, you will feel a good dose of confidence and playfulness in the next four weeks; as a Leo, you are more aware of your own shadow parts… anything that you have suppressed or denied about yourself.

Tuesday at 2:18pm EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for a little over 20 hours, until 10:33am EDT (Wednesday late morning). Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments and find creative ways to work with the energies at play: On the one hand, as best as you can, follow your inner compass and take care of your own needs; on the other hand, deepen your authentic connection to whatever you are building long-term.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Tuesday afternoon until Wednesday late morning ahead of time.

Tuesday late evening, a Sun/Uranus opposition becomes exact at 8:47pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Saturday Oct. 20th on, it will remain strong until this Friday evening (Oct. 26th). What we identify ourselves with could now be challenged: we are asked to create balance between our urge for personal freedom, versus our awareness of the importance of harmonious interactions with others.

This aspect is an invitation to stay open and flexible in regards to our interactions with people. We may have to make some changes or adjustments with our personal goals or within our relationships. As best as you can, be open to receiving feedback from others during this time.

If you experience fear or uncertainty, focus on what it is that you could really get excited about and get behind in a passionate way — something that could make a difference, something meaningful. Also, take it one moment at a time, there is no need to rush anything 😉 Could you allow yourself to be uncomfortable, just for right now?

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in the following placements: 0-3 degrees of Scorpio, Taurus, LeoAquarius, or in 27-29 degrees of Libra, Aries, Capricorn or Cancer ? If so, you may be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Aquarius (the Sun rules Leo; Uranus rules Aquarius).

Wednesday (Oct. 24th): the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries and VoC until 10:33am EDT (see Monday very early morning and Tuesday afternoon for details).

Wednesday morning, an opportune Venus/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 8:52am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Sunday morning (Oct. 21st) on, it will remain strong until this Friday evening. This aspect gives us the opportunity to bring a sense of realism to our relationships, values and financial affairs: We are more able to get to the bottom of what needs to be dealt with in those areas and take responsibility for how we are handling things.

On a financial level, we have an opportunity to see more clearly when and how we might make long-term investments in other people’s resources. There’s no need to rush anything; think it through carefully and responsibly — do the “due diligence”. Remember: an opportunity is not automatically given to us, we have to “take” it.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 2-6 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces or Virgo? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Capricorn (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn)

Wednesday at 10:33am EDT, the Moon moves into steady, peaceful Taurus, where it will be until Friday afternoon. We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well. In other words: change is not our favorite thing and “rushing things” goes against our grain.

What is our favorite thing for the next two days? It’s probably, slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses 😉 This Moon placement also starts the build-up towards the Full Moon (exact at 12:45pm EDT).

Wednesday early afternoon (12:45pm EDT): the Full Moon in 1 degree of Taurus becomes exact; we started to feel this Lunation build from the moment the Moon entered Taurus earlier today (late morning EDT). If you are a Member of my online community, feel free to watch my video on the subject.

All Full Moons offer opportunities for us to see things in a new light and guide us away from polarization and division toward balance and integration. Full Moons also illuminate the truth and consequences of our choices — and this particular Full Moon provides a double dose of that.

The Sun is in Scorpio and the Moon is in Taurus; not only that though, we are dealing here with a Sun/Venus alignment in Scorpio and a Moon/Uranus alignment in Taurus. We can expect a heightening of tension between the realms of light and dark — the conscious and unconscious realities — as the Sun and Moon approach their monthly opposition.

Let’s look at the Scorpio/Taurus polarity in more detail:

This Full Moon spotlights our relationship to our physical body, what we value on the physical plane, and the planet we live on (Taurus) — and also our relationship to emotional authenticity, intimacy/sexuality (la petite mort), empowerment/disempowerment, death/rebirth — endings and beginnings (Scorpio). It asks us to recognize our deepest desires and truest motivations.

You can ask yourself with this Full Moon: What do I truly value? What am I truly passionate about? What values can I no longer compromise?

At its best, Scorpio is associated with transformation, and our capacity to shed what may have served us in the past, but now hinders our growth. We are being asked to shed something in our life — a false belief, “fake” identity, or way of being, perhaps — but it could also be a relationship, job, or something else more concrete.

If this is the case, we might find ourselves entering the unknown, facing our worst fears, or dealing with loss in some way — letting go of the “old” to let in the “new”. If we remain attached to the “old” (i.e. scared of letting go of it to meet the “new”), we are going to experience this as a dark, difficult transition in our lives — but if not, it could help us a deepen of our inner strengths and show us what cannot be taken away — in fact, that nothing outside of us can take away the power and resilience that lives inside of us.

The Sun’s passage through Scorpio corresponds with the end of a calendar year and is thus a time of transition, a time to go within to honor the realities of death and rebirth, shedding one season to make way for the next: the cycle of life, the most natural thing there is.

Scorpio ultimately teaches us that every ending is also a beginning — but the lower vibrations of Scorpio tend to bring up trust issues, black-and-white thinking, addiction to drama and darkness (or substances) — and anything we want to prevent. We could find ourselves coming from an instinctual, self-protective place, survival rather than intuition and love-based spaciousness.

Ask yourself here: What am I invited to shed? Is there a cycle in my life that is ending? What might a new beginning look like?

The other pole in this balancing act is Taurus, which seeks a healthy relationship with the physical world… Taurus is often associated with money, but is ultimately about values.

Where we spend our time, energy, and money reflects our values, and even deeper than that, our self value — If we feel unworthy or empty inside, material objects or accumulations can become a substitute or distraction from the emptiness inside.

Taurus teaches us about the power of beauty and also what makes us happy on a physical level. We develop our talents and sense of self-worth — and can discover and manifest what we truly value and enjoy.

If we are to experience the highest vibration of Taurus, a healthy sense of self-worth is critical, so ask yourself: What matters most to me? What makes me happy deep down? What is in the way of me honoring the physical plane? Of honoring my body? The planet? Physical beauty? What is between me and feeling valued in the world? What if I was the only one of me there will ever be? What might my value be then?

In Taurus, we discover what we most require, in Scorpio, we explore what we most desire — and what we most fear.

Uranus aligns with the Moon in Taurus, inviting us to consider radical shifts in how we relate to the physical plane. Uranus in Taurus signals a period of deep questioning and challenging of familiar norms. It asks us to get back to the basics, to what really matters.

Ask yourself: What has become stagnant? Where is more freedom called for? Do I have what I want? Do I want what I have? What needs to change?

Can I allow myself to be “me”, exactly as I am, and exactly as I am not? Can I grant others the same? How much do I value freedom? How much am I willing to deviate from “traditional” values, in order to experience more freedom?

This combo also invites us to slow down, simplify, and reflect on how we could create more beauty, pleasure, and ease in our lives. We may also want to reevaluate “Collective Happiness”. What might “Collective Happiness” look like? How might we support each other in experiencing more happiness on this planet?

Venus (the traditional ruler of Taurus) is still Retrograde in Scorpio, and is in a close opposition to Uranus at 0° Taurus. This suggests that the key to loving and valuing ourselves currently lies in the realization that we are individual (in fact, unique) beings, and as such we need to allow ourselves some space from others, while also allowing and honoring our differences. Because of the Retrograde component, this is an inner journey, an intuitive process.

With this opposition, ask yourself: Where do I feel the need to break free and explore alternative ways of relating? Could I allow others to have different values from my own? Are there any relationships that are asking to be renewed? What motivates me to connect or disengage in my interactions with others?

This could bring some restlessness or sudden shifts. As best as you can, don’t take things too personally for the next two weeks, stay as physically, emotionally and mentally flexible as possible. Do your best to balance deep emotional connections with having some physical space.

We could also be caught off-guard here somehow, so stay open-minded and flexible — ask yourself: If there was a way to fully honor my individuality in my relationships without the need to pull or push away… what might that way be? Could I shake things up a little without going oppositional or digging my heels in?

This aspect also shows us that happiness lies neither in separating ourselves from others, nor in always trying to merge, but in discovering and honoring who we really are — our own special flavor and unique coloring 🙂

Pluto (the modern ruler of Scorpio) is currently in Capricorn, sextiling Mercury in Scorpio. This gives us an opportunity to investigate our thinking, especially potentially outdated perspectives — ask yourself: What is asking to be transformed? What needs to be investigated if I am to build something meaningful long-term? What am I drawn to on a deep instinctual level? How might I achieve a shift from my familiar protective, analytical thinking, to not-so-familiar inspired, intuitive thinking? What do I feel truly passionate about?

The Moon Nodes in Leo/Aquarius square the Full Moon, Uranus, and Venus. This indicates that this Full Moon represents a radical turning point in our Soul’s Journey — individually and collectively.

We are invited to choose powerfullyAre we willing to make the effort it takes to achieve and experience greater joy from within — and greater connectedness with others? Are we willing to put in the time and energy to get closer to what we most desire? Are we willing to challenge each other to make progress and move forward towards greater happiness?

What does this mean for you personally?

Since the Moon Nodes will be switching signs soon, we are at the last stretch of this particular collective Soul’s Journey — so make it count! We will address the Moon Nodes shift into Cancer/Capricorn and Jupiter’s move into Sagittarius (its own sign) in more detail in our next Forecasting Forum (live on the day of the Full Moon: Oct. 24th)… if you would like to find out how these big shifts might impact you personally, join us!

Saturn in Capricorn trines the Moon/Uranus alignment in Taurus and sextiles the Sun/Venus alignment in Scorpio: this is a sobering combo focused on self-responsibility around questions of “worth” — both our self-worth and where we place value.

This could be an excellent period for financial partnerships and innovation. Work we’ve done could pay off. We can manage our finances better, with more attention to sustainability, planning and strategy — while also honoring our social and environmental responsibilities.

Ask yourself: How realistic am I about what I can afford? What does that mean for me long-term? How responsible am I about my finances and my long-term goals? What role does the environment play in all of this?

Since Venus sextiles Saturn, this is also an opportunity to form long-term commitments with others, to be more practical, and to appreciate maturity in our relationships. Ask yourself: Do I live in accordance with what I truly value? Could I allow myself to take my time instead of rushing into something? Where would I set clear and healthy boundaries, if I were aiming to establish empowering relationships, based on a healthy sense of self-love?

To sum it all up: Use the power of this Full Moon to get grounded in your physical and emotional body, break up any stagnation in your system or relationships, and accelerate your transformation by immersing yourself in a deeper connection to all of life — connecting to your deepest passions, letting go of your emotional attachments or traumas from the past — in other words, overcoming your fears and connecting deeply, intimately and authentically to yourself and others.

Here are a few final coaching questions for this Full Moon: If letting go always brought more freedom, what would I dare to release? If I knew for certain that holding on kept me small, could I then simply let go, as best I could? Might that give my higher power the space to support and guide me? How could my breath support me in effortlessly releasing the “old” and allowing the “new” to flow in?

Remember: ultimately, happiness is an inner state: “Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.” — Denis Waitley.

Thursday (Oct 25th): the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus all day (see Wednesday late morning for details).

Thursday late morning, we have an opportunity to meet our need for material comfort with a gentler, more intuitive approach.

Thursday late afternoon/early evening: On the one hand, we need to experience peace and physical pleasure; on the other, we feel the need to take actions towards our future visions. We may need to make some adjustments between these two needs that are seemingly at odds.

Thursday evening: we are getting a chance to empower each other in regards to earthly issues, and mutually support each other in practical ways; deep connections are possible at this time.

Back on Feb.15th of this year, a Solar Eclipse occurred in 27 degrees of AquariusThursday night/Friday very early morning, Jupiter (now in Scorpio) squares this same Solar Eclipse degree.

Observe how this plays out for you on Thursday and Friday: What beliefs need to shift? What perspectives need to change? What adjustments or creative solutions might clear the way for you to grow emotionally and release fears stemming from the past?

Friday (Oct. 26th): the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus, until 3:41pm EDT (see Wednesday late morning for details).

Friday late morning, a Sun/Venus alignment in almost 3 degrees of Scorpio becomes exact at 10:16am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Wednesday evening on, it will remain strong until Sunday. We are motivated to connect more deeply with intimate partners or within financial partnerships.

Graciousness, diplomacy, charm, and a desire to feel empowered: This is a good period for social affairs that allow us to connect on a deeper level, as well as pleasure, and romance; in addition, negotiations conducted at this time are likely to go smoothly.

We are intensely loyal at this time and need emotionally authentic connections with others. Trust plays an important role as well: The more honest we can be with each other, the easier relating will be. As best as you can, come from love, not fear!

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 0-6 degrees of Scorpio, Taurus, Aquarius or Leo? If so, you may be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Leo (the Sun rules Leo; Venus rules Taurus and Libra)

Friday at 10:49am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for almost 5 hours, until 3:41pm EDT. Use this intuitive time to balance your desire for comfort and security with your desire for deeper emotional connections with yourself and others.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday late morning until the afternoon ahead of time.

Friday at 3:41pm EDT, the Moon moves into chatty, versatile Gemini, where it will journey until Sunday evening. For the next two days, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible. “Busy” feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way…

The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead 🙂

Saturday (Oct. 27th): the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini all day (see Friday afternoon for details).

Saturday around 9:45am EDT, Mars in Aquarius opposes the degree of Aug.11th’s Solar Eclipse in Leo —  and we may experience something that resonates back to that time; most likely something to do with our relationship to self-expression, creativity, or joy. We are invited to develop some detachment and a clear vision, and to take actions that bring us closer to what truly opens our heart chakra and solar plexus.

Observe how this plays out for you today: What are you looking to integrate? What are you most aware of? We are now invited to take action and do something about this issue. What would a single, simple action step be?

Saturday late evening, an opportune Sun/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 10:52pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Thursday evening on, it will remain strong until next week, Monday evening (Oct. 29th). This aspect provides an opportunity to become aware of what needs to happen if we are to accomplish something concrete.

We have common sense at our disposal; we are willing to look reality in the eye and take responsibility for our life and how we live it. This is an opportunity to become more aware of our desire to be whole and empowered from within — and also, of how this might benefit us, both in terms of long-term goals and our here-and-now focus. Again, remember: opportunities are openings, they aren’t necessarily handed to us — we have to “take” them and make something of them.

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 2-7 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Capricorn (the Sun rules Leo; Saturn rules Capricorn)

Sunday (Oct. 28th): the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini and VoC until 7:27pm EDT (see Friday afternoon and Saturday night/Sunday very early morning for details).

Sunday very early morning at 12:37am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for almost 19 hours, until 7:27pm EDT.  Use this intuitive time to connect with others, socialize, and share information with them.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday night/ Sunday all day ahead of time.

Sunday at 7:27pm EDT, the Moon moves into protective, nurturing Cancer, where it will journey until next week Tuesday evening (Oct. 30th). With this Moon placement, we are more sensitive to what people say and therefore our feelings are more easily hurt — so be kind to yourself and others. Self-Care is key for the next two and half days 😉

Emotional safety is important to us as well; we like connecting to the familiar and we enjoy nurturing ourselves and others — home and family call to us, for instance. Make sure though, that your own glass is full before letting others drink from it; if you don’t, you might start to feel drained and resentful.

Also Sunday, Mercury enters a 3-week shadow phase, as it reaches 27.5 degrees of Scorpio. This precedes the retrograde phase, which will begin on Nov.16th in 13.5 degrees of Sagittarius (more on that in 3 weeks).

So what is the “shadow phase”?

There are two “shadow” phases — during these, the planet travels over a part of the sky it will later “revisit”. The first “shadow” comes before the planet moves backward; the second comes when the planet starts to catch back up (after going direct).

It’s like you went hiking and left something behind at camp. If you went back to get it, you’d have some catching up to do, and would see the same scenery twice or more.

Mercury’s shadow phases usually last 2-3 weeks before and after the Retrograde phase.

If you want to buy, sell or ship big-ticket items — especially connected to transportation (cars, airline tickets, etc.) or communication devices (phone, computer, iPad, etc.) — be aware of the shadow periods as well as the retrograde phases. If possible, get these things done before Mercury enters it’s shadow or wait until after the shadow phases are over — that would be Dec. 24th in this case 😉

Of course, if there is something that must get done during these phases, don’t put your whole life on hold, just because Mercury is retrograde or in it’s shadow. Sometimes things line up exactly at the right time; as best as you can, trust that it’s all “perfect” 😉

A heads up for next Monday (Oct. 29th): the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer all day (see Sunday evening – Oct. 28th for details). In the morning, a Mercury/Jupiter alignment in almost 27.5 degrees of Scorpio becomes exact at 7:05am EDT; we started to feel this aspect build from Oct. 26th on, it will remain strong until Oct. 31st. And in the late evening, a harmonious Mercury/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 9:57pm EDT, we started to feel this aspect build from Oct. 27th on, it will remain strong until Nov. 1st. More about the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

Oct. 15th – 21st

Share about Deep Transformative Experiences – Forecast for Oct. 15th – 21st

This week’s headline items: the first Quarter Moon in Capricorn becomes exact on Tuesday afternoon. There will also be three Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday early evening (for almost 10 hours), Friday morning (almost 8 hours), and Sunday evening (a little over 7 hours).

Before we get to this week’s forecast, I have one quick announcement:

Now, this week’s Forecast:

Monday (Oct. 15th): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day. It will journey there until Wednesday very early morning. We tend to be more realistic, serious, cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters.

Our ambition surges and brings with it a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals. Our reputation becomes very important to us.

As best as you can during this aspect, avoid “should-ing” on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying “I am doing the best I can and that’s all I can ever do” 😉

Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn; it is currently transiting through its own sign, making this a great time to take look at your long-term aspirations and anything that you would like to master until the end of 2020. It’s also a great time to take a more serious look at our strategies for self-mastery.

For starters: Do you truly see “what’s so” in your life (as opposed to what you merely wish it to be, or what you would like it to be, or where you see yourself going, etc)? What is actually so right now? Once you have a handle on where “A” is, it’s easier to “go from A to B” — whether “B” is self-mastery or standing on the mountaintop.

Since Sunday afternoon (Oct. 14th), this Moon placement started the energetic build up toward the first Quarter Moon (exact Tuesday afternoon).

Monday morning, we have the opportunity to make meaningful connections that could support our long-term goals.

Monday late afternoon, a Mercury/Venus alignment in almost 8 degrees of Scorpio becomes exact at 4:21pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Oct. 13th on, it will remain strong until this Wednesday (Oct. 17th). This is an excellent time to share about deep transformative or shamanistic experiences, intimate connections with others, financial partnerships, our deeper motivations or our unconscious minds — or anything we feel deeply passionate about — and also about any teaching endeavors connected to those areas.

This alignment supports communicating from a deeply passionate heart — and in fact, it becomes essential to connect to people with whom we feel a strong affinity. We wish to form those connections in a spirit of harmony, emotional honesty, and equality. In fact, we tend generally to have a strong sense of fairness at this time — and want to be around people who share this passion.

We also thoroughly enjoy the written and spoken word — literature, wordplay, puns, moving conversations — especially when these words speak of something deep (or psychologically intriguing).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in…

… 5-11 degrees of Scorpio,Taurus, Leo, or Aquarius? If so, you will feel this alignment quite strongly; the same is true for those of us with our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Virgo, Gemini, Libra or Taurus  (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra).

Monday evening, we have an opportunity to soften our need for accomplishment with a gentler, more intuitive approach.

Tuesday (Oct. 16th): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Monday for details).

Tuesday afternoon, at 2:02pm EDT, the first Quarter Moon in 23 degrees of Capricorn becomes exact. We started to feel this from the moment the Moon entered Capricorn, last week Sunday (Oct. 14th). The Moon in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in balance-seeking, relationship-oriented Libra.

We feel compelled to take action. Last week, on Oct. 8th, the New Moon in Libra became exact: “Seeds” planted then are probably “sprouting” by now — and making their first real contact with the outside world. This is therefore a time to stretch and grow — and create some forward momentum. We may feel anxious or unusually busy.

As best as you can, go one breath at a time. Allow for changes, remain flexible (as much as possible), and find creative solutions for your day-to-day interactions with others.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 21-25 degrees of  Capricorn, Libra, Aries or Cancer? If so, you will feel the effects of this first Quarter Moon more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Tuesday early evening, at 5:49pm EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for almost 10 hours, until 3:36am EDT (Wednesday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to take a look at your long-term goals and explore whether they feel empowering to you. How might all of this fit, when it comes to expanding intimate connections with others?

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Tuesday early evening until Wednesday very early morning ahead of time.

Wednesday (Oct. 17th): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn and VoC, until 3:36am EDT (see Monday and Tuesday early evening for details). At that time, the Moon moves into freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Friday afternoon.

The energy of the Aquarian Moon relates to our instinct for improvement. Reactions are more intellectual than emotional; interactions more impersonal than personal. We are likely to have an increased fascination with the new and unusual.

Social gatherings, anything connected with group ideals and goals for the future, brainstorming, new ideas and methods, progress: all these are promoted during the time the Moon moves through Aquarius. Again: we have our eyes on the future — or on outer space 🙂 Personal freedom becomes paramount.

Early Wednesday morning we may become aware of two seemingly conflicting desires: On the one hand, a need for progress and for connection with like-minded people — and on the other, a desire to break free and rebel against traditional values, thereby being more true to ourselves. As best as you can, take some breaks, and “let your freak flag fly” — just for a moment — and revel in it!

Wednesday evening: time to make some adjustments. As best as you can, find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations. Make space either for connections with like-minded people, for involvement in a cause; or for deeper emotional bonds with others.

Thursday (Oct. 18th): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Wednesday early morning for details).

Thursday early morning: we may feel pulled in two quite different directions: On the one hand, we experience a need for connecting with like-minded people and remaining objective; on the other hand, we want to communicate or share ourselves on a much deeper, emotional level with others — from a place of passion and empowerment.

We may thus have to address our fears and “issues”; as best as you can, make adjustments and find creative solutions when it comes to these energies.

Thursday morning is the perfect time to connect with like-minded people and take some actions we’ve been meaning to take for a while, in connection with a dream or a vision that we share with others. What urges to be addressed?

Friday (Oct. 19th): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius until 4:20pm EDT (see Wednesday early morning for details).

Friday morning, a harmonious Mercury/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 5:47am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Wednesday morning on, it will remain strong until Sunday morning. This aspect supports imaginative thinking and the ability to connect our day-to-day mind with our intuition.

We pick up on what is going on with people, and can flow with that, as we can sense how our words land. This heightened sensitivity to subtle signals also opens us to metaphysical or spiritual concepts, visual arts, poetry — and to commercial messaging from advertisers and marketers.

Do you have any of your personal planets or Ascendent in 11-17 degrees of Scorpio, Pisces or Cancer? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Neptune rules Pisces).

Friday at 8:27am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for almost 8 hours, until 4:20pm EDT. Use this intuitive time to enjoy your day as much as you can — you have plenty of mental energy, so use it to connect with others and share about your vision for the future!

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday morning until the late afternoon ahead of time.

Friday early afternoon, a challenging Mercury/Mars aspect becomes exact at 1:23pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Tuesday on, it will remain strong until next week, Monday evening (Oct. 22nd). This aspect brings some juicy energy to our conversations. This is a chance to have some discussions that have been overdue.

As best as you can, make it a productive discussion that serves you and others — a win-win — otherwise you might feel really awful afterwards. Also, watch out on the road for some crazy drivers… rushing might not necessarily get you there faster 😉

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 11-17 degrees of Scorpio, Aquarius, Leo, or Taurus? If so, you may feel more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aries (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Mars rules Aries)

Friday at 4:20pm EDT, the Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until Monday very early morning (Oct. 22nd). This Moon placement often finds us more sensitive, intuitive, idealistic and imaginative than normal. We also have a greater capacity for compassion, sympathy and affection for all — but especially for those who suffer or can be regarded as the underdog.

But… that very idealism could also be our downfall at this time: We tend to see the best in everyone and everything, and when reality doesn’t match our idyllic vision, we might feel upset and even victimized by those harsh realities. A way out of this is to channel our idealism into spiritual or creative endeavors.

It’s also a great time for releasing fears — especially the ones based on a sense of separation — and experiencing “oneness”. Feelings tend to flow more freely; as best as you can, let them — in fact, “going with the flow” is the best way to go for the next couple of days.

Saturday (Oct. 20th): the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day (see Friday afternoon for details).

Saturday morning: has a nice feeling of ease and an ability to trust and connect deeply with others. As best as you can, trust your intuitive sensing right now, allow whatever comes up to be beneficial for you and others.

Saturday evening: we feel more sensitive and need to slow down a little. This is a great time for spiritual or creative endeavors. Energy work, or anything that requires our intuitive side, will work best for the next several hours.

Saturday night/Sunday very early morning: we feel at ease when connecting with others and sharing ourselves. Trusting others is going to be easier at this time, so say what you have to say — and be compassionate with yourself and others in the process.

Sunday (Oct. 21st): the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day (see Friday afternoon for details).

Sunday morning, we have the opportunity to be guided by inspiration, and fully commit to a project or task that might serve us long-term. As best as you can, listen and trust to the subtle messages in your heart, that stir you towards success.

Sunday at 7:47pm EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for a little over 7 hours, until 2:58am EDT (Monday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to explore any beliefs connected to past experiences that left you feeling disempowered: How could an optimistic approach towards the past allow for a new perspective?

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Sunday evening until Monday very early morning ahead of time.

Sunday night/Monday very early morning, is an opportunity for healing: Chiron, the wounded healer, reminds us that anything can heal through the power of acceptance and love, and that healing happens by reclaiming and re-integrating those parts of ourselves that seem limited or “imperfect”.

A heads up for next Monday (Oct. 22nd): the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces and VoC, until 2:58am EDT; at that time the Moon moves into pioneering, fast-paced Aries, where it will journey until Wednesday late morning. In the early morning, a somewhat challenging Sun/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 4:22am EDT; we started to feel this aspect build from Sunday Oct. 21st on, it will remain strong until Monday night (Oct. 22nd). Also, in the afternoon, an opportune Mercury/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 3:14pm EDT; we started to feel this aspect build from Saturday evening (Oct. 20th) on, it will remain strong until Tuesday evening (Oct. 23rd). More about the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

Oct. 8th – 14th

A Strong Scorpio Flavor — Forecast for Oct. 8th – 14th

This week’s headline items: the New Moon in Libra becomes exact late on Monday late evening, Mars ends its Shadow phase and Mercury changes signs from Libra to Scorpio on Tuesday; Pluto’s Station ends on Friday, and on Sunday, Venus ends hers.

Good times to start taking action on your New Moon Intentions are Saturday during the day or Sunday late afternoon (as always, all times in this forecast correspond to the Eastern US time zone).

There will be three Moon VoC phases this week: Tuesday early morning (for a little over 19 hours), Thursday evening (for a little over 10.5 hours), and Saturday late evening (for a little over 18 hours).

Now, this week’s Forecast:

Monday (Oct. 8th): the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day. It will journey there until 12:09am EDT Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning. The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite at this time, as we seek the approval of others.

We very much want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time; we are therefore open to compromise and negotiation. These next few days are likewise a great time for mediation — but our need for peace and accompanying aversion to direct conflict could pull us to “yes” more easily than we might like.

We may also be able to see both sides of the equation so well that we can’t make decisions. As best as you can, find an inner balance with this and communicate what needs to be said with grace and charm — even if it’s “No” 😉 One last quick note: this is also a great time for anything to do with visual arts.

Monday late evening (11:47pm EDT)the Moon aligns with the Sun in almost 16 degrees of Libra, beginning a new Moon cycle.

The New Moon is an introverted time — we go within to learn what we wish to align ourselves with for the next 28 days. With the New Moon in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, this will likely be win-win situations, fair exchanges, harmony in relationships and our general environment. Check out my New Moon video to learn more about this.

That said, we need to acknowledge that this New Moon has a very Scorpionic flavor to it, due to both the Pluto Station and its square to the New Moon, and due to the Venus’s Station in Scorpio.

More about those details in a moment…. but first, let’s talk about the Libra component…

All relationships begin with our relationship to ourselves — everything “out there” is really “inside us”… Ideally speaking, interacting with another person is a co-creative, equal exchange; we must be both centered within ourselves, yet tuned into each other, all the while responding to the rhythm of life.

Here are some useful questions to ask yourself for this new Moon cycle: Where is the balance point? What comes up for me when I hear the phrase “the art of relationship”?

As the seventh sign in the zodiac, Libra represents a major turning point, where we are invited to investigate ourselves through the lens of “relationship” — i.e. when we relate on a one-on-one level. Whatever we haven’t mastered from the six signs that precede Libra, we bring to all of our relationships, attracting people into our lives who mirror back to us our relationship with ourselves. It invites us to see all of our issues, resolve them, and become whole.

Ask yourself: Where does emotional trauma or past experiences show up in my relationships? What is asking to be cleared? What “cellular memories” might my cells now be ready to release? What if harmony and peace were mine to create within me first?

The Libra energy encourages us to see both sides of a situation and find the middle path (or better yet, a win-win). In order to reconcile opposite energies, we need to seek the highest and best outcome for everyone involved — in other words, we need to see everyone as equally deserving — including ourselves.

Libra also represents the quest for the reconciliation of opposites, especially our masculine and feminine, active and receptive sides. Opposites attract in order to become whole. To achieve unity, we have to integrate these dichotomies — but usually, we tend to identify with one end of a polarity and project the other onto other people, or groups of people.

Ask yourself: What does “treating others fairly” mean to me? What does “being treated fairly” mean to me? If I could envision the “ideal” relationship, what would that look like to me? Could I give myself permission to drop my expectations and my “shoulds” around relationships just for right now?

What might be a first step towards relationships that honor both parties equally? How might honoring myself contribute to that result? What might be possible if I gave myself permission to approve of myself, right here, right now — for no particular reason — “just because”?

The New Moon squares Pluto in Capricorn and quincunxes Neptune in Pisces: As best as you can, make some inner and outer adjustments and find creative ways to work with the energies in play:

On the one hand, as best as you can, collaborate with others and play nice, on the other hand, be authentic and truthful about what you want to build long-term. We may want to connect with others and also need to tune in to our intuitive inner voice.

Ask yourself: What do I hear when I get really quiet?

We may have to make some changes or adjustments to long-term goals and perhaps our relationships. As best as you can, be open to receiving feedback from others while remaining connected to what empowers you, and allow your intuitive voice to come through and guide you.

Ask yourself: How might resting, daydreaming, meditation, or my imagination help me feel more empowered and accomplished?

If you feel pressured into doing something, or feel a power-struggle building, get as centered and grounded as you’re able, then use your creativity to craft win/win situations.

Ask yourself: What if this were a major growth opportunity in disguise? What might be possible if I could bring 5% more acceptance to those parts of myself that I have rejected because I feared disapproval? Could I let go of wanting to control another person’s experience so I can feel better myself? What if “FEAR” was absent? How would I proceed then?

Pluto is now direct but still exalted; we have been more aware of its impact on us, and this can sometimes cause discomfort. We are being asked to hang out with that discomfort until the planet picks up speed again around Oct. 12th.

As best as you can, take a closer look at whatever has been “in your face” for the past 3 weeks: what might no longer be in alignment with your deep, authentic, emotional Self — especially in relation to long-term goals and your standing in society?

Ask yourself: Where am I holding on, out of fear? What habits, behaviors, or fears are holding me back from feeling fully empowered from within?

Pluto brings the temptation to obsess over long-term goals, out of a fear that there won’t be enough recognition, progress, results, achievements, ability to provide, etc… As best as you can, remember you’re always accomplishing things and making progress — even if it’s not visible yet. Self-care is a very important component in this — in fact, without it, we can’t accomplish much — we’re always behind the eight-ball.

Ask yourself: What does self-care look like for me? What nurtures me? What helps me bring my “A-game”? What role does rest and recreation play in my ability to achieve my highest potential and play a meaningful part in society?

Venus, the ruler of Libra, is currently in Scorpio. She has just started her 6-week Retrograde phase and therefore is also still exalted in the sky. Venus connects us to our heart chakra; in this particular placement, she invites us to go deeper and connect more authentically to our emotional body, especially important when it comes to connecting with others. This will be an internal, intuitive process for the next 6 weeks, in which we reevaluate our motivations in intimate and financial partnerships.

Superficiality is not an option with this placement; we want to dig deeper. The questions that arise here are: Why am I attracted to certain relationships? How acceptable is it for me to share my deepest fears with others? What am I afraid to share? How close is too close? How close is not close enough? What are other people’s motivations? Why are they in it? How can keep my heart open whilst looking to empower myself and others?

Venus in Scorpio seems fearless when it comes to intimacy. We are intensely loyal at this time and will expect the same from our partner — mistrust is the biggest obstacle in forming and sustaining relationships at this time. We need to cut through all the fluff, as we can see others exactly for who they are– it’s like having X-ray vision of the heart. As best as you can, honor this by being straight with others, especially if it’s someone with whom you have (or want to have) a romantic relationship.

Ask yourself: Am I experiencing a lack of intimacy? What demands my attention when it comes to shared resources? What fears or concerns are showing up for me? How do I protect myself from re-experiencing past pains or traumas? Could I give myself permission to simply observe those self-protective methods when they show up? What if I kept my heart open and my mind soothed, as best as I am able?

If you missed my Forecasting Forum on Sept. 27th about the Venus and Pluto Station phases, but still want to see how these major two planetary shifts are impacting you personally, I recommend you get the recording of this 90+min. webinar…

…And if you’d like to get a sense about the Venus Retrograde in general, feel free to watch my interview from Sept. 26th on “Healers Speak” with the lovely Sylvia Anais — click here

Venus in Scorpio trines Neptune in Pisces at the time of the New Moon. This gives us more compassion and empathy — perhaps even a sense of oneness — that can soften our intensity with others and make us more trusting. It also inspires creativity and the feeling of being guided by intuition.  Gentleness with others is the best way to harness this energy. This can be a magical time on a romantic and social level.

Are you looking for your Soulmate? This might be a good time to find them, as long as we remember that a true Soulmate is someone who supports our Soul’s Journey (and Soul’s Purpose), someone who challenges us to be more than we are currently allowing ourselves to be (this is true of both the inner and outer “journey”).

Ask yourself: What do I desire from another? What might unfold if I worked on having this connection with myself first? What qualities do I need to embody to attract an amazing energetic match? What stories and beliefs can I release now, that have kept me repeating unhealthy patterns in my relationships?

If this New Moon had a core message, it would be “as within, so without”. Look inside yourself and own all your projections — ask yourself: what have I disowned or rejected about myself? How do these traits show up in my relationships with others (both in desirable and undesirable ways)? What if I brought 5% more consciousness to the abandoned and rejected places inside of me? What if I sent them 5% more love?

As best as you can, seek mutually beneficial relationships without compromising your essential self, values and goals. Ask yourself: What does interconnectedness mean to me? How is it different from co-dependency?

Here’s a thought: what if, the more we could approve of ourselves, the easier it would get to create relationships that honor both parties equally? What might I do differently then? If you’d like to learn more about all this, check out my New Moon video

“We are in each other’s lives in order to help us see where we most need healing, and in order to help us heal.” ― Marianne Williamson

Do you have your Ascendant (or any personal planets) in one of the following placements: 14-18 degrees of Libra, Aries, Capricorn or Cancer? If so, you may feel the effects of this New Moon more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

The New Moon is also the best time to set some powerful intentions for this month’s Moon cycle. Intentions are best done soon after the New Moon becomes exact — and definitely not during a Moon void of course phase. So this month, the best time to set intentions would be for 5 hours, from 11:47pm Monday night (Oct. 8th) until 4:50am EDT Tuesday early morning (Oct. 9th); and then again on Wednesday (Oct.10th) all day until 11:47pm EDT.

If you live in a timezone other than EDT (US East Coast-time), feel free to join my Facebook Fan page or follow me on twitter. I will be posting reminders on Monday night, and Wednesday throughout the day, to let you know when it is time to set your intentions 😉

Tuesday (Oct. 9th): the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Monday for details).

Monday night/Tuesday very early morning: Mars reaches 9º of Aquarius, coming out of its Shadow phase. We are entering new territory and are now ready to take actions on future visions and move forward with our aspirations for progress. Ask yourself: What area of my life is ready for progress? What would a breakthrough look like for me at this time?

Tuesday at 4:50am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 19 hours, until 12:09am EDT (Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning). Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments and find creative ways to work with the energies at play: On the one hand, as best as you can, collaborate with others and play nice, on the other hand, be authentic and truthful about what you want to build long-term.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Tuesday all day and evening ahead of time.

Tuesday late morninga somewhat challenging Mercury/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 11:21am EDT. We started to feel this aspect from Monday morning on, and it remains strong until Wednesday early afternoon. This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choice… so we need to develop inner awareness.

This boils down to feeling “stumped” — we feel like we can’t get our head around things, or make decisions.  As best as you can, be kind and compassionate to yourself. Ask yourself: Could I hang out with the inner discomfort this is stirring up, just for right now?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 28-29 degrees of Libra, Pisces, or 0-1 degrees of Scorpio or Aries? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo).

Tuesday late evening, at 8:40pm EDT, Mercury changes signs from harmony-seeking Libra to passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until Oct. 31st. During those 3 weeks, we have the ability to focus on what’s most important to us on a deep emotional level.

We can get to the very heart of any matter at this time (especially through conversation). We are more passionate about giving valid advice or support. We are not satisfied with superficial connections right now — it’s all or nothing.

For that reason, our mental processes could get a little obsessive. We may also be more suspicious and expect bad intentions. It’s a time that favors reading or writing about intrigue, mystery, and hidden motives. Mercury in Scorpio loves anything that challenges the brain and therefore we are often interested in what makes people tick during this time.

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will feel a greater need for investigating deeper emotional issues or motives. Do you have your Ascendent or Sun-sign in Scorpio? If so, you will most likely feel more chatty and mentally alert for the next 3 weeks.

Wednesday (Oct. 10th) very early morning, at 12:09am EDT, the Moon moves into passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until Friday morning. We feel things deeply and have “X-Ray Vision” and “Bullshit-Smelling Abilities” 😉

Emotional authenticity is extremely important to us at this time; anything less than 100% emotional honesty could be perceived as flat-out dishonest. Once we feel safe trusting someone, we want to merge with them, preferably forever… as long as our trust is never betrayed.

The Moon in Scorpio urges us to uncover our own power. This occurs by a process of subtraction — it urges us to let go of whatever disempowers us. It’s thus an excellent time to look at “old” fears, limiting habits or emotional attachments, especially those stemming from past traumas.

Moon in Scorpio tends to run right over ambiguity — it’s “in or out”, “with us or against us”, “love me or leave me”. It can be stormy — a cold winter storm, or a torrid tropical storm of passion, depending on how we “work” the energies 🙂

Manipulation and paranoia are the lower vibrations of this aspect, so best as you are able, be straightforward — act in good faith and assume it in others. Best of all, be truly present to the fluctuations of your feelings — no matter if they’re “polite” or “timely”. Feelings aren’t facts, but they are information — and heeding them will help you embrace all of who you are.

Know thyself — and love thyself — you shall be set free. Remember: Love connects us to the Power within; Fear causes “Force” to show up — and that’s ultimately what disempowers us and others.

Wednesday afternoon, a Mercury/Uranus opposition becomes exact at 1:36pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Monday evening on, it will remain strong until Friday morning. We are better off thinking outside the box for those four days. We want to change a life situation (or intimate relationship) that is out of alignment with who we now want to be.

Our minds may feel overwhelmed by what all this means, especially as it relates to our intimate relationships or financial partnerships. Stay calm, as best as you can: Sudden or rash decisions might backfire. Do your best to ground all your thinking, connect to your body, and allow yourself to fully receive any new insights.

We are very likely to feel quite nervous or anxious at this time, as we become aware of what’s not working for us anymore — and the itch to move forward and realize a new vision feels very strong. It may well be true that something needs to change — but we must take care not to rush into anything.

Think back to mid-May (2018), when Mercury aligned with Uranus in 29º of Aries/0º of Taurus: What got started around then? With Mercury opposing Uranus now, we can start to see the fruits of the seeds that were planted back then — or at least are more aware of how far we have come. In other words: What has emerged since mid-May of this year?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 0-4 degrees of Scorpio, Taurus, Aquarius, Leo or in 28-29 degrees of Libra, Aries, Capricorn, or Cancer? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aquarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius).

Wednesday late evening, a challenging Venus/Mars aspect becomes exact at 10:29pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Friday evening (Oct. 5th) on, it will remain strong until Sunday evening. Due to the Venus Retrograde phase, we experience this aspect several times:

The first time was Sept. 3rd-13th. Think back to those ten days, and ask yourself: Is it possible that there’s something that’s been suppressed for a while (especially around my intimate relationships)? Might it now need to be processed? What am I open to receiving? What calls for action? What might a healthy approach for both the mental and emotional body look like?

This aspect asks that we stretch ourselves with regard to the feminine/masculine dynamic as it manifests both “inside” and “outside”: A shift needs to occur.

This can show up in several ways, either through romantic and sexual tensions that we might experience with others. We may tease each other, flirt with each other and/or play hard to get.

Or we may find ourselves arguing in a very passionate way with the opposite sex. Competitiveness, anger, frustration, or angst might be present. Either way, this can be a very passionate time. Balancing and integrating masculine and feminine energies within ourselves would be very useful at this time.

If we are experiencing these energies internally, we might want to deepen our emotional connections with others — but also want to pursue our vision, and find like-minded people who could share it with us. The challenge here might be that we want to feel desired and have intimacy (i.e.emotional depth), while also “getting ahead” and doing things in the world with others, thus bringing about a future that we can feel excited about (i.e. visionary, mental desires). What if you made room for both of these energies?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or personal planets in 7-13 degrees of Scorpio, Aquarius, Leo, or Taurus ? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra, or Aries (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Mars is the ruler of Aries).

Thursday (Oct. 11th): the Moon remains in passionate, all or nothing Scorpio all day (see Wednesday very early morning for details).

Thursday late morning, we feel good about making deeper connections; we’ll have an opportunity to become fully committed to a project or task, something that might serve us long-term.

Thursday at 7:12pm EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 10.5 hours, until 5:53am EDT (Friday morning). Use this intuitive time to connect with others on a deep emotional level, and explore greater truths about your ability to make those authentic connections.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Thursday evening until Friday morning ahead of time.

Thursday night/Friday very early morning, a challenging Sun/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 12:11am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Monday evening on, it will remain strong until Sunday evening.  What we identify ourselves with could now be challenged. This aspect forces us to confront our will, power, assertion, and authority.

Coming into focus now: the relationship with a father- or other important male-figures. We may face the need to be more independent, assertive, and autonomous.

We may alienate others with a controlling, jealous, or overbearing manner. This manner stems from a deep fear of letting go and surrendering to the idea that some things cannot be directed or controlled. We are learning to detach from (let go of) something or someone that no longer serves us — the “something” could include attitudes.

This fear may also lead us to compulsive, suspicious, or difficult behavior, costing us the very thing that we hold dear. As best as you can, open yourself up to the power of love within. When you do, you will discover your own strength, and rework your very identity. Perhaps most importantly, this aspect puts us face to face with exactly what’s been holding us back from leading a fuller, more meaningful life.

We may have to make some changes or adjustments between our immediate personal desires and our long-term goals. As best as you can, be open to receiving feedback from others during this time.

If you feel pressured into doing something or you feel a power struggle build, as best as you can, get centered, get grounded and open your heart and mind. This aspect is a major growth opportunity for us: we struggle with buried elements of our personality and ego, learning to face, accept and transform them.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-22 degrees of Libra, Capricorn, Aries or Cancer? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Scorpio (the Sun is the ruler of Leo; Pluto rules Scorpio).

Friday (Oct. 12th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio and VoC until 5:53am EDT (see Wednesday very early morning and Thursday evening for details).

Friday early morning, an opportune Mercury/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 4:20am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Wednesday evening on, it will remain strong until Saturday morning. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for our thinking structures and be really honest with ourselves.

How can we get the most from this opportunity? By allowing ourselves to go deeper as we investigate our fear-based thinking or self-defeating behaviors. Commit to understanding your conditioning and thinking processes.

If we take this chance to see things more clearly and connect to ourselves more deeply, we could get a good dose of reality, and an ability to focus on long-term issues. Remember: opportunities are openings; they aren’t necessarily handed to us — we have to “take” them and make something of them.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 1-6 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces or Virgo? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Capricorn (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Saturn rules Capricorn)

Friday morning, at 5:53am EDT, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, where it will journey until Sunday afternoon. We’re strongly motivated to explore and learn. We’re not likely to be big fans of routine — diversity and new adventures work best at this time — we’re also physically restless and need to burn that off with activity and physical exercise.

We tend to feel more open, optimistic and inspired — but we also have a high degree of independence — and taking these two influences together, this means we’d rather inspire others to do things our way, as opposed to issuing or obeying orders. Inspiring others could come easier than normal, as we can see the bigger picture, leaving us confident that others will agree with us, once they see what we see.

As best as you can, speak your truth without assuming that everyone is on the same page as you. Improvisation works well for us at this time, as we are spontaneous and love living on the edge — just watch out you aren’t overdoing or overstating things.

Also on Friday, Pluto resumes its normal pace through the sky – ending its station. What has come up in the last three weeks around long-term goals? How empowered or disempowered do you feel about them? Now is a good time to move forward. Empower yourself and others, keep your heart wide open, tap into your inner strength and passion for your projects and long-term goals. Ask yourself: What if fear was not present? What would I do then?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 17-21 degrees of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer or Libra? If so, you will feel this station more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Scorpio (Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio).

Saturday (Oct. 13th): the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Friday morning for details).

Saturday between 3:06am and 8:58pm EDT, it’s a good time to start taking actions on our New Moon intentions: if you set Intentions Monday night, or at some point on Wednesday — early this week, after the New Moon became exact — today will be the best time to take relevant actions. If you wrote your intentions down, go back and take another look at what came through intuitively. If you didn’t write anything down, get quiet for a moment and check in with yourself: What actions are calling to me?

Saturday morning: we may need to make some adjustments. As best you can, honor both your need for adventure and exploration of life and your need to go within. You may feel a pull between introvert and extrovert, or simply fast and slow. Tune in for a moment and see if you need to take a break or at least slow down a little. As best as you can, be compassionate and kind to yourself.

Saturday at 8:58pm EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that lasts for a little over 18 hours, until 3:17pm EDT Sunday afternoon.  Use this intuitive time to have an adventure with others and do things that help you explore something new. Follow your desire for personal growth and expansion as far as possible.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Saturday late evening until Sunday afternoon ahead of time.

Sunday (Oct. 14th): the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius and VoC until 3:17pm EDT (see Friday morning for details).

Sunday at 3:17pm EDT, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Wednesday early morning (Oct. 17th).

Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn; it is currently transiting through its own sign, making this a great time to take look at your long-term aspirations and anything that you would like to master over the next three years.

Also, on Sunday, after 3:17pm EDT, it’s still a good time to take actions on our New Moon intentions: if you set Intentions Monday night, or at some point on Wednesday — early this week, after the New Moon became exact — today will be the best time to take relevant actions. If you wrote your intentions down, go back and take another look at what came through intuitively. If you didn’t write anything down, get quiet for a moment and check in with yourself: What actions are calling to me?

Last but not least for Sunday: although she’s still retrograde in Scorpio, Venus resumes her normal pace through the sky, ending her Station phase. What has come up in the last 2.5 weeks around relationships, finances, social interactions, and what you want to attract into your life? How closely are you in touch with having an empowering relationship to yourself, others and shared resources? The retrograde phase is a good time to do some internal work in this area (the retrograde ends on Nov.16th).

A heads-up for next Monday (Oct. 15th): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Sunday afternoon for details. The Moon in Capricorn sextiles Venus in Scorpio, exact at 9:05am EDT. Monday late afternoon, a Mercury/Venus alignment in almost 8 degrees of Scorpio becomes exact at 4:21pm EDT; we started to feel this aspect build from Oct. 13th on, it will remain strong until Oct. 17th. And at 7:26pm EDT, the Moon in Capricorn sextiles Neptune in Pisces. More about the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

Oct. 1st – 7th

Completion or Change — Forecast for Oct. 1st – 7th

This week’s headline items: the last Quarter Moon in Cancer becomes exact on Tuesday early morning, Venus comes to a halt on Friday afternoon — starting her 6-week Retrograde phase — and the Balsamic Moon phase begins on Friday evening.

There will be four Moon VoC phases this week: Monday until 2pm EDT; Wednesday early morning (for a little over 12.5 hours), Friday morning (for almost 12 hours), and Sunday late morning for a little over 11 hours).

One quick announcement, before we get to this week’s forecast:
If you missed my Forecasting Forum last week about the current Venus & Pluto Station phases, and the upcoming Venus Retrograde phase, but still want to see how these major two planetary shifts are impacting you personally, I recommend you get the recording of this 90+min. webinar — and for this week only, use discount code 20%OFF at check out.

…And if you’d like to get a sense about the Venus Retrograde in general, feel free to watch my interview from last week on “Healers Speak” with the lovely Sylvia Anais: click here

Now, this week’s Forecast:

Monday (Oct. 1st): the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini and VoC until 2:00pm EDT. Until the afternoon, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible. “Busy” feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way…

The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead 🙂 And of course, since we also have a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow.

Monday at 2:00pm EDT, the Moon moves into protective, nurturing Cancer, where it will journey until Wednesday late afternoon. With this Moon placement, we are more sensitive to what people say and therefore our feelings are more easily hurt — so be kind to yourself and others. Self-Care is key for the next two-and-a-half days 😉

Emotional safety is important to us as well; we like connecting to the familiar and we enjoy nurturing ourselves and others — home and family call to us, for instance. Make sure though, that your glass is filled before letting others drink from it, or you might start to feel drained and resentful. This Moon placement also starts the build-up towards the last Quarter Moon (exact Tuesday early morning).

Monday evening: we may experience authoritarian or rigid attitudes, both toward and from others. This could create some tension or oppositional behaviors — so, as best you can, remain flexible and practice self-care, doing your best to take care of your emotional and physical body — that way, you’ll remain able to…

…stay grounded in reality.

Tuesday (Oct. 2nd): the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer all day (see Monday afternoon for details).

Tuesday early morning, at 5:45am EDT, the last Quarter Moon becomes exact in 9 degrees of Cancer. We started to feel this aspect from the moment the Moon entered Cancer Monday afternoon. The Moon in protective, nurturing Cancer makes a challenging aspect to the Sun harmony-oriented, idealistic Libra. This may bring challenges; however, it also energizes us to face what demands completion or change.

This Moon phase brings us closer to Oct. 8th’s New Moon in Libra. During the last Quarter Moon, we are better served by reviewing existing projects, rather than launching new ones. Out of those projects, what needs last-minute adjustments? What did you discover over the past three weeks? What did it mean for you? As best as you can, find creative solutions for anything that comes up (whether internally, or with others).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 7-11 degrees of Cancer, Libra, Capricorn or Aries? If so, you will feel this month’s last Quarter Moon quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (given that the Sun rules Leo and the Moon rules Cancer).

Tuesday evening, a challenging Mercury/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 8:03pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week Sunday evening on, it will remain strong until Thursday evening. This aspect creates some tension in our lives. We may feel anxious or stressed by one or more situations or interactions to do with one-on-one relationships.

We are being invited to grow and make some changes in our lives, particularly in terms of our thinking processes. We are being asked to find creative solutions and be completely honest with ourselves and others. The best way to achieve this is by the continual practice of self-care and self-nurturing.

We have tremendous focus and drive right now, which can tip into obsession. With this aspect, an all-or-nothing attitude is very likely: choose love over fear whenever possible. Not many people enjoy being second-guessed all the time, yet that is something that we are inclined to do now.

However, our determination to get to the bottom of any matter, to rip away falsehoods and expose true motives, can be used for good if we employ it in our work, for example, in regards to investigations or research. This is an opportunity to learn to harness our intense mental energy and apply it productively. We are also capable of very hard work, focus and effort now.

We have a great love of debate but should be careful that we don’t overpower others with our strong opinions, attempting to “convert” them to our frame of mind, or treat regular exchanges of opinion as battlegrounds. Connect to others, empowering them with what you feel passionate about. Choose your words carefully, from a deeply connected and empowered place.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 15-22 degrees of Libra, Capricorn, Aries or Cancer? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Scorpio (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Pluto rules Scorpio).

Wednesday (Oct. 3rd): the Moon remains in protective, nurturing Cancer until 5:12pm EDT (see Monday afternoon for details).

Wednesday at 4:33am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for a little over 12.5 hours, until 5:12pm EDT.

You may also want to plan Wednesday early morning until late afternoon ahead of time.

Wednesday at 5:12pm EDT, the Moon moves into fun and attention-loving Leo, where it will journey until Friday evening. We have a chance to appreciate ourselves and our lives — and to connect to the heart. Hand out as many compliments as possible, they will be deeply appreciated 🙂

Fun, games, and romance are a big part of this energy. You might also enjoy spending time with little ones. What are you most grateful for today? What would be heaps of fun? What would be so much fun, you squeak just thinking about it?

Thursday (Oct. 4th): the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day (see Wednesday late afternoon for details)

Thursday late morning: we feel a need for fun, acknowledgments, and playful adoration, … and also for deep, emotionally authentic connections to others. As best as you can, get creative!

Thursday early afternoon: there is an opportunity to have fun connecting with others and doing things that bring us joy. Follow your heart, as much as possible.

Thursday late afternoon/early evening: we are invited to make some internal adjustments. We may want to have some fun, but may also need to tune in to our intuitive inner voice. What do you hear when you get really quiet?

Friday (Oct. 5th): the Moon remains in fun and attention-loving Leo all day until 7:19pm EDT (see Wednesday late afternoon for details).

Friday at 7:34am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for almost 12 hours, until 7:19pm EDT.  We are experiencing two quite different needs, pulling us in different directions: On the one hand, we feel a strong need to have fun and be creative or self-expressed.

On the other hand, we want to explore deep, authentic — even intimate — connections to ourselves or others. Do your best to use this intuitive time to make adjustments, slow things down a little, and find creative solutions that honor both drives.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday morning until the evening ahead of time.

Friday afternoon, at 3:04pm EDT, Venus comes to a halt in almost 11 degrees of Scorpio and starts her 6-week retrograde phase, which lasts until Nov. 16th. This brings any relationship, self-worth and financial issues to the forefront — and we’re ready to take a close look at those things from the inside out. It also brings a tremendous amount of awareness to what we value and how we relate to others and ourselves.

We are more eager to dig deeper on an emotional level, and have deeper, more empowering connections with others, but may feel unable to do so. We are also likely more aware of passion in our relationships (or the lack thereof).

Pay attention to what’s “in your face” right now: What’s important to me? Where do I over-value something? Where do I feel undervalued? What are my emotional impulses telling me? What needs to be brought back into balance in my life? What role does “passion” and “emotional authenticity” play in all of this?

Venus will be moving slower (stationing) until Oct. 14th. Until then, we can expect our focus to be drawn to what we have, and what we lack; this is especially true of intimate and financial partnerships, sexual relationships, our relationship to past traumas, and anywhere we feel a desire for empowerment.

As best as you can, look and listen, and take it all in.

During the next 6 weeks, we are being asked to reevaluate our passion for life and relationship to our “inner world”. This is a great time for resolving financial or relationship issues: We are going to get the chance to take a real good look at what we value in others, within ourselves, and in our world.

Use the Venus retrograde phase to align the inner and outer world. Here are some questions you can use for the entire retrograde:

Do I value my relationship with myself? Could I take that to the next level? Do my intimate partnerships align with my values? How about my financial partnerships?  Am I able to feel fully empowered in my various relationships? What is my relationship to “past traumas”?

We also covered the Venus Station and Retrograde phase in more detail in our last Forecasting Forum — if you want to know how this planetary movement is impacting you personally, feel free to purchase the video-recording of the last webinar — we applied the Venus Retrograde, Venus and Pluto Station phases to our own birth charts! Click here to purchase the recording of this webinar — remember to apply your discount code: 20%OFF (discount only available until Oct. 7th).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 0-13 degrees of Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, Aquarius, or 23-29 degrees of Libra, Aries, Cancer or Capricorn? Do you have your Sun-sign or Rising-sign in Libra or Taurus? If so, you will be more affected by this retrograde phase over the next 6 weeks.

Friday at 7:19pm EDT, the Moon moves into detail-oriented, practical Virgo, where it will journey until Sunday late evening; turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome.

Last but not least, also on Friday evening, the Balsamic Moon phase begins when the Moon reaches almost 1º of Virgo. This phase lasts until late Monday evening when the New Moon in Libra becomes exact (more on that next week… In the meantime, feel free to watch my video on the subject — will be posted by Tuesday, Oct. 2nd).

Saturday (Oct. 6th): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day (see Friday evening for details).

Saturday morning calls for some inner adjustments. We feel uneasy or awkward and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, the desire to engage in humanitarian causes — and on the other hand, the need to tend to our daily routines.

Saturday afternoon is an opportunity to get organized, improve daily routines, and develop more awareness of how that all fits in with your intimate connections to others.

Saturday evening: seek a balance between head and heart, facts and faith, reason and intuition. That said, if you can achieve that balance, it’s a great day for being of service.

Sunday (Oct. 7th): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo until 9:10pm EDT (see Friday evening for details).

Sunday late morning, at 10:03am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for a little over 11 hours, until 9:10pm EDT. Take this intuitive time as an opportunity to take a look at your daily routines and explore whether they feel empowering to you.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Sunday late morning until the late evening ahead of time.

Sunday late morning, a somewhat challenging Sun/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 11:17am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Saturday morning on, it will remain strong until Monday morning (Oct. 8th).  This aspect feels “internal” — inner unease and awkwardness — and we need to make a choice. Given that it is an internal issue, we need to develop an inner awareness, if we’re to see what needs adjusting.

Our energy tends to be unrealistically directed — and our sense of self may actually change as we learn that we have wrongly assessed important situations. Our self-trust could take a hit at this time.

Due to our high ideals, we may take on more than we can physically handle — if we start to feel drained or frustrated, it might be helpful to look at the overall direction we are taking. Do your best to rest and have some quiet time along with your interactions with others.

It is also worthwhile to look for how our ideas are being received by others: Can we involve them in creating/realizing our dreams? Perhaps we are not sure whether we want to keep dreaming our dream privately or share it with others… As best as you can, slow down: where there is spaciousness, there is flow; where there is flow, there is effortless creation.

Do you have your Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-16 degrees of Libra or Pisces? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Pisces (the Sun rules of Leo; Neptune rules Pisces).

Sunday at 9:10pm EDT, the Moon moves into harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Tuesday night/Wednesday very early morning. The energy of the Libra Moon helps us be naturally courteous and diplomatic; we are more polite at this time, as we seek the approval of others.

We very much want to maintain equal, fair relationships at this time, and are therefore open to making compromises and negotiating.

This Moon placement also starts the build-up towards the New Moon (exact Monday night – Oct 8th). Feel free to watch my New Moon video, if you haven’t seen it yet (will be posted by Tuesday, Oct.2nd)

Sunday night/Monday all day is also the last 24 hours before the New Moon becomes exact. This is a great time to let go of what no longer serves us. As best as you can, avoid jumping the gun: Rather than launching into brand-new endeavors or connections, wait until a couple of days has passed after the New Moon. Some of us might feel a little anxious or nervous today: As best as you can, get quiet and go within… Listen to the silence between the sounds… Find peace in the connection with your innermost and truest Self.

A heads up for next Monday (Oct. 8th): the Moon remains in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra all day (see Sunday late evening for details). At 11:47pm EDT, the New Moon becomes exact in almost 16 degrees of Libra; the Moon aligns with the Sun in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra. More about the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

Now, this week’s Forecast:

Monday (Sept. 24th): the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces until 7:04pm EDT.

Feelings tend to flow more freely; as best as you can, let them — in fact, “going with the flow” is the best way to go for the rest of the day.

Monday at 1:26am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for a little over 17.5 hours, until 7:04pm EDT.

You may also want to plan Monday all day until the evening ahead of time.

Monday afternoon, a somewhat challenging Sun/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 3:09pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week Sunday evening (Sept. 23rd) on, it will remain strong until this Tuesday evening (Sept. 25th) . This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choice… so we need to develop inner awareness.

An unexpected turn of events could leave us uneasy or unsettled. How flexible could you be, if you really tried? What needs to be shifted internally, so you can stay open and aligned with your unique, divine values?

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 0-3 degrees of Libra or Taurus ? If so, you may be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aquarius or Leo (the Sun rules Leo; Uranus rules Aquarius)

Monday at 7:04pm EDT, the Moon moves into pioneering, fast-paced Aries, where it will journey until Thursday very early morning; this Moon placement starts the build up towards the Full Moon, exact later in the evening.

Monday at 10:52pm EDT, the Sun opposes the Moon in 2 degrees of Aries. The entrance of the Moon into Aries earlier this evening started the energetic build up towards the Full Moon. The Moon in pioneering, fast-paced Aries makes an opposition to the Sun in harmony-loving, balance-seeking Libra.

Generally, a Full Moon brings our attention to our “emotional body”, increasing our awareness of what has been suppressed or ignored. If you are a site Member, you may also want to watch my video on the subject

For this Full Moon, and indeed much of this month, our attention is directed toward creating more balance in our lives and more peace in our world.

The Aries/Libra polarity directs that awareness to the roles we identify with in our various one-on-one relationships — and this Full Moon is thus a call to take action on those roles, perhaps even heal them. In particular, it brings the focus to…

… “independence”: Ask yourself: Where do I need to be more assertive? More accommodating? Where have I been too independent? Too dependent? What roles or contracts need to be revisited or healed?

This also involves the balance of feminine and masculine energies within ourselves, our relationships, and our world. Ask: Where have these energies gone out of balance? What happens when there is too much masculine? Too much feminine?

The Moon in Aries aligns with Chiron; this brings a need for healing to this Lunation: we’re being asked to take a look at “old” wounds and patterns that we remain attached to — especially in relationship to the denser masculine energies (anger, domination, violence) and around self-identity.

As best as you can, start releasing these patterns by bringing complete love and acceptance to their origins. Being human is seldom ideal. Being a spirit being in a human body can feel extremely limiting. This is not only true for ourselves, it is also true for everyone who came before us (ie. our ancestors), as well as everyone who is currently alive. Having limitations is part of being human!

For the next 2 weeks, ask yourself: What if I chose this body? What limitations have I experienced in it (physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual)? What might I have inherited from my ancestors? What if I brought complete love and acceptance to my human Self?

What pain am I identifying with? What if I fully embraced the memory of that pain? What if, just as an experiment, I chose to see it as a stepping stone to the human that I have become, that I currently am? How might embracing my own limitations benefit others? What about my past woundings? My humanity?

Something else to bear in mind about this Full Moon: the Sun is not only in opposition to the Moon and Chiron in Aries, it also aligns with Mercury in Libra

This is a call for exploration of loving, equal, mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships — and a good time to resolve conflicts, especially within our one-on-one relationships. Ask yourself: What is calling to be resolved?

We also have a T-Square in this Full Moon chart: an opposition between the Chiron/Moon combo in Aries and the Mercury/Sun combo in Libra, which both Square Saturn in Capricorn. We are invited to become more aware of our own personal triggers when communicating with others, and to take responsibility for how we deal with them.

Triggers are usually connected to childhood experiences, and will “regress” us into the past developmentally, so that we deal with the current situation using only the resources that were available to us at the time the trigger originated — as that wounded child.

As best as you can, observe what you experience in your interactions with others, and let your inner adult be mindful of the inner wounding that’s being exposed — without “should-ing” on yourself. In other words, as best as you can, be kind to yourself whilst taking responsibility for your own triggers.

Ask yourself: When is my inner wounded child most likely to come to the surface? In other words, what triggers me?

What does my inner wounded child need from me, when it is at its most vulnerable or insecure? Can I give it a voice and allow it to be heard, without getting over-identified with it, and without shaming it?

How might a healthy parent approach a child that has been shamed for being different, or for being more sensitive than average — however this shows up (i.e. on a physical, emotional, mental or spiritual level)?

Ask yourself: What if I was inherently already (and always) enough? How might it benefit me to slow down, notice where I am at, and give myself time to get to the next place — especially when it comes to self-healing issues, professional accomplishments and within relationships?

The empty leg of this T-Square point to an early degree of Cancer. This invites us to be an adult about nurturing ourselves — to make sure we get plenty of rest, healthy nourishment, and affection.

For the next 2 weeks, ask yourself: If I focused on all of the above (i.e. plenty of rest, nourishment and affection), how might this impact my journey towards healing and wholeness? How can I nurture myself to the point that I am at once connected to others and yet completely independent?

Could I be 5% easier on myself and still take responsibility for how I show up (both in “the world” and within my various relationships)? How much more might I achieve if I focused on self-care first?

Mars (the ruler of Aries) is currently in Aquarius making a Square to Venus (the ruler of Libra), currently in Scorpio. This dynamic asks us to shift our current relationship to the masculine and feminine energies within ourselves. Going deeper to understand our relationship to the feminine will serve us at this time, as will a detached approach to the psychological and emotional traumas we have experienced around the feminine energies — whether they be on a personal or social level.

Ask yourself: What’s been my relationship to receiving from others? To allowing things to be what they are? To “being without doing”? What about asserting myself, going after something, or being actively engaged with life and others? Do I have a preference? Do I have judgments or shame associated with any of these? What might a shift towards integration of these two poles look like?

Mars aligns with the South Node in Aquarius, trines the Sun/Mercury alignment in Libra, sextiles the Moon/Chiron alignment in Aries, and squares Uranus in Taurus. This tells us that if we release or redefine our need to fit in and belong, we can find a more balanced approach in our relationships. We are also invited to stay detached in our social dealing with others and honor our own individuality without making anyone else wrong for being different.

Ask yourself: How could I honor my own values and allow others theirs — and respect their choices? Are other people’s choices really about me? Could I give their “choosing” the space that it needs, so I can honor what’s important to me, without taking things personally?

What if we found a new balance of masculine and feminine? How might my own inner balance of masculine and feminine energies contribute to this collective evolution?

On the day of the Full Moon, the Sun in Libra quincunxes Uranus in Taurus; this indicates a certain degree of restlessness and energetic discomfort in our interactions with others. Ask yourself: How flexible could I be for the next two weeks, if I really tried? What needs to be shifted internally, so I can stay open and aligned with my unique talents and preferences?

One day after the Full Moon becomes exact, two major things will happen:

  1. Due to its retrograde phase, Chiron will re-enter Pisces until Feb. 18th, 2019; this invites us to complete any healing around past wounds to our emotional, intuitive, and spiritual “bodies”. Chiron was in Pisces from 2011 until April of this year, and now retraces the degrees of Pisces it already visited between March 11th and April 16th. Think back to that time, and ask yourself:

What was my relationship to Source (or to my intuitive Self) at that time? What feelings needed to be felt on a collective level? What is something that needs to be revisited, when it comes to my feeling body? To my energetic connection with everything around me?

(Feel free to read more about this transit in Tuesday’s post 😉

2. Venus in Scorpio starts her Station phase only one day after the Full Moon becomes exact — she is preparing to come to a halt and start her 6-week Retrograde phase on Oct. 5th. We will address the Venus station and retrograde phase in more detail in our next Forecasting Forum (live on Sept. 27th)… And if you would like to find out how this might impact you personally, join us!

If you are already a Star or SuperStar Member watch out for an email on the day of the webinar, as well as within 24 hours after the live event, to get links to join live or listen to the mp4-video presentation.

If you are a Universal Member, I’m extending a one-time invitation to join us at a discount: use code 20%OFF when registering — or take the plunge and upgrade to Star or Superstar Membership, so you can join us every month at no extra charge!

Pluto in Capricorn is exalted until Oct. 12th (due to its station phase); it sextiles Jupiter in Scorpio… This invites us to find new perspectives on old traumas. A positive attitude and deeper trust in our connections with others gives us the chance to build something meaningful and share our passions.

Pluto represents the process of our deepest empowerment — it’s where we face our worst fears, own our shadow (all that has been suppressed or denied), and align with our divine purpose. We may feel impatient (or even obsessive) right now about our career goals. How we relate to ourselves and others reveals how we deal with control, surrender, and trust.

Ask yourself: What am I most scared about, when it comes to my accomplishments? Am I allowing myself to listen to the deepest calling of my Soul? What might be possible if I trusted 5% more that I already have within me what it takes to accomplish what I desire deep down?

In addition to the Venus Station and Retrograde, we will address Pluto’s Station and direct motion in more detail in our upcoming Forecasting Forum on Sept. 27th. Feel free to join us live, or if you can’t make it to the live event, watch the mp4-video presentation, whenever is convenient for you. To register now, click here.

To sum it all up for this Full Moon: We are in a critical phase of our spiritual growth and healing processes, in which we are asked to release all that is holding us back: dysfunctional and restrictive relationships, addictions and negative habits, thought patterns, possessions that take up too much of our time and effort, etc. As best as you can, see this an an opportunity — allow, rather than resist 😉

Aries & Libra are both extroverted, social signs — and Saturn in Capricorn asks us to be mature and responsible in the world. In order to do that, we need to first bring a mature, responsible approach to our emotional body, and get clear about what we need to feel accomplished vs. what we feel we “should” accomplish.

Ask yourself: How might I be able to focus 5% more responsibly on my connection to my emotional body? To my inner roots? What would it look like to be self-reliant and grow and evolve with the support of others?

Keep in mind for the next two weeks: When we get plenty of rest, we can accomplish more, in less time!

If nothing else, do your best to remember that we all signed up for this journey to become a spiritual, fully human adult that exists in an ever-expanding, multidimensional realm of physicality… not always an easy feat…

That said, the strongest message of this Full Moon is definitely that of having a healthy relationship to our own inner feminine and masculine energies. Ask yourself: What if I already knew how to experience this balance? What if my inner sense of that balance was more valuable than what society tries to tell me about it?

Take a deep breath and allow yourself to see the irony and paradox of “life”. As best as you can, take responsibility for your thought-forms and for your feelings — remain open and nurture yourself, dig deeper to truly understand your own emotional needs, so you can connect to others and yourself from a place of strength and autonomy. For more details on this powerful Full Moon, click here and watch my video on the subject:

All this is especially true for those of us with personal planets or points in 0-4 degrees of Aries, Libra, Capricorn or Cancer (the personal planets are the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars; personal points are the Ascendent or MC).

Tuesday (Sept. 25th): the Moon remain in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Monday evening for details).

Tuesday evening, a challenging Sun/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 7:50pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Saturday evening (Sept. 22nd) on, it will remain strong until this Friday evening. We’re asked to stretch and grow beyond what we have previously known ourselves to be; our commitments and responsibilities towards others are calling us to get out of our comfort zone.

Find creative ways to honor both your various one-on-one relationships, and your desire to focus on your long-term goals; allow for a balanced approach even if life puts up roadblocks or throws some curveballs.

What if you simply knew that you could handle whatever shows up? Would you rather have old structures in place, or a more collaborative approach to achieving things? Would you rather achieve status or harmonious relationships? What if you just decided to bring maturity and self-responsibility to the table when dealing with others, no matter what?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-6 degrees of Libra, Capricorn, Aries, or Cancer? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Capricorn (the Sun rules Leo; Saturn rules Capricorn)

Tuesday evening, at 8:09pm EDT, Chiron, the Wounded Healer, re-enters Pisces (due to its current Retrograde phase); and it will remain in Pisces until February 18th, 2019. This invites us to complete any healing around our emotional, intuitive, and spiritual wounds.

Chiron was in Pisces from 2011 until April of this year; it now retraces the degrees of Pisces it visited between March 11th and April 16th, 2018. Think back to that time, and ask yourself:

What was my relationship to Source (or to my intuitive Self) at that time? What feelings needed to be felt on a collective level? What is something that needs to be revisited, when it comes to my feeling body, my inner divinity? To my energetic connection with everything around me?

With Chiron in Pisces the attention is directed to wounds around water. On a global and environmental level, this represents the wounds to our planet’s oceans. On a personal level, “water” represents our emotional and spiritual essence; Chiron in Pisces therefore directs our attention toward our emotional and spiritual wounds, those places inside us where we feel insecure, self-conscious or wounded. This can include the primal inner wound of abandonment — the place we feel most alone.

This is also the place where we have the greatest ability to develop compassion — this is the beauty and strength of this energy. We may feel “handicapped” in some way, but when we approach things on a holistic level, with compassionate awareness, we can heal our imperfections through acceptance — and thereby heal others who “suffer” with similar wounds.

We are invited once more to be more conscious of our intuitive/spiritual healing journey — individually and collectively 😉 We are being invited to forgive our own “humanness” and open our hearts. Suppressing or denying our feelings and intuitive gifts is even less recommended now.

There is no shame in feeling things, in being sensitive, in being imaginative and kind — not just with the people we love but publicly as well. We are invited to shift our perspective about “feelings” and “being sensitive”, from perceiving it as weakness, to allowing it to be our strength, our gift.

We are invited to embrace all of who we are (including our emotional body), if we are to fully function in this world — and if we are to create a world that supports all living things equally.

Think back over those last 7 years while Chiron was in Pisces and ask yourself: What have I learned about my relationship to my higher Self/intuition? In what ways have I been able to heal my relationship to the divine? What have I learned about the emotional body? About the energetic body?

Am I more in touch with my own intuition now, versus back then in 2011? What do I know about my emotional healing process that I didn’t know before then? What sensitivities or limitations have come up around the feeling-body? What still needs my love, understanding and compassion in those areas of my life?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in the following: 26-29 degreesof Pisces, Virgo, Gemini, Sagittarius, or 0 degrees of Aries, Libra, Capricorn, or Cancer? If so, you will be more affected by this transit over the next 4.5 months.

Also on Tuesday, Venus starts her Station phaseThe planet’s movement through the sky appears from Earth to be slowing down; it’s getting ready to come to a halt in almost 11 degrees of Scorpio and turn retrograde (for 6 weeks) on Oct. 5th.

The station brings all relationship, self-worth and financial issues to the forefront. This stationing period lasts until Oct 14th, bringing into focus what we do and don’t have; until then, we are more aware of our relationships or the lack thereof. This forces us to look at who we value (including ourselves) and at what is truly important to us in our intimate relationships and financial partnerships.

Ask yourself: Am I experiencing a lack of intimacy? What demands my attention when it comes to shared resources? What fears or concerns are showing up for me? In what ways am I trying to protect myself from re-experiencing past pains or traumas? Could I give myself permission to simply observe those methods and techniques when they show up? What if I kept my heart open and my mind soothed, as best as I can manage?

It’s important to pay attention to any messages we get during the station phase, because when Venus goes retrograde, we’ll get a chance to address these issues from the inside out.  We will address the Venus station and retrograde phase in more detail in our next Forecasting Forum (live this Thursday, Sept.

Is your Sun sign or Ascendant in Taurus or Libra? Or do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 8-12 degrees of Scorpio,Taurus, Leo or Aquarius? If so, you will feel a stronger connection to this Venus station.

Wednesday (Sept 26th): the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries all day (see Monday evening for details).

Wednesday at 6:28am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for almost 21 hours, until 3:16am EDT (Thursday very early morning).

You may also want to plan Wednesday all day and night ahead of time.

Wednesday late morning: an inner adjustment is needed, because we feel uneasy or awkward, and need to make a choice. Making this choice demands we develop inner awareness around two very different urges: on the one hand, our need for fast-moving actions and self-sufficiency, and on the other, a desire to explore our past emotional traumas or places of disempowerment — and afterward, view them in a different light.

Also, the window to sign up for Thursday’s FORECASTING FORUM closes on Thursday at 5pm EDT — for details, see at the top… (below the mention of this week’s Moon VoC phases)

If you would like to join live, please keep in mind that registration will close an hour before the live event begins, if you register after 5pm EDT on Thursday you will receive the mp4-video presentation of the webinar. Star and SuperStar Members, check your emails on Thursday, for the link to join!

Thursday (Sept. 27th): the Moon remains in pioneering, fast-paced Aries and VoC until 3:16am EDT (see Monday evening and Wednesday morning for details).

Thursday at 3:16am EDT, the Moon enters into steady, peaceful Taurus, where it will journey until Saturday morning. We love all physical comforts, prefer consistency, and would rather stick with what we know works well.

In other words: change is not our favorite thing and “rushing things” goes against our grain. What is our favorite thing for the next two days? It’s probably, slowing down and getting in touch with whatever delights our senses 😉

Thursday evening, a harmonious Sun/Mars aspect becomes exact at 7:34pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week Sunday evening (Sept 23rd) on, it will remain strong until next week, Wednesday evening (Oct. 3rd). This aspect lets us know that we could create connections that bring us a sense of community and belonging, if we were simply to bring conscious awareness to our actions, and create a vision of a future that supports all of us. It also brings a flow of intellectual stimulation that we can easily discuss and share with others.

We have powerful stores of energy right now that we can draw upon when needed. We respond to problems or challenges with a spirited and enthusiastic confidence that is admirable. We truly believe in equal opportunities and seem to be in love with life. When we express or experience competitiveness, or courage, it’s easy to smile and accept these traits as positive, rather than being rubbed the wrong way. We generally have good mental and physical vitality during this transit.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 2-8 degrees of Libra, Aquarius, or Gemini,? If so, you may feel more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Aries (the Sun rules Leo; Mars rules Aries).

Thursday before 5pm EDT is the very last chance to sign up for today’s FORECASTING FORUM. Please note we will address the Pluto station/direct movement, and Venus’s current station phase, and her retrograde phase that begins on Oct. 5th — in relationship to our own birth charts. If you want to know how this is going to impact you personally, join me live or sign up for the mp4-video presentation.

Friday (Sept. 28th): the Moon remains in steady, peaceful Taurus all day (see Thursday very early morning for details).

Friday early morning: we have an opportunity to meet our need for material comfort with a gentler, more intuitive approach.

Friday early to mid afternoon: we can potentially accomplish quite a bit: The Moon in Taurus makes a harmonious aspect to Pluto in Capricorn. Taurus and Capricorn are Earth signs, so getting down to business and focusing on the task at hand takes less effort than normal. We are able to tackle anything that requires a steady, sensible commitment, and maybe even implement financial or other practical strategies that support our long-term goals.

Friday at 6:36pm EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for almost 15 hours, until 9:26am EDT (Saturday morning). Use this intuitive time to balance your desire for comfort and security with your desire for deeper emotional connections with yourself and others.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday early evening until Saturday morning ahead of time.

Saturday (Sept. 29th): the Moon remain in steady, peaceful Taurus and VoC until 9:26am EDT (see Thursday very early morning and Friday early evening for details).

Saturday at 9:26am EDT, the Moon moves into chatty, versatile Gemini, where it will journey until Monday afternoon (Oct. 1st). For the next two days, we like to learn, connect and interact as much as possible. “Busy” feels good: connecting online, on the phone, or sharing face-to-face, preferably multi-tasking all the way… The one thing we can do without is boredom: If our mind is not engaged in some way, we might as well curl up and play dead 🙂

Saturday afternoon, we may experience some internal discomfort and need to make some inner adjustments. We feel nudged toward being responsible and building something that will last long-term.

Saturday evening, we feel an urge to make progress, and connect with others about our vision for the future.

Saturday late evening, has a socially active feel… Sharing ourselves, collaborating, and thinking things through with others comes easily.

Sunday (Sept. 30th): the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini all day (see Saturday late morning for details).

Sunday morning, a somewhat challenging Mercury/Neptune aspect becomes exact at 6:22am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Saturday evening on, it will remain strong until this evening, Sunday. This could contribute either to some mental confusion and spaciness, or the need to communicate with others from our imagination (but possibly not knowing how to achieve that).

This aspect operates more on an internal level: We feel uneasy about something, sort of “awkward” — and we need to make a choice. Sometimes, imagination and mind can run way ahead of what is actually feasible (and sensible). At these times, the grand vision is best served by focusing on the next concrete step, accepting our own idiosyncrasies as we go.

Honesty is crucial here, especially self-honesty; inner awareness is in turn crucial to deep honesty and authenticity. What’s true for you? What might be possible for humanity? Where do those overlap?

Note that I say “overlap”: Don’t look for an exact fit, this is more like two puzzle pieces that came from different jigsaw puzzles. You might keep looking at the imperfect fit and feel a nagging sense that something doesn’t make sense… and it doesn’t — it can’t. The pieces are not from the same game. Just do your best to “hang out” with the discomfort, rather than repeatedly trying to figure it out and fix it.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 13-16 degrees of Libra or Pisces? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Pisces (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Neptune rules Pisces).

Sunday at 11:38am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for almost 26.5 hours, until 2:00pm EDT, next week Monday afternoon (Oct.1st).  Use this intuitive time to collaborate with others and communicate your ideas for win-win scenarios.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Sunday late morning until Monday afternoon ahead of time.

Sunday late evening, at 10:03pm EDT, Pluto comes to a halt in almost 19 degrees of Capricorn, going direct, after completing its 5-month Retrograde phase (April 22nd – Sept. 30th). Pluto’s energy will continue to move more slowly until Oct. 12th.

When an outer planet stops, its energy gets more pronounced; we become more aware of its impact on us — and this can sometimes cause discomfort. We are being asked to hang out with that discomfort until the planet’s energy has picked up speed again (around Oct. 12th).

During the retrograde phase, we had a chance to connect to anything associated with Pluto from within. Pluto is associated with our soul purpose, as well as the process of empowerment — our ability to feel empowered from within — and with our deepest passions. This forced us to see what really motivates us.

For the last 5 months, we’ve needed to tap into inner authenticity, embracing all of ourselves: the good, the bad, and the ugly. Now we can bring this inner authenticity to the outer world: We are ready to let go of any habits, behaviors or fears that were holding us back from feeling fully empowered from within.

Whatever we have intuitively learned about our inner passion, inner strength and Soul’s purpose, we are now ready to bring to the outside world. This deeper connection is going to serve us in our journey towards authenticity. We can now build long-term goals that are in alignment with our Soul’s purpose. Ask yourself: What do I “just know”, deep down?

If you missed our FORECASTING FORUM on Thursday (Sept. 27th), feel free to buy the mp4-video presentation of this wonderful event. We talked about the Pluto Station in Capricorn (getting ready to go direct) in relationship to our own Birth charts, as well as the Venus station in Scorpio (getting ready to go retrograde on Oct.5th).

A heads up for next Monday (Oct. 1st): the Moon remains in chatty, versatile Gemini and VoC until 2:00pm EDT (see Saturday late morning and Sunday late morning for details). The Moon in Gemini quincunxes Jupiter in Scorpio exact at 12:19am EDT and it squares Chiron in Pisces at 1:34pm EDT. At 2:00pm EDT, the Moon moves into protective, nurturing Cancer, where it will journey until Wednesday late afternoon; this Moon placement also starts the build up toward the last quarter Moon (exact Tuesday morning). The Moon in Cancer sextiles Uranus in Taurus exact at 4:29pm EDT, and it also opposes Saturn in Capricorn at 7:18pm EDT. More about the details in next week’s forecast 🙂

A Greater Capacity for Compassion — Forecast Sept. 17th-23rd

This week’s headline items: Mercury changes signs from Virgo to Libra on Friday late evening; the Pluto Station intensifies on Saturday; and the Sun changes signs from Virgo to Libra on Saturday late evening, marking the Fall Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere.

There will also be three Moon VoC phases this week: Monday until 7:07am EDT, Wednesday early afternoon (for a little over 6.5 hours), and Friday early afternoon (for a little over 19 hours).

Before we get to this week’s forecast, I have one quick announcement:
I have a Facebook live interview coming up, about the upcoming Venus Retrograde phase, on Wednesday, Sept. 26th at 1:30pm PDT/4:30pm EDT/9:30pm BST. I am being interviewed by Sylvia Anais Mouzourou from TheGuidedHealing.com. Save the date! You can join us live or watch the recording after, on my Facebook Fan-page… more details will come in next week’s Forecast.

Now, this week’s Forecast:

Monday (Sept. 17th): the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius and VoC until 7:07am EDT. At that time, the Moon enters into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until Wednesday evening (Sept. 19th).

Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn; it is currently transiting through its own sign, making this a great time to take look at your long-term aspirations and anything that you would like to master over the next three years.

Monday early afternoon, we experience a sense of maturity, and we have a need for making commitments towards ourselves and our long-term goals. For long-term success, focus on projects that require a realistic approach or a solid commitment.

Monday early evening, we have the opportunity to make meaningful connections that could support our long-term goals.

Tuesday (Sept. 18th): the Moon remains in…

…practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn all day (see Monday for details).

Tuesday early afternoon, we have an opportunity to soften our need for accomplishment with a gentler, more intuitive approach.

Tuesday evening, a challenging Mars/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 7:01pm EDT (Third square of the year). We started to feel this aspect build from Sept. 5th on, it will remain strong until Sept. 26th. This is the third Mars/Uranus Square of the year in the fixed signs: Aquarius/Taurus.

Think back to May of this year (in particular May 7th – 25th), and July/Aug. (in particular July 21st – Aug.15th) when the first and second Square was exact: what issues came up for you then? And how could you relate to them differently now?

This aspect asks us to get in touch with our desires, and break away from anything that is holding us back. Passions and anger that we may not even know we had may emerge at this time.

Uranus urges us to let go of the past and focus on a better future. We may feel restless and impatient; we can be very demanding and difficult to please. We tend to feel like progress is too slow and we are tired of waiting. This could be an explosive time, as our inner rebel issues emotional challenges, while outer “reality” demands we change course.

On the other hand, if you are the kind of person that doesn’t go in for asserting themselves, this is an excellent time to try it out 😉 Do your best not to burn all your bridges, especially with any males in your family or in your various communities. We may also experience an awakening of sorts in regards to our sexuality.

Accidents are unusually likely (though not inevitable), especially if our levels of activity and energy are erratic; to prevent this, stay as grounded as possible and keep breathing! Flexibility and open-mindedness are always helpful but are especially important now. Notice when you are digging your heels in about something, this is usually a sign that you have some underlying anxiety about something else; again, take a deep breath, get centered in your body, close your eyes and focus on your third eye.

Ask yourself: What am I afraid of happening? How might I channel this restless energy into projects that are asking for progress? How might I channel, or just burn off, all this erratic energy? What kind of exercise might be an energetic match? Where am I stagnating? Where am I able to take innovative action?

Do you have your Ascendant or personal planets in 0-4 degrees of Aquarius, Taurus, Leo, or Scorpio? If so, you will feel the effects of this aspect more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Aquarius (Mars is the ruler of Aries; Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius)

Wednesday (Sept. 19th): the Moon remains in practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn until 7:52pm EDT (see Monday for details).

Wednesday late morning: if possible, connect to people that can support your long-term goals, share in a realistic manner, and support each other in practical ways.

Wednesday at 1:10pm EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for a little over 6.5 hours, until 7:52pm EDT. Use this intuitive time to get lots done without stress or pushing. Remember: it’s the details that make up the whole and create something that can last.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Wednesday afternoon and evening ahead of time.

Wednesday at 7:52pm EDT, the Moon moves into freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius, where it will journey until Saturday morning-Sept. 22nd.

Thursday (Sept. 20th): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Wednesday late evening for details).

Thursday late morning: As best as you can, make some adjustments at this time. Find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations. Make space for intimate connections and a deeper emotional relationship with yourself and others — or take care of a cause (or group of people) that means something to you.

Thursday late evening, a Sun/Mercury alignment in almost 28 degrees of Virgo becomes exact at 9:52pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Monday evening on, it will remain strong until Sunday evening. This aspect indicates a confident mind and an analytical approach to life. Intelligence and communication abilities are strong at this time; however, we may not listen as well as the other speaks — we might be too busy thinking about what to say next.

As this alignment takes place in Virgo, we may be particularly judgmental, or at the very least hung up on small details — but it may not always serve us to get stuck on those details or insist on things being perfect.

We want an active role in communications — it’s very hard for us to passively listen and absorb information right now. What we say or write now has an impact; as best as you can, choose your words wisely. If people hung on your every word, what would you say then? What would you hold back from saying?

Our opinions are strong and our thinking independent — and we’re proud of both — so our egos may get bruised if we don’t feel “heard”. As best as you can, express yourself fully, knowing that others may have a different opinion and that’s ok.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 25-29 degrees of Virgo, Pisces, GeminiSagittarius, or 0-1 degrees of Libra, Aries, Cancer, or Capricorn? If so, you will be more affected by this alignment. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo, Gemini or Virgo (the Sun rules Leo; Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo)

Friday (Sept. 21st): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius all day (see Wednesday late evening for details).

Friday at 1:13pm EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for a little over 19 hours, until 8:27am EDT Saturday morning. We are experiencing two quite different needs, pulling us in different directions.

On the one hand, we feel strongly drawn to like-minded people and want to focus on progressing toward our future.

You may also want to plan Friday early afternoon until Saturday morning ahead of time.

Friday late evening, at 11:39pm EDT, Mercury changes signs from practical Virgo to harmony-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Oct. 9th. Mercury in Libra changes the way we communicate and think. We are more likely now to see things from multiple points of view and to think in abstractions, this helps us be objective.

We have a strong sense of justice yet look for ways to make compromises. We speak and act diplomatically; this comes from our desire for harmony, peace, diplomacy, win/win outcomes. We feel better when we are not pressured into making quick decisions. Very probably, the two things we will most avoid at this time are confrontations and emotional intensity.

Do you have your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo? If so, you will feel a greater need for justice and fairness. Do you have your Ascendent or Sun-sign in Libra? If so, you will most likely feel more chatty for the next 3 weeks.

Mercury’s move into Libra activates a T-square between Saturn, Chiron, and Mercury — with Saturn in Capricorn as the Focus Point. We can feel this T-Square between Friday morning (Sept. 21st) and Monday evening (Sept. 24th). It invites us to reassess our values and commitments around relationships and become more aware of our triggers connected to past woundings or insecurities.

We are asked to slow down and create healthy boundaries with others, communicating what works for us (and what doesn’t); we’ll need to assess, in every moment, what is appropriate for us. Any attempt to rush this will result in inappropriate boundaries, rigidity, anxiety or overwhelm. A healthy, mature approach to self-care will be the best antidote to anxiety and overwhelm.

As best as you can, let your inner adult be mindful of any inner wounding being exposed without “should-ing on yourself”. In other words, as best as you can, be kind to yourself while taking responsibility for your own triggers.

Ask yourself: When is my inner wounded child most likely to surface? In other words, what triggers me? What does my inner wounded child need from me at its most vulnerable or insecure? If it had its own voice and could speak, what might it say? Could I allow it to be heard without becoming over-identified with it? Without shaming it? Could I let go of wanting to fix it?

This T-Square is also connected to next week’s Full Moon. Feel free to watch my Full Moon video for more details (will be posted by Sept.18th).

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in the following: 29 degrees of Virgo, Gemini, Sagittarius, Pisces, or 0-5 degrees of Libra, Aries, Capricorn, or Cancer? If so, you may feel more affected by this T-square. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in GeminiVirgo or Capricorn (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn).

Saturday (Sept. 22nd): the Moon remains in freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius and VoC until 8:27am EDT (see Wednesday late evening and Friday early afternoon for details).

Saturday very early morning, a Mercury/Chiron opposition becomes exact at 1:55am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Thursday morning on, it will remain strong until Sunday evening. We can balance our ability to think and speak justly with any wounding and insecurity around the masculine energies (asserting ourselves, going after something, or being actively engaged with life and others).

This aspect may play out in a relationship, with each of you living out one side of the equation. We may experience guilt or shame around something we said or didn’t say.

If you feel triggered by someone else (or vice versa), as best as you can, direct compassion and kindness towards both of you. Ask yourself: Is this connected to my past and/or upbringing? What if this were an opportunity to embrace my wounded inner child with love and kindness?

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in the following: 27-29 degrees of Virgo, Pisces, Sagittarius, Gemini, or 0-3 degrees of Libra, Aries, Capricorn, or Cancer? If so, you may feel more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini or Virgo (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo).

Saturday at 8:27am EDT, the Moon moves into creative, sensitive Pisces, where it will journey until Monday morning. This Moon placement often finds us more sensitive, intuitive, idealistic, and imaginative than normal. We also have a greater capacity for compassion, sympathy, and affection for all — but especially for those who suffer or can be regarded as the underdog.

Saturday late evening, at 9:54pm EDT, the Sun changes signs from practical Virgo to harmony-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Oct. 23rd. This signifies the beginning of Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere of this planet. The Fall Equinox is an energetic turning point from one season to the next. Equinoxes are super potent times for setting intentions. They are energetic gateways, where we experience the inter-relationship between light and dark, inner and outer, spirit and matter.

With the Sun entering Libra, we are being called to pay attention to our relationships. Bringing equality, cooperation and balance to our dealings with the world is recommended during this time. We have a keen awareness of issues concerning justice and we are more likely to take a stand against injustice, especially when it’s directed against others.

However, we also want to keep the peace, so we may use language and our intellect to diplomatically address such issues. We can see all sides of a situation — and therefore it’s not always easy to make the “right” choices. Our desire for harmony is great;  more often than not — consciously or unconsciously — we may find ourselves seeking the approval of others.

All this is especially true if you are a Leo or Libra Sun-sign or Rising-sign. As a Libra, you will feel a good dose of confidence and playfulness in the next four weeks; as a Leo, you are more aware of the delicate balance that is required internally and externally in your life.

Also, Saturday late evening, a somewhat challenging Mercury/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 10:46pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Saturday morning on, it will remain strong until Sunday evening. This aspect operates more on an internal level. We feel uneasy about something, almost awkward — and we need to make a choice. An inner awareness needs to be developed if we’re to see what needs adjusting.

It could be hard to make decisions under this influence, as we tend to doubt our perceptions or our problem-solving ability. It may also be hard to read the intention behind the words used to communicate, leading to misunderstandings: we tend to feel uncomfortable — a sort of “inner itchiness”.

As best you can, give yourself time to respond, allow your breath to ground you — and empower yourself and others by coming from love rather than fear — after all, at this moment (if you stay out of memory and away from concepts and imaginary futures), aren’t you actually ok?

Do you have your Ascendent, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 28-29 degrees of Scorpio, Aries, or 0 degrees of Sagittarius or Taurus? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aquarius (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Uranus of Aquarius).

Last but not last, also on Saturday, the Pluto station intensifies until Oct. 8th. It will come to a halt on Sept. 30th in almost 19 degrees of Capricorn (more on that next week). As I mentioned last week already, when an outer planet stations, its energy gets more pronounced; we become more aware of its impact on us — and this can sometimes cause discomfort. We are being asked to hang out with that discomfort until the planet’s energy has picked up speed again (around Oct. 12th).

As best as you can, take a closer look at whatever is “in your face” for the next 3 weeks. Look for what might no longer be in alignment with your soul’s purpose (your deep, authentic, emotional Self) — especially in relation to long-term goals and your standing in society.

Ask yourself: Where am I holding on, out of fear? What habits, behaviors or fears are holding me back from feeling fully empowered from within? What would it look like, if I was fully aligned with my Soul-purpose? How would it feel? When we confront our fears we very often discover hidden gifts and strengths.

Feel free to join us live for our upcoming Forecasting Form about the Pluto Station and direct motion — in relationship to our own Birth charts…To register for this webinar, click here. If you are a Star or SuperStar Member, look out for an email with a link to join live on the day of the webinar (Sept. 27th), or watch out for the link with the mp4-video presentation of the 90-minute webinar, within 24 hours of the live event!

Sunday (Sept. 23rd): the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day (see Saturday morning for details).

Sunday very early morning, a Sun/Chiron opposition becomes exact at 1:01am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Wednesday evening on, it will remain strong until next week, Tuesday evening (Sept. 25th). This aspect asks us to create a balance between two poles: on the one hand, our ability to create harmonious connections while remaining aware of an inner and outer balance — and on the other, being able to bring compassion and understanding to our insecurities and what we actively identify with.

Our confidence might not be at its strongest at this time. Oppositions can be acted out within relationships: one person embodies one of the energies, while the other person “holds” the energy of the other pole. When this happens, we sometimes experience the opposition as something that the other person is triggering in us.

In the case of this particular opposition, it may be someone poking at our wounds, or pointing out our shortcomings — which brings up our insecurities or secret shame. This may cause us to spin into anger, impatience, or frustration that is connected not only to what is happening at that moment but also to our past — especially our childhood.

If this happens, as best as you can, locate the original pain or wound — and bring compassion, love, understanding and forgiveness to yourself (and towards your younger Self). Healing can only take place if we are willing to embrace our “flaws” and love our most vulnerable places.

Blaming, shaming, attacking and justifying will not heal us faster — it will cause more pain and suffering, within us and around us. How quickly would you like to heal?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in the following: 27-29 degrees of Virgo, Pisces, GeminiSagittarius, or 0-3 degrees of Libra, Aries, Cancer, or Capricorn? If so, you will feel this opposition quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo (the Sun rules Leo).

Sunday early afternoon, a challenging Mercury/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 12:46pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Saturday morning on, it will remain strong until next week, Tuesday evening (Sept. 25th). This aspect asks us to stretch a little, to grow and mature. Watch out for misunderstandings or rigid thinking, not only when it comes to interacting with others, but also when it comes to your own inner dialog.

On the one hand, Mercury in Libra wants us to communicate in an idealistic, harmonious, just manner… making sure that everyone involved is happy. On the other hand, Saturn in Capricorn reminds us that before we can think about what we want to create or bring forth, we need to look at the reality of how long things take to manifest — we must slow down, get present to the quality we want to produce.

Ask yourself: If this is a long-term goal, am I truly building for the long-term? What is the worst that could happen if I compromised myself, or skipped over some steps?

As best as you can, find creative ways to connect to your ideals when dealing with others, while staying committed to your long-term goals one step at a time. Where is life calling for commitment? Could I go for it (one step at a time)?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-6 degrees of Libra, Capricorn, Cancer, or Aries? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Capricorn (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Saturn rules Capricorn).

Sunday late evening, a harmonious Mercury/Mars aspect becomes exact at 9:30pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Friday evening on, it will remain strong until next week Tuesday morning (Sept. 25th). This helps clarify our goals. We act from vision (and forward-looking, innovative thinking); this supports collaboration with others on shared goals, on an equal footing.

We are quick, perceptive and brave; interestingly, we can easily perceive the weaknesses of others right now. Our minds are more restless, so it’s important that we keep ourselves active. We are expressive and have lively conversations in which we speak visionary truths without coming across as too blunt or offensive — on the other hand, due to the cerebral nature of what we are sharing, we might not come across as very warm.

We seem to download great insights and make superb decisions at the very last minute — and the good news is, we can easily turn our insights into workable projects.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or any personal planets) in 0-6 degrees of  Libra, Aquarius, or Gemini? If so, you may feel more blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Aries (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Mars rules Aries).

A heads-up for next Monday (Sept. 24th): the Moon remains in creative, sensitive Pisces all day, until 7:04pm EDT. At 1:26am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for a little over 17.5 hours, until 7:04pm EDT; as best as you can Monday all day, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. Monday afternoon, a somewhat challenging Sun/Uranus aspect becomes exact at 3:09pm EDT; we started to feel this aspect build from Sunday evening (Sept. 23rd) on, it will remain strong until Tuesday evening (Sept. 25th). At 7:04pm EDT, the Moon moves into Aries, where it will journey until Thursday very early morning; this Moon placement starts the build-up towards the Full Moon, exact later in the evening… at 10:52pm EDTthe Full Moon becomes exact; the Sun opposes the Moon in exactly 2 degrees of Aries. More about the details in next week’s forecast. 🙂

Sept. 10th – 16th

Freedom and Individuality — Forecast for Sept. 10th – 16th

This week’s headline items: Mars reenters Aquarius on Monday evening. There is still time to set our New Moon Intentions for most of Monday, and on Tuesday before 2pm EDT. Jupiter squares the Solar Eclipse degree of Aug.11th on Tuesday early morning. Saturn’s Station phase ends on Thursday, while Mars’ ends on Friday and Pluto’s begins on Sunday. The First Quarter Moon in Sagittarius becomes exact on Sunday evening.

There will be four Moon VoC phases this week: Monday late morning (for 8 minutes), Tuesday evening (for a little over 19 hours), Friday early morning (for almost 16 hours), and Sunday evening (for almost 12 hours).

Monday (Sept. 10th): the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo until 11:20am EDT; turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome.

Monday early morning, a somewhat challenging Venus/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 5:16am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Saturday evening on (Sept.8th), it will remain strong until this Tuesday evening.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-2 degrees of Scorpio, Aries, or 29 degrees of Libra or Pisces? Or perhaps your Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus or Libra (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra)? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect.

Monday at 11:12am EDT, we enter a brief Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for 8 minutes, until 11:20am EDT. Use this intuitive time to take small steps on projects already underway — or simply take a break and do a set of Sun Salutations or push-ups 😉

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday late morning ahead of time.

Also on Monday, before 11:12am, and after 11:20am EDT, you still have time to set your New Moon Intentions for this month — if you haven’t already done so on Sunday afternoon or evening. If possible, align them with the New Moon energies that I spoke about in my video — feel free to watch it again if you are not sure anymore — click here to watch my video on the New Moon 😉

Monday at 11:20am EDT, the Moon moves into relationship-oriented, harmony-seeking Libra, where it will journey until Wednesday afternoon.

Monday at 8:56pm EDT, Mars reenters freedom-loving, forward-thinking Aquarius – due to its retrograde motion this summer, it already spent some time in that sign between May 16th and August 12th.  This time it will remain in Aquarius until Nov. 15th. Think back to the time Mars spent in Aquarius earlier this year: What projects have been waiting to move forward? What actions call to you now?

When Mars travels through Aquarius, we enjoy surprising ourselves and others. The tried-and-true methods of getting things done are far too boring for us right now. We are looking for unique and original goals, and we tend to take a more original, forward-thinking view of the world now. What if, when you were least expecting it, you suddenly asked yourself “How could I surprise the “old me” today?”  😉

Mental and intellectual pursuits are important to us now. The Aquarian ideal of equality is strong with this position, so we also place a lot of value in freedom and individuality — our own and that of others. With Mars in this fixed sign, we will definitely need our independence, especially in personal relationships — and we are not easily pushed around. It’s best to give ourselves and others lots of space; if we feel boxed in, we may rebel or act contrary.

In general, we may feel a desire to push our agenda on others — not in an aggressive way, though… more in a creative manner. As best as you can, bring a sense of openness to your approach to people and situations. Be aware of feeling superior to others: if you find yourself thinking that someone is less “special” than you, put your hand over your heart and ask “what would my heart say to this?”

If you have an Aries Sun-sign or Rising-sign, you are going to feel…

…more detached, forward-thinking and freedom-loving. You may want to change things in your life that have outlived their use. If you are an Aquarius Sun-sign or Rising sign, you will feel quite energized for the next 8 weeks. Channeling this energy into physical exercise or a project might be advisable.

Tuesday (Sept. 11th): the Moon remains in relationship-oriented, harmony-seeking Libra all day (see Monday late morning for details).

Tuesday until 2pm EDT: If you haven’t gotten around to it yet, set your Intentions for this Moon cycle… If possible, align them with the New Moon energies that I spoke about in my video — feel free to watch it again if you are not sure anymore — click here to watch my video on the New Moon 😉

Tuesday around 5:45am EDT, Jupiter squares the degree of Aug 11th’s Solar Eclipse — this provides a cosmic nudge forward. What intentions did you set at the time of the Solar Eclipse in August? What would move that forward?

Observe how this plays out for you today, and ask yourself: What am I looking to let go of? What needs to change? What adjustments or creative solutions might clear the way for me to move forward powerfully with an open heart?

Tuesday morning, an opportune Sun/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 8:10am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week Saturday evening (Sept. 8th) on, it will remain strong until this Thursday evening. We might want to take advantage of the opportunities this aspect provides — it’s an excellent time for creating deeper intimate connections, resolving conflicts with others, having fun and boosting our self-confidence. In fact, we may well feel particularly vital and confident — and inner optimism can bring rewards.

Humor can be a big part of this aspect too: We are able to laugh wholeheartedly, and we see nothing but possibility in our lives, especially in our intimate relationships and our shared resources with others. This could bring a healthy shift of attitude toward our relationships — whether personal or business.

Imagine you have a special lens which showed you the “bigger picture”… What would your relationships look like when you gazed through it?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (MC) or any personal planets in 16-21 degrees of Virgo, Scorpio, Capricorn, or Pisces? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Sagittarius (the Sun rules Leo; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).

Tuesday late morning, a harmonious Sun/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 11:31am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Saturday evening (Sept. 8th) on, it will remain strong until this Friday evening. This aspect brings a sense of focus and empowerment to our long-term goals. We have the ability to look at everything in a very down-to-earth manner right now; through our understanding of “what works and what doesn’t”, we can make more powerful choices.

We can also deepen our understanding of our own motivations and look closely at where we are heading. This aspect also brings an intensity and a depth to our conscious awareness; therefore this is also a great time to transform our lives, stripping away anything — even people — that no longer connect with who we are.

Ask yourself: How can I live more authentically? Is there anything holding me back? What fears and attachments could I release now, that no longer serve my evolution? Would I be willing to let them go, just for now, and just as best as I can?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 16-22 degrees of Virgo, Capricorn or Taurus? If so, you will be even more blessed by this aspect than those who do not; this is also true for those of us with our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Scorpio (the Sun being the ruler of Leo; Pluto rules Scorpio)

Tuesday at 6:58pm EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for a little over 19 hours, until 2:15pm EDT (Wednesday afternoon).

You may also want to plan Tuesday evening until Wednesday afternoon ahead of time.

Wednesday (Sept. 12th): the Moon remains in relationship-oriented, harmony-seeking Libra until 2:15pm EDT (see Monday late morning for details).

Wednesday very early morning, a long-term, opportune Jupiter/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 3:55am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Sept. 1st on, it will remain strong until Sept. 19th.  This is the third time this year we will experience this aspect — think back to January and May of this year, when it occurred as well: In what ways were you able to deepen your relationships, business and personal alike?

A positive attitude and deeper trust in our connections with others gives us the chance to build something meaningful and share our passions. We also have a tremendous amount of enthusiasm and deep focus right now that can support professional or personal goals.

Ask yourself: Where could I really dig in to solve a problem? How might passion help deliver on my long-term goals? How could other people’s resources support my ability to create transformation? How might they help me stand in my power?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 17-21 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces or Virgo? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Pisces (the Sun rules Leo; Neptune is the ruler of Pisces).

Wednesday early morning, a Venus/Uranus opposition becomes exact at 5:02am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week, Friday night (Sept. 7th) on, it will remain strong until this Sunday evening (Sept. 16th). This opposition calls us to balance “togetherness” with “having our space”.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career point (or any personal planets) in 0-5 degrees of Scorpio, Taurus, LeoAquarius, or 29 degrees of Libra, Aries, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, you will be more affected by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Aquarius (Venus being the ruler of Taurus and Libra, while Uranus is the ruler of Aquarius)

Wednesday at 2:15pm EDT, the Moon moves into passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio, where it will journey until Friday late evening.

This makes it an excellent time to look at “old” fears, limiting habits or emotional attachments, especially those stemming from past traumas.

Moon in Scorpio tends to run right over ambiguity — it’s “in or out”, “with us or against us”, “love me or leave me”. It can thus be stormy — a cold winter storm, or a torrid tropical storm of passion, depending on how we “work” the energies 🙂

Manipulation and paranoia are the lower vibrations of this aspect, so do your best to be straightforward — act in good faith and assume it in others.

Wednesday very late evening, an opportune Venus/Saturn aspect becomes exact at 11:58pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last week Sunday (Sept. 9th) on, it will remain strong until this Saturday evening (Sept. 15th).

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 0-5 degrees of Scorpio, Capricorn, Pisces or Virgo? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Capricorn (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn)

Thursday (Sept. 13th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day (see Wednesday afternoon for details).

Thursday early afternoon, an opportune Mars/Chiron aspect becomes exact at 1:35pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Sept. 4th on, it will remain strong until Sept. 20th. This is an opportunity to accept the validity of our anger and desire so that we can learn to express these energies naturally and confidently.

This could also inspire us to make resolutions and take actions towards healing our emotional and spiritual wounds. Remember: this is an “opportunity” — those aren’t necessarily handed to us, we have to make them happen.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career point (or any personal planets) in 0-3 degrees of Aquarius, Aries, Gemini, Sagittarius, or 28-29 degrees of Capricorn, Pisces, Taurus, or Scorpio? If so, you may be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries (Mars rules Aries)

Thursday late evening, a Mercury/Neptune opposition becomes exact at 9:31pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from last Wednesday on, it will remain strong until Saturday. This connection is asking us to balance logic and intuition (left vs right brain). On the one hand, we have strong intuitive connections… on the other, the struggle to focus could lead to confusion or wishful thinking.

We are more inclined to daydreaming, fantasizing and imagining things; this can lead to some frustrating communications. As best as you can, use this aspect to create spiritual connections — or something beautiful, imaginative or inspiring to others.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 12-18 degrees of Virgo, Pisces, Gemini or Sagittarius? If so, you will feel this opposition quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in  Gemini, Virgo or Pisces (Mercury is the ruler of Gemini and Virgo; Neptune rules Pisces).

Also on Thursday, Saturn resumes its normal pace through the sky, ending its station. Over the last five months – since April 17th – we’ve done a lot of internal work on our life structures, responsibilities, and commitments, we now have a chance to apply this to the outside world.

What has come up in the last two weeks around our commitment to long-term goals and the need to be seen as a mature citizen of the world?

Capricorns, Aquarians (whether by Sun-sign or Ascendent) and people with personal planets in 0-5 degrees of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries, or Libra will feel a particularly strong sense of relief as Saturn goes direct and resumes its regular speed.

Friday (Sept. 14th): the Moon remains in passionate, all-or-nothing Scorpio all day until 8:45pm EDT (see Wednesday afternoon for details).

Friday at 4:54am EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for almost 16 hours, until 8:45pm EDT. This intuitive time is an opportunity to connect and go deeper — and perhaps also to take a look at our daily routines to see how empowering they are for us and our intimate relationships.

As always with a Moon VoC, as best as you can, don’t start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Friday early morning until the evening ahead of time.

Friday at 8:45pm EDT, the Moon moves into optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius, where it will journey until next week, Monday morning.

This Moon placement also starts the build up towards the first Quarter Moon (exact on Sunday evening)

Also, if you set your New Moon Intentions last Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, soon after the New Moon became exact, Friday evening after 8:45pm EDT, will be a great time to take relevant actions. If you wrote your intentions down, go back and take another look at what came through intuitively. If you didn’t write anything down, get quiet for a moment and check in with yourself: What actions are calling to you?

Saturday (Sept. 15th): the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Friday late evening for details).

Saturday late evening, a harmonious Mercury/Pluto aspect becomes exact at 10:54pm EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Friday morning on, it will remain strong until next week Monday afternoon (Sept 17th).  Our words and our “speaking” are very grounded and realistic. We can feel really empowered by what we say (and how we say it) during this time. Our conviction and passion helps us to connect and empower others.

We are strongly connected to our inner truth and can analyze and understand our motivations around long-term goals. We investigate our own thought structures in a very realistic, focused way, and look to see what needs to be communicated next.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 16-22 degrees of Virgo, Capricorn or Taurus? If so, you will be even more blessed by this aspect than those who do not; this is also true for those of us with our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo, or Scorpio (Mercury rules Gemini and Virgo, Pluto rules Scorpio).

Also on Saturday, Mars resumes its normal pace through the sky, ending its station in 1 degree of Aquarius. What has come up over the last four weeks around “doing” and pursuing”? What beliefs do you have about the “masculine” that no longer serve you? Or perhaps around any actions or goals connected with long-term achievements or honoring our individual vision for life? Now is a good time to address it all and move forward…

Sunday (Sept. 16th): the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day (see Friday late evening for details).

Sunday morning, an opportune Mercury/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 7:51am EDT. We started to feel this aspect build from Saturday afternoon on, it will remain strong until next week Monday afternoon (Sept.17th). This aspect is an opportunity for us to expand our thinking and express ourselves with confidence and optimism — we share what’s important to us from a place of open-mindedness and excitement.

This connection also creates a possibility of expansion via stepping into uncharted territory. Humor can be a great way to tap into this energetic combo. This planetary connection also favors short trips, writing, teaching, studying, and making observations. We more readily exercise good judgment and are more “philosophical” and open to learning.

Again, as with any opportunity, we have to “take” it — it requires we take action. What could you do that would instill confidence in your exploration of the mind? Is there a new mental process that is asking to be explored?

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 17-22 degrees of Virgo, Scorpio, Cancer or Capricorn? If so, you will be more aware of this opportunity. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius (Mercury rules Gemini and Virgo; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).

Sunday at 7:15pm EDT, the first Quarter Moon in 24 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact. We started to feel this from the moment the Moon entered Sagittarius on Friday evening. The Moon in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius makes a challenging aspect to the Sun in detail-oriented, practical, service-oriented Virgo.

We feel compelled to take action. Last week saw the New Moon, on Sept. 9th. If we began a project or initiative around then, it is probably off the ground by now — and facing its first obstacles. This is thus a time to stretch and grow — and create some forward momentum. We may feel anxious or unusually busy. As best as you can, take it one breath at a time. Allow for changes, remain flexible and find creative solutions in your day-to-day interactions with others.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 22-26 degrees of Sagittarius, Virgo, Gemini or Pisces? If so, you will feel the effects of this first Quarter Moon more strongly than otherwise. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).

Also on Sunday at 7:15pm EDT, we enter a Moon Void of Course (VoC), that last for almost 12 hours, until 7:07am EDT (Monday morning). Use this intuitive time to make some adjustments in your life. As best as you can, find creative solutions to seemingly unsolvable situations.

Make space to thoroughly organize your daily or health routines, and to explore beyond your day-to-day environment; as always with a Moon VoC avoid starting anything brand-new. It’s best to stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Sunday evening until Monday morning ahead of time.

Also on Sunday, Pluto starts to slow down (station), preparing to come to a halt on Sept. 22nd in almost 19 degrees of Capricorn — after its 5-month retrograde phase.  This makes its energy more exalted in the sky for the next 4 weeks… until Oct. 12th.

When an outer planet stations, its energy gets more pronounced; we become more aware of its impact on us — and this can sometimes cause discomfort. We are being asked to hang out with that discomfort until the planet’s energy has picked up speed again (around Oct. 9th).

Pluto is associated with our soul purpose. It relates to the process of empowerment — our ability to feel empowered from within, through the experience of wholeness — and to our deepest passions.

It is also associated with transformation, for example, our ability to transform darkness into light or “death” into “rebirth”. Those terms don’t necessarily refer to physical death or rebirth, but rather some sort of ending and beginning.

To get to a place of truthfulness on the soul level, Pluto will remove what no longer serves us, replacing it with something new — something fully aligned with our deepest passions and soul purpose.

When we resist the deep changes Pluto brings, we tend to suffer; on the other hand, when we surrender and allow for that process to take place, we will move to a place of greater authenticity — and feel a newness and empowerment from within.

As best as you can, take a closer look at whatever is “in your face” for the next 4 weeks. Look for what might no longer be in alignment with your soul’s purpose (your deep authentic Self) — especially in relation to long-term goals and your standing in society.

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 16-22 degrees of Capricorn, Aries, Cancer or Libra? If so, you will feel this station more strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Scorpio (Pluto is the ruler of Scorpio).

A heads-up for next Monday (Sept. 17th): the Moon remains in Sagittarius and Moon VoC until 7:07am EDT. At 7:07am EDT, the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey until next week, Wednesday evening (Sept. 19th). The Moon in Capricorn squares Chiron in Aries, Monday at 7:54am EDT, it also tines Uranus in Taurus at 10:57am EDT, it conjuncts Saturn in Capricorn at 12:25pm EDT, and sextiles Venus in Scorpio at 6:03pm EDT. More about the details in next week’s forecast. 🙂
